Stan’s rollercoaster of a reality TV dating show Love Triangle is back for season two.

However, after a short time of one-on-one time, the third single (who wasn’t originally chosen) arrived to move in with the happy couple.

Stan Original Series premieres on Thursday, October 5 on Stan.
Stan Original Series Love Triangle is back for a second season in 2023 and if you’re wondering how real the show actually is, we know the answer — and straight from the producer’s mouths!
Speaking to Chattr ahead of the October 5 premiere, executive producers Tara McWilliams and John Walsh (ya know, the team behind Married at First Sight) admitted that they don’t create the drama, the drama comes to them!
“Contrary to popular belief we’re not in the business of going, ‘Oh, this needs to happen’,” McWilliams said. “No, we’re not driving the car, we’re not steering it in any particular direction.”
“We’re watching, we’re observing and we’re actually pouncing on anything that could be a storyline, but it comes from there and so we’re at the mercy of the cast.”
Tamera. Love Triangle 2023. Stan
Adding to this, Walsh admitted that there’s a huge twist, but then “something” happened within the “twist” that wasn’t accounted for.
“There’s a twist that was planned and then there’s a bombshell within the twist that we hadn’t anticipated,” he said before McWilliams joked: “You basically have to watch with a calculator!”
“In the first series, the twist was that the second the rejected person comes in and forms a triangle,” she said. “Obviously, that’s no longer a surprise to them coming into this series, so we’ve brought in a new twist, something that would challenge them even further.
“It’s not a twist. It’s like a twist. It’s something that we felt organically that fits really well. It’s an extension of what we’ve already done and it really had very quite controversial results.”

The Love Triangle 2023 cast had a shake-up
Speaking of the cast, McWilliams said “you have to cast it really bloody well to ensure that you are going to get interesting content.”
“We found that some of last year’s] cast was maybe a little bit introverted,” she said, “And so many other couples had to do more of the heavy lifting, whereas this year, we needed people that were going to be straight up from the very beginning. They were going to embrace it and going to wear their heart on their sleeve, be themselves and be authentic. We see that from day one.
“They may have some regrets about that but it’s great because that is what modern dating is about.”
Stan Original Series launches on Thursday, October 5 on Stan.
It’s episode one of The Amazing RaceAustralia 2023 and eleven celebrities kicked off the race with their nearest and dearest, swapping five-star luxury for hectic conditions.
In case you missed it, the likes of Bec Judd, Jana Pittman, Grant and Chezzi Denyer, Harry Jowsey and Ben and Jackie Gillies laced up their joggers in a race to win $100k for their chosen charity.
Our celebs and their loved ones met host Beau Ryan, who began the race in the HOT and chaotic streets of New Delhi.
Challenge One and Detours
In the first challenge, teams embarked on an exhilarating ride in Tuk Tuks, racing through the vibrant city. Subsequently, they ventured into the maze-like markets, where they were tasked to acquire various local goods.
Additionally, teams faced a Detour, presented with two distinct challenges, each offering their own advantages and disadvantages.
Teams that selected Wedding Wish had the challenge of memorising intricate wedding outfits without the assistance of a stylist. For this Detour, they needed excellent memory and attention to detail.
The alternative option, the Chicken Dish, involved purchasing five ingredients from a bustling market using a shopping list, requiring exceptional navigation and adept carrying skills!
Darren McMullen and Tristan. The Amazing Race Australia 2023. Ten
Heat causes havoc on the contestants
In case it wasn’t already made clear, it was damn hot in India and right from the start, Darren McMullen was living in chaos. Meanwhile, King George was understandably wary of overly enthusiastic street vendors and Bec Judd? She just wanted an iced latte! LOL.
George and his sister, Pam, quickly formed an alliance with Olympian Jana Pittman and her 16-year-old son, Cor, the youngest racer in the history of The Amazing Race Australia. However, in a surprising turn of events, Jana unexpectedly abandoned George and simultaneously acquired herself a nemesis.
The Wedding Wish challenge appeared deceptively simple with Silverchair drummer, Ben Gillies and wife RHOM star Jackie, discovering that when it comes to Indian accessories, less is not more. Despite several failed attempts, they persevered.
Meanwhile, Pam suffered from heat stroke after completing the Detour. Thankfully, with some harsh yet motivating words from her brother George, she found the strength to push forward.

