Patricija and Brigita, My Kitchen Rules 2023 contestants and two fiercely opinionated Lithuanian sisters, share two common traits: the same birth mother and the extraordinary talent of transforming the humble potato.
Patricija, a criminal defence solicitor, readily admits that her dry sense of humour, lack of emotion, and “resting b*tch face” may rub people the wrong way.
On the other hand, Brigita stands in stark contrast, being laid-back, easy-going, and always going with the flow.
While Patricija adores being an ardent fan of MKR and enjoys nourishing others, she steers clear of seafood and lamb. Brigita is more adventurous and enjoys eating her steak blue.
MKR continues on Monday at 7:30pm on Channel Seven and Seven Plus.
Fun, bubbly and warm friends Amber and Mel have teamed up to cook together on My Kitchen Rules 2023.
Amber is witty and unapologetic, unafraid to speak her mind regardless of whether you like it or not. Mel, on the other hand, takes a more diplomatic approach and prides herself on providing constructive criticism. She considers herself a high-achiever and aspires to become an MKR champion.
Having married into a Lebanese family, Mel aims to blend her in-laws’ recipes with her Australian background for a fusion culinary experience.
When Amber and Mel join forces in the kitchen, their energy becomes infectious. With wine, music, and a cookbook, the kitchen transforms into their stage. It’s not uncommon for them to break into song and dance while whipping up a delicious feast!
MKR continues on Monday at 7:30pm on Channel Seven and Seven Plus.
My Kitchen Rules contestants and friends and Aaron and Chris met through Instagram back in 2018, and have formed a strong bond ever since.
Aaron is a former Butcher and runs Australia’s largest BBQ-dedicated YouTube channel. Meanwhile, Chris is a stay-at-home dad for his twin sons.
The men will bring some serious BBQ skills to MKR. Aaron lists his signature dish as Smoked Brisket while Chris says his speciality is crispy pork belly, which he admits is his wife’s favourite.
MKR continues on Monday at 7:30pm on Channel Seven and Seven Plus.

One artist from each team scored a semi-final fast past, and another secured their spot via a sing-off in front of their coaches.
Nyree vs Tarryn
Rita was put in a tough situation after Nyree and Tarryn nailed their rendition of the ballad Alone. Rita had to take some time out before making her final decision but ended up sending them through to the Sing For Your Life round.
Here they put on show-stopping performances of Anyone by Demi Lovato and Alphaville’s Forever Young.
“Both of you are just ready, but I can only take one…I’m sorry now because you both deserve it,”Rita said before sending Tarryn through to the Semi Finals.

It’s episode 25 of The Block and time for the main bedroom and walk-in-robe room reveals. But before we can see what the Blockheads miraculously renovated, here’s what happened during the episode.
With 24 hours until the room reveals one of the biggest weeks on The Block, Kyle and Leslie were feeling the pressure and missing their kids. Kyle in particular was struggling.
Meanwhile, Eliza and Liberty continued to struggle with their builder Mark. This time, Mark was refusing to get a stonemason for a benchtop in their master bedroom and suggested a cheaper timber version instead.
Foremen Keith and Dan were less than impressed with Eliza and Liberty confronting Mark about all of their concerns, without any luck. Mark also wanted the sisters to submit their plans for the following week which is a huge no-no on The Block.
Heading to Scotty’s HQ for judging, Scotty reveals they are officially at the halfway point of The Block.
Room Reveals
Kyle and Leslie – $32,793
The judges loved the texture on the bed head, however; given it was a bit rough it could cause injuries while you… sleep.
All three judges didn’t think Kyle and Leslie utilised and planned the space well. While it would look great on Instagram, it’s not that livable.
The judges thought their walk-in-robe was a much better effort but it was far too small.
Leah and Ash – $42,825
The judges loved the curved ceiling, praising Leah and Ash for their risk-taking.
The downside was that there was a lack of furniture and functionality and their styling was all over the place. They also didn’t have enough storage.
Marty didn’t like the burgundy colour of the walk-in-robe, thinking it would date.
Kristy and Brett – $42,825
Marty loved the vibe, saying it was light and bright; however, the lighting plan was a bit of a mess.
They also didn’t like the small bedside tables.
Steph and Gian – $44,064
Steph and Gian’s master was the biggest in Block history and was an absolute hit with the judges.
They thought it oozed luxury and loved the stunning wardrobes by Kinsman and the stunning marble benchtop in the walk-in robe.
All three judges were impressed by the layout and “wow” was used many, many times.
Eliza and Liberty – $23,952
The judges really felt for the girls given that the paint job wasn’t finished.
Shaynna loved the artwork in the master bedroom and thought it was a really good effort.
They also liked the contemporary colour palette and lots of storage.
Marty also said, that while they may not win many rooms, they could actually win The Block given their house was very sellable.

