A bunch of the ex-brides and grooms have popped up on Cameo to offer personalised messages to their fans and followers for a hefty price.
Gia Fleur has been on Cameo since mid-April and has many happy customers. Her price? Her videos start at $110.50. On her Cameo page, she writes: “Clock it queens, your fav villain from 2026 season 13 of MAFS. Let’s make some tea af videos and have some fun! Some of my tag lines or whatever you want me to say, I got you queens!”
Image: Nine.
And Gia is already hard at work sending videos back to her customers. “You’re turning 40! 40 is the new 20! We get hotter as we age,” she said in one hilarious b’day message. She’s so worth it!
The only other MAFS 2026 contestant in Gia’s hefty price range on Cameo is none other than Bec Zacharia, who just joined the platform. Not to be outdone by her frenemy Gia, Bec is charging $89.80. These two will never change!
The next most expensive MAFS contestant on Cameo is Danny Hewitt, who describes himself as the “season 13 super villain” on his page. For his efforts, his videos start at $55.56. In a Mother’s Day video, he jokes about putting the person who paid him up for adoption. Classic banter, innit!
Overnight, David Momoh teased that he’s joined Cameo too, but at a much more modest price point. For just $27.63, you could score a video from the man himself. “Thank you, Nigerian Prince,” read one happy review. “You understood the assignment, thank you so much.”
Then there’s the rest of the MAFS cast whose prices vary dramatically.
Rachel Gilmore, Rebecca Zukowski and Joel Moses are charging $27.63 a video and Chris Nield is at $27.63, but on the top end of that range is Grayson McIver going for $41.44, Melissa Akbay at $40.06 and Filip Gregov at $46. It’s a real mixed bag!
Which MAFS Australia contestant charges the most on Cameo?
Gia is up there! At around $110, the only other former MAFS contestant charging slightly more is, ummm… Amanda Micallef from Season 7, who was one half of that season’s same-sex couple and she’s asking for $111 per video.
Below these gals is Timothy Smith, a breakout groom from the 2025 season, who is asking for $104 a video. In the higher price bracket are some curious former stars, with 2020 bride Mishel Karen asking $76 and 2024 intruder groom Ridge Barredo at $83.
Meanwhile, some literal MAFS icons are at a much lower price range. Davina Rankin is at $48, Innes Basic for $55 and Jacqui Burfoot for $28. Bargain! Run don’t walk!

At the time of writing, she has 4,216 followers on the platform, and over 250,000 likes. Her video “10 second dinner salmon bowl” went viral and has racked up almost a million likes, which many viewers at home would probably agree is well deserved.
@lucemansfield Easy Asian Salmon Bowl 🥒🍣 A simple cooking idea for your next dinner or meal prep for the week! Recipe & Ingredients: Salmon – Salmon Fillets (Skin on or off, up to you) – Garlic – Soy sauce – Kecap Manis (Sweet soy) Cucumber salad – Cucumber – Soy sauce – Sesame oil – Sesame seeds – Rice wine vinegar – Diced onion Brocollini salad – Garlic – Sesame oil – Salt (Sorry I don’t measure anything!!) 1. Put your rice on in a rice cooker or on the stove. Sushi rice or a short grain rice is nice in a bowl as it’s a little more sticky. 2. Put all ingredients for the salmon marinade in a bowl and mix into a sauce. 3. If you have salmon with skin-on: Take your salmon and, pat the skin dry with a paper towel. Once skin is dry, sprinkle with a little salt. Move onto next step but don’t let the salmon skin get wet with the marinade. 4. Marinade the salmon by coating it in the sauce you made. 5. If you have salmon with skin-on: Get the pan super hot, and place salmon in pan, skin down so it sizzles first! 6. Cook salmon in pan and tip any left over sauce in the pan. Cook until fully cooked through or to your liking. Set aside! 7. Cut up cucumbers and cover with a dash of all the Cucumber Salad ingredients. 8. Use the same pan and add all broccolini ingredients into the pan and cook until your liking! 9. Place everything in a bowl with your cooked rice. In 2025, Lucy explained in an interview with Crumble why she decided to take her love of cooking online.
“Over the past year, I’ve combined my two loves, food and design, and started creating food content online. I share recipes that are simple, full of flavour and absolutely doable, even on a busy weeknight. I also love filming a cheeky food review (any excuse to try a new restaurant),” she said.
“One of my favourite things about cooking is how it brings people together. I have so many memories with family and friends around the kitchen, chatting, picking at things, helping out (or pretending to).
Lucy added that that her social media ideas usually come organically and she loves using easily accessible and high quality ingredients.
“When I’m cooking and creating content, my inspiration usually comes from whatever I’ve been craving that week, and what’s already in my pantry!
I also get a lot of inspiration from other incredible food creators online. I’m always saving their recipes, especially when I’m planning my weekly meals. I love trying new dishes and sharing the process.“
How MasterChef’s Lucy got into cooking
Lucy’s world revolved around food from a young age. Her dad David co-owned a bakery and managed a cheese shop at Adelaide’s Central Market and her mum has always been passionate about cooking. Lucy told 10Play that when she and her older sister were little, they were the chief taste-testers for her day’s bakery and her mum’s dishes.
Lucy also credits MasterChef for igniting a passion in her for cooking, and has been a fan of the TV show for years. She credits judge Poh Ling Yeow as somoene she’s inspired by.
MasterChef Australia airs Sunday 7pm and Monday and Tuesday at 7.30pm on Channel 10 and 10Play.
MasterChef Australia 2026 is back with a new bunch of faces — and this season is made up of all newbies. But Jean-Christophe Novelli warned us that despite the fact that none of this year’s cast have ever stepped foot in the MasterChef kitchen before, it doesn’t mean they’re lacking serious talent.
“This year, the level of execution was epic from day one. It was fascinating to see how determined they all are. I respect that they are so pumped, even just at having a chance to cook on MasterChef Australia,” the judge tells Chattr.
This year, the auditions returned. Which meant that after a rigorous application process, 40 passionate home cooks were selected and filmed the first few episodes. Judges Andy Allen, Poh Ling Yeow, Sofia Levin and Jean-Christophe tasted creations from each of the shortlisted contestants, and whittled them down to just 24, who became the official MasterChef Australia 2026 cast.
“The auditions are essential, absolutely,” Jean-Christophe tells Chattr. “This is where we see the raw passion before any refinement. There are nerves, excitement, sometimes a little chaos, but it is real, it is honest. It reminds us why we love cooking, and it makes the whole journey more meaningful. It’s the essential step to warm up before getting into the real deal of the competition. In my professional life it was like having an apprenticeship, this step was very crucial.”
So, now that the top 24 MasterChef Australia contestants are set in stone, read on to find out more about them.

MasterChef Australia 2026 has only just kicked off, but there’s already a sneaky clue as to who makes it to Finals Week. Using some data on how many contestants are featured during interviews from the first nine episodes, we can predict who will get to the finale.
One fan shared a graph about this year’s contestants, and it might reveal the leaked winner of MasterChef Australia 2026. Warning: potential spoilers below, so scroll away if you would rather wait until the episodes air.
After the first two weeks, the three contestants with the most confessionals are Luke Harris, Grace King and Jackie Yu. Luke had 31 confessionals, Grace had 25, and Jackie had 23. At the bottom of the table sit Olaolu Olorunnimbe on 6, Jack Hosking on 2 and Kanika Gadyok on 2. It’s possible those three will be eliminated shortly.

