Married At First Sight (MAFS) star Bec Zacharia is now back in Australia after undergoing a controversial rib contouring surgery, but she’s already looking at her next cosmetic procedures. The star tells Chattr she’s no stranger to plastic surgery, considering she had her chin reconstructed when she was younger by a maxillofacial surgeon, and the wave of hate and criticism doesn’t deter her.
“I’m super pro cosmetic surgery,” Bec says. “There’s actually some other surgeries in the works for me.”
While most of her upcoming cosmetic surgeries are being kept top secret, the MAFS star exclusively tells Chattr she’s booked in for a breast augmentation in October this year.
“One of them is my boobs, so they’ll be done in October,” Bec spills. “I’ll be taking everyone along on the ride for that too, because no matter what anyone says, my life is my life, and my transparency is my transparency, and I will talk about whatever I want to talk about with my body, and that’s it.”
Surgery has given Bec confidence; she’s had some liposuction on her arms after losing a large amount of weight. But with such a large platform comes plenty of criticism.
How does Bec deal with hate and criticism?
Bec is used to dealing with hate and noise. After all, she was one of the most polarising figures on MAFS 2026.
With the controversial rib contouring surgery drumming up a large amount of social media criticism and making waves in the media, it’s surprising she’s still in such good spirits.
“I’m so used to it by now,” Bec reveals. “I’ve had people make comments about me that are so fabricated… so I honestly don’t care.”
The MAFS bride says she doesn’t care what people think about her or what they say, because she is living life in an authentic way. Whether the hate is driven by jealousy or pure dislike, it’s no big deal to her.
“I would never stoop to that level of what these people are doing, and that makes me a better person. That’s it. You know, Rise above it,” Bec declares.
She plans on revealing before and after photos from her surgeries on social media, so no doubt the conversation will continue.
