Over several years, the Brobergs’ eldest daughter Jan was kidnapped multiple times by a charismatic, obsessed family “friend”.

There sure is! You can watch it below.
What has Jan Broberg said about the series?
Jan told TIMEthat while it was hard to relive her trauma, she and her family decided to go ahead with the show in the hope that they could help others.
“The ugly and bitter truth of insidious and pervasive child sexual abuse (1 in 4 girls, 1 in 6 boys), and the grooming tactics used by predators, is hard to talk about,” she told the publication.
“But my family and I decided to expose every awful detail, every mistake made, every subtle sign missed, in order to help even one person see what we did not. Complete transparency and vulnerability left us exposed to harsh criticism and scrutiny. I now see the bravery, honesty, vulnerability and commitment it takes to pry open the proverbial can of worms.”

Below Deck Sailing Yacht’sGary King has been removed from the lineup of the prestigious BravoCon event following ongoing sexual assault allegations.
Gary was originally on the list for the event, which is an annual gathering that sees Bravo’s biggest reality TV stars speak to their loyal fanbases. However, he has recently been quietly removed from the lineup.
From the Below Deck franchise, Captain Jason Chambers, Captain Lee Rosbach, Captain Sandy Yawn, Captain Glenn Shephard, Luka Brunton, Kate Chastain, Daisy Kelliher, Colin MacRae, Tumi Mhlongo, Aesha Scott and more will be appearing at the event.
Below Deck Sailing Yacht. Hayu.
What are the sexual assault allegations against Gary King?
Three other members of the production crew, who chose to remain anonymous backed Suarez’s claims in the article and alleged that Bravo tried to cover up his behaviour.
“It was insane. There were multiple incidents of sexual harassment in front of multiple producers after this person had been given verbal warnings multiple times,” one of the sources claimed.
“I had to promote and make this guy who just assaulted someone look awesome. That was my job, to make this person look cool, capable, and exciting.”
Has Gary King responded to the allegations?
Yes! He took to social media to refute the claims but deleted his post shortly after.
“It’s so weird, it’s also so far from the truth. She always wanted a platform and unfortunately, I’m the unlucky target. I’m not going to let some lying girl get to me… read that article fully, multiple times, and this happened to her on multiple seasons … seems odd,” he wrote.

Will Gary King appear in future season of Below Deck Sailing Yacht?
Gary has been a recurring BD cast member and was the First Officer in seasons two, three and four. He was joined by friends and co-stars Daisy and Colin on all three seasons.
The cast hasn’t yet been confirmed for Below Deck Sailing Yacht season five, so it’s still unknown whether he will be making a return – especially considering the allegations.

Another Shark Tank episode, another great investment by Showpo CEO Jane Lu. This time the businesswoman invested in a modern cloth nappy called Mimi & Co and has shared that she even uses it on her daughter Rosie.
Mimi & Co produce eco-friendly nappies in stylish prints that can be used by newborn babies all the way through until they’re potty trained.
Lu took to Instagram to promote the product and explain why she invested in it.
“Did you know the average baby goes through 6000 – 7000 nappies until they’re potty trained?” She began. “Not only is that so much waste created, but it’s also so much money!”
“So that’s why for my latest Shark Tank investment I’ve invested in Mimi & Co! Mimi & Co is the world’s first one-size-fits-more nappy. It fits a baby from 2.5kg to 20kg to potty training.”
“How? Look at all the buttons. Regular cloth nappies just aren’t as adjustable,” she explained.
Lu then shared a sweet clip of her daughter wearing the nappy.
“Rosie clearly loves it, I love it, and you should check out Mimi and Co for yourself,” she said.
How much did Jane Lu invest in Mimi & Co?
Mimi & Co’s founder Aami entered the Shark Tank hoping for $100,000 for a 10% equity in her company. While she did get a deal from the Sharks, as always, they opted for additional ownership.
Aami came to an agreement with Lu and Davie Fogarty to come on board for 30% equity in exchange for a $100,000 investment.

As well as various nappies, Mimi & Co also sell baby accessories including wet bags, travel change mats and backpacks.

