Nicole Kidman was sadly snubbed from her role in Babygirl and raunchy tennis movie Challengers was completely shut out.

Heere are all the nominees for the 2025 Oscars.

“Me and Al were definitely the last couple”: Samantha Moitzi spills BTS deets about her MAFS relationship

Samantha Moitzi is back in the limelight covered in critters as a campmate on I’m a Celebrity Australia 2025, but when she shot to fame on Married At First Sight Australia (MAFS), it was her TV husband Al Perkins who dominated the limelight.

Al left MAFS 2022 as one of the most polarising participants to ever appear on the show, thanks to his penchant for doing ‘shoeys’ and his bold and bubbly personality.

While Al and Samantha didn’t make it through the season as a couple, Samantha has now opened up about how they came to be paired together on MAFS and what their relationship was really like.

Samantha says her and Al’s couple was formed at the last minute

Samantha and Al were one of the most popular couples to take part in MAFS 2022, with both participants gaining well over 100,000 Instagram followers during their time on the show.

However, during a heart-to-heart during the January 23 episode of I’m a Celebrity Australia 2025, Samantha revealed that she believes she and Al were the last couple invited to join the season.

Samantha explained that a casting producer approached her in 2019 when she was working in a retail store and was freshly out of a six-year relationship. The scout followed up with a phone call, but she didn’t hear back again.

“Two years later, I get an email,” she explained during the episode. “The email said Hi Samantha, it’s casting for Married At First Sight Season 9; wondering if you’re still single.”

Samantha replied, confirming that she was, and told her campmates that she was shocked about how fast the ball started rolling.

“The interview process was really quick,” she said. “About two and a half weeks later, they gave me two and a half grand to find a wedding dress.

“I had to buy it off the rack. Some of the [other participants] had months’ notice, so me and Al were definitely the last couple,” she added.

MAFS’ Samantha Moitzi revealed what Al Perkins was like on the show

Avid fans of MAFS will remember that Samantha was repeatedly frustrated with Al’s immaturity during their season.

However, upon reflection, Samantha spoke fondly about her ex when former The Masked Singer Australia panellist Dave Hughes asked if Al was “not nice”.

“No, he was,” she said. “I don’t want to talk shit about him. He didn’t talk shit about me. It just wasn’t right, and then in the end, it just got hard because I was just like, ‘I’m sick of it’ because it was so dramatic.”

Ah! A MAFS couple that hasn’t ended up despising each other. We love to see it.

I’m a Celebrity Australia… Get Me Out Of Here Australia 2025 airs Sundays at 7pm and Monday – Thursdays at 7:30pm on Channel 10 and 10Play.

“Back in the closet”: I’m a Celebrity’s Geraldine Hickey details her struggles of coming out as gay

I’m a Celebrity Australia 2025′Geraldine Hickey has opened up about coming out as lesbian and confided in her campmate Samantha Moitzi that she initially felt out of place in the gay community.

During the January 23 episode of I’m a Celebrity, Geraldine told Samantha that she expected to be welcomed with open arms the first time she went to a lesbian bar.

“I walked into that bar thinking at least someone would be like, ‘Oh hey, welcome!'” she explained.

“I walked in, and I’m in a lesbian bar, and people just looked you up and down and ignored you. And I just felt horrible.”

Geraldine told Samantha that the experience had her originally questioning her own sexuality.

“I was just like, ‘Oh, if I feel shit in here, that means I don’t belong. If I don’t belong in a lesbian bar, then I’m not a lesbian. I really felt like I didn’t belong.”

She tearfully added, “All anyone wants to do is belong.”

Geraldine Hickey’s experience led her to pretend she was straight

Geraldine explained that the poignant experience made her retreat and ignore her sexuality.

“Mum and Dad are quite conservative, and we grew up Catholic, so I just went back in the closet and was just like, ‘No, I love men’.”

The Australian comedian eventually came out publicly as a lesbian in 2012 but reflected that her first experience at the gay bar caused a delay in her accepting her sexuality.

“I was young, and it really made me question everything about myself,” she said during the episode.

While it’s heartbreaking to hear about Geraldine’s challenging journey, it’s heartwarming to see her now confidently embracing her true self.

I’m a Celebrity Australia… Get Me Out Of Here Australia 2025 airs Sundays at 7pm and Monday – Thursdays at 7:30pm on Channel 10 and 10Play.

