Farmer Zac Kuiper is one of the youngest farmers on Farmer Wants a Wife Australia (FWAW).
Introduced as a 24-year-old apple farmer from Forest Range, South Australia, Farmer Zac is an energetic, sporty and proudly family-oriented bachelor who has proved to be the season’s biggest sweetie.
Zac is big on AFL, having played with the same club since he was six, and his bio paints him as a somebody who loves bringing people together for family meals, social events and a good laugh. He is also apparently a baking whiz, with crème brûlée and chocolate brownies in rotation, which is frankly excellent husband propaganda.
Zac “prides himself on being open and honest” and “doesn’t take life too seriously.”
Zac’s ideal partner is someone with their own big dreams. “Zac is looking for someone who is driven to achieve their own goals but also willing to support him.”
His love language is physical touch, plus communication is important to him, and that he’s “all about making an effort, being consistent and spending quality time together.”
Farmer Zac’s love story on Farmer Wants A Wife
After a round of speed dating, Zac chose five women to take back to his farm: Grace, Miranda, Mieke, Maya and Jessica.
During the early speed dates, he seemed to make a strong impression on several women, but Grace quickly stood out and landed his coveted 24-hour solo date. Their apple farm date involved apple crumble, serious chats about marriage and kids, and eventually the first kiss of the 2026 season, making Grace an early frontrunner.
Aside from blossoming love stories, Zac’s farm is set to inspire some of the more dramatic storylines of the season. From the premiere, Miranda immediately positioned herself as one of the louder, more divisive contenders. She has been framed as this season’s “villain”, especially after reacting sharply to Jessica’s insecurity and later complaining when Zac chose Jessica for his blind date.
Then there’s fan favourite Maya, who has come across as more reserved and had an easy rapport with Zac from their first meeting. Reports have teased a looming clash between Miranda and Maya, suggesting Zac’s quiet apple orchard could become the drama epicentre of the season.

Nothing is set in stone for Farmer Zac’s final selection in the Farmer Wants A Wife finale.
However, there is a rather big clue on Instagram that suggests one woman is a safe bet: Maya. Why? A bunch of people that Zac follows who share his surname are being followed by Maya, too. In fact, she’s the only lady from Zac’s farm who is following his family.
Isobel and Lara Kuiper both follow Maya back on Instagram. Of course, this isn’t concrete evidence that Maya wins Zac’s heart, but it could signal that she makes it to the final episodes in time to become acquainted with Zac’s family members.
Add to this theory: back on Instagram before FWAW began airing, Maya liked Zac’s posts. Meanwhile, none of the other women on his farm has shown him much love for Zac on Instagram since they finished filming with him. This detail could suggest that the only woman he left on good terms was Maya, so could she be the winner? Perhaps!
Case closed? Not quite. We will have to stay tuned on FWAW to find out which special lady wins Farmer Zac’s heart.
