MAFS 2024: Meet Madeleine Jevic, the Home and Away actress getting married on TV

Every year there’s at least one MAFS participant who’s *exposed* as an amateur actor. However, Married At First Sight will see an actual established Australian actress among the ranks this year.

Madeleine Jevic is getting married off on season 11 of MAFS and you’ll probably already recognise her from a number of popular Australian reality TV shows.

Madeleine played Amber Simmons on Home and Away from 2020 until 2021 and appeared in 55 episodes. Amber was Dean’s (played by Patrick O’Connor) fiery baby mama.

She also played Nurse Lee Radcliffe on Wentworth for 22 episodes from 2016 until 2018 and Brianna Wheeler in Upper Middle Bogan for 24 eps from 2013-2016.

As well as those two leading roles, Jevic had a brief stint on Offspring in 2013 and appeared on True Story with Hamish and Andy in 2017.

What is Madeleine’s job?

As well as working as an actress, Madeleine is also a psychic medium. According to her 9Now bio, the bride says her profession as a psychic has “kept her isolated and single and she is hoping to restore the balance in her life”.

MadeleineJevic is friends with another famous reality TV star

Madeleine counts Sam Frost – who was the lead in The Bachelorette Australia season one – as a close friend. The two women bonded when they worked together on Home and Away, and posted a number of TikTok videos together at the time.

In an interview with New Idea in 2020, Jevic said that Frost made her feel very welcome on the Summer Bay set.

“We’re all like a big family. Sam Frost (who played Jasmine) is beautiful – she’s one of the kindest human beings I’ve ever met, and has made my experience of joining the show so easy,” she said.

And Sarah Roberts (who played Willow) is beautiful, too. Honestly, everyone is divine and we have drinks sometimes and chat. We’re all very close.”

MAFS 2024: Meet Stephen, the new MAFS groom who’s no stranger to reality TV

Stephen Stewart is joining MAFS 2024 as a newcomer, and he may have just gotten some tips from his reality TV pals.

In one of Stephen’s most recent Instagram posts, he poses alongside Robert Harneiss and Jake Rozario with some big old drinks, who you may recognise as the winners of Hunted 2022.

Stephen is one of the latecomers to the experiment and is entering alongside Madeleine, Jade, Ash and Ridge.

What’s Stephen’s background?

Stephen has an Italian background, has an identical twin and is one of 8 children. According to his Channel 9 bio, he considers himself the “golden child” and places high importance on his relationship with his mum and stepdad.

Stephen and his twin. Instagram.

The Perth-based 26-year-old owns a hair salon called Stephen Robert Stewart where he works as a hairdresser for females.

Though based in Perth, Stephen loves to travel and regularly shares photos of himself doing just that on Instagram.

What is Stephen looking for?

Stephen is looking for a “serious and monogamous relationship”. He wants a “man who is family orientated with a good sense of humour and killer smile”, which he says is hard to find with Perth’s small dating pool.

Like many of the MAFS brides and grooms, Stephen was deeply hurt after being cheated on in a past relationship and has been single for four years.

All hell hath broken loose between Sara and Tim on MAFS, so does she have something to hide?

Well, well, well. Drama at a Married at First Sight dinner party? Well, I never… especially given it involved Sara, Tim and… *checks notes* our angel, Cassandra! But with all this yelling and screaming, surely Sara has something to hide…

But before we go snooping, here’s a fun lil’ recap to get you up to speed in case you missed the chaos during the Wednesday, February 14 ep!

The Dinner Party Explosion

After admitting that she and her hubby Tristan were working through a helluva lot during their ~jOurNEy~ together, Cassandra turned the tables on Sara and asked Why TF she had cancelled on not one, not two but THREE DATES with Tim.

“Sara, I just want to ask you, because he just said he’s planned three dates with you,” Cassandra began. “We’ve left everything behind to be here for this experiment. Literally blocked out this time to find a husband, and you’ve cancelled on three dates?!

Go off, Cassandra! MAFS. Nine
Go off, Cassandra! MAFS. Nine

“Your purpose and priorities are your husband and to be in it and to try and make it work.” SLOW CLAPS, BABE. SLOW CLAPS.

To this, Sara revealed she was “in a bad place” and that her relo with Tim “was in a bad place”, so basically what she is saying is that her marriage is the bad place…and that Tim was the worst.