Reality TV stars Harry Jowsey and Teddy Briggs showcased their culinary skills in the Chicken Dish Detour and swiftly took the lead.
Former Wiggle, Emma Watkins, along with her sister Hayley, faced an unavoidable task as they skillfully handled tomatoes during the race while Bec and her sister Kate Twigley had to interrupt their shopping spree due to Kate’s struggle with the scorching 40-degree heat.
Comedian Dane Simpson and his father, Bow, the oldest participant in the history of the show, battled against both the heat and the weight of their grocery load; however, their bond spurred them on to persevere.
Challenge Two
During the next challenge, teams departed from the bustling market to spend some time with some children at a local pool, attempting to grasp the local language.
Alli and Angie Simpson. The Amazing Race Australia 2023. Ten
Alli Simpson seized the chance to admire Harry, much to the encouragement of her mother Angie.
Harry and Teddy were the first to conquer the phrase challenge, while stand-up comedian PeterRowsthorn and his daughter Frankie saw it as a golden opportunity to discuss cricket with the locals.
Then, using the phrase they just learnt, teams had to then direct their Tuk Tuk driver to a holy site where Beau was waiting.
The Pit Stop
Due to a long Tuk Tuk ride, race leaders Harry and Teddy slipped to second place, allowing Darren and his nephew Tristan to secure first position.
Meanwhile, Dane had hoped for a challenge involving beer and horse betting, a task at which his dad Bow would excel. However, disappointingly, that wasn’t on the agenda and they arrived last at the Pit Stop, resulting in their elimination from the race.
As the next day approached, the majestic Taj Mahal loomed near, and our celebrities must prepare for a demanding endeavour.
Exhaustion, scorching heat, chaotic conditions, and even an upcoming monsoon event will test their resilience and determination!
The Amazing RaceAustralia: Celebrity Edition airs on Wednesday at 7:30 p.m. on 10 and 10Play.
It’s episode 35 of The Block 2023 and Kristy continues to be the talk of Charming Street.
After an awkies birthday dinner for Ash — where Kristy completely ignored him and Leah — the incident has become a hot topic of conversation on The Block.
Giving zero f**s, Kristy dismisses the whole drama as mere dinner theatre; however, Leah is heartbroken and in tears because it feels like her former bestie no longer acknowledges her existence.
Kristy and Brett. Nine
Meanwhile, Kristy and hubby Brett have contrasting views on the falling out; believing it has given them an opportunity to reset and redirect their focus towards themselves.
The Ronald McDonald House Challenge
As the Blockheads make their way to the Ronald McDonald House challenge, Eliza keeps Liberty waiting…again. While in a previous episode, she had gotten her nails done, this time, Eliza engaged in conversations with every man and his dog.
Liberty. Nine
When they finally arrived, it was time to get cracking on the challenge, where all five teams plus Jenny and Dylan Heath, made it their mission to focus on helping families that need it the most.
Leah then attempts to initiate a conversation with Kristy; however, it proves futile, despite their close collaboration on the challenge.
With persistence, Leah tries to explain her choice to distance herself from the toxic behaviour, but to no avail.
Rather, Kristy retaliates, implying that Leah should have addressed her own actions, especially towards Steph, right from the start.
Ronald McDonald House Challenge. Nine
The Challenge winners are announced
After the challenge at Ronald McDonald House, the playground and communal gardens have been transformed into something truly remarkable.
Landscape royalty Dave Franklin arrives to judge the contestants’ efforts and in a surprising turn of events, Leah and Ash, Kristy and Brett, and Eliza and Liberty come out on top, sharing a prize of $15,000 among them.
Reflecting on their victory, Kristy acknowledges that despite the differences that they may have, the teams could work together harmoniously for a truly worthy cause.
Their efforts have certainly left a lasting impact on the community!

