Oooh! We LOVE a mystery and Stan’s brand new offering Poker Face (not to be confused with the Russell Crowe led film of the same name) is going to give us just that.
The ten-part series was created by Rian Johnson, who wrote and directed Netflix’ Knives Out — which has seen great success, including its most recent outing Glass Onion scoring a Golden Globe nomination in 2023.
The Stan Original series follows Orange Is the New Black star Natasha Lyonne as Charlie Cale, who has an extraordinary ability to determine when someone is lying.

And as the official synopsis reads: “Charlie hits the road with her Plymouth Barracuda and, with every stop encounters a new cast of characters and strange crimes she can’t help but solve.”

Singer Guy Sebastian has taken out an apprehended violence order (AVO) against his neighbour who allegedly threatened to kill him and kicked over his fence.
In a dispute that has been ongoing for six years, The Voice judge was allegedly confronted by PhillipRichard Hanslow, 66, outside their Sydney homes.
According to The Daily Telegraph, another resident called the police on January 23 after witnessing the alleged event with NSW police confirming they “were called to a neighbour dispute involving threats, and spoke to two men.”
Hanslow was charged with stalking with intent to cause physical harm and damaging property and is due to face Waverley Local Court on February 2.

Under the AVO, Hanslow must not contact the singer or go onto his property, while also being banned from possessing a firearm.
After Sebastian and his wife, Jules, began renovating their home in 2013, tensions began to rise between the two houses.
In a previous interview with Hit105’s Stav, Abby and Matt Sebastian spoke about Hanslow.
“I’ve got one of those neighbours … he’s a bit filthy at everyone,” he told the Hit105 Breakfast co-hosts.
“He’s one of those guys on the street that sits out the front screwing his eyes up at everyone.”
The internet’s boyfriend Paul Mescal has received an Oscar nomination and no one was more excited than his family.
The Irish-born star received a nod for his turn as a single-dad in Aftersun, a father-daughter indie drama in which he also scored a BAFTA nom.
Taking to social media after the awards were announced, his sister Nell shared a snap of their family absolutely losing their goddamn-minds.
“How did this happen,” she captioned an Instagram Story which featured their dad Paul, mum Dearbhla and the oldest Mescal sibling, Donncha with various looks of disbelief.
She also shared a pic of Paul sitting on a bed smiling (pictured above), simply writing: “yup” and yup, indeed!

Aftersun is set at a fading vacation resort, where 11-year-old Sophie (Frankie Corio) treasures rare time together with her loving and idealistic father, Calum (Mescal).
This is the first time the Normal People alum has received an Oscar nomination, however, we’re certain there’s more to come!
Rick and Morty’s Justin Roiland has been dropped from the series after domestic abuse charges were laid against him.
The 42-year-old, who voices both the titular characters, has pleaded not guilty and is awaiting trial after being charged with corporal injury and false imprisonment by menace, fraud, violence or deceit.
According to The Guardian, the charges related to a 2020 incident against an unidentified woman he was dating and living with at the time.

In a statement posted to social media, TV network Adult Swim said, “Adult Swim has ended its association with Justin Roiland. Rick and Morty will continue. The talented and dedicated crew are hard at work on season 7.”
Earlier this month, Roiland’s attorney T Edward Welbourn said that, “not only is Justin innocent but we also have every expectation that this matter is on course to be dismissed once the district attorney’s office has completed its methodical review of the evidence.”
Rick and Morty premiered in 2013 and has continued to be one of the network’s most popular series. In 2013, another 70 episodes were commissioned, meaning it would run for at least 10 seasons.
While the actor will still continue to receive credit as co-creator, industry partner Dan Harmon will now be the sole show runner.

In 2022, Netflix cancelled a whopping 23 TV shows from its line-up, and while some of the axings sparked worldwide “outrage”, it turns out there’s a very good reason for it.
According to the streaming giant’s CEOs, Greg Peters and Ted Sarandos, the almighty chop was due to the “evolution of business”.
During an interview with Bloomberg, Ted explained that they’d “never cancelled a successful show” and even though a lot of the programs were “well-intended”, they brought in a “small audience on a very big budget”.
In 2022, Netflix cancelled a whopping 23 TV shows from its line-up, including The Partner Track (pictured). Source: Netflix.
“The key to it is you have to be able to talk to a small audience on a small budget and a large audience at a large budget. If you do that well, you can do that forever.”
While they may have a YUGE cultural presence online, it doesn’t necessarily translate to viewership or bringing in the big bucks — meaning, the show is more likely to never see the light of day again.
What TV Shows were axed from Netflix in 2023?
According to entertainment site Just Jared, shows like Gentefied, Cooking with Paris, Another Life, The Baby-Sitters Club, Raising Dion, Space Force, Resident Evil, The Imperfects and Selling Tampa were all cut from the line-up.