It’s episode 31 of The Block 2023 and it’s a mad scramble before 100 buyers descend on Charming St for the Domain Listings challenge.
Finally putting the drama aside (lol jokes), Kyle and Leslie were awarded the weekly BoB award and as you can imagine, Kristy was p**sed.
Meanwhile, Ash has a major dispute with Foremen Keith and Dan and The Block builders, Nine In Six because he wants to provide photos for a waterproof inspection but this is a reality TV show. And that’s a YUGE no-no.
But Ash has ammunition. A few weeks earlier, Eliza and Liberty were able to send photos in to get an inspection approved. We get his logic, but a few weeks ago, the houses were barely built…
Leah and Ash. Nine
Eliza confronts Leah and Ash
Since Kristy and Brett have poisoned the well with their “the sisters are favoured” rampage, it’s an interesting point; however, when Eliza overhears that Ash is not happy, she confronts him.
Ash (despite sometimes getting involved in the absolute chaos that is the drama during this season of the show) remains calm while trying to prove his point. And even though it could have caused even more of a divide, it prompts Eliza to have a chat with both Leah and Ash about Kristy’s behaviour.
Eliza and Ash… and the builders who want the TEA. Nine
The response?
Eliza then says that the villains of this season also have a terrible reputation with the crew and builders, but whether it is based on fact is another question….
Leah and Ash both reflect on what their three children will think about their behaviour so far. Leah breaks down, wondering if her choice of friendship was right in the first place.
Leah. Nine
The 100 buyers descend on The Block
With all this reflective effort, we half forgot that the 100 buyers were coming! As they arrive for the Domain Listings challenge, Adrian Portelli joins them. Ya know, the one who famously underbidded on Omar and Oz’s winning house in Gisborne in 2022…
Meanwhile, Steph and Gian impress all the buyers and they win by a small landslide. The high school sweethearts take home a cool $50,000 in prize money thanks to Domain.
But there’s still the after-party… and as we all know, nothing good can come from a late-night rendezvous!

SummerWarne surprised Australia when she was unmasked during the September 25 episode of The Masked Singer Australia 2023.
During the episode, the 20-year-old dedicated her performance of Coldplay’s Yellow to her late father, Shane Warne, leaving not a dry eye in households around the country.
Now, speaking toChattr after her elimination, Summer has opened up about what qualities she has inherited from Australia’s most famous spin bowler.
“I think his thoughtfulness, his caringness [sic] and his honesty,” she said. “I’ll always be honest. I’ll never pretend to be someone that I’m not.”
Summer and Shane Warne. Instagram
She continued: “I will treat everyone the same. He always said, “No matter where you come from, no matter what status, how much money you have, who you are, where you went to school, everyone’s equal at the end of the day, and you treat everyone with the same respect and how you would want to be treated. It costs nothing to be kind.”
Summer also went on to say that she hoped her performance would give others hope that “anything is possible”.
“If I can go in a giant avocado on stage, you can do anything. You can go to that job interview, or you can ask that boy or girl out on a date. Just simple things like that. Just live your life the way you want and don’t let anyone tell you how to live it.”

How Summer Warne is coping following her father’s death
When asked how she is doing following Shane’s shock death on March 4, 2022, Summer admitted that “every day brings a new challenge”.
“Every day, there’s something new that I wish I could tell him and sometimes a daughter just needs her dad’s advice, and they need that dad to lean on. But every day, I just think he would just want me to live my life and want me to be happy and live the life that he couldn’t. And so I’m just trying to make little special moments like this might just make just kind of make the most of it.
“If there’s a time that I’m struggling, that I really need him, I go back to watch videos and interviews and podcasts that he’s done,” she said. “And I just always remember the things he taught me and who to be.”
Shane and Summer Warne. Ten
As for her own next steps?
“There are videos of me in ballet classes and dancing, acting, and singing classes,” she said. “Videos of me literally just trying and being the best person I could be. So, if anyone needs an extra or an actor or a little tomato or beetroot…I’m just so excited to kind of see where this takes me and the new experiences that will come up.”
The Masked Singer Australia continues Monday at 7.30 pm on 10 And 10Play.
Kristy and Brett have admitted that they came on The Block 2023 with the intention of being villains – a goal they’ve definitely succeeded at.
After purposely misleading Steph in an effort to try and waste her time and resources and donning a MAGA-inspired hat that read “Make The Block Great Again”, it’s fair to say that Kristy and Brett are one of the most controversial couples who’ve ever appeared on the show.
During an interview with Today Extra, Kristy and Brett said that they had a strategy in mind when they joined the show.
“Yeah, look, well, we did go in with the intention to ruffle feathers. stir the pot and mind games are going to potentially come with that because it allows us to have them thinking about other things other than their room,” Brett said.
“So that was our intended gameplay. So everyone did know that. I felt a little bit guilty because everyone was so nice that I was like, ‘Hey, heads up. I’ve been talking a lot of crap on you’.”
Kristy added: “Someone had to be the villain, right?”
She teased that viewers can expect a lot more drama from her and Brett.
“Get ready for it because you haven’t seen nothing yet,” she said.
Kristy addresses her MAGA-inspired hat
The reality TV contestant shocked viewers when she sported her red “Make The Block Great Again” hat which is extremely similar to the infamous “Make America Great Again” hat. The MAGA hat is closely linked to Donald Trump‘s Presidency campaign

However, Kristy and Brett laughed off their choice of statement headwear.
“The thing is, this is fun to us and you can see the goofy tinfoil hats, ‘Make The Block Great Again’ ones,” Brett said.
“Which was ironic, if you didn’t see that Brett hadn’t watched the TV show before and then had ‘Make The Block Great Again’ hats, like he wouldn’t know the difference,” Kristy added.