Over the course of The Amazing Race Australia season, viewers get to know the teams competing for the winning title. However, these faces make up just a fraction of the people travelling around the world to film the show.
During an interview on Mediaweek and Chattr’sThe Entertainment Hotline Podcast, The Amazing Race Australia host Beau Ryan shared some behind-the-scenes tidbits about just how much goes into making the popular reality show
While the final episodes currently in post-production, with about “30 or 40” people working on them, there are a whole lot more who fly internationally with the contestants.
“This year, there are about 140 people on the road,” he said.
However, because this season is a celebrity edition, the cast is actually a lot smaller than in previous years, and has only eleven teams.
“We had 20 teams last season, which meant we had about 170 people on the road – that’s how many people there are. It’s crazy!” Ryan added.
The Amazing Race Australia. Ten.
Who travels with The Amazing Race Australia cast?
Obviously, The Amazing Race Australiacontestants travel with camera people, however, there are so many other roles that are lesser known.
“We’ve got fixers [an employee who coordinates] in each country and people working through logistics. We’ve got Amazing Race franchise people that turn up and come in and out. It’s just next level, it’s crazy. I can’t explain it until you get somewhere and we’re in the hotels,” he said.
Unsurprisingly, the price tag involved with carting 100+ people around the world doesn’t come cheap.
“This show, because you’re moving all the time, the cost is not even funny, it’s ridiculous,” he said.
The Amazing Race Australia. Ten.
Where do the cast and crew go on The Amazing Race Australia 2023?
The celebrities – and the large crew – filmed in South East Asia and India for The Amazing Race 2023.
“Conditions are tough in terms of cities and countries, we go to India,” Ryan said.
“It’s brutal. Whether you’re just travelling by yourself or with the family and friends, it’s hard to get around. Now picture that with no phone, no bearings, the language barrier, currency problems, tiredness and fatigue. And then just repeat that every day for a month while it just gets hotter,” he added.
“Southeast Asia is another level like Malaysia, Borneo, Cambodia, Laos, like it is just ridiculous. And it tests people.”
The Amazing Race Australia airs at 7.30pm on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday night on Channel 10.
MKR star Nick made no secret of his crush on co-star Rach throughout the MKR 2023 season.
While the two home cooks didn’t get as far as a showmance on the series, with months passed since the Grand Final was filmed, fans are still wondering if the runner-up managed to get the girl post-show.
While Nick didn’t exactly confirm a relationship between himself and Rach in a post-elimination interview with Chattr, he didn’t deny it either. In fact, he admitted that they’d hung out the night before.
“It was definitely great to see Tommy and Rach at our watch party last night, but yeah, we’ll see” he said coyly.
Pearls. Instagram.
Nick’s teammate and best friend Christian revealed that Tommy and Rach were one of their favourite teams on the show.
“They were close to us and age. Nick and I both have a background in acting like Rach and Tommy is from Melbourne himself, like us. Every little thing clicked with the four of us and we got along like a house on fire,” he said.

Nick and Christian felt ‘absolute joy’ when Radha and Prabha won
In a nail-biting finish Radha and Prabha took out the MKR 2023 winners crown by just two points. However, despite being so close to winning, Nick and Christian said they were so happy for the sisters.
“We felt absolute joy for Radha and Prabha. We knew how much that competition meant to them. We knew how much it meant to us but seeing that joy on their faces when it got announced, there was so no ill will, there was no hard feelings, there was nothing but love and joy for them in the moment,” Christian said.

“We don’t see it as we lost, we didn’t lose, we still won, they just happened to take out the crown of MKR.”

Fresh off the heels of their exciting win on My Kitchen Rules 2023, Radha and Prabha have revealed that they want to use their prize money to release a Twindian cookbook.
Radha and Prabha cooked against Nick and Christian in the Grand Final and the sisters won the competition with a score of 27, versus the men’s 25.
“It was a beautiful journey to actually see us actually win,” Prabha said. “At some point, we were in our living room screaming like crazy mad women like we’d just won the NRL Grand Final.”
MKR. Seven.
Of course, along with bragging rights, the twins were also awarded $100,000 cash prize. And, in welcome news to their many fans, Radha and Prabha want to use that money to help them share their cooking knowledge with the country.
“We’re thinking of doing a Twindian cookbook, where we’re able to put a bit of Twindian into every household and to debunk the myth that Indian food is so complex,” Radha said.
“Everyone always says Indian food is ‘curry, curry curry’ all the time; but it’s actually not. There’s so much diversity with Indian food,” Prabha clarified.
“We want to bridge that gap of Indian food knowledge in this Westernised culture in Australia. That it’s more than your simple butter chicken and that there are so many more complex, yummy flavours that really are essentially staple foods in every Indian household.”
She added that the recipes would be “super tasty, super delicious, simple foods done really, really well.”
MKR. Seven.
Radha and Prabha addressed the cultural significance of cooking Indian food on the show
Episode after episode, Radha and Prabha pumped out impressive Indian dish after dish.
Radha opened up about why they wanted to stick to their native cuisine on MKR.
“It’s it’s important it’s us, it is it is our roots. It’s who is who we are, and you can never deny who you are.
“So being proud of it just makes like if we’re proud of something for ourselves, and looking at us, our roots, our cultural heritage, our food heritage.
MKR. Seven.
“We’re proud of it, we know that other people will be proud and we just want to share that pride with everyone else. We don’t want to keep it to ourselves. No, we want to share those recipes.”
Radha and Prabha opened up about their dad
Radha and Prabha’s late dad plays a huge role in their cooking journey, and the twins brought judge Colin Fassnidge to tears at their Instant Restaurant when they opened up about losing him.
“That took a lot of courage for us to share [about him] with MKR producers and then having it shared with the entire nation,” Radha said.
“It brought so many emotions to us because we’ve grown up without him but we still feel like we know him. And now we feel like if he was here, he’d be so proud of us.”

