When Farmer Jarrad was announced as one of the Farmer Wants a Wife (FWAW) 2026 leads, fans flocked to his social media pages to celebrate the news, and no doubt flooded casting with applications in the hope of winning the farmer’s heart.
With his rugged good looks and wealth of life experience — having been married before and raising two sons — Jarrad seemed like the complete package. His remaining Ladies by the time the FWAW finale rolled around, Brodie and Yvonne, certainly seemed to think so.
So how did Farmer Jarrad’s quest for love wrap up in the FWAW finale, and who was his winner?

Farmer Jarrad entered the finale with two Ladies vying for his heart, Brodie and Yvonne. In a shock twist, Yvonne self-eliminated in the Final Choice Ceremony before Jarrad had even made his decision, leaving Brodie — who was already his pick — to claim victory of his heart.
“I choose you, and I’m falling in love with you,” he told Brodie while holding back tears. The pair exchanged a kiss before sharing their excitement about their future together.
The finale closed the chapter on Farmer Jarrad’s search for love, even as offscreen rumours about his relationship status swirled in the lead-up to his choice.
Is Farmer Jarrad dating eliminated contestant Kyiah?
Farmer Jarrad’s final choice came fresh off rumours that he had either left the show single or had pursued a relationship with Kyiah, a fellow contestant who was eliminated way back in episode one.
On the latter front, an insider told New Idea earlier in the season that Kyiah and Jarrad reconnected after the filming wrapped up late last year.
“Jarrad and Kyiah are talking again, and there’s definitely a connection there,” the source said. “There’s a lot of unfinished business.”
The reports are unconfirmed, but they might suggest that Jarrad was back on the market sometime after the filming wrapped and the finale aired. All we know for sure is that Farmer Jarrad and Brodie got their happily ever after in the Final Choice Ceremony, with all the other chatter — including if he’s single, if he’s with Kyiah, or if he and Brodie are still going strong — yet to be seen.