The first The Amazing Race Australia trailer showed Grant Denyer collapsing and being attended to by a team of medics. The latest clip has given some more insight into what led to the medical emergency.
The short video shows Grant and his wife Chezzi bantering about why they joined The Amazing Race Australia.
“I asked Grant if I could have a bit of a holiday, and he said we’re going on The Amazing Race,” Chezzi said.
“I thought The Amazing Race should be a breeze, but it was that bloody hot,” he replied.
The Amazing Race. Ten.
Why did Grant Denyer collapse on The Amazing Race?
The clip shows the temperature soaring from 22 degrees Celsius up to 45 degrees Celsius.
“You’re looking like you’re going to faint,” Chezzi tells Grant before the camera pans to him passed out on the floor.
What happened in the first clip of Grant Denyer collapsing?

Survivor king George Mladenov and his sister Pamela Mladenov are joining the race, as are Too Hot To Handle OG Harry Jowsey and Love Island star Teddy Briggs.
RuPaul’s Drag Race Down Under is a reality show, but it’s also somewhat of an unofficial fashion show. Especially when it comes down to the last three queens, and it’s undebatable that there have been some serious lewks served.
Isis Avis Loren, Flor and Gabriella Labucci are the three queens in the running for the title and the $50,000 prize money.
Of course, there’s much more to a queen than her fashion choices, but we’ve compiled some of the best looks below because they’re worth celebrating.
Stan Original Series C*A*U*G*H*T is a comedy about hostages who gain celebrity status. Featuring a host of HAWT Aussie celebs, some MEGA Hollywood royalty and some epic cameos from Karl Stefanovic and Ally Langdon, it will be a must-watch for anyone who likes a bloody good time.
The six-part series also marks actor and one of the stars, Kick Gurry’s (a.k.a Jacob Coote from Looking for Alibrandi’s) directorial debut.
Along with the official trailer, there was also an NSFW version that shows Last King of the Cross‘Lincoln Younes in all his goddamn glory! And we’re NOT joking…

What is C*A*U*G*H*T about?

Mistaken for Americans, they are captured by freedom fighters (Fayssal Bazzi, Mel Jarnson and Dorian Nkono) and produce a hostage video that goes viral. When the soldiers reach celebrity status on social media, they realise that being caught might just be the best thing that could’ve happened to them. They’re about to make search history.