Hot Potato: The Story of The Wiggles is the incredible tale of The Wiggles, four pals who came together in the early ’90s to create a one-of-a-kind children’s music album, forever revolutionizing the global music scene. Recognizable by their colourful skivvies—blue, red, yellow, and purple—Anthony Field, Murray Cook, Greg Page, and Jeff Fatt embarked on an improbable journey to become an unlikely music phenomenon.
Armed with the essentials of early childhood teaching and a strong belief in themselves, they overcame countless rejections from industry insiders. The Wiggles took matters into their own hands and emerged as the most successful children’s act in history.

Holy guacamole! Bad Avocado has been unmasked during episode three of The Masked Singer Australia 2023!
Despite the Guessing Panel predicting Michelle Payne, Jacqui Lambie, Alyssa Healy and Pettifleur Berenger, it was the late cricketing legend Shane Warne’s daughter, inside the spoiled fruit (Yup fruit! We Googled!).
Bad Avocado performed Yellow by Coldplay and even though it was a strong performance, she was sent to the Duel against Space Fairy.
After singing Born to be Wild, the judge’s vote, paired with the votes from the audience meant that the cute avo was to be unveiled.

When asked why she wanted to join the cast of The Masked Singer Australia, Summer said: “My Dad loved me singing, and my whole life I’ve wanted to do that kind of thing.
“He was like, ‘You’ve got to do it, Summer, you’ve got to do it’. I was like, ‘No, it’s not for me’. I was too scared. [But ahead of The Masked Singer Australia], I had his little voice in my head going ‘Just do it – stuff what anyone thinks, just do it’.”
As for her song choice, she said: “I want to make Dad proud. Singing Yellow was absolutely amazing – that song was his funeral song. Chris Martin sang it at the state memorial.”
Following this, she added that Martin had asked Shane to perform the harmonica with them while on tour. Suffice it to say, there was not a dry eye!

Kristy shocked viewers after wearing a MAGA (Make America Great Again) inspired hat on The Block with a slogan that read ‘Make The Block Great Again’.
The MAGA hat is closely linked to Donald Trump‘s Presidency campaign and both the former leader and his supporters regularly don the red headwear.
Throughout the current season of The Block, Kristy has been considered somewhat of a villain. However, her latest fashion choice, which she proudly paraded in episode 29, has left a bad taste in many viewers’ mouths, with some of them expressing their distaste on Twitter.
Go & live in the Florida swamplands Kristy & Brett. You will be among your kind. Trump supporters that soak up any conspiracy & are bitter & negative. You look like absolute twats. Leah has woken up to it too. Go girls your kitchen was the best. Scotty needs to speak up #theblock

