Farmer Wants a Wife Australia 2024‘s Anna Wilson has responded to rumours that she’s bound for a spin-off series after failing to find love on the dating show.
The 28-year-old may not have been Farmer Dustin‘s final pick, coming in as runner-up to Sophie Trethowan, but Anna certainly won fans’ hearts with her down-to-earth persona.
As such, it’s no surprise that FWAWviewers are clamouring for the midwife to get a second shot at love.

“Hear me out, let’s get a spin-off where Country Town Wants a Midwife,” one keen fan wrote on Reddit.
“They bring her around to [agriculture] shows in small towns where they bring out their top crop of eligible bachelors, the CWA do their pitch, hospital staff show her a good time, and even real estate agents show her what her new home could look like.”
Um, yes please! We’re loving this The Bachelorette/FWAW/Selling Sunset hybrid idea!
The netizen added that the spin-off could also feature other popular suitors who left the show single, otherwise “just make it the Anna show since she’s all they need”.
“Channel 7 – are you here and reading this?”
Farmer Wants a Wife Australia fans weigh in on spin-off series idea
Several other FWAWdie-hards were quick to comment that they were “all for this idea” of producing a spin-off featuring Anna because she’s “just too good to fade into obscurity”.
Meanwhile, some suggested that Anna be cast as The Bachelorette or a midwife-specific series.
“I think a new format, new producers, and make it more of a community thing rather than a harem competition,” one viewer penned. “But while they’re at it they can/should show off the town’s dating prospects.”
Anna Wilson reveals she’s “overwhelmed” by her popularity post-Farmer Wants a Wife
Speaking to Yahoo Lifestyle, Anna confessed to seeing the Reddit thread about her potentially getting her own show.
“It’s too funny!” she admitted. “I can’t believe the response I’ve had.
“Everyone has sent me thousands of kind and beautiful messages and I’m feeling quite overwhelmed about it all.”

While she’s flattered, Anna broke the news that she’s not planning on returning to reality TV anytime soon.
“At the end of the day, I am just a midwife living in a small country town who signed up to a show in the hopes of finding a husband and absolutely nothing else,” she said.
“I didn’t get the husband, so I think I’m just going to slip back into my ordinary little life.”
Dream Home’sLara and Peter are the definition of opposites attract.
This Sydney couple, who describe themselves as a “typical fiery Italian and an Aussie bogan,” are putting everything on the line to transform their dated 1960s red brick home into the coastal, Mediterranean-inspired abode of their dreams.
Lara, a wedding florist, and Peter, an electrician, are no strangers to hard work—they often put in seven-day weeks to support their family.
The couple worries that their renovation goals may be slipping out of reach due to rising interest rates and building costs – but these two are ready to fight for the Dream Home grand prize.
Here’s everything we know about Dream Home stars Lara and Peter.
Lara and Peter’s 12-year marriage is full of love, laughter, and plenty of good-natured bickering. Lara jokes that her main form of communication is yelling, but it’s clear this “loved-up pair” are truly best mates.
The couple have two children together, 10-year-old Leo and 7-year-old Mia, and have sacrificed precious family time in order to work long hours and keep their heads above water financially.
Lara and Peter’s Dream Home
The pair’s Belrose house is tired, dull and dated, but they envision transforming it into a bright, airy coastal haven with a Mediterranean twist. The couple adores light timbers, lush greenery, and crisp white walls.
Their top renovation priority is creating an open-plan entertaining space centred around a large kitchen—perfect for big, boisterous family gatherings.
While Lara, with her design background, will no doubt have plenty of ideas for their Dream Home renovation, Peter is equally passionate about the project and his electrical expertise is sure to come in handy!

After harbouring what might be her worst-kept secret, Abbie Chatfield has finally hard-launched her boyfriend, Peking Duk frontman Adam Hyde, albeit with a serious health warning.
In recent months, the former The Masked Singer Australiapanellist has been breadcrumbing fans with some not-so-subtle hints about her new relationship, which she previously confessed makes her “cry every day” with happiness.
Now, just a few short weeks after sharing a spicy “semi soft launch” on the ‘gram, Abbie officially debuted her and Adam’s relationship in the June 4 episode of her It’s A Lot podcast.
“We’re so in love and we love talking about it,” the FBOY Island Australia host told listeners, revealing the duo first met when she interviewed Adam for her now-defunct radio show, Hot Nights with Abbie Chatfieldin 2022.
While their initial attraction was ever-present, it took some time before the pair embarked on what Abbie dubbed “the best date of [her] life”.
“I was so anxious, I was like, ‘I don’t know if I have enough things to talk to this person about’,” she recalled.
“But we had this really good date, and it was actually still the best date of my life.” Adam agreed that the date was “incredible”, likening it to “something out of a fairytale”. Aw!
Abbie, who first rose to fame on The Bachelor Australia 2019, shared that her bae makes her feel “safe and calm all the time”.
“Not only are we so in love, but we also have a really healthy relationship,” she confessed. And honestly, what more could you want?!