MasterChef fans point out another telling winner clue
After the spreadsheet was shared on Reddit, other contestants guessed that Luke could be winning the reality TV competition because of how much air time he and his food have had.
“Gives an early indication of who might be in finals week. I said about his time last week with how much Luke is being gassed up, and in the centre of shots that he’s likely to be the winner, or at least in the running, and with your early confessional stats, that might just be the case,” a person commented.
“Main reason I’m watching MasterChef is to see my old high school classmate/friend (Luke) so I’m very happy he has had a lot of screen time and gives me hope that he may go far in the competition,” a fan replied.
Will fan favourite Luke Harris be the winner of MasterChef Australia?
Luke Harris is the youngest competitor on MasterChef Australia this year, but he has already been singled out by the judges for being a great cook. When he was auditioning for a spot in the top 24, he decided to whip up a Bombe Alaska in 90 minutes — a huge risk. However, the judges said it was cooked perfectly and Poh declared it was “delicious”, making him an early fan favourite. He’s also super keen in the kitchen and isn’t afraid to push boundaries.
“This kid has something special in him,” a MasterChef Australia fan declared in the comments section.
“The whole house is on this man,” another person commented.
“What an inspiration you are to all the young men who know you,” a third fan wrote.
Was the MasterChef winner leaked correctly in 2025?
Spoilers about who wins MasterChef Australia drop often, and they have often been right. Last year’s grand final was between Laura Sharrad and Callum Hann, and we received a major hint about the leaked winner from none other than judge Andy Allen himself.
When Chattr first spoke to judge Andy at the start of MasterChef Australia, did he give a very big hint that the MasterChef winner leaked?
“I just can’t help but single out Laura, who’s a new mum. She had a six-month-old baby when she walked back into the kitchen this year; she’s got businesses,” Andy told Chattr.
“For her to drop everything, and just for that, probably, last chance of lifting that trophy, just goes to show, like, after 17 seasons, where we’re still going strong, which is lovely.”
Andy judged Laura during his first season as a MasterChef judge back in Season 12, and he recalled how close she was to winning the title. “If it wasn’t for an icy Jerusalem artichoke ice cream, then she may have come out on top,” he said.
On top of that, Former MasterChef producer Alexandria Funnell took to TikTok to answer common questions she’s been asked about the show, and dropped another big clue — which pointed to Laura taking out the competition.
“One little tidbit for this season is I know somebody, well, I know a few people that are currently working on it, and they told me that people will not be happy with the winner,” Alexandra revealed.
One of the biggest indicators of who will win a season is usually betting odds. And, according to Sportsbet, their last published odds had Laura tipped as the winner with odds of $5.00. Fan favourite Callum was tipped with the next highest odds at $10.00, which turned out to be correct.
The three MasterChef contestants who returned for a third time. Image: Ten.
“It’s pretty hard to win MasterChef. You need to be good at everything. There’s so many different aspects to it — you need to be good at team challenges, which require a certain skill set. You need to be good at your single dishes, individual dishes, which is another skill set. And you need to be good at following recipes and Pressure Tests,” Andre told Chattr.
“Callum and Laura are top level at all of the aspects of MasterChef… [but] for me, a dark horse is Depinder,” he reveals. “Everyone who’s a good game player in MasterChef has their own angle at MasterChef. And it was quite interesting for me to sit back and watch their angles, because I didn’t have one. I just went [to] create chaos and have fun.”
Turns out our suspicions were correct, and Laura Sharrad was crowned the winner.
Now, only time will tell if we are also correct about this year’s leaked winner. We have all our fingers and toes crossed for Luke!
Watch MasterChef Australia Sunday to Wednesday on Channel 10 and 10Play.
MasterChef Australia 2026 has only just kicked off, but viewers are already complaining after seeing a contestant cooking in an “unhygienic” way. Emily Sue, 37, has been busy whipping up some delicious dishes on the show, including traditional Chinese dishes, but that’s not what fans have been focusing on. On Facebook, one viewer noted that Emily’s hair is never pulled back, and her fringe could be seen as “messy”.
“Can someone, anyone, please get Emily to either tie up her fringe or clip it back? It’s just so messy and unhygienic,” the viewer pleaded.
Some agreed with her, with one saying, “She certainly wouldn’t get away with it in a real kitchen as they have to have it covered.”
“It would drive me insane!” another declared.
However, there were others who disagreed, saying this same topic gets discussed each year.
“Stop complaining about Emily’s hair and enjoy the show,” one retorted.
“I’ll soon have my annual complaints bingo with this. It’s so predictable. We have moaning about judges, their clothes, hair not tied back, last season Laura, people not seeing their nephew on the screen,” another joked.

“Not really sure why people watch if all they want to do is pull everyone apart,” a third remarked.
“FFS this show is about cooking, not someone’s hair. Can’t you just watch and enjoy without whinging?” another asked.
“Seriously who cares. It’s not as if you’re going to eat the food, it’s theatre, it’s a TV show, just enjoy it,” a fan replied.
Are there strict hygiene rules on MasterChef Australia?
Although MasterChef Australia is a TV show, not a professional restaurant, there are still strict hygiene rules the contestants must follow during the competition. Seeing as the judges need to taste each dish, the cooks are provided with hygiene briefs.
“You’re always briefed about hygiene and you’re always reminded, ‘No double dipping, no using spoons again, make sure anything that falls on the ground goes in the bin’,” Sumeet Saigal previously told Yahoo! Lifestyle.
“Yes, you may have a slip-up now and again. But the thing is, when you compare what happens on the show versus what people don’t see happen in commercial kitchens, you’re looking at a pretty safe environment.”
The contestant also revealed that there is a specific food team that watches from the sidelines. Production prioritises food safety, as you’d expect. “It’s very deeply and very seriously considered in the MasterChef kitchen, including washing hands before we start the cook,” she added.
Cooks in the MasterChef Australia kitchen are also unable to reuse pantry ingredients. “Opening a new package gives a same start level to everyone,” Juan De La Cruz previously told Chattr. “Think humidity in the flour, or even contamination from other ingredients that could ruin recipes.”
“Ultimately, the judges will eat this food, and they want to prevent any type of contamination.”
MasterChef Australia airs Sunday 7pm and Monday and Tuesday at 7.30pm on Channel 10 and 10Play.
MasterChef Australia2026 may have only just kicked off, but Luke Harris is already dominating screen time and winning fans over, thanks to his effortless charm and impressive cooking talent.
“Can i just tell you, I wouldn’t have done it in ninety minutes, it’s insane,” Poh told Luke at the judging dish. However, the judges were blown away when they cut into his almost-perfectly crafted creation, and even more so when they tasted it.
While the dish proved Luke’s serious culinary chops, what’s even more impressive is his age — at just 19, he’s the youngest contestant in the MasterChef Australia 2026 kitchen.
So, does the young gun have what it takes to make it all the way to the end and be crowned the winner of MasterChef Australia 2026? Here’s everything we know about him.
Luke is from a small beach town in Western Australia
Luke is a country boy, he was born in the small coastal town of Geraldton which is located about six hours north of Perth in Western Australia.
While Luke recently moved out of his family home in Geraldton, and made the move to Perth to study a Bachelor of Education, focused on high school maths, his cooking roots date back to his childhood. He credits both his parents and one of this high school food teacher, who sparked his passion for cooking.
“The reason I love food is because of others,” he told The Geraldton Guardian. “If I can inspire the next generation like I was inspired, that’s enough for me.”
What made Luke decide to audition for MasterChef Australia?
While Luke’s culinary skills are clear to all of those around him, he hasn’t considered auditioning for the popular cooking show until someone he knew encouraged him.
“I always thought I would never stand a chance in a million years. That was until, out of the blue, a friend messaged me about applying, and for whatever reason I took that leap,” he said.
He told The Geraldton Guardian that his initial application led to a series of interviews and auditions, progressing from video submissions to in-person stages before he was told he’d made it to the top 40. That mean he was officially on the show, and in the third episode his Bombe Alas ka scored him a ticket into the top 24. Luke shared that he felt overwhelmed when he stepped into the famous MasterChef kitchen for the first time.
“It was a baptism of fire,” he said. “We’d never used the equipment, didn’t know what was in the pantry, and then suddenly you hear ‘your time starts now’ and you realise you’re cooking for your life.”

