Carole Baskin’s ‘dead’ ex-husband has apparently been alive and well in Costa Rica for years??

Carole Baskin’s ex-husband husband Don Lewis, was reportedly found alive years ago… and we are only just finding out??

During a November 2021 interview with ITV’s This Morning, Baskin revealed her presumed-dead husband is actually alive and well, living his best life in Costa Rica.

Don went missing in 1997 after marrying Baskin six years earlier and was later legally declared dead in 2002.

In the 2021 interview, Baskin said, “One of the really exciting things that came out of Tiger King 2 is that they produced a letter from Homeland Security.”

Baskin revealed the letter said, “that a special agent in charge with the FBI at Homeland Security reached out to the sheriff’s detective [Jorge] Fernandez, which means this had to have happened after 2002, because Homeland Security wasn’t even around until 2002.

“And they said that my husband, Don Lewis, is alive and well in Costa Rica.”

Baskin even shared a screenshot of the alleged letter from the Department of Homeland Security on her blog… back in 2021?!

However, Baskin told The New York Post she was unaware of the alleged revelation until the sequel series was broadcast in November 2021.

“I was not aware of it until ‘TK2’ aired,” Baskin told The Post via email, referencing her Big Cats Rescue blog.

What happened in The Tiger King?

If you need a quick refresher, in the first season of Netflix’s smash-hit Tiger King, producers explored the possibility that Baskin could have been responsible for Don’s disappearance – something she denied.

Authorities never discovered any evidence that indicated Carole killed her husband, but Tiger King aired allegations from Don’s family and Joe Exotic suspecting that she did.

Carole Baskin and Don Lewis founded an animal sanctuary called Wildlife on Easy Street in 1991. They famously raised exotic animals, which included tigers.

And if you’re wondering where Joe Exotic is, he is currently serving a 21-year prison sentence after he was convicted of trying to hire two different men to kill Carole.

“Ay-Yi-Yi!” The OG Mighty Morphin Power Rangers cast will reunite after 30 years in Netflix special

After 30 long Morphin-less years, the original cast of Mighty Morphin Power Rangers will come together in a one-off Netflix special to prove that “Once a Ranger, always a Ranger.”

Premiering on April 19, Mighty Morphin Power Rangers: Once & Always will reunite some of the franchise’s most beloved Rangers, including original stars Walter E. Jones (Zack, Black Ranger), David Yost (Billy, Blue Ranger), and Catherine Sutherland (Kat, Pink Ranger).

Netflix confirmed the exciting news in a Twitter post, which featured a handful of images from the upcoming special.

Also joining the returning cast is Steve Cardenas (Rocky, Red Ranger), Karan Ashley (Aisha, Yellow Ranger), and Johnny Yong Bosch (Adam, Black Ranger).

What can we expect in the Mighty Morphin Power Rangers: Once & Always special?

As described by the team behind the special, the new adventure sees the Rangers come “face to face with a familiar threat from the past. In the midst of a global crisis, they are called on once again to be the heroes the world needs.”

The original series premiered on Fox Kids in 1993 and spawned three movies, including the big-budget 2017 reboot starring Dacre Montgomery and Elizabeth Banks, and various successor TV series.

The official Power Rangers Twitter account shared a behind-the-scenes video of the former teenage superheroes reuniting on set, reminiscing on the past and performing stunts while wearing their respective coloured morph suits.

In the video, Catherine Sutherland and Aussie Power Ranger said, “It’s been very nostalgic.”

“I think the audience is going to be excited to see a bunch of us retro rangers come back,” Adam Pak added.

Rounding out the BTS video was Karan Ashley, who said, “I think this is the best way we can celebrate 30 years.”

While unconfirmed, the series will likely play tribute to Thuy Trang, who played Trini Kwan, the first Yellow Ranger in the original cast who died at the age of 28 in a car accident in 2001.

More recently, Jason David Frank, who played the Green Power Ranger, Tommy Oliver, passed away in November 2022.

Mighty Morphin Power Rangers: Once & Always premieres on April 19 on Netflix.

Michael Clarke speaks out after WILD public altercation with girlfriend Jade Yarbrough

Michael Clarke has spoken out after wild footage surfaced of a public altercation between him and his girlfriend Jade Yarbrough.