On the Verge, City of Ghosts and Centaurworld were also given the flick; however, no formal announcement was made.
Most notably, Fate: The Winx Saga was cancelled after two seasons and saw an outpouring of despair online by its young adult audience.
“Our story ended before it even started :(,” one person wrote on Twitter at the time, while others petitioned to “save” the show.
Voting is officially closed for triple j’s Hottest 100, which can only mean one thing — grab your pals, fire up the BBQ and spend all day around your portable speaker.
Since its inception in 1989, the countdown has been an annual staple in Aussie culture and has seen the likes of The Wiggles, Billie Eilish, Glass Animals, Kendrick Lamar and Flume take out the number one spot.
Determining Australia’s favourite songs from the past year, the event takes place during the last week of January, and it’s truly a YUGE celebration of music.
So, when, where and how can you listen to the Hottest 100 in 2023?
Here’s everything you need to know.
When will the Hottest 100 be broadcast in 2023?
The main event kicks off at 12pm AEDT on Saturday, January 28; however, the ABC is giving you bang for your buck in 2023, fleshing out the Hottest 100 celebrations.
From 10am AEDT on Friday, January 27, triple j will broadcast the Hottest 200 — a countdown of the tunes that just missed a top spot.
Then on Sunday, January 29, Double J will be throwing it back to the Hottest 100 of 2002 — i.e. a decade ago.
The following Friday (February 3), the OG music hits TV show, rage, will play the Hottest 100 of 2022 in music video form!
According to Sportsbet, the bookie’s favourite to win is Flume’s Say Nothing (ft MAY-A); however, Hottest 100 predictor 100 Warm Tunas has pegged rockers Gang of Youths to take out the top spot for in the wake of your leave.
In the most random of news, Prince Harry could be “a shoo-in” for a Grammy.
In case you’ve been living under a rock, the 38-year-old released a bombshell tell-all memoir, which he released as a hard copy and an audiobook.
According to the Daily Mail, an “entertainment insider” has revealed the father-of-two could win a gold statue for Best Spoken Word (Best Audiobook, Narration & Storytelling Recording) at the 2024 awards.
Firstly, as people who have *actually* listened to the audio version of Spare — hearing Harry tell his story in his own voice does enhance the experience… so, in all honesty, this is not that far-fetched.

The outlet also reported that his wife, Meghan Markle, believed he could take home the gong.
“He’s a natural storyteller, has a soothing voice and even sings on the audio version,” the source told the publication.
Prince Harry sings in his audiobook, Spare
At one point during the narration, Harry tells an anecdote about Elton John, who played Your Song for the 10th anniversary of Princess Diana’s death in 2007 — even singing a line from the tune — a decision he made.
“Who knew he could sing?” the insider said. “Meghan thinks he’s up there with President Obama, who won the same award a few years back.”
Honestly? This definitely sounds like something she would say!