Perplexed, Tim joins the conversation, reiterating that he had organised said dates and wasn’t the worst; however, Sara WOULD. NOT. LET. HIM. SPEAK. and he ends up yelling at her.

Tim is angry. MAFS, Nine
Tim is angry. MAFS, Nine

Sara is then mad that he’s mad that she’s mad and then got so mad he yelled at her… before she got even more mad and stormed off.

“DoN’T yOu DarE YelL at Me, YoU PRiCk,” she screamed. So cute!

When speaking with the other Brides who had followed her, Sara admitted that she couldn’t handle spending 24/7 with her Groom — even though that is the literal experiment. Because of this, she had to have weekends off to spend time with her “girlfriends”.

Look, we’re not saying that she’s fabricating her story, but we’re not not saying it either, because we’re not convinced. Like at all.

Reasons why we’re a little suss on Sara

Sara wouldn’t show Tim her phone during confessions week

During Confessions Week, Sara refused to show Tim her phone causing his fear of being cheated on to rear its debilitating head.

While she was adamant there was nothing to hide, it may have something to do with the fact that she was messaging ex-MAFS groom Ollie Skelton.

The TL;DR of it all is that Tahnee mentioned in an interview that Ollie had been messaging Sara while she was on the show, but he didn’t tell his ex what they were talking about. Ollie took to his own Instagram to defend himself and included a single screenshot of a text between himself and Sara.

The 2024 MAFS bride she has since spoken about the reason she didn’t want to hand over her phone on 9Now.

“You’ve got to remember, we are strangers like at this point we’ve only known each other for a week,” Sara told the outlet, once again detailing the entire premise of this show.

“Phones are like a diary for a lot of people and I just didn’t know how far he was going to look into it. I feel like it’s a very private thing.” Hmmm….

The February 18 Commitment Ceremony teaser is v suss

During the teaser for the February 18 Commitment Ceremony, expert Mel Schilling calls Sara out for her behaviour.

“The yelling, the pointing..,” she says before asking the Bride a very tough question.

“What’s the genuine reason you’ve cancelled on him three times,” Mel asks her, to which Sara replies… “So…”.

The Ex- Factor

Let’s not forget how Sara admitted during their wedding that she had been hung up on her ex-boyfriend for years… i.e their on-again-off-again relo which went from lovers, to FWB to haters and beyond, over and over again…

Could she be back in the cycle?!

Hmmm.

Hmmm, indeed….

Ollie and Tahnee take swipes at each other over his secret messages to MAFS bride Sara

Exes Ollie Skelton and Tahnee Cook are engaged in a bitter online feud because he was messaging 2024 MAFS bride Sara Mesa, and things are, well, messy.

The messy love triangle was brought to the public’s attention when Tahnee revealed that Sara had been messaging Ollie for MAFS advice.

“I think she had reached out after listening to his podcast, you know, a couple people reach out asking for advice and stuff. He didn’t show me the messages which is interesting but anyway we’ll leave that!” She told Yahoo Lifestyle Australia.

Tahnee and Ollie were matched on MAFS 2023, and were one of two couples that continued to date after the show wrapped. However, they split in December 2023 after sixteen months together.

Ollie’s response to Tahnee’s comment

Ollie was clearly triggered by Tahnee’s comment about his messages to Sara, as he took to Instagram with a now-deleted story to call her out.

“Please stop doing this Tahnee,” he wrote above a screenshot of a message he sent to Sara.

The message included some advice about going into MAFS, and Ollie told Tahnee: “Show empathy but don’t pretend to give things a pass.” He also told her to leave the experiment if she didn’t think things were working with Tim because “the public will smell that”.

Interestingly, Ollie cropped the screenshot so his followers could only see one message, which begs the question of what was in the other messages the two exchanged.

Sara hid her phone during Confessions Week

Tim and Sara were handed a task during Confessions Week where they were asked to go through each other’s phones.

MAFS. Nine.

Sara strongly objected, and straight out refused to hand her phone over.

“You’ve got to remember, we are strangers like at this point we’ve only known each other for a week,” Sara told the 9Entertainment.

“Phones are like a diary for a lot of people and I just didn’t know how far he was going to look into it. I feel like it’s a very private thing.”

However, with the latest Ollie development coming to light, we can’t help but wonder if that’s what she was hiding from her husband Tim.

How a Sunflower is helping Taylor Swift fans with invisible disabilities enjoy the Eras Tour in Melbourne

Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour is kicking off in Melbourne on February 16, and some fans are dabbing glitter on their faces, throwing on their sparkliest outfit, gathering their handmade beaded bracelets and for some, putting on a sunflower lanyard.