It’s episode 15 of My Kitchen Rules 2023 and time for a Grand Finale of epic proportions! As was expected, Nigella Lawson was on hand to help Manu Feildel and Colin Fassnidge name this year’s winners!
Competing in the pièce de résistance were “Twindians” Radha and Prabha opposite bestie hospo mates, Nick and Christian — two men who had rather yuge shoes to fill after banging on about their experience.
“Tonight, one team will step back into the world with the title of MKR Champions,” Manu said. “And $100,000!”
Nick and Christian and Radha and Prabha. Seven
An honourable mention must go out to Christian, who yelled up to the gantry: “Rach, meet Chris, Nick’s mum!” A nod to Nick’s MAHOOSIVE crush on Semi-Finalist, Rachel.
Course One – Entrée
The first course had to be served within two hours.
Radha and Prabha
Spicy Fish Fry with Yellow Dhal and Tomato Chutney
After a little help from their mum in the gantry (which hilariously got the twins arguing), Colin said that it was “vibrant” before pulling a face because the “chilli was hot”. Manu said the “fish itself is melting in your mouth”, while Colin called it “moist”. Nigella added that it was “perfectly” cooked.
Colin said the Dhal needed more salt but wasn’t a “deal breaker” and Nigella liked “the gentleness of the Dhal”.
As for their mum? “Very, very proud!”
Nick and Christian
Scallops with Black Pudding and Bloody Mary Butter
Colin’s first critique was that they didn’t loosen the scallops from the shell with Nigella calling it a “rookie error”; however, it was “cooked perfectly”, while Manu really enjoyed the Bloody Mary component.
At the end of the first round, Manu said he “put Radha and Prabha ahead”.
Course Two — Seafood Course
The teams had 90 minutes to dish up their Seafood Course.
Nick and Christian
Crayfish with Vadouvan Butter and Witlof Salad
It was a stressful cook for Nick and Christian, who weren’t overly happy with how they plated their dish.
Thankfully, the judges said the Crayfish were cooked “perfectly” and “melted in your mouth”.
“It’s a winning dish,” Sonia from the guest teams said.
Radha and Prabha
Kerala Prawn Curry with Roti and Spiced Potato and Eggplant
Radha and Prabha were concerned they had overcooked their prawns, but Nigella said they were “good”. LOL. Manu said, “Frankly, I’m really enjoying it”.
This time round, Colin said the boys were ahead.
Course Three – Meat Course
There was 90 minutes on the clock for the Meat Course.
Nick and Christian
Bavette with Red Wine Jus and Truffle
Colin said the meat was cooked well but it needed more crust; however, loved the red wine jus and horse radish, while Nigella said “It works, but it doesn’t make your heart sing”.
Radha and Prabha
Chicken Biryani with Cucumber Raita and Pickled Onion
Throughout the cook, Nigella went over to Radha who was having “a slight panic”.
“It’s very important, but it’s not life or death,” she said.
During judging, Colin said: “I think this might be seasoned with tears!” LOL before Nigella said the chicken was “cooked well”. Manu loved the “fragrant spicy Biryani with the cool of the Raita”.
Their mum’s verdict? “They’ve done great!”
Course Four – Dessert
With one hour on the clock, their last cook in the MKR kitchen was underway!
Radha and Prabha
Pistachio Ice Cream Chocolate Dome with Almond and Orange Zest Crumb
After cracking their chocolate domes, Nigella was impressed by the “beautifully smooth” ice cream and loved the crumb. The “flavours balanced the rumbunctiousness” of what has come before.
Colin said it was their best dessert of the competition.
Nick and Christian
3181 Mess (a.k.a an Eton Mess)
With Christian backing himself that they had the win in the bag, Colin said. “You could hang it on the wall”. The judges thought they could have had more cream but loved the Yuzu Curd and said they were “ending on a high”!