Luke is already a MasterChef Australia fan favourite
Luke’s quickly become a favourite amongst viewers, with posts on the official MasterChef Australia Instagram account quickly being flooded with praise for the young chef.
“Rock on mate, you’re going to be a crowd pleaser with your attitude and skill,” one fan wrote on a clip of his Bombe Alaska. “You are amazing!” Another wrote.
Although Luke was sent into the second elimination round — which was a pressure test set by guest judge Maggie Beer — he was determined to redeem himself and blew the judges away with his beef bourguignon pie with a potato mash and a horseradish sauce.
“I knew Luke would ace the challenge,” a dedicated fan wrote on a clip of Luke cooking in the challenge.
MasterChef Australia airs Sunday 7pm and Monday and Tuesday at 7.30pm on Channel 10 and 10Play.
The Secret Wives of Mormon Wive‘s star Taylor Frankie Paul’s season of The Bachelorette has apparently been giving the green light to air on ABC. The season was abruptly axed just days before the premiere in March following a leaked video between her and her ex Dakota Mortensen that depicted domestic violence.
Reality Steve (real name Steve Carbone), a podcaster who has an extensive track recorder of xx insider information about The Bachelor franchise, revealed on Instagram that he’s heard ABC is planning to air the new season sometime this American Summer — which starts in late June.
“I have an update in regard to Taylor Frankie Paul’s Bachelorette season,” Reality Steve begins. “According to my sources, it is going to air, and not only that, it’s not getting dumped on a streamer. It’s going to air on ABC this summer,” he said.
Reality Steve predicted that the news would be announced at the ABC Upfronts, which are happening this week.
“I expect to hear an official announcement coming from people at ABC sometime in the next couple of weeks. Sources are telling me we’re getting Taylor, Frankie Paul, season of The Bachelorette, and it’s going to air on ABC this summer,” he added.
Why did Taylor Frankie Paul’s season of The Bachelorette get cancelled initially?
The Bachelorette was scheduled to premiere on March 22, but was paused on March 19 after a video of a domestic incident from 2023 leaked.
The video shows Taylor kicking her now ex, Dakota Mortensen, and throwing chairs while her young daughter was present. “Your daughter just got hit in the head by a metal chair!” Dakota tells her in the clip.
ABC cited the video as the reason for axing Taylor’s The Bachelorette season.
“In light of the newly released video just surfaced today, we have made the decision to not move forward with the new season of The Bachelorette at this time, andour focus is on supporting the family,” a Disney Entertainment Television spokesperson said in a statement.
Former Married At First Sight (MAFS) star Tony Mojanovski has faced a New South Wales court following a heated business dispute where he verbally threatened to ‘kill’ a relative.
The 54-year-old ex-MAFS groom, who operated a fishing charter with his nephew, reached out to his business partner in November 2025. A routine phone convo regarding work schedules rapidly soured when the nephew stated he could not work that day. According to court records, the conversation “quickly turned volatile.”
As the argument intensified, the nephew recorded the interaction on his wife’s phone, capturing Tony declaring, “I’m gonna kill you”.
Tony was a contestant on MAFS in 2025. Image: Nine.
Tony was arrested and transported to Illawarra Police Station. He originally denied the claims, stating he had no memory of the threats. However, after investigators played the recording back to him, he admitted: “There you go, that’s what I said.”
Appearing at Wollongong Local Court on Wednesday, Tony pleaded guilty to a charge of intimidation. Magistrate David Williams opted to spare him a conviction, instead placing him on a 12-month conditional release order. The Magistrate noted that the incident appeared out of character for a man with a clean record and no history of violence.
Tony expressed deep regret to the court, attributing the outburst to extreme stress. “It’s just a mistake I made. I’m not an aggressive person, I’ve never been in a fight,” he stated.
“He just pushed me to my limits.”
Tony is best known for his appearance on the 2025 season of MAFS, where he was paired with Morena Farina.
What happened between Tony and Morena on MAFS?
Tony Mojanovski and Morena Farina’s journey on the 2025 season of Married at First Sight was defined by many awkward moments.
Tony, a 54-year-old business owner, struggled to find a romantic spark with Morena, a 57-year-old DJ. At the time, Tony’s family members reportedly made comments suggesting he should have been paired with someone younger, specifically around the age of 40.