While this particular item is not widely known across the population, the Sunflower Lanyard is incredibly important, helping those with hidden disabilities that are not immediately obvious.

According to hdnsunflower.com, 1 in 5 people have a disability, with 80% of those hidden and can include:

  • autism
  • mental health conditions (anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder etc)
  • dementia
  • Tourette syndrome
  • visual impairments
  • deaf or hard of hearing

What does the Hidden Disabilities Sunflower do?

Established in 2016, the initiative has since been adopted globally by major airports including Melbourne, Sydney and Gatwick Airport as well as RAC Arena in WA and the Hawthorn Football Club.

But, for those Swifties heading to the MCG, wearing the sunflower discreetly indicates to staff, health professionals and patrons who are aware of the initiative, that they may need additional support.

Supporting this practice is “part of the MCC’s commitment to improving accessibility and inclusion and making all MCG visitors feel welcome”, the official website said.

Unfortunately, at the time of publication (February 16, the day the MCG is preparing to welcome Tay Tay and her legion of fans) the supply of Sunflower lanyards has been exhausted; however, here’s hoping that by reading this, you can be on the lookout for anyone who may need assistance!

How you get a Sunflower before other events

There’s a wide range of Sunflowers you can buy including wristbands, pins and supporters lanyards.

You can visit the shop and find out more information here.

MAFS 2024: Are Tristan and Cassandra still together?

Tristan Black and Cassandra Allen are the wholesome, sweet and absolutely adorable couple of MAFS 2024.

Tristan has a history of not feeling good enough, but is extremely sweet-natured and kind, while Cassandra is warm and understanding of Tristan’s struggles. Basically, they’re a match made in heaven.

However, as we all already know, the seemingly perfect Married At First Sight couples don’t necessarily make it out the other side of the experiment.

So, are Tristan and Cassandra still together now?

Cassandra and Tristan on MAFS

Tristan and Cassandra’s pairing

Cassandra lost her long-time boyfriend in a motorcycle accident when she was in her early 20s. Since then, she’s struggled to find someone to connect with.

According to her Channel 9 bio, Cassandra is outgoing, bubbly and social. She says that she “yearns to meet someone equally as family-oriented and loving as she is to build a life and raise a small football team of kids together.”

Tristan has spent his whole life struggling to get out of the friend zone. According to his Channel 9 bio, he questions “whether he is self-sabotaging or just chasing the wrong women”.

MAFS. Nine.

Are Tristan and Cassandra still together?

Tristan and Cassandra are one of the few couples who have kept their relationship (or lack thereof!) under tight wraps.

Neither Tristian nor Cassandra have been sprung sharing any hints about their relationship or social media, and haven’t been papped out and about together.

So, stay tuned for an update on their relationship in the coming weeks!

Penelope is about to get a whole lotta romance on Bridgerton but not with… *checks notes*… Colin

Nicola Coughlan and Luke Newton have revealed that Bridgerton’s Penelope Featherington is about to have a new love interest in season three… but it’s NOT Colin. HUH?!

While the initial teaser released on February 2 saw longing glances and some serious chemistry between the pair, apparently the chapter won’t be focused on their love story, but instead, Pen looking for a husband, with Colin’s assistance…

“She’s decided she’s going to find a husband, she heads back to the ‘Ton and she’s like, ‘I’ve got to get away from the Featheringtons, they’re wrecking my buzz, I’m out of here’,” Nicola said during a fan event on February 14.

“So she basically says, ‘I’m going to find a husband’, and Colin is like, ‘I’ll help you’, and she’s like, ‘Fine, I don’t love you at all, this will work out great’. So she finds some suitors, some are more successful than others but one is very, very fond of her, and she’s like, ‘Yeah, this could work’.”

Luke Newton and Nicola Coughlan, Netflix

Of course, we all know that Penelope has longed for her friend but after overhearing him say he would never court her, she has firmly put up a shield.

“I’m going to let this season end after one episode. She’s like, ‘I’ll never forgive you’. I think we better forgive him,” Nicola joked, before Colin added: “I think she has to surely [forgive Colin]. I think it gives us a really good place to start. If everything was all good between the two, there’s less growth for the two of them together.”

Meanwhile, Penelope will have a dalliance with — what Luke described as Colin’s “biggest threat” — Lord Debling (Sam Phillips) a.k.a Debbers.