They continued: “Hollywood loves him. He’s got the gift of the gab and a fun sense of humour. He’s the one with the star power.
“There’s even been talk about Harry appearing on the upcoming Academy Awards as a possible presenter.”
The Grammy Awards will be held on February 5, and Viola Davis, Questlove, Lin-Manuel Miranda, Jamie Foxx and Mel Brooks have all been nominated for Best Spoken Word.
Kylie Jenner may have finally blessed us with photos of her son, however, his unique name has certainly caused a buzz around the world.
While at first glance you would be forgiven for thinking it is a nod to her four-year-old daughter Stormi Webster (“air” and “storm”), fans have been quick to point out another meaning for the name… and umm, it’s pretty goddamn awkies.
While Nameberry suggests the moniker simply means “air”; in Arabic slang, it takes on a whole other meaning.
In fact, rather than looking up, we must look down… because apparently it means “my penis”…
Umm should someone tell Kylie Jenner she renamed her son Aire which is a common Arabic expression for ‘my penis’ or nah?
While fans have been giggling ever since, Gogglebox’sMatty Fahd posted a video to his Instagram in disbelief.
“Every Arab and most people in South West Sydney this morning 🤦🏽♂️ #aire,” he said on January 22, pretending to converse with someone about the definition.
“They named their kid after a penis,” he said. LOL.
Of course, it can be a little hard for parents to gauge every connotation when making such a huge decision, so we can’t really blame the 25-year-old for not picking up on it…
But with every Kardashian-Jenner baby, people have found other hidden meanings.
While in Arabic, it is pronounced “ay-rie”, anglicised it sounds a lot like “heir”. a.k.a Prince William and not the spare Prince Harry.
In this case, Aire is one of the “heirs” to the lipstick mogul’s mega billion dollar empire… which is also quite fitting since “Aire” is the last four letters of “billionAIRE”…
But with ever Kardashian-Jenner baby, people have found other hidden meanings. Source: Instagram.
If you’ve been keeping up, Kylie originally announced the adorable tot’s name to be Wolf after his birth on February 2, 2022, however, she quickly changed her mind, without telling the world. Blasphemy!
The date itself (2.2.22022) is also considered to be good luck because it represents angel numbers and also has a meteorological connection to Stormi.
Rebel Wilson has come under fire for promoting her recent trip to Dubai to celebrate the opening of The Atlantis.
The 42-year-old faced backlash after posting about the launch, which featured Beyoncé as the headlining act.
“Atlantis The Royal is BEYond! What a weekend with BEY!” she captioned a video on Instagram, which showed the spectacular activities of the weekend with fiancé Ramona Agruma.

The new 43-storey resort spans 406,000 square kilometres and features six towers, 795 rooms, 17 restaurants and bars and the world’s largest jellyfish aquarium.
And while the Pitch Perfect actor was seen having the time of her life, fans took to the comments section slamming her for supporting Dubai and the United Arab Emirates — a country where homosexuality remains a crime punishable by death.
Fans slammed Rebel Wilson for travelling to a country where homosexuality is punishable by death
“So … any update on the situation of LGBTQ there?” one person wrote, while another said: “Aren’t you a member of LGBTQ+ community? The hypocrisy of it all.”
Another person said they were “unfollowing now”, questioning the country’s “human rights” and “LGBT” policies.
“A nice free trip, to a place that you can’t be gay in. I had friends who were homosexual in Dubai, they had to get a two-bedroom apartment just in case the authorities knocked on their door,” another said, while someone else commented: “You realise they’re anti you right? Do better.”
Others, however, wished the couple well.
“Aw welcome to Dubai! Looked like you had a fun weekend,” one person commented, before another said: “You two are gorgeous xxx.”
Rebel and Ramona also seemed to be sans baby for the $17k a night adventure, travelling without their newborn daughter Royce Lillian. While we don’t know for sure if she was just living a life of luxury in the hotel room, the tiny tot was not featured in any of the footage.
“And the baby is where?” someone asked in the comments.

What will happen when Jessie Wynter and Aaron Waters enter the Love Island UK villa?
In an Instagram shared by the official Love Island handle, the other islanders were in the midst of a pool party when the Aussie alum enter the villa.
According to the Daily Mail, Jessie wastes no time in getting to know the fellas.
“I was wondering if you guys wanted to come and have a chat in the pool with me for a bit, sorry girls,” she said, before adding: “Are you all happy in your couples?”
“You came in at the right time, no-one’s really settled 100%,” Harris Namani told her.
Later, Jessie has a one-on-one with farmer WillYoung and it looks like things may heat up between the pair.
“You’re honestly a 10/10, you’re unreal,” he said, gushing over her.