The couple ultimately decided to leave the show after Morena admitted she could not fully commit to the process while being away from her children. It didn’t help matters that Tony frequently went MIA during the experiment.
The physical distance and the emotional toll of the experiment led to the mutual decision that their romantic future was unlikely.
They exited the experiment amicably, citing family priorities and a lack of “chemistry” as the primary reasons for their departure, but Morena went on to suggest in post-MAFS interviews that Tony was still ‘in love’ with his wife (yes, his real wife) during the experiment.
Gold coast based Brienna is a fitness-influencer who boasts over 148,000 followers on Instagram, as well as a registered nurse who works as a cosmetic injector.
Scott let slip he was seeing someone special on the final episode of MAFS: After the Dinner Party. “It’s too early to speak but there’s someone in the picture, yeah,” he told hosts Laura Byrne and Brittany Hockley, adding that it was someone he already knew.
In an interview with Daily Mail published on May 2, Scott revealed that he and Brienna had only made their relationship official last week, and met when she “did [his] Botox”.
“I don’t want to hide it anymore,” Scott told the publication about his decision to hard launch their relationship.
“I want to be able to show my girlfriend, because I’m proud of her and I’m proud of the relationship I have.”
Scott’s MAFS co-stars react to his new relationship
Shortly after Scott shared the post hard launching his relationship with Brienna, his MAFS co-stars took to the comments section to share congratulatory messages.
“My two favourites. Guess I gotta hide in the toilet alone now,” David Momoh wrote. Danny Hewitt commented: “Soo happy for you mate you deserve the world.”
Paige Royale, Scott’s long-time bestie who appeared in the friends and family episode of MAFS, shared some inside insight into Scott and Brienna’s relationship.
“I have never seen you so happy… i am so so happy for you both,” she wrote, to which Scott responded: “Love ya sis appreciate you.”
Scott’s MAFS ex Gia Fleur’s new boyfriend
Scott and Gia Fleur‘s tumultuous relationship was one of the most dominating storylines on MAFS 2026, with multiple breakups and a tearful Dinner Party showdown.
But, while it was clear that both Scott and Gia has strong feelings for each other during the experiment, they’ve both found love since splitting in the final moments of the season.
In early April, Gia revealed she was dating former Love Triangle contestant Alan Wallace in an Instagram post with the caption: “No revenge. I got the love story of my dreams.”
Later that month she took to Instagram to shared a bunch of cute happy snaps of the couple, revealing that they’d been dating since mid-January.
Considering the amount of drama that went down between Scott and Gia on MAFS, it’s probably for the best that they’ve both found love with other people!
MasterChef Australia airs on Sunday at 7pm and Monday – Wednesday at 7:30pm on Channel 10 and 10Play.
In the challenge, the contestants were given 60-minutes by guest judge, Andy Hearnden, to cook their ‘ultimate breakfast’, but they were told the judges would only taste the ’12 most appealing breakfasts’ that were served.
After a stressful cook-up, Aaron Kher was selected as the winner for his congee, which Andy Allen picked as ‘dish of the day’, while Alita Harvey-Rodriguez, Dot McHugh and Kanika Gadyok all served up standout dishes to save their spot in the competition.
Aaron wins ‘dish of the day’. Image: Ten.
However, the dishes that didn’t pass muster, along with all the other dishes that weren’t even tasted, have sent their cooks into a potential early goodbye to the competition.
“I’m afraid, everyone else: you are up for elimination,” judge Jean-Christophe Novelli announced.
The challenge immediately drew ire from MasterChef fans, who questioned how the contestants who didn’t even have their dishes tasted could end up being eliminated.
It’s so unfair that they are only tasting 12 dishes when it results you you being in elimination #MasterChefAU
The trouble with only tasting 12 dishes is what if the other dishes doesn’t look good but tastes great? This method of judging needs to get in the bin! #MasterChefAU
I don't like it this year where not everyone gets tasted. #MasterChefAU
— Tez (reading P. J. Tracy's THE DEEPEST CUT) (@TezMillerOz) May 3, 2026
Some fans have even raised suspicions that this kind of challenge lends itself to favouritism. Considering only a select group of dishes are picked, the judges might be more inclined to pick the contestants whose storylines have been dominating the season.
Is anyone else not loving the "we'll only taste the 10 dishes we like the look of best" thing more than once? Because they seem to taste the same people's dishes again and again? #MasterChefAU
@MasterChefAU: People have been calling for blind taste testing for over a decade now. When are you going to start doing that for every challenge so there's no (percieved) bias? #MasterChefAU
This isn’t the first time that only a select group of dishes were tasted in a preliminary elimination. Almost every season, this sort of challenge is held, and the same criticism is levelled at it.
After all, is it really fair to just judge a book by its cover or a dish by its appearance? Hidden in the meals that were not tasted could have been the episode’s best dish, but no one would be the wiser. Make it make sense!
The call for MasterChef Australia to go back to blind tasting
To quash any favouritism allegations, there have been growing calls for MasterChef to go back to the foundations of the show, which involved blind tastings of contestants’ dishes.
“The big discussion is about fairness,” posted one Redditor in 2026. “If the judges don’t know who cooked the dish, the favouritism accusations disappear.”
This is a nostalgic nod to the show’s earlier seasons, where contestants would remain in the kitchen while their dishes were delivered to the judges by professional waiters. How charming, right?
Fans have argued that this strips away the unconscious bias that inevitably creeps in when judges watch a popular contestant struggle or a frontrunner excel during the cook. When a plate is served anonymously, the judges’ critique would focus solely on the flavour, technique, and presentation, rather than any ‘narrative’ around the person who cooked it.
MasterChef Australia airs Sunday 7pm and Monday and Tuesday at 7.30pm on Channel 10 and 10Play.
One moment, she’s calling someone a “scurvy C-dog” (iconic tbh) and the next, she’s making up and then breaking up with her experiment partner, Danny Hewitt. And to be fair, we loved every second of it.
And now, almost three weeks since the two-part Reunion aired, Bec has revealed her next big move.
“I am now exclusively represented by Instyle Management,” she told her followers.
“There are some fun things in the works and it’s going to be a great time.”
The Gold Coast-based agency that’s signed Bec represents the likes of Big Brother winner Coco Beeby and The Block winners Taz and Britt. Not bad company, huh!
“I feel incredibly grateful to be stepping into this next chapter with a management team that truly believes in me and my potential,” Bec told Chattr of her big move.
“It’s such an exciting moment and I don’t take any of these opportunities for granted. Im committed to working really hard and I’m really ready to back myself, grow my platform, and build something meaningful beyond the show. This feels like just the beginning, and I’m genuinely excited for everything that’s to come.”
This exciting news follows Bec being fired from her old job while MAFS was airing. She later announced a new gig giving relationship advice for The Advertiser newspaper.
“I am so excited to bring a little fun out of a really exhausting and humiliating experience that I had on MAFS,” she previously told Chattr. “I have learnt sooooo much about myself and relationships from the experts and my time, so this is a great opportunity to have a little bit of fun and help people.”
Bec is the second 2026 MAFS bride after Gia to join a talent agency
Gia told Chattr that she was delighted to sign with Markson Sparks post-MAFS fame.
“Markson Sparks just felt like the perfect fit,” she said. “Supportive, forward-thinking, and completely aligned with my next chapter. I’m excited to see where Max and his team take me, get used to seeing my face, whether you like it or not!”
Markson Sparks director, Max Markson, spoke to Chattr about being excited to work with Gia. “Gia is someone that everybody is talking about, and I’m delighted to be representing her. Past MAFS alumni I’ve represented and continue to, include Jessika Power and Cyrell Paule — both of whom have gone on to star in multiple reality TV shows since,” he said.
“I’ve worked with Kim Kardashian, Rachel Hunter, Pamela Anderson — to name just a few. I see big things ahead for Gia.”

When most of us think about MasterChef Australia, our minds go straight to the show’s biggest success stories — the contestants whose careers and bank accounts have both flourished off the back of it.
Justine Schofield has been a mainstay on Australian TV for over a decade with her show Everyday Gourmet. She’s the queen of relatable, home-style cooking and has published multiple cookbooks.
Reynold Poernomo, aka the Dessert King, didn’t even win his season, but his restaurant KOI Dessert Bar became a cult favourite and his one of the most well-known names to come out of the MasterChef kitchen. Billie McKay is the only person to win the show twice. After her first win, she actually went to work for Heston Blumenthal (who was a guest judge on her season) at the world-renowned The Fat Duck.
And who can forget the ‘First Lady’ of MasterChef Australia,Julie Goodwin. Since winning that very first season in 2009, she’s stayed incredibly busy, releasing cookbooks, starting a cooking school and writing a memoir.
But what about the previous contestants who didn’t walk away richer (in both experience and err… literally money) from their time on the show? For some contestants, they are barely scraping by on minimum wage.