It’s episode 34 of The Block 2023 and kid’s bedroom week opened with our Blockheads giving opinions. Yup, it was time for the teams to critique each other’s work at the Domain Open for Inspections!
Even though Kyle and Leslie have said precisely nothing all season, Leslie’s disgust at Marty Fox saying their toilet should have been opposite a mirror was hilarious. Meanwhile, Leah reflected on Marty’s “ouchiest moment” from the previous night when he called Gian and Steph’s bathroom a “quarantine facility”… Ouch indeed!
Despite sharing their win on Sunday, Eliza and Liberty were awarded the weekly BoB Award by Tommy who said their bathroom was the “best by a country mile”. They were then given $10k in cold hard cash and there were squeals. A lot of squeals!
Eliza and Liberty. Nine
Steph and Gian receive advice from Max and Charlie
Over at Leah and Ash’s place, they were hoping to deliver something their own kids would like and when speaking of her children, Leah became emotional, convincing herself it was an “exciting week” and said she wanted to think about them “in a really fun, positive way”.
But over in House Number Four, it was a different story. Given that Steph and Gian a) have no kids and b0 failed the House Decider challenge miserably (God, that felt like a lifetime ago), they began feeling the pressure for the weekly room reveal. Luckily, the producers had something special in store for them. Max and Charlie — actual kids to give them advice! So cute!
Charlie and Max. Nine
For fans who have watched The Block for years, you would have recognised Charlie in particular, who has been appearing on the hit show since 2014.
Charlie in 2014, 2020 and 2021. Nine
Upon meeting Steph and Gian, Charlie was adamant that a kid’s room needed “teddies”, “a desk”, and “vibrant” colour! Amazing!
But the best advice of all came from Max.
“You know what we don’t want in the bedroom?” Max said. “Beiges. No beiges!” LOL.
Gian, Steph, Max and Charlie. Nine
Scotty’s Weekly Getaway
Since they were joint winners of the master ensuite, Kristy, Brett, Eliza and Liberty arrive for dinner at Scotty’s house in Gisborne.
Kristy and Brett arrive first and Dad Scotty tells them to behave in no uncertain terms and because she’s great at putting on a show when necessary, she even apologises for her behaviour. Wut?!
It was pleasant enough with Dad Scotty trying to get everyone to talk, unfortunately, the niceties don’t last too long as Kristy then throws her former mate Leah under the big olde yellow Blockbus because since Leah has pretty much ended their BFF status, she wants revenge!
She decides to let Eliza and Liberty know that Leah was a willing participant in the so-called “mean girls” behaviour.
“First and foremost, we don’t have a problem with you guys,” she told Eliza and Liberty. “A lot of the areas have been greyed through jokes and sarcasm that has obviously offended you guys. And we’re not in the business of offending people.”
Kristy also told Eliza that the “new character” she’d seen when Eliza had confronted her, had she seen it sooner, they would have been “best friends”. Umm… OK.
Kristy. Nine
This week’s challenge
After the weekend getaway, our Blockheads get the call for this week’s Challenge.
They are going to build a backyard and BBQ area at Ronald McDonald House in North Melbourne, opposite the Royal Children’s Hospital.
They meet Madison and Josh who have used the service with their child, York, as well as last year’s fan favourites Dylan and JennyHeath, who will even up the teams.
After a Potato Sack race — Leah and Ash, Eliza and Liberty, Kristy and Brett are put in one team (lol) and Kyle and Leslie and Steph and Gian, alongside Dylan and Jenny are in the other.
They get to work on what is an important challenge to benefit sick children and their families with a prize of $15,000 up for grabs.

Ash’s Birthday Dinner
After starting on the challenge, the Blockheads head to dinner for Ash’s birthday, including Kristy and Brett.
However, the group is rocked by even more drama as Kristy ignores Leah and Brett leaves straight after the cake.
Back on The Block, Kristy makes it clear in no uncertain terms that she wants nothing to do with Leah. and their once-close friendship is now all over.