Alessandra Rampolla talks MAFS 2025 drama, and challenging the cast on disposable dating

Relationship expert Alessandra Rampolla teased the upcoming drama in Married At First Sight (MAFS) Australia 2025, revealing that participants will be challenged on their disposable dating attitudes that have been fueled by the rise of dating apps.

With dating literally at our fingertips, there is often the temptation to quickly move on to another suitor when things aren’t perfect—something Alessandra said many of the MAFS 2025 cast complained about.

During an interview with 9Entertainment, Alessandra drew a comparison between searching for love on the show and finding a connection on dating apps.

“We see a lot of crossover with the very disposable nature of online dating, that the participants say that they don’t want,” she said.

Alessandra said that during the experiment, she and the other MAFS 2025 relationship experts noticed the participant’s inclination to quickly shut down when something wasn’t right in their relationship.

“When faced with the reality of the match that perhaps they don’t like, they fall right into wanting to be very disposable,” she explained.

“So it’s very interesting to put this mirror up to all these things that we see in real-life dating, and even with people who are claiming they’re so against it, how it’s so instilled that they also fall into that trap within the experiment.”

Alessandra Rampolla teases a big MAFS 2025 twist

Alessandra teased that viewers can expect some couples to thrive on the show, but said that a twist at the tail end of the season may put these relationships in jeopardy.

“During the end of the experiment, when the couples have been saying that they really are sure, some things are not so sure,” she said.

“When getting the possibility to look behind door number two, are they really that committed? Are they really that in love, or are they still open to another possibility? That can change things very quickly…”

Bring on the drama!

MAFS Australia 2025 air on January 27 on Channel 9 and 9Now.

“I just wanted to be white”: I’m a Celebrity 2025’s Tina Provis reflects on childhood racism

Media personality and Love Island alum Tina Provis got raw and real during the I’m a Celebrity Australia 2025 episode that aired on January 22. She opened up about being bullied for her Asian heritage as a child and revealed how it led to a painful desire to appear “white.”

This season, hosted by the legendary Julia Morris and wildlife icon Robert Irwin, has been full of laughs and hair-raising challenges in the South African jungle. But heartfelt moments like Tina’s remind us of the personal stories behind the public faces of the I’m a Celebrity 2025 cast.

Who is Tina Provis?

Tina is an Asian Australian media personality and digital creator. You probably know her best from her time on Love Island Australia (seasons three and four) and as a competitor on the international spin-off Love Island Games

Tina actually made history as the first Asian woman to win the series during season three!

Tina has built a loyal following by sharing her life on socials with her trademark warmth and honesty. Whether it’s dishing on her dating life, sharing her latest culinary ventures, or offering life advice, Tina keeps things refreshingly real.

Tina uses her platform to advocate for meaningful causes, from empowering young women to amplifying voices of people of colour.

Tina gets candid about childhood bullying on I’m a Celebrity

During a heart-to-heart with her campmates Reggie Bird, Dave Hughes, and Matty J, Tina opened up about being bullied as a child for being Asian, and the impact it had on her self-image growing up.

“Boys were so mean,” Tina shared. “If I talked back to anything, the thing they would revert to was, ‘Oh, but you’re Asian.’”

Side-by-side images from I'm a Celebrity Australia 2025: Matty J, Reggie Bird, Dave Hughes, and Tina Provis conversing at the jungle campsite (left) and Tina Provis wiping away tears (right)

When Matty J asked if the bullying made her dislike her heritage, Tina admitted, “Yeah, I grew up just wanting to be like everyone else. I just wanted to be white.”

Speaking directly to the camera later in the Tok Tokkie, Tina reflected: “It’s really sad, when I think about myself in High School, wanting to change my eyes or my hair, or not wanting to associate myself with something I should be really proud of.”

Tina also shared how she developed defense mechanisms.

“It became a thing that I would actually make fun of my race first before anyone else could,” she explained to her campmates.

As she matured, however, Tina found the confidence to set boundaries with friends and express when comments hurt her.

“One day, I was like, ‘That actually makes me really upset when you say that.’”

She added, “It’s taken me some time to kind of reprogram how I think and accept how great it is that we are all unique and we’re all different, and to be better than people that don’t have something good to say about it.”

Well bloody said, Tina!

I’m a Celebrity Australia… Get Me Out Of Here Australia 2025 airs Sundays at 7pm and Monday – Thursdays at 7:30pm on Channel 10 and 10Play.

Apparently, a Spice Girl was meant to be on I’m a Celebrity Australia 2025

The I’m a Celebrity Australia 2025 cast has been confirmed; however, according to a sneaky source, it’s slightly different from the original lineup.