In footage obtained by The Daily Telegraph, the disgraced cricketer and the homeware designer engaged in a screaming match, with Jade accusing her boyfriend of cheating with P.E Nation’s Pip Edwards.

The Today Show’s Karl Stefanovic — who is married to Jade’s sister Jasmine — was also involved, filmed trying to break up the argument.

Now, Michael has spoken out about his actions, saying he takes “full responsibility”.

“I accept full responsibility for this altercation and am shattered by my actions,” the former Australian captain told The Daily Telegraph.

“I’m absolutely gutted I’ve put people I hold in the highest regard in this position. My actions in the lead-up to this altercation were nothing short of shameful and regrettable.”

He then said he was “shattered” because his actions had “drawn women of class and integrity, and my mates, into this situation.”

“I own this fully and am the only one at fault.”

According to the publication, the fight broke out when the two “high-profile couples” were dining with friend, Anthony Bell in Noosa on January 10.

A bystander, who filmed the stoush, said that they were in the park and “saw something erupt”.

“Lo and behold it was one of the most famous cricketers in the country and one of the most famous TV identities in Australia fighting each other,” they told the publication.

“You f**king liar, I saw everything, I saw everything,” Jade yelled, making reference to a text exchange between him and Pip.

“You f**ked her on December 17… You f**ked her, you’re a f**king dog,” she yelled, while Michael called her “baby” and claimed, she was “wrong”.

Michael then claimed he was at “Belly’s” house (Anthony Bell) and at this point Jasmine grabber her sister by the arm and pulled her away.

“I swear on my life.. It’s not true. I swear on my daughter’s life, on my daughter’s life,” he said.

According to the argument, Clarke told Pip she was the “love of my life”, asking her to come to India.

In a public statement, Pip said she had been unaware of the “debacle”.

“This is not my circus. Yet again, Michael in his true nature has not taken responsibility for his actions and I was blatantly lied to.”

On January 19, the morning after the video surfaced, Karl appeared on The Today Show, seemingly business as usual.

According to Jonathan LaPaglia, 80 crew members of Australian Survivor fell sick during production and no thanks, I’d rather eat a spider

You’d assume sitting behind the cameras of Australian Survivor grants you immunity to the suffering of the harsh Survivor challenges. Apparently not.

Host Jonathan LaPaglia has revealed up to 80 members of the crew were struck down by either food poisoning or COVID during filming in Samoa, reports The Daily Telegraph.

On the set of Channel 10’s Australian Survivor: Heroes v Villains, Jonathan was lucky enough to escape the dreaded food poisoning but unfortunately fell victim to a bad case of COVID.

Speaking to The Daily Telegraph, Jonathan said, “I heard a lot of anecdotal stories, you know, people saying it was nothing but a little cold, and it was done and dusted.

“But it kicked my arse. It knocked me out for about six weeks.”

Jonathan went on to explain that Australia doesn’t have the same high budget as the US, meaning a loss of up to 80 people can have a BIG impact.

“It’s just tough. really tough,” he said.

What happens on Australian Survivor: Heroes v Villains?

In the upcoming season, which premieres on Monday, January 30 at 7.30 pm on 10 and 10 Play, the castaways have been divided into the Hero Tribe and the Villain Tribe.

Pitting heroes and villains against each other, the new season will uncover what kind of person it takes to win the title of Sole Survivor as they attempt to outwit, outplay and outlast their fellow castaways.

KIISFM radio host Mitch Churi just had the most awkward encounter with megastar Miley Cyrus and we genuinely cannot squirming.

In a video uploaded to his Instagram account, the Night Show host was captured *waiting* for the Flowers singer who was making an appearance via video call.

“Pro tip: Don’t let Miley Cyrus into a Zoom call early,” the hilarious broadcaster captioned the post.

What proceeded was possibly the most f**ked 30 seconds of the 25-year-old’s life, as he coughed, sneezed and put up his phone to take a selfie… all while Miley awkwardly sat there waiting for him to realise she was in fact there.

“Hello,” the singer said, finally revealing her presence as Mitch — looking like a gorgeous deer in headlights — discovered she had arrived.

“Omg, you’re there…hey, how are you good morning,” he said, giggling.