We can hardly wait for the next season, so it’s lucky that on February 14, we copped another teaser which you can check out below!

Queen Charlotte: A Bridgerton Story and Bridgerton seasons 1-2 are streaming on Netflix. Season 3 will premiere in two parts, on May 16 and June 13 only on Netflix.

MAFS groom Jack Dunkley looks shockingly different in old pre-glow-up pics

It’s fair to say that MAFS groom Jack Dunkley spends a considerable amount of time working on how he looks, after all abs like his don’t come easy!

However, Jack hasn’t always looked the way he does now.

Jack on MAFS. Nine.

Before he had his cheesegrater abs and blinding white smile, Jack had a… side fringe.

Old photos from his Star Now account, which is an online portfolio for acting jobs, show Jack looking significantly different. You can feast your eyes on them below.

Peculiarly, Jack’s profile has his name listed as Jacob Dunkley, which has us questioning what his real name actually is.

Regardless, they’re certainly photos of the MAFS groom, you can see that he’s even recycling his headband from his early noughties days.

Are Tori and Jack still together?

**WARNING: This article contains potential spoilers for MAFS 2024.**

Tori Adams and Jack were paired together on Married at First Sight Australia 2024, and while their relationship got off to a bit of a rough start with Jack admitting that he wasn’t attracted to his wife, it appears the couple are still together.

The Daily Mail published a photo of the couple celebrating Christmas together with Tori’s family in Melbourne. In fact, before the annual MAFS participant’s Instagram ban, she shared pics of the couple looking loved-up!

Plus, a photo was shared on a MAFS fan Facebook group showing Tori holding a bunch of flowers on February 14th with a note reading, “My beautiful wife Tori, Happy Valentine’s Day.” Hmmmmm.

Interview: It’s true, Australian Idol is a “popularity contest” but so is the music industry

Australian Idol has long been called a “popularity contest” even before Channel 7 took over the ownership and revamped it in 2023.

And while some would think this idea can be perceived as negative, for co-host Scott Tweedie, it is actually a direct reflection of the industry.

Speaking on Mediaweek and Chattr’s The Entertainment Hotline Podcast, Scott said: “The music industry is a popularity contest. So, when we’re comparing what we are doing to the industry we’re trying to bring these amazing Australians into, we’re going, ‘This is how it works’.”

Natasha Rose, Australian Idol. Seven

Further to this, Scott said that like any musician, the contestants need to have not only an “amazing vocal talent to bring people into whatever you’re singing, but you need to be likeable”.

“You need to have some sort of element of where if they [fans] see you at a bar or in a pub or in a shopping centre, they want to get to know you or want to hang out with you. That’s the popularity contest.

“But the way they do that is by being 100% authentically themselves, being vulnerable and opening up to the Aussies and then unfortunately, some people will connect with some more than others. But when you start to pretend to be something else to try and get more popular, you’re going to fail that’s what I think.”

Australian Idol v The Voice

One thing we do know is that the cast of this year’s series has a helluva story to tell. Something the production team wanted to ensure was highlighted early on in the season.

“I think we’ve achieved that with the style of auditions and how the format changed,” he said. “People already know names now and they’re like ‘Trent, the camel farmer’.

Trent Australian idol

“They might not think he’s the best but they’re like, I want him to win because I like his story. So, I think the producers and the production as a whole, we’ve ticked a massive box of going, what was the DNA of Idol? Why is it different to The Voice and it’s all about the contestants. It’s about making them the stars.”

Australian Idol continues at 7.30pm on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays on Channel 7 and 7plus.

Ellie and Ben seal their relationship with a kiss and call out MAFS editing for being one-sided

Newlyweds Ellie Dix and Ben Walters have called out MAFS producers in a leaked video diary for editing footage to make it appear as though they don’t like each other.

The video, which was posted by MAFSFunny was taken during the experiment and shows Ellie and Ben talking to a phone camera back at their Sky Suites Apartment.

“Maybe this is not good. Maybe I could be — you know — maybe Ellie really hates me,” Ben said before panning the camera to Ellie.

“I don’t hate him,” Ellie clarified.

“You know, the way these producers make it seem like this huge drama,” she continued.

“What I’m trying to say is you might only be getting a snippet of me saying ‘he made me feel angry,’ but that was last night and I was angry,” she added.

“They’re just getting my side. So, I didn’t write Ben off but all it takes is a little cut here and there,” she trailed off.