This year, some of the most well-known names on the I’m a Celebrity Australia 2025 cast list are comedian Dave Hughes, The Bachelor’s Matty J Johnson, and Big Brother’s Reggie Bird.

However, with the likes of Malcolm in the Middle’s Frankie Muniz appearing on I’m a Celebrity Australia 2024, some fans on social media have been questioning where the international celebrity is amongst this year’s cast.

Well, according to Yahoo Lifestyle Australia, Melanie Brown (known as Mel B) from the Spice Girls was meant to head into the jungle but pulled out at the last moment.

“Melanie Brown was supposed to be the English international on the show,” a source told the publication, adding that she was offered a whopping $500,000 paycheque for her appearance.

“Mel wasn’t put off by ‘the jungle’ life and would have been happy to share the campsite with her former Masked Singer co-host [Dave] Hughesy but pulled out for personal reasons,” the insider continued.

“The money was right, the opportunity right, but sometimes these things fall over.”

Prior to the announcement of the cast and the season kicking off, Channel 10 released a bunch of clues about who was among the cast, and one of those was a “chart topper”.

The Spice Girls’ had phenomenal success; in fact, the all girl group has nine number-one songs, which tells us that Mel would have matched the clue perfectly.

Who took the Spice Girl’s spot on I’m a Celebrity Australia 2025?

The same publication reported that British TikToker Max Balegde is the celebrity who filled in for Mel when she pulled out.

While Max may not be as familiar as Mel B to the millennial watchers out there, he boasts over 3.5 million followers on TikTok, which may help attract a different age group of viewers to the show.

The same insider is confident that Max will be a hit with all the viewers—even those who hadn’t heard of him before I’m a Celebrity Australia 2025.

“He could easily go the whole way and win this thing,” they said.

Fingers crossed that there’s an intruder this season! (We’re looking at you, Mel B).

MAFS 2024’s Timothy Smith is running for parliament in the upcoming election

Married At First Sight (MAFS) 2024′s Timothy Smith has shocked fans after revealing he’s running for parliament in the upcoming Australian election.

The reality star, who was ‘married’ to Lucinda Light on MAFS 2024, shared the update in an Instagram video.

“Got a bit of news to go over you with. Look, I’ve officially thrown my hat into the ring to run for Minister of Parliament for the City of Melbourne for the upcoming federal election,” he began.

The news of Tim’s latest career move was first reported by Daily Mail Australia on January 20. The publication said that Tim was being advised by A Current Affair journalist Seb Costello.

However, in Tim’s Instagram announcement, while he denied that Seb was part of his campaign, he confirmed the fact that he was running.

“I was going to do [the announcement] another way, but we had to get it out there and get going on policies and where we stand,” he said.

“I’ve got a campaign manager, and it’s not Seb,” he said, adding: “I’ve been working on some of the projects, some of the issues, and talking to people.”

“You’ll see a ton more coming from me, both from this and other platforms.”

“I did see that article, and it is completely false,” he added. “I just want to put a quash to [that] rumour. I am running for office. So let’s wait and see.”

Former MAFS stars support Timothy’s political move

Some MAFS alumni have hit the comments section of Tim’s political announcement and offered their support.

“Huge Step!” Michael Felix—who was on MAFS 2024 with Tim—penned, alongside a clapping emoji.

“On you, legend! Fight for the little guys!” MAFS 2024’s Jonathan McCullough wrote.

Meanwhile, Sarah Roza, who appeared on MAFS 2018, asked Tim for more information about his plans for office.

“Gosh! Good luck, I wish you well, Tim… I’d love to know the policies you’ll be leading with?” She wrote.

Some of Tim’s followers questioned how he’d be able to run for office. Just days after MAFS 2024 finished airing, Tim appeared on A Current Affair and admitted that he’d spent time in an American prison for drug smuggling.

“Sorry, did you have a criminal conviction? I just remember seeing something about that. If so, how does that work exactly?” One follower asked. At the time of writing, Tim had not publicly responded to the question.

Married at First Sight 2025 premieres on January 27 on Channel 9 and 9Now.

Olympian Shayna Jack’s emotional drug scandal confession on I’m a Celebrity Australia 2025

Gold medal Olympian Shayna Jack has opened up on I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! Australia 2025, using her time in the wild to confront her past and share the weight of her 2019 drug scandal.

As this year’s I’m a Celebrity cast ventures into the South African jungle under the guidance of hosts Julia Morris and Robert Irwin, fans are promised a mix of unforgettable challenges and equally unforgettable confessions.