It’s episode 29 of The Block and time for the Kitchen and Laundry reveals — a.k.a the glaringly obvious product placement that is the “Kinsman Kitchens”….
But before we see how our Blockheads did this week, here’s what happened during the episode.
24 hours until tools down
With 24 hours until “tools down”, the usual last-minute chaos was cranked up a few thousand notches.
Even though they’re the ones who are living in utter disarray, Eliza and Liberty are actually in a really good place with their build this week, but they have a tough decision to make regarding their builders.
Nine
The pair sit down with their inconsistent builder Mark and his team and they voice their concerns. After telling them that they’re thinking about getting a new team, Mark convinces them to have another think about it. Basically, they’ve come this far with the madness, so they may as well stick with it…
Scotty; however, has had enough and intervenes, telling the girls they have to make the tough decision and break up with their builders. When they deliver the news, the boys are less than thrilled, saying they want to finish the job.
Nine
While Mark and his team are fantastic builders, they’re just not the right fit for the Chaos Kweens and so after the goodbyes, it is revealed the new team will start on Monday.
The Blockheads then work all through the night to deliver some stunning spaces, before heading to Scotty’s HQ for a drama-filled night of judging. YAY!
The judging drama
The judging (see below) saw Eliza and Liberty and Kristy and Brett, go head-to-head before the sisters revealed they had a secret gnome — ya know, the one they won during the cursed break dancing challenge.
As expected, Kristy and Brett were fumin’ because they are seriously sore losers, feeling that it reiterated the fact that the sisters had been getting special treatment. Of course, Leah jumped on the bandwagon, but Ash couldn’t give two sh**s.
Nine
After the judging was complete, Eliza was furious at Kristy and Bretty as they didn’t congratulate her. She then confronted Kristy, calling her out, saying they didn’t get special treatment.
Kristy could not get over the audacity of Eliza and was still adamant they were being favoured before Eliza later explained she was sick of Kristy’s s**t.
Room Reveals
Kyle and Leslie – $$33,740
Shaynna says the space feels “sexy,” with the ceilings and the curves a real hit.
Neale Whitaker, who is back on The Block this week, agreed, saying he could really see Kyle and Leslie’s vision coming to life.
While the kitchen and laundry were very functional with plenty of storage; the judges felt the floor plan of the Butler’s pantry was wrong.
Leah and Ash – $22,083
Neale loved the materials used in the kitchen, even though there were a lot of different ones used.
While Darren was initially “besotted” by the kitchen, the judges had huge issues with the smaller size of the island bench and the placement of the sink.
They loved the Butler’s pantry but questioned whether they really needed it and when it came to the laundry, there were concerns you had to walk through the bathroom to get to it.
Kristy and Brett – $29,878
The judges were impressed by the burgundy bench top and loved that the rest of Kristy and Brett’s kitchen was all white, calling it sleek, modern and contemporary.
While they had issues with the size of the dining table, dining chairs and island bench chairs, they were still impressed.
As for the laundry? It was very well done and functional.
Steph and Gian – $25,304
The judges frothed over the Japandi style saying it was “incredible” and looked amazing.
While it was perfect for Instagram, they questioned whether it was functional. They felt the biggest issue was having to cook on the Island bench.
While they liked the Butler’s kitchen, they thought the whole space had functionality issues; however, their laundry was very well received.
Eliza and Liberty – $23,669
The judges loved the bold choice of the orange oven and had a lot of positives to say about the space.
Darren praised the girls for being the only team to get the size of the island bench right and the judges all thought it had impressive storage in both the kitchen and the laundry.
It was the best space the sisters have delivered yet.

Olympic swimmer Emily Seebohm and MAFS groom Ryan Gallagher found love when they competed on The Challenge Australia together.
The couple hard launched their relationship in December 2022, and they announced their engagement in March this year. Now, they’ve checked off another milestone with the happy news that they’ve welcomed their first child, a boy called Sampson.
Ryan penned a sweet post about his son’s birth on Instagram.
“The last 10 days have been the best of my life to date, Sampson Ryan Seebohm has changed our lives and we bloody love him he’s perfect,” he wrote alongside a photo of him holding his son.
Emily shared a black-and-white photo of an adult holding holding a baby’s hand and captioned it, “He’s here.”
Emily announced her pregnancy in July via Instagram. “We’ve had a little bump in the road,” she captioned a short clip of her and Ryan hugging each other after exposing her pregnant belly.
It’s no secret that Leah and Kristy haven’t exactly bonded with Steph on The Block 2023.
The two women have consistently criticised Steph and talked about her behind her back. However, things came to a head recently when Kristy admitted to purposely messing with Steph in an effort to waste Steph’s time and resources.
Although Leah and Kristy have banded together on this season, and even been dubbed the “mean girls” on social media, Leah has spoken out against Kristy’s actions towards Steph.
“I did not know Kristy actively had a plan to mess with Steph,” Leah told Woman’s Day.
“I don’t know if this was a discussed joke or a serious gameplay for Kristy. If it was serious, then I do hope Kristy took some time to admit and discuss this with Steph.”
The Block. Nine.
How did Kristy mess with Steph?
Kristy suggested that Steph add beams to her master bedroom ceiling, even though she knew they’d clash with the downstairs beams.
“Steph is very easy to get into her head. I can easily suggest something as a throwaway comment and it will eat her away and I did that,” she said, before encouraging Steph to raise her ceiling and install the beams.
“Let’s not forget that this is a game and if anyone doesn’t think it wasn’t a game plan to be friendly at the beginning, they’re underestimating us.”
“If she thinks you have a genuine relationship with her, she’d be stupid,” Brett laughed to his wife. “Like, if she believes it. Because you’re clearly messing with her.”
Kristy then admitted to the producers that she was purposely trying to waste Steph’s time and resources.

Leah and Kristy disliked Steph since the start
Leah told TV Week that she instantly felt unsure about Steph.
“From the start, I couldn’t trust Steph,” Leah said. “My first impression of her was really iffy.”
“I couldn’t shake the feeling, so I questioned everything she did,” she continued.
Kristy backed up her friend and co star and said she felt the same way.
“Steph wanted to portray herself a certain way for the cameras,” Kristy, 34, says.
“I was very big on Brett and me being the same on and off camera – it was important for us to be true to ourselves. I do believe House Two (Leah and Ash) were also real.”
The Block 2023 airs on Sunday at 7:00 p.m. and continues on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday at 7:30 p.m. on Channel 9 and 9Now.