The institution that is Love Island is dropping a brand new format called Love Island Games, and it’s going to feature some iconic Australian Islanders.
While the line-up of contestants hasn’t officially dropped yet, some savvy online sleuths have whittled together a pretty believable list of cast members.
A Love Island spoiler account has reported that Callum Hole will be on the cast, as well as at least three contestants from previous seasons of Love Island Australia. The Twitter account mentioned his name, alongside Zeta Morrison from Love Island US season four.
What other Australian Islanders will be on Love Island Games?
Cassidy McGill – Love Island Australia season one
Cassidy McGill. Instagram.
Cassidy McGill from season one hasn’t been mentioned by the Love Island spoiler account just yet, however, her Instagram has gone suspiciously quiet in recent weeks.
Add to that the fact that several pubclists for Love Island’s production company ITV have started following her, and her iconic recoupling with Grant Crapp on season one, and we’re calling it a likely chance.
Jessica Losurdo – Love Island Australia season four
Jessica Losurdo. Love Island Australia.
GamerVev hasn’t confirmed that Jessica Losurdo from season four will be on the international show, however, he did say that he’s heard that a Jess or Jessica will be. That could also be Jess Velkovski from season three, who was coupled up with Aaron Waters.
At least 10 more names. I have 5 more left to reveal + there’s at least 3 more Aussies there I don’t know their names – I was mentioned a Jess/Jessica at one point. https://t.co/ZcAqIoNB1P
The official cast list for Love Island Games hasn’t been announced yet, however, the same LI spoiler account has posted about the international contestants who will allegedly also be appearing.
If the rumoured names are correct, it’s fair to say that the season will be absolutely stacked with Love Island icons.
Georgia Steele (Love Island UK season four) and Korey Gandy (Love Island US season three)
Luca Bish (Love Island UK season eight) and Danica Taylor (Love Island UK season eight). Luca has denied that he’ll be appearing, but this could always be a decoy!
The crew will be made up of some familiar faces from past seasons, as well as some brand-new cast members.
To some fan’s delights (and other’s commiserations), Captain Sandy Yawn will be heading up the boat again and fan-favourite Tumi Mhlongo, who appeared on Below Deck Down Under season one, will be her chief stew.
Controversial stews Kyle Viljoen and Natalya Scudder from season seven of Below Deck Mediterranean are working aboard, and late addition to Below Deck Down Under season two Luka Brunton will be a deckhand.

The Stan Original Series Thou Shalt Not Steal is now in production and will be released in 2024.
The six teams of contestants were officially revealed for My Kitchen Rules 2023, and now, three more teams of Gatecrashers have been added to the mix.
Amongst the duos are family, friends and, well, romantically involved pals.
“Our relationship is almost as if we are dating. It’s a little bit complicated,” Tommy, who’s representing WA alongside Rach, explained of their relationship.
As always, the judges, who are Manu Feildel and Colin Fassnidge this year, and the six pairs will travel around Australia for the Instant Restaurant component. After all teams have cooked at their homes, the lowest-scoring team is eliminated.
From here, the judges will be joined by Nigella Lawson and the remaining contestants will go head to head in cooking competitions. Pairs will slowly be eliminated until one team is crowned the winner and awarded a $100,000 cash prize.

They’re welcoming everyone to Papa & Mama Mu’s, an Italian-inspired restaurant, complete with a homemade sign by their daughter.
With karma abound, the guests are ready to critique the food, given that Claudean is the “Pasta Queen”.
“We just couldn’t wait to find the flaws,” Pearls says. LOL.

Elimination
Much to our horror, Coco and Pearls finish at the bottom and are eliminated from the competition.
Ladies and gentlemen, the drama has left the building!
The Drama
In an unprecedented move, Coco and Pearls visit Claudean and Anthony in the kitchen in a bid to throw them off. Plus, adding fuel to the fire, when Claudean revealed she was making pasta, she said: “They won’t be roses.” Ouch!
Naturally, they retaliated by giving them terrible scores all round.
The Gatecrashers
After Coco and Pearls’ elimination, Colin makes some announcements about the next steps.
Since Radha and Prabha finished at the top of the leaderboard, they were fast-tracked to the Semi-Final.
Tommy and Rach were also fast-tracked to the quarter-finals while the remaining teams will travel around the country again to cook against each other and…. dun dun dun dun! Three new teams, The Gatecrashers!
It’s episode 24 of The Block 2023 and there are conspiracy theories abound after Kyle and Leslie’s Ford challenge win.
It’s the morning after and Kyle and Leslie have woken up very happy alongside a cardboard cut out of Shelley Craft; however, resident tin-foil hat wearers Kristy and Brett are still on the “IT WAS RIGGED!” train. Unfortunately, they’re still more focused on being the worst and are taking the role very seriously.
Kristy and Brett. Nine
Meanwhile, Leah and Ash are trying to build the most complex ceiling in the history of The Block, which, if it works, is set to be a show-stopper!
Back at Kristy’s house, she is furious because she needs The Block electrician to do some work. Unlucky for her, they’re are at Eliza and Liberty’s house — and she is hellbent on telling everyone they are a Channel 9 plant.
The walkarounds
It’s that time of the week when Scotty Cam and Shelley set out for their walk around. While they’re usually there to check in on how the Blockheads are travelling with their renos, today they’re here for one thing and one thing only. The piping hot tea.
Unsurprisingly, Kristy unloads on Steph, because she just will not quit. Gah!
While over in House Five, Scotty praises Eliza and Liberty for their living space.