While it could be the most cringe-inducing moment of his young adult life, the host handled it like a pro, nailing the rest of the interview.

The chat took place three months ago where they talked her relationship with dad Billy Ray Cyrus, her new music and her snog with Dua Lipa.

Mitch won Best Music Presenter in the county at the Australian Commercial Radio Awards in 2022, has hosted Summer breakfast on KIIS and is the anchor for Laura Byrne and Brittany Hockley‘s Life Uncut radio show.

Nailbiting first look at new Stan series Bad Behaviour shows the emotional and physical impact of high school bullying

Stan has released the official trailer for its new original series, Bad Behaviour, premiering on February 17.

Bad Behaviour is set in the wilderness campus of an exclusive boarding school called Silver Creek, and the first look suggests the new series is a dark mix between Puberty Blues and St. Trinian’s.

Exploring the “unrelenting struggle for acceptance and social power,” the new series poses the question: To bully or be bullied?

First look at Stan original series, Bad Behaviour

Based on the book by Australian writer Rebecca Starford and directed by Corrie Chen, the explosive four-part drama tells the story of a time of friendship and joy but also of shame and fear.

What is Bad Behaviour about?

When 25-year-old Jo Mackenzie (Jana McKinnon) bumps into her old school friend Alice Kang (Yerin Ha), memories of the brutal year they spent together at Silver Creek come flooding back.

Played across past and present timelines, the series is an “emotionally and physically intense deep dive into the lives of teenage girls.”

In the trailer, the girls are in their younger years, attending the school where the teachers live “just down the road”, and the young girls are “very much on their own.”

The trailer flashes forward to the future, and a 25-year-old Jo is speaking to a friend about her relationship with another girl from her school, Portia (Markella Kavenagh).

“I’ve been spending a bit more time with Portia…” she says, before the friend responds: “That’s your high school bully. That’s the literal definition of toxic.”

The trailer comes to a dramatic end when a character is seen bursting into flames at Silver Creek.

Who stars in Bad Behaviour?

Led by an all-female creative team, the series explores the complicated nature of desire, memory and sexuality within the confines of a prestigious girls’ boarding school.

Kyle Sandilands reveals “run-in” with Molly Meldrum as the Elton John mooning saga continues

Molly Meldrum has continued to make headlines this week after mooning the crowd at Elton John’s Melbourne show on January 13 and now, Kyle Sandilands has entered the chat.

Speaking on KIISFM’s The Kyle and Jackie O Show on January 18, the radio host revealed he had a “run-in” with the former Countdown star in 2007.

According to the radio star, he was “going to bash” the now 79-year-old after he raged over Kyle’s original placement as Australian Idol judge.

Molly, who once had a long-standing career as a music critic in Australia, believed that he should have scored the gig, not Kyle.

“Me and Molly had a big run-in, years ago,’ Kyle told his co-host Jackie ‘O’ Henderson.

“He got so jealous that I was the judge on Australian Idol, that he thought he should have been. I went off on him, I was gonna bash him.”

During the seven-minute conversation, which aired on 2DayFM, Molly called Kyle “fat” and “arrogant”.

“He was very genuine about it and he admitted he was jealous. He just couldn’t control his jealousy.”

Samuel Johnson reveals he will never speak to Molly Meldrum again

Even though he portrayed the Australian star in Molly, actor Samuel Johnson revealed that he would never speak to his former mentor again.

During an interview on January 16 with The Morning Show’s Larry Emdur and Kylie Gillies, he admitted he was “sick” of the music critic’s increasingly erratic behaviour.

“He’s helped me out of a legal pickle,” he said. “I’ve known him for 20 years. He visited my sister in hospital when she was sick with cancer when she was 11 in the 1980s. I’m really grateful for everything that Molly’s done in our lives.”

However, their relationship soured after the 2017 Logie Awards, when Molly stormed the stage during Samuel’s acceptance speech for the Gold Logie.

“Immense sadness”: Carrie Bickmore announces heartbreaking personal news

TV and radio star Carrie Bickmore has announced her separation from her husband, Chris Walker.

The 42-year-old shared the news in a joint Instagram story, revealing that it was with “immense sadness” the couple had decided to separate.

“While this is a tough time, our focus is to concentrate on parenting, loving and supporting our three amazing children, Ollie, Evie and Addie, with everything we’ve got. They are doing great.