While the show is known for its adrenaline-pumping trials and over-the-top antics, it also offers a rare chance to give viewers a raw glimpse into the lives of celebrities. And Shayna’s journey is already shaping up to be one of the show’s most heartfelt to date.

Who is Shayna?

Shayna is no stranger to the spotlight. A two-time Olympic gold medalist and three-time world record holder, she’s been a proud representative of the Australian Senior Dolphins from 2017 to 2019 and again since 2022.

She claimed gold, silver, and bronze at the 2022 World Championships and Commonwealth Games, and in 2024, cemented her legacy at the Paris Olympics, helping her team secure victories in both the Women’s 4x100m and 4x200m freestyle relays.

Mollie O’Callaghan, Shayna Jack, Emma McKeon and Meg Harris (left) and Shayna (right). Image: Instagram

But her journey has been anything but smooth. In 2019, Shayna faced a crushing setback after testing positive for Ligandrol, a muscle growth agent, resulting in a two-year ban. Labelled a “drug cheat,” she was forced to miss the Tokyo Olympics and her swimming career was marred by public scrutiny.

Shayna Jack opens up about her drug scandal on I’m a Celebrity

On Monday night’s episode, Shayna opened up about the emotional and financial toll of the scandal.

Speaking candidly with her campmates, she shared how she spent $180,000 trying to clear her name — a fight that left her in debt and reliant on her partner for support.

“Some nights I was in a really bad place,” Shayna revealed.

“[My partner] said those nights were the most fearful. He said he’d speed home because he just didn’t know if he was going to walk home into something that he wasn’t able to cope with.”

Her campmates were further shocked as Shayna revealed she was accused of dealing drugs. When fellow contestant and footy legend Sam Thaiday asked if she had considered filing for defamation, Shayna explained the financial cost was too great.

In a tearful Tok Tokkie confessional, Shayna expressed how her time on I’m a Celebrity is helping her process the past.

“For me, it’s just using the people around me to continue to open up about it and face those difficulties, and stop giving it so much power,” she said.

“The more I take it off my chest and take it off my heart, the more I can try and move forward with my life and not feel this huge aspect of my life pulling me back.”

Well, if stepping into the I’m a Celebrity jungle wasn’t brave enough, Shayna’s courage to share her story is truly inspiring. It just shows the strength it takes to confront adversity and reclaim your narrative. Go Shayna!

I’m a Celebrity Australia… Get Me Out Of Here Australia 2025 airs Sundays at 7pm and Monday – Thursdays at 7:30pm on Channel 10 and 10Play.

The Love Island All Stars Season 2 cast has been released, and 12 Islanders will hit the sand from day one. As per usual, a bunch of Bombshells will be dropped into the villa throughout the season to test the contestants’ connections.

Love Island All Stars Season 1 has a surprisingly high success rate, with couples Molly Smith and Tom Clare and Sophie Piper and Josh Ritchie still going strong one year on.

With that in mind, we’ve got our fingers crossed that some of the new cast will find love in the villa on their second time around. If you’re keen to watch it all play out, find out how to watch Love Island All Stars Season 2 in Australia here.

Read on to find out who’s confirmed for the Love Island All Stars Season 2 cast.

Who are the Love Island All Stars Season 2 bombshells?

Grace Jackson

Grace Jackson was on Love Island UK 2024. She dated reality personality Joey Essex before entering the villa, who was conveniently on the same season.

According to Daily Mail, she’s been dating UK footballer Marcus Rashford but broke up with him a month before filming kicked off.

Ron Hall

Ron Hall. Image: ITV.

Ron Hall found love on Love Island UK 2023 with Lana Jenkins. The pair went on to date outside of the villa but called it quits just three months later.

Tina Stines

Tina Stines is the third Bombshell to hit the Love Island All Stars Season 2 villa. She was originally in season 3 with OG Islanders Gabby and Marcel.

After her first stint on Love Island UK, Tina went on to have brief cameos on the British reality show Made in Chelsea. She joined the series as a permanent cast member in 2024 and had a fling with Love Island All Stars Season 2 bombshell Casey.

Will the two rekindle their spark in the villa? Perhaps. However, Tina’s close friendship with Gabby may get in the way—who Casey has been getting to know romantically on the show.

Casey O’Gorman

Casey O’Gormon entered the villa during the second episode and made history as the first Islander ever to appear on Love Island All Stars twice — he struck up a fleeting connection with Georgia Harrison on Love Island All Stars Season 1.

