Peep the hilarious new trailer for The Inspired Unemployed (Impractical) Jokers

These men were made for TV

In what feels like a severely overdue move, The Inspired Unemployed are finally releasing a TV show, and the trailer is a lol and a half.

The Inspired Unemployed (Impractical) Jokers is an eight-part series that follows the Inspired Unemployed, otherwise known as Jack Steele and Matt Ford along with their friends Liam, Dom, and Falcon as they play pranks on each other in public settings.

Speaking of their new show, Steele explained to Stellar that the men will be improvising their pranks with the assistance of their friends and co-stars.

“There are challenges,” he said. “One of you goes out at a time, and you pretend to be people you’re not: a waitress, golf instructor, massage therapist … And you have an earpiece in, and your other mates tell you what to do and say, everything.”

“When we got the [television] opportunity, we thought, we’re not taking this for granted,” Steele added. “We got, like, improv coaches. We need to make the most of this times a hundred.”

Who are the Inspired Unemployed?

Steele and Ford are former tradies turned social media phenomenon best known by their moniker Inspired Unemployed.

The Aussie duo began posting on social media when they were on holiday in New Zealand so that their family and friends could see what they were up to. Their following count started growing slowly at the start but quickly picked up traction and they now boast over 1.7 million followers on Instagram and 1.6 million on TikTok.

The pair make hilarious short videos, often with pop culture references, that they regularly post to their social media platforms.