How much do MasterChef Australia contestants get paid in Australia?
There are a few conflicting numbers, and none of them is good news for the latest crop of contestants.
The Sydney Morning Herald reported that the 2013 crew was only getting a “mere $630 allowance each week.” To put that in perspective, the average wage for an entry level cook was about $583 back then—so they were barely clearing the industry minimum. Sure, the show paid for their room and board, but it’s still not exactly a ‘quit your day job’ kind of salary.
Go back a couple more years, and the deal was even worse. News.com.au reported that the 2011 contestants were surviving on a “mere $500 a week.” That was a total pittance compared to the average weekly wage of $1,291 at the time.
One contestant kept it real about the struggle. He mentioned that the low pay didn’t really sink in while they were busy filming, but the vibe shifted once the cameras stopped rolling.
“That’s when the reality hits and it’s then the time to start looking for jobs and to start making money again,” Billy Law explained.
However, the salary shifts dramatically for All-Stars.New Idea reported that Poh Ling Yeow and Hayden Quinn both pocketed $40,000 when they appeared on the All-Stars season in 2020.
But still, these beloved faves were already established celebrity chefs at the time, who likely didn’t have their rent depending on their MasterChef salary. And once you’re out of the MasterChef bubble, those bills come knocking pretty fast.

What is the prize money for winning MasterChef Australia?
Of course, if you happen to win the MasterChef competition, you don’t just pocket a reported $250,000, but you’re likely to have the chance to reap the financial rewards with loads of lucrative opportunities.
Season 2 winner, Adam Liaw, has done everything from cookbooks to cooking shows while Season 10 winner Sashi Cheliah opened up Gaja by Sashi and has expanded his empire into home-cooking kits and pop-up dining experiences.
But some lucky finalists have turned their short-lived time on the show into massive brands.
There’s Marion Grasby, who turned her untimely exit from the show into a business masterclass. Her brand, Marion’s Kitchen, produces food ranges that are sold in supermarkets across Australia, the US, and Asia (aka money, money, money).
Or hey, just be Poh, who placed runner-up but managed to carve out one of the most successful cooking careers in Australia.

How much are the MasterChef judges paid?
While the contestant’s are reportedly on a pittance while competing the show, the same can’t be said for the judges. In 2025, New Idea reported that veteran judge, and former contestant, Andy Allen was raking in $500,000 per season.
If you go back even further, Most avid MasterChef fans know that whispers circulated that long time hosts Matt Preston, Gary Mehigan and George Calombaris left the show over a salary dispute. SMH reported that the three chefs were on a salary of over $1 million each, but wanted a payrise of more than 40 per cent. The story goes that when Network 10 failed to meet their financially demands, they threw the towel in and left.
A statement released by the network’s chief executive officer Paul Anderson said they hadnt’ been able to reach a commercial agreement with the trio after months of negotiation.
Matt seemed to confirm the reports that the salaries offered weren’t high enough, saying on Instagram that the three chefs were “really keen to continue but we were unable to agree to all terms for the new contract”.
However, Gary cryptically posted that the decision to walk away was “never about the money and never will be about the money”.
MasterChef Australia airs Sunday 7pm and Monday and Tuesday at 7.30pm on Channel 10 and 10Play.
he MasterChef Australia 2025 finale was a banger with one returning contestant set to take the crown, marking their third shot at the title.
Laura Sharrad and Callum Hann were the final two standing from the 24 returning contestants in MasterChef Australia’s second Back to Win season. With a whopping 59 episodes in the bag, the finale was a nail-biter. Here’s everything you need to know about the MasterChef Australia 2025 finale.

When is the MasterChef Australia 2025 grand finale on?
The MasterChefAustralia 2025 grand finale aired on Tuesday, August 12 2025, at 7:30pm on Channel 10 and 10Play.
Who was in the MasterChef Australia finale for 2025?
Laura and Callum went head to head in the MasterChef Australia finale. Laura came in as a runner-up on Season 6 and Season 12. Callum, who’s also a third-time returnee, came second on season two, and fourth on season 12.
Jamie Fleming narrowly missed out after being eliminated during a service challenge in the semi-final. While judges, Andy Allen, Sofia Levin, Poh Ling Yeow and Jean-Christophe Novelli were blown away by his entrée and main, his dessert let him down after his chocolate crémeux didn’t set properly.
“I just fell a little bit short, but I’m okay with that, and I got beaten on the day by two amazing people,” Jamie told Chattr in a post-elimination interview.
Finalist Callum Han with eliminated contestant Depinder Chhibber. Image: Ten.
Have any of the MasterChef Australia: Back to Win 2025 contestants won the show before?
No, the season is strictly for returning contestants who haven’t won the show before.
However, there’s a slight caveat to the rule. Callum previously competed on a spin-off of MasterChef Australia in 2012 called MasterChef Australia All-Stars, which was a mini season. He won $20,000 for his chosen charity, Cancer Council Australia.
Laura Sharrad crowned the winner of MasterChef Australia 2025?
Laura Sharrad won with Callum coming in as runner up, scoring 80 out of 90, compared to Callum’s 73 over two rounds of competition.
In the first round, Laura and Callum start with a “flavour pairing knock-out” challenge, which saw them tie with a score of 38 out of 40 a piece. Callum chose an oyster dish while Laura opted for a potato, rosemary, and samphire risotto.
She forged ahead in the final Pressure Test that was set by Filipino-Australian pastry guest chef Miko Aspiras, who tasked the only two contestants left with recreating his signature “Botanical Garden” dessert.
“This is the most surreal feeling in the whole entire world, I’m just truly so proud of myself for coming back for a third time and completely setting myself up for heartbreak, and pulling off what I never really thought I could do,” Laura said through tears upon being crowned the winner of the tough season.
What happened in the MasterChef 2024 finale?
The MasterChefAustralia 2024 finale was between Josh‘Pezza’ Perry and Nat Thaipun. Nat took out the win with a score of 71 compared to Josh’s 68.
“I couldn’t believe it, I was in shock to be honest, especially having my family there as well, I couldn’t believe it,” she told 10.com.au of her win.
What happened in the MasterChef 2023 finale?
Brent and Rhiannon battled it out in the MasterChef 2023 finale, with returnee Brent snatching the win with a score of with 63 points over her 52 points.
“This is a big win but it isn’t just for me. Honestly, it’s for every single person who backed me, who reached out and shared their hard stuff and stories with me, it’s for all those who never gave up,” the cook wrote in a Instagram post celebrating his win.
“This win is for us and I couldn’t be happier than I am right now in this moment!!”
Between Poh Ling Yeow’s stunning Coconut Laced Pancakes and Adriano Zumbo’s dreaded Croquembouche, MasterChef Australia is known for its unforgettable dishes.
But less is said about the dishes that we’d like to forget. Thankfully, longtime judge Andy Allen is spilling some tea on the one dish he almost ‘spat out’.
Andy told PEDESTRIAN.TV’s podcast Villain Editthat the worst plate of food ever served on MasterChef Australia came from season 13’s Tommy Pham in 2021.
Wait, is this the same Tommy Pham who served up delicious Vietnamese delicacies like Bánh Cuốn and Banh Canh Cua? Apparently, one of Tommy’s more experimental dishes was not a pleasant eating experience.
Tommy Pham on MasterChef Australia. Image: Ten.
“He did this oyster dish and it was, I’ve tried to delete it from my mind, oyster with buttermilk, fish sauce, chive, dill, and it just didn’t work,” Andy said.
“Bland food, under-seasoned food, you get your fair share of that. But that was one where I was like, that’s the closest I’ve been to spitting something out in seven years.”
That said, Andy reckons that one of his own dishes was a big dud from when he won MasterChef Australia back in 2012.
“It was in front of Massimo Bottura — very famous, he’s been voted the number one chef in the world for many years. He came around, and he was like, ‘I hate offal’, which surprised me,” he said, recapping a challenge in Rome.
“And then not only that, but I overcooked the absolute s**t out of this offal, and it was then served cold. So he was an offal hater with all of the lamb’s offal cold and shrivelled up in front of him. I felt for him.”
How many dishes has Andy Allen tasted on MasterChef Australia?
In an interview with Chattr in 2025, Andy shared the staggering number of dishes he had to taste in a single season. And oh boy, I hope he’s hungry!
“We’ll do some math here. I think in the first week of filming [MasterChef Australia 2025], I tried over 100 dishes. Multiply that by what? How many weeks do you reckon we film? I reckon 25 weeks. So we’re talking about 2500 dishes just in one season,” he said.
Ummm. Wow.
But Andy doesn’t have any complaints about the thousands of dishes. “I think that’s the beauty of my job, I just get to try so much good food. It’s not the beauty of my waistline, because it’s a lot of food and it’s a constant battle not to absolutely devour anything that’s put in front of me,” he said.
MasterChef Australia airs on Sunday at 7pm and Monday – Wednesday at 7:30pm on Channel 10 and 10Play.
In the Farmer Wants a Wife (FWAW) 2025 finale, intruder lead Farmer Jack had to choose between Olivia and Sarahto leave the show, and he spent time with both of their families before making his decision.
Farmer Jack formed a strong connection with Sarah early on—she was even the first person he kissed. His bond with Olivia developed more slowly, but over time, they built a solid foundation, sharing their first kiss outside the black-tie dinner party in Sydney.
In the end, though, it was Sarah who captured Jack’s heart, and he told her she was his final pick. So, are they still together IRL? Read on to find out.