Ben agreed and went over and gave Ellie a kiss on camera.

MAFS. Nine.

Are Ben and Ellie still together?

**WARNING: This article contains potential spoilers for MAFS 2024.**

That’s a big old resounding NO.

Bombshell alert, because Ellie was spotted cuddled up with fellow groom Jono McCullough, who’s matched with Lauren Dunn, at her work party in December. A few of the guests plastered photos all over social media, which a MAFS gossip account then got a hold of.

Pics were later released of her and Jono making out in the ocean, so it’s safe to say that she and Ben definitely aren’t together.

According to Daily Mail Australia, the new relationship will be revealed in a future commitment ceremony.

“Lauren had no idea that Jono kept in contact with Ellie and found out during filming, and, boy, was she not happy,” a source told the publication.

“She was completely gobsmacked and felt humiliated by the end – but everyone else is happy for them.”

Meet the new brides and grooms tying the knot on MAFS Australia 2024

As if this wild year’s bunch aren’t already bringing enough chaos, the new MAFS brides and grooms – otherwise known as the intruders – have been announced.

Typically, the latecomers will marry each other, so it’s important to note that there’s an odd number of them. It’s good news for Michael, whose match left him before the wedding day.

Michael will be matched with one of the male intruders, and the other two men will be paired off with the latecomer brides.

After the new couples have exchanged their vowels, they will join the original couples for the rest of the experiment.

Interview: Survivor’s Garrick reveals whether Kirby or Feras’ “alpha” gameplay is superior

Garrick Wildman made no secret of his disdain for Kirby Bentley on Australian Survivor: Titans v Rebels, however, he has likened her gameplay to his mate Feras Basal.

During a post-elimination interview with Chattr, Garrick said that it was a battle of the alphas on the current Titans tribe.

“One of the biggest problems is that she [Kirby] is the alpha and Feras is also the alpha,” he said.

However, he clarified that there’s a slight difference in how they present themselves, and believes Feras’ style will get him further.

“Kirby is the kind of alpha where they have to prove to people that they have to be boss and they are calling the shots.”

“Feras does it in a different way. He does it in a more kind and fun and ‘I’m your best mate way’. That’s my alpha, whereas Kirby is more your I’m your boss alpha and that doesn’t work.”

Garrick picks apart Kirby’s gameplay

Garrick said he believes that Kirby is too dominating on Survivor and that she hasn’t presented herself as trustworthy.

In an earlier vote against the ‘cuddle club’ alliance, Kirby orchestrated a vote but didn’t vote with her hidden alliance, so that she could stay on good terms with both sides.

Survivor. Ten.

“You can’t be on two lawns and you can be a fence sitter and play one off the other. It just doesn’t work,” Garrick said.

“I don’t know if she’s got what it takes to get to the end. Because she’s too sneaky. She tries to play two different fields. And that never works.”

Feras on a team-up between Kirby and Feras

While the thought of his biggest nemesis Kirby, and strongest friendship Feras, teaming up together on Survivor made Garrick scoff, he thought it would be a good move strategy-wise.

“It would probably work fantastic and they’d go through to the end but there’s no way that’s going to happen,” he said. “I just cannot for the life of me see those two ever playing together”

Unsurprisingly, Garrick is barracking for Feras to take out the W.

“Feras may well go all the way, my money on anyone in this game has got to be Feras.”

Stream Survivor Australia 2024 Sundays – Tuesdays at 7:30pm on Channel 10 and 10Play.

“I got a one word answer”: MAFS’ Natalie reached out to Collins and his response was awkies

Collins Christian and Natalie Parham may be out of the MAFS experiment, but their story isn’t over just yet! Natalie has revealed that she reached out to him while the show was airing and his response wasn’t exactly encouraging.

In an interview with Hit Network’s The Pulse with Seany B & Emma G, the former Married At First Sight bride said she sent a message of support to Collins after negative articles about him started circulating in the press.

“I did reach out to him to see how he was going and to see how he responded to the (media) articles coming out And I got a one word answer.”

“I put the ball in his court, and he never took a bat,” she added.

Fortunately for us, Natalie went into detail about what Collins’ reply was, and it was unsurprisingly on brand for him.

“I just got the word ‘Cheers!’ in response,” he said.

Collins was standoffish with his wife on the honeymoon, and despite her honest intentions of looking for love, Collins’ follow-up actions came off as less than convincing. The relationship between the pair drew criticisms from fans, with many believing that he was simply on the show for clout.