The Block 2023 couple Kristy and Brett have taken another swipe at their co-stars, this time accusing Eliza of starting a “smear campaign” against them in an effort to score a radio presenter job.
Drama has followed Kristy and Brett all season long, but their most recent nemesis is co-star Eliza, who they claimed receives “special treatment” in episode 29.
More recently, Eliza took a swipe back and told Hit Network’s Fifi, Fev & Nickthat Kristy and Brett aren’t edited to look a certain way, and implied that they are villains in real life, too.
To put it mildly, Eliza’s comment didn’t go down with Kristy and Brett.
“I don’t know why Eliza is on the smear campaign now, not sure what she’s on about,”Brett told the hosts.
“Maybe she’s got her own issues that she’s trying to cover up or something but yeah, certainly chucking out allegations like, ‘making people cry,’ the production and crew know what happened,” he added.
Kristy interrupted: “Maybe she’s trying to get a radio deal.”
The Block. Nine.
What’s Eliza’s connection to the radio?
Eliza quit her job in radio prior to appearing on The Block 2023.
She studied journalism at university and began working in radio shortly after. She was a personal assistant for Hamish Blake and Andy Lee for just over 10 years. However, she has never worked for Channel 9.
The Block. Nine.
Why did Kristy and Eliza say about each other?
The feud between Kristy and Eliza really gained traction after the sisters won the Room reveal in episode 29.
After catching wind that Kristy was annoyed that she and Liberty had won the challenge, Eliza confronted her.
“So, no conspiracy theories – I know there’s chat about that. I know you guys think we get special treatment, but we don’t. You disagree?” she said.
“‘Are we saying that you do get an extra hand? 100 per cent,” Kristy responded.
The Block. Nine.
Days after the episode aired, Eliza and Liberty appeared on Hit Network’s Fifi, Fev & Nick and slammed Kristy and Brett.
“It’s really toxic, it’s so bad. We saw each other on the weekend. Had to be in the same room which was interesting,” Eliza said in reference to Kristy and Brett.
“‘I just want to make it very clear that the people you’re seeing on the show are the people they are in real life. We’ve actually been told it’s been pared back for television” she continued.
The Block airs on Sunday at 7:00 p.m. and continues on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday at 7:30 p.m. on Channel 9 and 9Now.
Anthony Mundine, Cassie Sainsbury and Tim Robards are just a few of the celebs making their debut as trainee soldiers in SAS Australia 2023.
A total of fourteen Australian recruits are transported to the Middle East and faced with a series of gnarly challenges, including being buried alive. The series premieres on Monday, October 9.
Where can I watch the trailer?
The first trailer shows chief instructor Ant Middleton blindfolding the group of celebrities and putting them through their paces. The short clip alone shows them jumping onto moving helicopters, racing across the top of speeding trains and launching live hand grenades.
The format of SAS Australia doesn’t necessarily have a winner. Instead, the show puts celebrities through various gruelling challenges and only those who pass all of the tests are considered recruits.
In 2021, Millie Boyle, Darius Boyd and Riana Crehan successfully completed all the challenges and in 2022, only Sam Burgess made it through to the end.
SAS Australia. Seven.
Because of their celebrity status, the contestants are actually paid for their time on the show – even if they don’t make it to the end.
Bra boy Koby Abberton, who made it part way through the season of SAS Australia in 2021, revealed that he was paid $100,000 to take part. Meanwhile, it was widely reported that Burgess received between $150,000 and $200,000 for his time on the show.
SAS Australia 2023 will air on October 9 on 7 and 7Plus.
Eliminated mother and son duo Sonia and Marcus Costanzo are proud of the way they presented themselves on My Kitchen Rules 2023.
The popular pair narrowly missed out on the Grand Final and came in third place. However, despite not making it to the end Sonia and Marcus are happy that their representation on the show was true to who they are.
“We promised ourselves we wouldn’t talk a big game, the whole competition,” Marcus told Chattrin an interview before their elimination was aired.

“We went through two rounds of Instant Restaurants and listened to everyone make promises and say how good they were and who’s the biggest threat at the table.
“We were never considered as a threat. We just kept our mouths shut and the proof was in the pudding. We didn’t need to promise anyone anything.”
Sonia and Marcus made a concerted effort to stay away from the drama
MKR 2023 has certainly had some polarising characters. However, Sonia and Marcus said that they made a conscious effort to make sure that they stayed humble and drama-free.
“Mum and I decided in advance to focus on the competition, not over promise and to not get involved in the drama. Mum and I were quite safe from the drama, we weren’t involved in any of that, which was good.