“We won’t be making any further comment at this stage.”

The former couple met on The Project in 2012, two years after Carrie’s first husband Greg Lange passed away due to brain cancer.

Chris Walker was previously embroiled in a nude scandal

In May 2022, Chris, an ABC TV producer, narrowly avoided disciplinary action after accidentally appearing nude on Skype to up to nine co-workers.

While, according to The Australian, he is “unlikely to face serious sanctions”, his co-workers received counselling for the incident.

“It was a genuine mistake. Obviously, the ABC is taking it seriously if people were traumatised,” an insider told the publication.

“But if serious action was taken against Chris Walker for an accidental flash, there’d also be an outcry.”

At the time, the ABC issued a statement.

According to the Herald Sun, Chris took off his pyjamas in order to have a shower, while accidentally flashing his genitalia.

Even though she has since left the show for good, Carrie took an extended break from The Project in early 2022 to spend a “school term” in the UK with her family.

“We feel like this is our last chance to do something like this together before Ollie hits the pointy end of his schooling and no longer wants to hang out with us,” she announced on Instagram at the time. “So… we are heading to the UK for a school term.

Then, in November of the same year, she revealed she would be stepping away from the desk after more than a decade.

Superstar icon Meryl Streep has joined the Season Three cast of Only Murders in the Building.

Taking to her Instagram, series lead Selena Gomez — accompanied by co-stars Martin Short and Steve Martin — announced the EPIC news featuring appearances by Andrea Martin and Paul Rudd.

Of course, fans and other media outlets were ecstatic over the casting choice.

The comedy-drama series follows Charles-Haden Savage (Steve Martin), Oliver Putnam (Martin Short) and Mabel Mora (Selena Gomez), neighbours at an Upper West Side building called the Arconia, who bond over a love of true crime podcasts and end up starting their own as mysterious murders happen around them. 

The series has already seen a bevvy of cameos, including Sting and series regular Tina Fey, but Meryl would have to be the cherry on top.

Season Three will pick up as Charles, Oliver and Mabel work to figure out who killed Ben Glenroy (Paul Rudd). The Season 2 finale saw the new character die onstage while performing in a Broadway play opposite Charles, directed by Oliver.

This is going to be UNREAL!

Yes, boyfriend. Not her collective TV show boyfriend. Her IRL, polyamorous man friend, whom she is currently in a relationship with.

After a supremely awkward conversation with Jess, Felix responded with a mature “what the f**k” and thus, creating the weirdest storyline we’ve ever seen.

Then, during the January 17 episode, all contestants were asked to invite someone close to them to meet their Bachelor.

And TBF, this is pretty smart of the producers because it was like they ~KnEw~ Jessica would bring along her at-home boyfie, Damien.

While we were ready for an absolute debacle, Felix was surprisingly calm about it (considering his past actions), showing a level of understanding and respect.

The meeting was mind-boggling, to say the least, with Felix confirming he is not into open relationships himself, but each to their own… he guesses?! ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

We also learned that Damien was in love with Jess, however, she admitted that she was still figuring stuff out.

Then, after a “conscious conversation” (wut?!) between the pair, we learned nothing except that she had three options.

Jeremy Renner’s condition is “much worse” than previously reported after snowplough accident

Jeremy Renner’s horrific injuries are “much worse than anyone knows” after a snowplough accident left him hospitalised on New Year’s Day.

The 51-year-old, most famous for playing Hawkeye in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, suffered “blunt chest trauma and orthopedic injuries” and is now recovering in an intensive care unit in Nevada, USA.

While the actor has posted on social media since the events took place, it appears that his injuries are significantly more serious than they appeared.

“Jeremy is very aware of the fact that he almost died out there,” a friend of the actor told RadarOnline.

“The right side of Jeremy’s chest was crushed, and his upper torso had collapsed. He also had a bad head wound that was bleeding and a leg injury.”

The source also revealed that the beloved star almost “bled out” as he waited for help to arrive and was “in a lot of pain” and “having difficulty breathing”.

“He knew he was in bad shape and that he might not make it out of this.”

According to another source, the damage to the Mayor of Kingstown’s chest was “so substantial” that it reportedly had to be “reconstructed in surgery”, resulting in a lengthy recovery period.