Meanwhile, Aaron had a chat with Olivia Hawkins, who asked him if he has a “personality type”.
“Yeah, I could write a list to be honest,” he admitted.
During her season, Jessie coupled up with Maurice Salib, Eoghan Murphy and Gerard Majda, before ending the season with Todd Elton.
The pair remained together after the show, however, broke up in February 2020.
As for Aaron, he left the villa with Jess Velkovski, however, after going through a rough patch in their final weeks at the villa, they split shortly after.
The new season of The Bachelor Australia has seen many format changes in 2023 with three new Bachie babes, a brand new location, zero candles and a myriad of women who are there to find “The One”.
However, long-time fans of the show have been shocked to see one tiny detail from the long-standing show removed all together.
The bachelorettes’ occupations.
Long-time fans of The Bachelor have noticed that the occupations of the bachelorettes are no longer shown. Source: Ten.
Comedian and content creator Hi Josh a.k.a Josh Hawkins even questioned the missing element in a recent Insta story to his 124k followers.
After his wife Cat Hawkins asked why producers don’t cast “eligible, normal people”, Josh added: “Also, why don’t they show what the girls do anymore? Normally they’d write, ‘Jessica, physical therapist’.”
“Every single one would say ‘content creator’, ‘influencer’,” Cat joked.
This exchange prompted us to figure out where the missing information went!
Why don’t they show the bachelorette’s occupations anymore?
With the addition of two extra Bachelors — on top of the usual one — it meant triple the women on the show. This was especially the case in the first few episodes, meaning it was hard to keep track of who is dating who.
If you think about it, putting an occupation, a Bachelor’s name AND the name and age of the contestant could get a little wordy, so it seems like their job title was omitted.
Personally, we loved seeing what the gals (and guys) did, because if there’s one piece of information we will #neverforget, is that Richie Strahan was a “rope technician”.

From Ashton Kutcher (Michael Kelso) to Kurtwood Smith (Red Foreman), Topher Grace (Eric Forman), Debra Jo Rupp (Kitty Forman), Laura Prepon (Donna Pinciotti) and Wilmer Valderrama (Fez) — it’s truly squeal-inducing excitement at every turn.

The OG cast — which also starred Ashton’s now IRL wife, Mila Kunis (Jackie Burkhart) — aired from 1998 to 2006, making us feel extremely old.
But before we get to the all-star list of returning stars, here’s a little context.
What is Netflix’s That 90’s Show About?
The show centres on Leia Forman (Callie Haverda), the teenage daughter of Eric and Donna, who forms bonds with other teenagers as she spends the summer of 1995 with her grandparents, Red and Kitty (Smith and Rupp), in Point Place, Wisconsin.
Returning leads Kurtwood and Debra Jo are exactly the same and are the springboards for the nostalgic element of the show.
Taking place 15 years after the events of That ’70s Show, Leia’s gang of new friends includes Ashley Aufderheide (Gwen Runck), Mace Coronel (Jay Kelso), Maxwell Acee Donovan (Nate Runck), Reyn Doi (Ozzie), Sam Morelos (Nikki) and Andrea Anders (Sherri).

Which original That 70s Show cast members appear in That 90s Show?
Mila Kunis and Ashton Kutcher
Mila and Ashton met on the set of That 70s Show and have since gone on to live in marital bliss with two children, Wyatt, eight, and Dimitri, six.
During the first episode of That 90s Show, we learn that their on-screen characters also got married and had a son named Jay.
The couple appear at the Forman household to pick up their kid, revealing they are getting remarried, with Ashton even delivering his iconic “burn”!

Topher Grace and Laura Prepon
Without Eric and Donna, there would truly be no storyline for That 90s Show because, once again, the entire show centres around the Forman’s which now includes their daughter Leia.
The couple, who are now married in the show, return to Red and Kitty’s, where their daughter ends up staying for the Summer.
Laura appears three times in total, while Topher (who is currently starring in Home Economics, streaming on Stan) makes an appearance in only the first episode.

Wilmer Valderrama
Fez was probably one of the most loveable characters on That 90s Show and now that he’s all grown up, he’s even better!
Like Kitty and Red, Fez’s character has quite the arc in the new iteration, which meant that Wilmer returned for more than one episode!
We first see him again when Kitty goes to his hair salon, and it’s just… perfection!

Don Stark
Since Donna and Eric are now married, it’s only right that Don Stark’s Bob Pinciotti returned to p**s off Red and spend time with his granddaughter.
He appears in episode six to celebrate her 16th birthday.

Tommy Chong
Iconic stoner Leo Chingwake is still kicking and of course, still stoned AF.
Tommy Chong appears in two episodes of the new series and he’s a glorious mess.

And finally, Jim Rash makes a quick cameo…and lo and behold, he STILL has unresolved issues with Fez.