They were surprised to see other contestants scoring strategically
Sonia and Marcus said that they never scored their fellow contestants strategically, so were surprised to see some of their co-stars do just that.
“We’re glad to say that our scores matched everybody else’s scores almost every single time. That made us feel like we were being honest,” Marcus said. “We kept it to the same sort of ratios of how we started.”
Sonia said that when she watched the show back she was shocked at what she saw.
“We’ve seen the outcome. And we’ve seen what people have done,” she said. “I recall watching it and having a few jaw-drop moments.”

Almost six months after Jock Zonfrillo’s tragic passing, his former MasterChef Australia co-star Melissa Leong has spoken publicly about his death and explained why it took her so long to do so.
The TV host told Stellar’s Something To Talk About podcast that while she originally decided to keep “relatively private” about Zonfrillo’s passing, she was ready to address it for “the first and last time”.
“It’s really important to me as I walk through life to try to honour what makes sense to me. And I reckon what will always make sense to me is to take a moment like this and be quiet and be private,” she told the publication.

Melissa Leong wanted to respect others griefing Jock Zonfrillo’s death
Leong added that Zonfrillo’s sudden passing affected many people – not just those who were in the public eye with him.
“We live in a moment in time where instant gratification is a given, and so when you can’t access information, there’s a bit of a disconnect there because people want to know why. And, for me, the why is very simple: because it’s not my story to tell,” she said.
“When someone leaves us, it affects so many people, whether or not it’s someone who has a public profile. When someone leaves your life, it affects a whole community of people, and each one of them is dealing with that loss in a different way.
“I feel like it isn’t constructive to continue to vocalise the way that I might feel, because it may impede someone else’s process. And so this is what makes sense to me… to approach this moment in my time with respect and to go gently with it.”
MasterChef. Ten.
What did Melissa Leong say when Jock Zonfrillo died?
Leong paid tribute to Jock Zonfrillo on Instagram days after he was found dead in his hotel room on April 30 at the age of 46.
“Four years ago, the three of us stood on a precipice and leapt together. I could never have guessed how much of an impact your arrival in my life would have, or that we would be saying goodbye to you so soon. You were always supposed to be the bulletproof one who outlived us all,” she wrote at the time.
She thanked him for his significant input to her life and said that she was struggling to come to terms with his death.
“This all feels too raw to process still, I suspect it will for some time. Such is the impact of a life lived so large, with so much levity and entirely on your own terms. My heart goes out to your family, who were and are your life.”
My Kitchen Rules fan favs Tommy Debenham and Rachel McCann were whisked straight to the Quarter Finals after coming second in the first round of Instant Restaurants.
That meant that along with round one winners, Rabha and Pradha, they’d be skipping round two of the Instant Restaurants.
While Tommy and Rach made it through the Quarters, they were ultimately eliminated in the Semi-Finals.
Looking back, the WA team aren’t sure that being fast-tracked and missing the experience of round two – as well as the judge’s important feedback – was beneficial to their game.

How did Tommy and Rach feel about skipping round 2 of Instant Restaurants?
“When we found out at the table we were so shook. We were speechless, we didn’t know what to say,” Rach told Chattr of finding out that they were in second place on the leaderboard and wouldn’t be taking part in round two of the Instant Restaurants.
“It was such a wonderful, exciting feeling. But at the same time, we didn’t know what it meant because everything was a secret about the rules.”
Tommy said that when they were told they were missing out on round two, the feeling was “bittersweet”.
MKR. Seven.
“When we found out we were quite sad,” he said. “When we got home from finding out the exciting news we were like, ‘But this means we don’t get to travel with our friends for the next six Instant Restaurants’. We missed out on meeting all these new people and tasting all these different cuisines. so it was definitely bittersweet.”
“The judges do give so much really interesting and helpful critiques. And I think you can learn a lot from that,” Rach added.
What did they do in their time off?
Tommy and Rach and Radha and Prabha got some time to themselves while the rest of the contestants headed around Australia for the second time, along with the Gatecrashers.
Rach said that they split their time between getting some much-needed rest, as well as practicing their cooking together.
“We took a little bit of a break. It’s not easy, the competition is really challenging and there’s a lot of pressure.
MKR. Seven.
“So it was nice to just have a little break and go home and be in our kitchen again and cook with each other and kind of reconnect with why we love to cook so much.”
My Kitchen Rules Australia 2023 continues on Monday and Tuesday night at 7.30 pm on 7 and 7Plus.
It’s episode four of The Masked Singer Australia 2023 and Bluebottle has delivered her final sting.
Despite receiving one hell of applause for her remarkable performance of Blondie’s Call Me and her outstanding effort in a captivating duel against Tiny as they sang Elvis Presley’s hit A Little LessConversation, the panel chose to unveil her true identity.
The Guessing Panel predicted Cyndi Lauper, Emma Bunton, Florence Welch and The Masked Singer Australia alum, Dannii Minogue; however, it was The Block’s Shaynna Blaze who was unmasked.