Casey first appeared on Love Island UK 2023, during which he was coupled up with Rosie Seabrook. Will it be third time lucky (in love) for him?

Ekin Su

Love Island UK 2022 winner Ekin-Su shocked fans when it was announced that she’d be the first Bombshell on Love Island All Stars Season 2. In the lead-up to the show, Ekin-Su vehemently denied that she’d be in the cast.

However, during the first episode of Love Island All Stars Season 2, host Maya Jama welcomed Ekin-Su into the villa as a surprise bombshell.

Curtis Pritchard is one of the most well-known cast members on the entire Love Island franchise.

He first appeared in Love Island UK Season 5, where he paired up with Amy Hart before unceremoniously dumping her for Maura Higgins. Since then, he’s been on The Challenge: UK, Hollyoaks and Celebs Go Dating. He was also part of the Love Island Games cast.

Kaz Crossley

Gabby Allen was on Season 3 of Love Island UK, where she came in fourth place with Marcel Somerville, who’s also on Love Island All Stars Season 2. Their post-villa relationship soured when Marcel admitted to cheating on Gabby while on a holiday together. Ooft.

As mentioned, Marcel was involved in a cheating scandal with his Love Island ex, Gabby. However, that isn’t the only infidelity drama he’s been involved with.

Marcel welcomed his first child, Roman, with girlfriend Rebecca Vieira in 2021, and the couple married in 2022.

However, in 2024, Rebecca admitted to cheating on Marcel by sending flirty messages to Slim Jxmmi, one-half of the hip-hop duo Rae Sremmurd. The couple is still married but in the process of divorcing.

Olivia Hawkins

Olivia Hawkins is one of the most controversial Islanders to ever step foot into the villa. During her time on Season 9, she was branded a “villain” on social media after getting in multiple spats with other cast members.

Ronnie Vint is the most recent Islander to join the cast and took part in Season 11, which aired in 2024. He was involved in a love triangle between Jess White and Harriet Blackmore and went on to briefly date the latter outside of the villa.

Elma Pazar was on Love Island UK Season 5. She entered alongside Maura as a bombshell but only lasted six days in the villa.

India Reynolds tried her luck at love in Season 5. She was a Bombshell and came third place alongside Ovie Soko.

Luca Bish

Luca Bish Love Island All Stars Season 2
Luca Bish. Image: ITV.

Luca Bish was on Season 5 of Love Island UK and famously dated Gemma Owens. While Luca was clearly besotted with Gemma on the series and went on to make her his girlfriend on the outside, their relationship didn’t last.

Who will be the Love Island All Stars Season 2 Bombshells?

Callum Hole is rumoured to be part of All Stars. While he isn’t on the released cast list, there’s a chance he could enter the villa as a bombshell. He definitely knows how to draw an audience after appearing on Love Island Australia, Love Island Games, Aussie Shore and I’m A Celebrity Australia.

Radio Times also teased some other Islanders as cast members prior to the official announcement. Among the names were Paige Thorne, Tyrique Hyde, and Love Island Australia and UK’s Lucinda Strafford. During her time on Love Island Australia Season 5, Lucinda was loved up with Zac Nunns, but the couple have since split.

However, like Callum, none of these Islanders were mentioned in the first announcement, so we have an inkling that we may see them pop up midway through the series.

Love Island All Stars Season 2 will air on ITV from January 13.

Where is I’m A Celebrity Australia filmed? Take a peek inside the camp

I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! Australia 2025 is returning to our screens, where we get to watch celebrities battle the elements in the African jungle.

The show premieres January 19 on Channel 10, and we’re so pumped to travel into the jungle with hosts Robert Irwin and Julia Morris.

We know the show is not based in Australia and is in a jungle, so where in the world is I’m a Celebrity Australia filmed?

See inside the I’m A Celebrity Australia 2025 camp

If you’re curious to see what the camp looks like before the season begins. Robert and Julia have given viewers a BTS tour of the campsite where our I’m a Celebrity Australia 2025 cast will be staying, and it’s definitely not a 5-star resort!

In the video below, Robert and Julia show us the beds the celebrities will be sleeping on, made of canvas and pooling water. How delightful!

Robert and Julia show us where the celebrities do the washing up, cook their food and go to the bathroom. Let’s just say, it’s a very basic set up for the celebs.

We also get to see the “Tok Tokkie” where each celebrity pleads for modern amenities from the producers.

Where is I’m a Celebrity Australia 2025 being filmed?