What happened during Jack’s final pick?
Farmer Jack flew to Cairns and Sarah introduced him to her mum, and friends Amy and Naomi. The meeting went relatively well, but Sarah’s friends were concerned that she was giving up her entire life for a man.
Sarah reassured her friends that she had very strong feelings for Farmer Jack and said her feelings are “growing every day”. She later told him that she was falling for him.
Heading into the final decision, Sarah was the first person to see Farmer Jack, which, as The Bachelor fans know, is never a good sign. However, producers switched things up on FWAW because Farmer Jack eventually told Sarah that he wanted to be with her. But, not before he broke the news to Olivia, who took the dumping with grace.

After that, the camera panned back to Farmer Jack and Sarah, and he told her that he couldn’t imagine his future without her.
“I do feel like I’m falling in love with you,” he told her.
Sarah was delighted about his decision and said she was so excited to keep learning more about him and to plan their future together.

Are Farmer Jack and Sarah still together now?
Farmer Jack and Sarah may have left the final decision together, but did they make it in the real world?
In an exclusive interview with Chattr, Sarah confirmed they’re still going strong. “We are [together] and very happy,” she said. “Jack and I are incredibly happy and really settled into life together. We work every day together at the farm and we’re looking forward to our future together.”
Last year, Sarah moved to Jack’s farm. “We moved in together about three months after we finished filming and it’s been great building a home together,” she said.
“Farm life has been very natural to enter into. I have been working at the farm with Jack since September last year and have been loving every second. Mornings don’t feel right now if I haven’t started the day milking!”
Despite joining late to the season, the Tasmanian dairy farmer was instantly drawn to 29-year-old personal assistant Sarah. They had an easy chemistry that stood in stark contrast to the chaotic drama unfolding on the other men’s farms. During the heartfelt finale, Jack didn’t hold back, admitting that while moving her across the country was a “risk,” it was one he was desperate to take.
“Sarah, I love the way that you approach life, you have a warmth and an ease about you and you impart that warmth upon everyone around you, which is an amazing trait that you have,” he told her at the finale.
“I said from the beginning of this that I’d know if I found love if I found someone I thought about when I imagined my future, and I can’t imagine my future without you.”
Image: Seven.
Sarah was left overjoyed to be Farmer Jack’s chosen lady. “It’s been so easy just being around you and you just make me feel so incredible. I feel like we’re just getting closer and closer,” she said. “I’m just so excited and I just can’t wait to keep learning more about you and spending time and planning our future together.”
In an exclusive interview with Chattr, Sarah reflected on the experience. “The show was such a whirlwind, but over the past year, things have really settled into something so easy and steady,” she said.
“It is still very surreal when we get recognised, but it’s always nice meeting the people who watched our love story.”
But the big question looms: did this adorable couple go the distance?
Are Farmer Wants A Wife’sFarmer Jack and Sarah still together?
Yes! Sarah has confirmed that these two lovebirds are still going strong. “We are [still together] and very happy,” she told Chattr.
“Jack and I are incredibly happy and really settled into life together. We work every day together at the farm and we’re looking forward to our future together.”
Sarah and Farmer Jack have since moved in together on the farm. “We moved in together about three months after we finished filming and it’s been great building a home together,” she beamed.
While there was no talk of marriage or babies on the horizon just yet, Sarah said “we’ve just been focusing on ourselves and building our future.” More recently, Sarah welcomed her grandma and siblings to the farm to meet Jack. “I couldn’t be more grateful for that. It was really special having them here, meeting Jack and seeing the farms I’ve been working on,” she said.
Speaking of farm life, Sarah has taken to it like a duck to water. “Farm life has been very natural to enter into. I have been working at the farm with Jack since September last year and have been loving every second,” she said.
“Mornings don’t feel right now if I haven’t started the day milking!”
Sarah reveals if she’s still friends with the other Farmer Wants A Wife ladies
“I am very close friends with Olivia. We still talk every day and are hoping to see each other soon, as well as Keeley from Corey’s farm,” she said. “The experience really makes fast friends and I couldn’t be luckier with the people that I have met along the way.”
With a new love, life and friends, Sarah recommends that anyone thinking of signing up to date one of the 2026 Farmers should apply, but be prepared for the unknown.
“You have to be very open to the experience. It is unlike any other and it’s not always easy,” she said.
“We are very excited for the new season of FWAW. Good luck to all the participants!”
The 2026 season of MasterChef Australiahas just begun with a hotpot of hopeful home cooks competing under the guidance of our MasterChef overlords (aka judges): Andy Allen, Poh Ling Yeow, Sofia Levin and Jean-Christophe Novelli.
The judges are basically MasterChef’s mums and dads, but is there one parent who isn’t getting the same amount of love (translation: TV time) as the others? In a Reddit thread on the MasterChefAU subreddit, user @Emergency-Method6101 posted that they believed that one judge was getting less screen time than the rest: French cooking extraordinaire, Jean-Christophe Novelli. Sacré bleu!
Justice for Jean-Christophe Novelli? Image: Ten.
“It really needs fixing. Last night on one of the cooks, we didn’t get a JC [Jean-Christophe] opinion at all. And why is the judging line-up basically always the same? Andy first, the girls, then JC? Mix up the judging order to ensure that all comments are valued equally rather than the real master ‘tacked on’ at the end?” they posted.
“He’s a regular part of the team now, so give the man more respect. Justice for JC.”
One Redditor had a theory on why Jean-Christophe’s judgements are often given last. “[I] can’t speak for Sofia but I’m guessing Andy gets first due to seniority and Poh was a former contestant,” they theorised.
Sidenote: I don’t think anyone would disagree that Andy gets a whole lot of screentime every episode. The man loves to yap!
Another Redditor had a not-so-nice theory about our French fave. “He doesn’t articulate very well and has nothing memorable to say during the judging,” they wrote. “But that is just my theory, I think they need to get rid of one judge.” Bit rude, hey.
But not everyone agreed that Jean-Christophe as a judge was a dud. “When he was given a couple of edits last year where he was allowed to speak, I was impressed by his commentary of the food. He does have the knowledge and he does have the skills in [the] English language to articulate very well,” they replied.
“He’s just not being given the opportunity for us to see this on screen.”
Hopefully, as the season heats up, we’ll get to see a bit more of our beloved Frenchie.
Who is MasterChef Australia judge Jean-Christophe Novelli?
Jean-Christophe Novelli joined the judging panel of MasterChef Australia in 2024, bringing his storied culinary expertise to the popular cooking competition.
A celebrated French chef and restaurateur, he is widely recognised for his French charm and deep passion for teaching. He began his cooking career at the young age of 14 in Northern France before he moved to the United Kingdom, where he worked with influential figures, such as the late celebrity chef Keith Floyd and at prestigious establishments like Chewton Glen.
Jean-Christophe’s illustrious background includes being a four-time Michelin-starred chef and earning the prestigious title of ‘The Nation’s Favourite French Chef’ in the UK. His extensive list of accolades also features the AA Chefs’ Chef of the Year award and the Egon Ronay Dessert of the Year. These days, aside from wearing his MasterChef Australia judging hat, he remains a dedicated food educator, inspiring food lovers globally through his world-renowned cookery school.
MasterChef Australia 2026 airs Sunday – Tuesday on Channel 10 and 10Play.