After the first commitment ceremony, Natalie packed up her bags and decided to leave (although conflicting reports say that Collins was removed), and she says she stands by her decision.

“He might be bitter about it, he might hold resentment to me, towards me, (if) that’s how he chooses to respond to the situation, that is not a person I want to be married to.”

Will Collins be at the reunion?

Going by what Natalie said in the interview, it looks as though viewers will be seeing Collins at the reunion.

“I’m going into the reunion with a mindset of, ‘I’m going to treat him how I felt I wanted to be treated at that first dinner party.’”

“I wanted someone to be there, to welcome me, to make me feel included in the group so when he walks in those doors at the reunion, I’m going to welcome him with open arms to show there’s no hatchet, there’s no battlegrounds, there’s no hate, there’s no animosity from me and hopefully he reciprocates.”

Watch Married at First Sight Sundays at 7.00pm and Monday – Thursday at 7.30pm on Nine and 9Now.

Millie Bobby Brown takes on a Dragon in Netflix’s brand-new non-fairytale flick Damsel

Netflix sure loves putting Millie Bobby Brown through her paces and this time, she’s taking on a dragon in the brand-new film, Damsel.

While fairytales are pretty “Grimm” (wink, wink), this ain’t your normal folk tale as Millie stars as Elodie, a princess who finds herself in an arranged marriage before being sacrificed by the family she marries. Lol. What?!

Here’s everything we knew about Damsel!

Official Synopsis

According to Netflix, Damsel follows a dutiful damsel (Millie Bobby Brown) who agrees to marry a handsome prince, only to find that the royal family has recruited her as a sacrifice to repay an ancient debt. Thrown into a cave with a fire-breathing dragon, she must rely on her wits and will to survive.

When will Damsel be released?

Damsel will be avail to stream exclusively on Netflix from March 8.

Who is in the cast?

Accompanying Millie are Ray Winstone, Nick Robinson, Shohreh Aghdashloo, Brooke Carter, Angela Bassett and Robin Wright.

Is there a trailer?

You bet! On Wednesday, February 14, Netflix released a brand-new trailer for the flick. And to give you an idea of what we’re to expect, Angela who plays Lady Bayford, isn’t so trusting of Elodie’s new fam-bam!

“They may be royalty, but that doesn’t make them good people,” she says.

This, coupled with the fact that her prince chucks her off a cliff after their wedding, I think it’s safe to say, we’re in for a wild ride!

Stream Damsel from March 8 on Netflix.

“Come down here, clown”: Kyle Sandilands furiously explodes at Australian Idol audience member

Kyle Sandilands has furiously shut down a heckler who called him out during Tuesday night’s episode of Australian Idol.

During the segment, Isaac McCallum performed a rendition of Lukas Graham’s 7 Years, but he forgot some of the words. Kyle was clearly not pleased with the misstep and rolled his eyes and looked disgruntled throughout the performance.

After Isaac had finished, Kyle started grilling Isaac, much to the audience’s dismay.

“How does it feel singing the song with half the words missing,” he sarcastically asked Isaac who confessed he was just nervous.

Not happy with the shock jock’s negative comments towards Isaac, a fan in the audience screamed out: “Kyle, you suck!”.

Australian Idol. Seven.

The outcry really got under Kyle’s skin, who angrily snapped back.

“What? You think you know better, come down here, clown. Come down here and say what you think, you think it’s great? Then shut your pie hole,” he told the audience member.

Did Isaac make it through the round?

Not exactly, but he didn’t get sent home either. Isaac was put on notice, which means that he’s at risk of leaving the competition. At the end of the solo round, the weakest three singers, out of those put on notice, will be eliminated from the competition.

But it wasn’t all three judges who were convinced Isaac should be put on notice. While Kyle was certain about it, Marcia Hines said that she didn’t agree.

“We can’t have people that did a pretty good job be put on notice, and Isaac gets to go through,” Kyle told his fellow judge who eventually agreed.

Australian Idol. Seven.

While Judge Amy Shark didn’t directly have input about Isacc being put on notice, she did have some compliments for the trolley boy.

“You’re a real diamond in the rough, and no matter how many times you’ve had a few fumbles, there’s still something so unique about you and when you’re in it, your voice is just mesmerising,” she said.

Australian Idol continues at 7.30pm on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays on Channel 7 and 7plus.