“So far, he’s had two surgeries, and he will likely require more in the weeks ahead on his leg,” the insider told the same outlet.

“Doctors tend to space out operations to allow time for the body’s natural healing process to kick in, and that’s the case here.”

“He’s a fighter, and he’s determined to get through this.”

On January 1, the local Sheriff’s Office was called to Jeremy’s home, where he was airlifted to a nearby hospital.

TMZ — who first revealed the news — reported that the Snowcat machinery had accidentally run over one of Jeremy’s legs, with the area “treated like an active crime scene”.

The machine had “extensive safety features”, meaning it “should not have rolled over Jeremy.”

On January 16, Margot Robbie attended the Babylon premiere in Sydney and experienced just that.

While speaking to entertainment reporter Justin Hill on the red carpet, one of her friends passing by yelled out, “Hey, Maggot!”

Margot took it in her stride, excitedly turning around to wave and jump at seeing her long-time friends after they exposed her childhood nickname.

In a recent interview with W Magazine, the Wolf of Wall Street actress talked about how “frantic” she was to play the character of Nellie LaRoy.

“When I got the script for Babylon, I felt I had to do it. I’ve never felt that way about a script,” she said.

“I was frantic. At one point, I suggested showing up at the director’s house.

“When we eventually met, I said, ‘I have to play this character – she’s mine.'”

Binge’s The Last of Us premiered on January 15 with a dire warning about a looming fungal threat.

During the very first scene, an epidemiologist (John Hannah) explained that certain fungi can infect and control its animal hosts and that humans could be next if such deadly spores were to evolve due to climate change.

“If the world were to get slightly warmer, then there is reason to evolve,” the character explains.

The Addams Family spin-off centres around the eldest Addams child, Wednesday (Jenna Ortega), and her misadventures as a rebellious teenager at a new school, Nevermore Academy.

There, she becomes entangled in a gruesome murder mystery involving the students, local residents, and all sorts of monsters and ghouls.

Season one gave us this iconic viral dance scene and saw the resurgence of the goth girl, so we are more than thrilled that another season is on its way.

Is Wednesday season 2 happening?

YES! On January 7, Netflix confirmed a second season with a video (below), in which Ortega as Wednesday says, “Over the past few weeks I’ve been hunted, haunted, and mimicked millions of times across the internet. It’s been pure torture. Thank you.”

When is Wednesday season 2 premiering?

Unfortunately, we don’t have an official release date as of yet.

We know that season one began filming in September 2021 and wrapped up around March 2022.

If we put our maths hats on, we can add the eight months it took for the show to hit screens and discover that it was roughly a year and one month from start to finish.

If Netflix follows the same timeline for the second season, Wednesday would need six months to film and eight months of postproduction, which puts us at mid-2024.

Who is cast in Wednesday season 2?

So far, there’s no official word on who will return or make their return or debut in Wednesday season 2, but we can safely assume the following will be back:

What do we know about Wednesday season 2?

There is yet to be an official season 2 trailer, but we’ve had some intel from the show’s creators and cast.

Co-showrunner Miles Millar spoke to TV Line about showcasing the Addams family more heavily in season 2, saying, “We felt like we just touched the surface with those characters and the actors are so amazing in those roles.

“Catherine [Zeta Jones] is, I think, an iconic Morticia. The relationship between Wednesday and Morticia is also essential to the show, and the idea that Wednesday is trying to forge her own path outside the family is important.”

Actor Gwendoline Christie (Game of Thrones) has also hinted at her return for a potential second season. Talking to Digital Spy, Christie said, “We haven’t seen her put in the ground, have we?”

“I feel like Larissa Weems would not really be prepared to entertain or be dominated by anything as commonplace as death.”

Chelsea Handler opened the 2023 Critics Choice Awards the only way she knows how — with a jab at Prince Harry’s “todger”.

In case you’ve been living under a rock, the Duke of Sussex has been doing the media rounds, promoting his new book Spare.

In said book, Meghan Markle’s husband revealed that not only is he circumcised but that he once had a frostbitten penis, which he quickly rectified with a dab of Elizabeth Arden cream.

While the news was undoubtedly TMI, it certainly made headlines worldwide, and now, Chelsea has taken the opportunity to bring it up once more.