Between her constant bickering with Bec Zacharia and her tumultuous relationship with Scott McCristal, Gia may not have endeared herself to all of MAFS’ viewers but… look, she sure was never boring.
Gia from MAFS reveals what viewers didn’t see from Scott
Echoing sentiments she’s made in other interviews, Gia believes that her MAFS partner Scott got a good edit. “I’m not saying he’s a bad person, but there are a lot of things that he’s done that haven’t made it to air either,” she said.
“That’s his edit. It wouldn’t make sense if he suddenly had a scene where he’s saying something mean about a woman.”
Gia went on to claim that Scott made an X-rated comment at their wedding that didn’t make it to air. “He said to me on our wedding night, ‘Thank God you have fake tits, because if you didn’t, I would leave.’ He was like, ‘I would never date someone who doesn’t have fake tits.'”
Scott and Gia get married on MAFS. Image: Nine.
Gia then alleged that Scott asked her: “‘Do any of the other girls have fake tits? Are they hotter than you?’ I was like, what? That’s disgusting,” Gia claimed.
“There were so many things that he said and no one knows.”
Gia went on to claim that Scott restricted what they could share with the experts at the Commitment Ceremony. She said she wanted to discuss that she had told Scott she loved him, but he didn’t say it back, but he resisted. “I tried to bring it up and he was like, don’t bring it up. He didn’t want me to make him look bad ever.”
That said, Gia did admit to self-sabotaging their relationship in the later stages of the experiment, especially by Home Stays. “I was also looking for a problem. I feel like I was very much in my self-sabotage moment of the relationship, where I was like, find something else wrong.”
Gia from MAFS reveals how she met her current boyfriend.
Gia is currently dating former Love Triangle contestant Alan Wallace, a 34-year-old sparky and former semi-pro AFL player. And it turns out, he had a weird connection to Scott. “My boyfriend now used to date Scott’s ex,” Gia said.
She reckons this was the ex that Scott was still in contact with during MAFS. “The one he was talking to. So I was like, this is so juicy,” she told the podcast. She reached out to Alan while filming MAFS to gather information about Scott.
“This guy dated her after Scott. So I’m like, he might know info,” she recalled. “I was like, give me something! I’m dating this guy. I’m on MAFS.”
Alan followed Gia on Instagram, they started to DM but only reconnected at an event after MAFS filming was done and dusted.
Gia shares what viewers didn’t see before the final dinner party.
Gia addressed the final dinner party, where Bec appeared to be encouraging Gia to speak her truth to Scott, but later said in a confessional that she was trying to make Gia “look like a dick”.
“The thing that really upset me is that three days before that dinner party, I wasn’t going to go to the dinner party. She [Bec] was the one on the phone to me every day when I was crying,” Gia said.
Gia watched the footage of Bec on Stan’s spin-off. Image: Nine.
“She was telling me, he still wants to be with you. He’s written you a letter and he wants to forgive everything. And I was like, ‘Oh, does he still want to be with me?’ At this time, I still was on the fence about whether I wanted to be with Scott, so I bought into it,” she continued.
“Oh my God, I was played so hard.”
It’s safe to say there’s no love lost between these two. “She’s blocked. I don’t speak to Bec. I haven’t spoken to Bec since a week after my birthday.”
Gia shares who she’s still friends with from the MAFS 2026 cast
Gia admits that she’s cut ties with the bulk of the MAFS cast, and only has two friends from the show: Chris Robinson and Rebecca Zukowski.
She didn’t have overly kind words to say about a lot of the others. In a game where Gia had to sum up each cast member in one word, she called Alyssa ‘fake’, Bec a ‘bitch’, Danny a ‘liar’, Stella ‘harsh’, and she referred to her former friend, Juliette, as a ‘devil woman’. Bit harsh, no?
“I’m not friends with half of those people. I don’t wish them bad,” she concluded.
Gia got candid about the impact MAFS has had on her daughter
Gia expressed some regrets about how her behaviour on the show had impacted her young daughter. “I should have thought more about her. I’m a mum,” she said. “She’s not going to watch it. I mean, unless she’s older, she watches it. I’m a bit embarrassed by what she could see and go, Oh God, mum was a bit of a bitch.”
But Gia can’t believe some of the despicable messages that MAFS viewers have sent to her. “[One message] basically said that you’re disgusting and I hope your daughter gets bullied enough that she kills herself,” Gia recalled. “You can hate me on a TV show and that’s fine, but what’s she done? She wasn’t on the TV show. She’s an innocent nine-year-old child.”
Gia said in person, people are nice to her face but save their most vicious thoughts for her DMs. “People take the hate so far and so seriously. They watch the show like they think they know me now,” she said.
“I’ve even had messages where people are like, can you be a good mum for once and put her in foster care? I’m like, oh my God. You have no idea what kind of life she lives.”