Eliza and Liberty’s alleged “special treatment”
Then, Eliza and Liberty give Nine In Six some beers as a bribe, thanking them for approving their waterproofing they technically should not have, if they were actually following The Block rule book.
Once again, Kristy and Leah see red, thinking the Melbourne sisters are getting special treatment and they are over it. Spoiler alert! So are we.

The Kardashian-Jenner clan is back for the millionth fourth season of The Kardashians and there’s a whole lot happening with TV’s most famous fam.
The new trailer starts off by acknowledging the well-known feud between sisters Kourtney and Kim. Both women look unhappy to be seated next to each other, and a scene later shows Kourtney telling her sister that she’s “just a witch” and says that she “hates” her.
The Kardashians. Disney+.
Tristan Thompson is back
Like the human embodiment of glitter he is (you just can’t get rid of it), Khloe’s cheating ex Tristan Thompson is, of course, back for season four of The Kardashians.
Khloe makes it very clear in the trailer that she and Tristan aren’t together. “I need people to know that I’m single,” she declares.
However, it appears that her mum Kris, hasn’t given up on the idea of Khloe reuniting romantically with her baby daddy.
“Tristan has been such a hands-on Dad,” Kris says in a producer-led interview before the camera pans to her spending time with him.
The Kardashians. Disney+.
“Mum is too nice sometimes,” Kendall says to Khloe. “We’re your daughters, you should be fierce for us.”
Khloe can later be seen confronting her mum about crossing a line, which is presumably to do with her relationship with Tristan.
Is Kendall engaged?
It’s been widely reported that Kendall is dating Puerto Rican pop star Bad Bunny (real name Benito Martínez Ocasio), and the two have been papped together numerous times.
While Benito doesn’t appear in the trailer, a clip of Kendall with what looks suspiciously like an engagement ring on her ring finger does, as she tells the camera: “I’m the worst single person ever”.
Where can I watch the trailer?
Right here!
The Kardashians season four airs on September 28 on Disney+.
When the Contour Cube was pitched on Shark Tank Australia episode three, it was a no-brainer that the product was right down Showpo CEO Jane Lu’s ally.
The ice facial tool is designed to depuff and tighten skin and had already become a viral TikTok sensation.
“When Sarah and Lewis first started pitching on Shark Tank, I thought ‘Umm, I’ve already seen this product on TikTok.’ And then I thought ‘Oh my god it’s you! I’ve seen you on TikTok’,” Lu said on Instagram after the episode aired.
Shark Tank. Ten.
But, it wasn’t only Lu who jumped at the opportunity to invest in Contour Cube, Sharks Sabri Suby, Davie Fogarty and Robert Herjavec also teamed up for the deal. The four Sharks ended up jointly investing $375,000 for a 30% share of the business.
How is Contour Cube going now?
According to Lu, who posted an update about the product on her Instagram, Contour Cube is thriving.
“So Sarah invented the world’s first ice facial tool, Contour Cube,” Lu said.
“I’ve been using it for the last five months since we filmed Shark Tank and look at my skin. It feels less puffy and tighter. And I feel pretty good for 37. All I use is a moisturiser and my Contour Cube. So not only is this part of my daily routine now but you probably guessed it, I have invested in Contour Cube.”
Lu explained that the product is now stocked by some massive brands, including Sephora, Woolworths, Beauty Bay, Priceline, The Iconic.
“They have a cult following on TikTok, it’s used by Kendall Jenner, stocked by so many retailers including ShowPo and run by amazing entrepreneurs,” she said.
“We have big things coming for this incredible brand. So come on this journey with us follow Contour Cube and try it for yourself.”
Shark Tank continues on Tuesdays at 7.30 pm on 10 and 10Play.
The villain crown has been swiftly swapped back and forth between Kristy and Brett and Leah and Ash throughout The Block 2023. However, episode 23 saw Kristy and Brett cement their lead – if Twitter reactions are anything to go by.
During the September 12 episode, Kristy confessed that she was 100% messing with her competitor Steph.
“I can easily suggest something as a throwaway comment and it will eat her away,” she said, before encouraging Steph to raise her ceiling and install beams.
“If she thinks you have a genuine relationship with her, she’d be stupid,” Brett scoffed to his wife. “Like, if she believes it. Because you’re clearly messing with her.”
Kristy then admitted to the producers that she was purposely trying to waste Steph’s time and resources.
Twitter users had a lot to say about Kristy and Brett’s malicious intentions, and you can check out some of the best reactions below.
OMG Kristy is even more awfull then Leah. She must be very proud to see herself back on tv. No wonder they are friends. #TheBlockAU She even has a husbandswho just sits there and nods.