Since 2015, I’m a Celebrity Australia has taken place in the South African jungle, specifically the edge of Kruger National Park.

In 2021 and 2022, the show took a brief detour due to the pandemic and was filmed in Springbrook National Park and Dungay Creek in New South Wales. Luckily, from 2023 onward, it returned to the stunning South African location.

In fact, the cheeky teaser for the upcoming season, featuring Robert and Julia “live from Africa,” gives us a glimpse of the wild surroundings the celebrities will face.

In another behind-the-scenes clip, we see Robert getting up close and personal with some snakes on set. While he definitely looks in his element, we’re not too sure the celebs will fare quite the same…

Are the conditions on I’m a Celeb for real?

Wondering just how tough it gets for celebs on set? According to 2023 contestant Woody Whitelaw (of Will and Woody and Celebrity Apprentice fame), the show is very much real and not on a set!

“I was under the impression that the jungle would be a fenced off area, and the animals that came in and out would be controlled,” he shared on-air last year with his radio co-host, Will McMahon.

“But the head of security, Steve, told me that outside of the campsite, there are guys in camo standing by. They’re there to warn us if there’s a lion or water buffalo heading our way and make sure they’re safely redirected.” Yikes!

Well, if that’s anything to go by, I’m a Celebrity Australia 2025 is going to be a wild ride!

Meet your I’m a Celebrity 2025 hosts: Robert Irwin and Julia Morris

Robert Irwin and Julia Morris are returning hosts for the 2025 season of I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! Australia, and we couldn’t be more excited.

The star-studded season premieres Sunday, 19 January 2025, so let’s take a closer look at the wildly entertaining duo bringing the jungle to our screens.

Robert Irwin

Like his late father, Robert is a passionate conservationist and environmental advocate. He’s based at Australia Zoo in Queensland, where he lives and works with his family, who also manage the zoo’s non-profit charity, Wildlife Warriors.

At just 20, Robert’s wildlife photography has taken him across the globe, inspiring audiences with his reverence for nature. This year, his environmental efforts were recognised when Prince William named him a Global Ambassador for the Earthshot Prize.

Of course, Robert’s TV career has also been absolutely thriving. He’s starred on the reality show Crikey! It’s the Irwins, is a regular guest on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, and has appeared on Celebrity Gogglebox, to name a few.

After a hugely successful debut hosting I’m a Celebrity in 2024, taking over from Dr Chris Brown, there was some speculation in April 2024 that he would be leaving his role on the reality show. However, that same month, Robert confirmed that he’d be returning as host of I’m a Celebrity Australia 2025.

Reflecting on his new hosting role, Robert told Chattr ahead of the 2024 season: “It feels like, in a way, my whole life has been training for this moment… Wrangling snakes and jumping on Crocs and jumping out of helicopters and all of that. It just feels right and the spice of life is trying something new.”

To top it all off, Robert’s growing stardom has earned him a Gold Logie nomination for Most Popular Personality on Australian Television at the 64th TV Week Logie Awards, along with the unveiling of his wax figure at Madame Tussauds Sydney!

Julia Morris

Julia, 56, is an Aussie TV legend with over 35 years in entertainment.

As Channel 10 reports, her career began at age 17 on New Faces, and from there it wasn’t long until she became a household name, starring in shows like Full Frontal and In Melbourne Tonight in the 90s.

She’s shared the stage with comedy greats like Whoopi Goldberg and Robin Williams, earning accolades including the Herald Angel Award and a Helpmann Award for Best Comedy. In 2011, Julia became Australia’s first Celebrity Apprentice winner, raising nearly $200,000 for breast cancer research.

In 2022, she was also nominated for the TV Week Gold Logie for Most Popular Personality on Australian Television.

Most recently, on the comedy front, Julia toured Australia with her show 75 Years in the Business in 2023, performing to sold-out audiences nationwide.

Somehow, she also found time to pen a book, releasing Julia Morris Makes It EASY as both an audiobook and paperback in 2021.

As a host, Julia took the reins for Australia’s Got Talent in 2013 and has been the face of I’m a Celeb since its premiere in 2015. And we can’t wait to see her back for her 10th season!

Julia recently shared a behind-the-scenes glimpse on her Insta for the upcoming season, posting: “Spectacular few days filming the [promo] on the mothership that is [Australia Zoo]. Had the best time and met a potential paramour in the meerkat enclosure.”

I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here 2025 airs on January 19 at 7pm on 10 and 10Play.