Married At First Sight (MAFS) 2026 intruder bride Juliette Chae Fava has mostly stayed quiet about her experience on the show, but in an interview with Chattr, she shared some behind-the-scenes moments that never quite made it to air. In particular, Juliette thinks the men from MAFS 2026 were “protected” by the edit, and she clocked it right away while watching her wedding to Joel Moses.
“There’s a lot of stuff that went down that [was] cut out from the men’s side,” Juliette reveals. “In Joel’s speech, he said ‘night clubs are a cesspool of low quality women’, and that was actually in his vows. And when he said that, you see me turn around and look at my friends, but they’ve completely sliced it and made it look like I was turning around for something else he was saying.”
The bride says this felt like a “red flag”, because ranking women as “low quality” or “high quality” based on what activities they enjoy is an ick.
“I was pretty shocked [by] that bit honestly… that was a bit icky for me, just right off the bat. But again, they didn’t put that in [the edit].”
Juliette went on to claim that Joel also spoke poorly about Gia’s appearance in an “absolutely foul” way, but that also wasn’t included. Spicy!
The bride hopes that fans will start to understand who each participant really is now that the show is over, and they all have control of their own social media accounts.
She refuses to reveal who is the “fakest” out of the cast, and says she’s moving on. “I think spreading more hate like that [would be unwise]. I’ve been on the receiving end of other cast mates just putting that stuff on me and on some of my other friends on the show. So that’s why I’m like, I just don’t really want to add more fuel to the fire.”
We love it when people take the high road!

Has Juliette seen what Joel has been saying about her online?
On Reddit, Joel has been busy in the MAFS subreddit, describing his ex-wife as “pure evil” and saying she “stinks to high heavens”.
Juliette says she was “shocked by it”, but knew there was a hidden side to Joel that wasn’t aired on MAFS.
“The way he’s gone about me online is how I heard him talk about some of the other female cast members on the show,” the bride says. “He escaped the show pretty well. But then the way he’s gone about it online is just yeah, true colours are showing.”
While she finds his comments “hurtful”, she’s blocked him on all social media platforms. Still, when these narratives go around online, it can take a toll.
“It just feels like the wound is [getting reopened] and it’s getting to a sad point. I do hope he finds peace, and yeah, peace and love,” Juliette notes.
“I feel like we’ve all copped so much, I wouldn’t want to be inflicting any more pain on anyone else.”

Farmer Tom had a few rough patches before finding his match. After dating a few women, he narrowed it down to Eliza and Georgie. Realising Georgie was his forever lady, he told her he was all in, and they left the show as a couple before the finale. It was an oddly straightforward finish for an FWAW couple: he picked the person he clicked with most, and they made it official. Donezo.
But then! Rumours quickly emerged that Tom had swapped his winner pick for his runner-up, but this was later denied by Eliza. Ahead of the new batch of 2026 Farmers, Chattr asked Georgie herself whether she’s still with Farmer Tom and where they stand in 2026.
Are Farmer Wants A Wife’s Farmer Tom and Georgie still together?
On the 2025 season of FWAW, Farmer Tom and Georgie admitted they had fallen hard for each other, leaving Farmer Wants A Wife before the finale. Naughty!
“I enjoyed every moment I’ve been with you,” Tom professed to Georgie. “I’m excited to take the next step in this, and I’ve fallen really hard and fast for you, Georgie. I’m totally in love with you.”
Georgie was left giddy with excitement about their future. “I feel exactly the same way. This has just been the best experience of my life. I’ve fallen in love with you. I’m so happy now,” she said.
So… did they actually go the distance? You bet. Farmer Tom and Georgie are still going strong.
“We’re going great and very appreciative of the opportunity to go on FWAW,” Georgie told Chattr.
“The outcome was amazing!”
That’s what we like to hear, folks.
These days, Georgie’s Instagram is packed with cute pics of herself and Tom, their life on his farm in Borambola, and enjoying a cheeky trip to Hobart together in April, 2026.
Given Georgie’s success on Farmer Wants A Wife, she recommends that any women thinking of applying for the upcoming season go for gold. “I definitely would recommend it for people who would love to find the one,” she said.
“It’s definitely possible!!”
Eliza addressed the rumours around her relationship with Farmer Tom
In a TikTok from 2025, Eliza addressed a rumour that she was living with Farmer Tom on his farm. “I am not living on the farm and I’m not working near the farm, I’m in Melbourne, I’m in Melbourne, and yeah. After final decision, Tom and I didn’t rekindle a relationship, we didn’t speak,” she said.
“We haven’t [spoken] since, and there isn’t any truth to that rumour… so yeah, I guess the moral of the story is I will never be somebody’s second choice or second option, so we can put any rumours to bed that I’ll ever be on the farm, I’m not there, I will never be there, Tom made his pick and it wasn’t me,” she added.
What was Farmer Tom’s final decision?
After Farmer Tom met both Eliza and Georgie’s families, both Ladies seemed absolutely smitten with the bloke. However, Tom had to break one of their hearts.
The Farmer broke down in tears as he let Eliza down gently, saying: “You have so much love to give, and I truly believe you deserve to find someone to give you that much love back. Sorry Eliza, but I’ve fallen for someone else.”

Eliza broke down in tears as she walked away, and she didn’t hide how disappointed she was.
“I’m a bit heartbroken, it’s hard to hear,” she said. “I came in today feeling hopeful and [I’m] disappointed and yeah.”
It seems as though he’s found his one true love with Georgie, however, as he told her his feelings have become extremely strong.
“I’m excited to take the next step in this and I’ve fallen really hard and fast for you, Georgie, I’m totally in love with you,” he said.
Georgie told him she feels exactly the same way, and called Farmer Wants A Wife the “best experience” of her life.

Did Farmer Tom swap Georgie for Eliza?
There were rumours that while Farmer Tom picked Georgie, it was actually Eliza who had moved to the farm. Former FWAW star Daisy Lamb shared that a neighbour DM’d her some spicy information.
“It’s come from multiple sources that Tom picks Georgie,” Daisy tells Chattr. “However, one of his neighbours near him actually messaged me and said that Eliza had moved to the farm and is working as a teacher there.
“So I’m not too sure whether he does pick one girl and changes his mind and goes to the other, I’m not too sure, but that was a major update spoiler.”

However, a separate Farmer Wants A Wife source was on the same page as Eliza and told Chattr this rumour about Farmer Tom swapping his Ladies isn’t true.
In fact, Tom is still with Georgie and they are happily in a relationship after the show.

“He’s with Georgie and they’re still together. I don’t know where that rumour started with Eliza, but that’s not true at all,” the insider spills.