“CSI Chrissie” Swan was kicking herself after picking Shaynna during week one, especially since she had been texting the Channel 9 star throughout filming.
“I texted you and you said you couldn’t get here even if you wanted to!” Chrissie told her after she was unveiled.
“I was busy!” Shaynna said, admitting she had been flying in and out due to her other commitments.
While a shock for fans of The Block, it turns out the star used to sing, saying: “[Singing] was something I squashed for a long time, but now it’s time to bring the vocal cords back out again I think.”

It’s episode 33 of The Block and time for the master bedroom ensuite reveals. But before we see what magic the Blockheads have created, here’s what happened during the episode.
After thinking about it all week — and Kristy’s horrendous behaviour during episode 32, Leah heads to Kristy and Brett’s house to voice her concern about their behaviour, especially towards Eliza and Liberty.
As expected, it doesn’t go down well.
Kristy bites back and says she is only saying this because she is worried about how she is going to be portrayed on TV. LOLz.
Taking precisely zero responsibility, Kristy wonders why she is to blame for the so-called “mean girls” behaviour, saying that Leah was a willing accomplice. LOLz again.
Leah and Kristy. Nine
Ash then admits that the confrontation was necessary as he and Leah are not like this at home and they want to be true to themselves and set a good example for their three kids.
Unsurprisingly, iIt all ends in tears and Leah says that her once close friendship with Kristy is now gone.
Meanwhile, Eliza and Liberty can’t stand Kristy and Brett, managing to avoid them as much as possible.
After another drama-filed week, Scotty arrives on Charming St and judging gets underway on their master ensuite bathrooms.
Room Reveals
Kyle and Leslie – $$25,969
Although initially being well-received by the judges, Kyle and Leslie’s creation unfortunately faced several significant functionality issues. The double shower proved to be excessively cramped, and the positioning of the shower grate was completely off.
Leah and Ash – $26,014
The judges were impressed by the extensive bathroom design, particularly the spacious shower. However, Shaynna expressed her disappointment in the immature styling, which ultimately affected Leah and Ash’s overall performance.
Kristy and Brett – $31,608
The judges were impressed with how seamlessly the bathroom in House Three connected with the other rooms. Shaynna praised its functionality, while Kristy and Brett received their best feedback yet.
Steph and Gian – $31,753
The judges found this bathroom was more suited to social media, rather than being great overall. Marty even went as far as likening it to a “quarantine facility”, expressing his strong dislike for it.
Eliza and Liberty – $29,662
The judges were in awe when they entered the room, impressed by its thoughtful layout. However, they had one critique, mentioning the positioning of the face-level storage.
Scoring
Eliza and Liberty and their arch-rivals Kristy and Brett tied for the win, pocketing $10,000 each.

It’s episode 13 a.k.a the Quarter Finals of My Kitchen Rules 2023 and the Kween has arrived! Yup, Nigella Lawson is back for Finals Week and we must bow down!
The episode was split into two rounds and given Radha and Prahba and Sonia and Marcus were already sent straight to the semi-finals, they got to sit back, relax and enjoy the food that was being served.
Colin Fassnidge then announced that since Tommy and Rach were third on the Leaderboard, they would also get a fast pass into the second round. This left Nick and Christian, Claudean and Anthony, Aaron and Chris and Amber and Mel to face off in Round One.
After the first round, one team would be eliminated and after the second, two more would be sent packing.
Here’s everything the teams cooked.
Round 1
Four fridges contained a hero ingredient: beef, pork, chicken and fruit and veg. The teams had to then choose a fridge that held the ingredients they would feature in their dish.

Amber and Mel: Beef
The Leaderboard came into play, with each team starting to cook five minutes after the next.