During the January 15 (PSTD) awards ceremony, the comedian revealed that Dahmer became the third-highest-viewed show on Netflix, with a combined watch time of 1 billion hours.

“…Which, apparently, is the same amount of time we’re going to have to listen to Prince Harry talk about his frostbitten penis. It’s enough already,” she joked.

It was a wild weekend in LA when it was revealed that Kanye West had married Australian Yeezy designer Bianca Censori.

In a report by TMZ — who are always notoriously in the know — the 45-year-old rapper and his 27-year-old boo married in a private ceremony sometime in January.

While the couple has been sporting wedding rings, an official wedding certificate has not yet been filed; however, the “ring symbolises his commitment to her following the ceremony”.

Abbie Chatfield has revealed it is “no one’s business” after growing speculation over her “changing body”, specifically her recent weight loss.

Over the last few months, the TV presenter and media personality has been inundated with comments about her appearance admitting that people “love to tell me” when “my own body is changing”.

In a new interview with Stellar magazine, the 27-year-old said that no one should comment on another person’s weight.

“People on Instagram love to tell me when my own body is changing, as though I don’t have a mirror,” she told the publication. 

“Weight loss happens because of a myriad of things … I am very, very proud of my relationship with food and exercise.

“I don’t think it’s anyone’s business why someone might have lost weight unless they express it themselves without being prompted. It doesn’t affect anybody else.”

Lisa Marie Presley shared a common thread that “plagued” Elvis

Lisa Marie Presley‘s tragic death at age 54 could share a “correlation” with the sudden death of her late father, Elvis Presley.

On January 12 the singer was pronounced dead after going into cardiac arrest, mere days after supporting the cast of Elvis at the 2023 Golden Globe Awards.

Now, her shocking passing has been linked to not only her father (who died of a heart attack in 1977 at age 42) but also his mother, Gladys.

According to biographer Sally Hoedel, Elvis’s uncles on his mother’s side also passed away from either heart or liver-related issues between the ages of 46 and 58.

In her book, Elvis: Destined to Die Young, the author argued that Elvis did not die due to “self-destruction and drug abuse” like many were led to believe; instead, it was because of “bad genes” potentially passed down by his maternal grandparents, Bob Smith and Doll Mansell, who were first cousins.

After Elvis’dies, Sally said the familial deaths had “stopped being a coincidence”.

“Lisa Marie has now prematurely left her children, just as Elvis left her in 1977 when she was just nine years old. It’s also just as Gladys left him prior to that,” she told The Sun.

“There is an undeniable pattern of young death in the family with heart, liver, and lung issues prevalent in the family tree.”

While not confirmed, it appears Lisa Marie Presley suffered the same fate as her father

“It’s obviously too soon to speculate about Lisa Marie, but reports so far do point to a heart-related event,” the biographer told the same outlet. “I would hate to see her treated unfairly in death, as her father has been.”

She continued: “It took decades to uncover just how ill Elvis was so that we could move past the narrative of him taking too many pills and dying in the bathroom. He deserved more than that, and so does she.”

On January 13, Priscilla Presley — the widow of the “King of Rock’n’Roll announced the passing of her only child.

“It is with a heavy heart that I must share the devastating news that my beautiful daughter Lisa Marie has left us,” she said in a statement.

“She was the most passionate, strong and loving woman I have ever known.”

According to TMZ, sources confirmed that paramedics performed CPR on January 12 before she was rushed to the hospital.

They also revealed that they could regain a pulse before she was transported.

In an update under an hour later, the same publication said that Lisa Marie went into “full arrest” and was administered epinephrine at the scene.

The report also stated that her housekeeper found her unresponsive while her ex-husband Danny Keogh performed CPR upon bringing her children home from school.

Who was Lisa Marie Presley?

Lisa Marie became joint heir to Elvis’ estate with her grandfather and great-grandmother after he died of a heart attack in 1977.

She became a singer/songwriter and dropped her debut album, To Whom It May Concern in 2003.

In 1994, she married pop icon Michael Jackson, marrying him a month after divorcing Danny.

It felt really distinct in that I had, frankly, seen a lot of movies about abusive or toxic relationships, and it didn’t really look like what was happening to me.”