They’ve been thinking about this day for a long time — mostly because they’re back in the city where you can get a glass of wine and a charcuterie board at any time — and also because they’ve worked in hospitality forever, so this should be good………
Nick (l) and Christian (r). Seven
Christian’s love language is food and reveals he’s a “master baster” 👀 while Nick just loves Rach, so there’s that.
Their Instant Restaurant 3181 is a tribute to the postcode that encapsulates all of Chapel St (“the cool part”) in Melbourne and will show a “little snippet into our lives as hospitality workers”.
And on the menu is Modern Australian cuisine.
Entrée
Kangaroo Tartare with Saltbush and Potato Crisps
Judging:
Coco turns her nose up at the whole dish; however, Radha and Prahba think “It’s beautiful”.
Claudean is surprisingly on board, saying the texture is “different”.
Manu called the dish “top-notch” and Colin said it had “classic tartare flavours” and that it was very “refined” and “clever”.
Seven
Main
Chargrilled Swordfish with a Jalapeño and Corn Salsa and Nduja Butter
Manu warned the boys that their fish needed to be cooked perfectly and it made them nervous.
While tasting, Coco acts as if she’s dying a slow death while Rach loves it, even though she didn’t get “that Jalapeño kick”.
Colin asks if they tried their dish all together and they say they didn’t. Manu was harsh on them given he has high expectations, saying they didn’t have enough seasoning. He also couldn’t understand why they started on the BBQ and then put it in the oven, saying there was no charred flavour.
Seven
Dessert
Sokolatopita with Orange Crème Fraîche
Judging
The boys struggle in the kitchen with their cake, having to cook it numerous times before Manu says their dessert “hasn’t finished your three-course meal well”.
Colin said the cake wasn’t cooked all the way through.

The drama
Claudean has had enough of Christian’s “wanky” chat and is ready for him to put the food where his mouth is while Coco and Pearls are feeling defeated over their sh**tshow of a cook.
Before even sitting down and still on her hate train, Claudean mocks Christian’s styling, saying he’s read “every single one of those encyclopedias from back-to-front” and then she sets her sights on Coco and Pearls, who argue…again.
Claudean really cannot help herself and it’s painful, yet entertaining, while Nick and Christian are probably just grateful she’s not thinking about them.
Coco and Pearls. Seven
Manu asks Claudean how they feel about going last, she says it’s like a “monster” where you are “chewed up and spat out”.
Coco and Pearls want to hold the “boys accountable” when judging, which is concerning considering Coco hates “fishy fish” but was also secretly plotting revenge so that they were not sent home.