Abbie Chatfield’s boyfriend Adam Hyde reveals recent cancer diagnosis
While the two-part tell-all episode of It’s A Lot was filled with a sh*t-ton of love and laughter, Adam also revealed that he was recently diagnosed with skin cancer.
The musician, who also performs as a solo artist under the stage name Keli Holiday, said he received a call from Australian Skin Cancer Clinics about the condition while he was in LA.
“I hadn’t been given the results [from a recent skin check] so I was confused. And I thought it was serious and it was melanoma,” he said.
“[The doctor] said I have a double cancer in my neck, he used those exact words.”

Adam Hyde says he’s undergoing a “full surgical treatment” to remove “double cancer”
Clarifying that his diagnosis is “apparently not melanoma”, Adam said he is “going to get the full surgical treatment done” to remove the cancer.
“I’ve got moles all over my body. I spent too much time in the sun during my youth so it’s important to get your skin checked,” he urged listeners.
Despite Adam’s health scare, he confirmed that he and Abbie have been having “a really f**king good time”.
“When we’re together and our phones are away, or when Australia’s asleep, we’ve been having fun,” Abbie dished.
Married At First Sight’s Ollie Skelton has hard launched his relationship with his new girlfriend, and the love birds have dropped some very big news.
After a two-month hiatus from his podcast, Tosser, Ollie dropped a new episode on Sunday introducing his new partner Nadia Marvin.
“There’s been a lot of noise, a lot barking, a lot shouting regarding… my new relationship,” Ollie began,” Ollie said during the episode, which was titled Meet Nadia.
Ollie and Nadia explained that they met through Ollie’s producer, who was Nadia’s roommate.
“We’ve essentially been inseparable ever since,” Ollie said.

Ollie and Nadia’s first date
Nadia revealed that she was intrigued by Ollie after her housemate suggested that they meet up.
“I was single and seen a bit of Ollie on TikTok,” revealed Nadia.
“You sent me a DM and we met [at a pub] in Surry Hills,” Ollie added.
The former MAFS groom gushed about the strong feelings had for Nadia as soon as he met her.
“I remember thinking, ‘Oh my gosh’ – you know when you play skip rope in Year 7, you’ve got two ropes and you just jump in and you’re skipping?
“That’s what it felt as soon we met, it felt like I’d known you for so long,” he said.

Ollie and Nadia are moving in together
The couple has basically been inseparable ever since, and revealed during the podcast episode that they were moving in together.
“Ever since that Wednesday, you’ve been I would say, living with me,” laughed Nadia, referring to their first date.
“Yes, soon to be, I’m moving in,” he revealed.
“We just didn’t want to leave each other,” Ollie continued. “I think the biggest thing about this whole thing is how strong these feelings are.”
Ollie addressed his break up from Tahnee
Ollie found fame after marrying Tahnee on Married at First Sight Australia 2023. The pair were one of the few couples to make it through the experiment together and split after 16 months together.
Tahnee and Ollie. Nine.
Despite their relatively recent breakup, Ollie made it clear that he is well and truly over his ex.
“I understand the perception of this being ‘quick’. The reality is Tahnee and I broke up last November,” he began.
“Regarding Nadia, I have never felt this way about a person. Truly. That’s not a gloat, but rather acknowledging that everyone moves at their own pace and everyone’s story is different too.
“I’m so happy and I hope you guys can support that but if you can’t that’s OK too,” he concluded.
Fans of Farmer Wants a Wife Australia can’t seem to get enough of the drama, however, a former producer fears the “in-fighting” on the show is what’s deterring women from applying for future seasons.
In FWAW’s early days, viewers fell in love with the hit dating series’ wholesome nature as they watched unlucky-in-love farmers finally get their happily-ever-afters.
Farmer Wants a Wife Couples. Instagram.
While the uplifting series has spawned nine marriages and 21 kids over its 13 seasons, it got muddied somewhere along the way with a whole lotta drama. And, according to an ex-producer, this might just be Farmer Wants a Wife’s downfall.
“Farmer Wants a Wife was widely popular because it was less dramatic and I know for a fact we used to be more focused on finding these farmers an actual wife,” the producer told Yahoo Lifestyle.
“I fear the algorithm is going to be out wack with attracting the right sort of woman who have most likely been turned off the idea of applying.”
The anonymous producer also confessed that they believe FWAW has fallen into the trap of casting wannabe influencers á la Married at First Sight Australia.
“We know that these reality-shows have a way of mimicking trends. MAFS is a spiral of attracting influencers and that is a real problem for their longevity,” they told the outlet.
Adding that FWAW “should have stayed in its lane” and only cast gals who were genuinely on the hunt for Mr Right, the source said they hope the next season goes back to its roots.
“Other shows are already doing that in-fighting and conflict,” the producer said. “Here’s hoping they go for genuine love stories this time around. As I fear the show won’t survive another series like the last.
“Let’s hope they haven’t broken the show.”
Cayla. Seven.
Casting is already underway for Farmer Wants a Wife 2025
While it may still seem we’re still knee-deep in drama from FWAW 2024, word on the street is that Channel Seven is already on the hunt for its next crop of farmers.
As reported in May, the network has put the call out for “single farmers” and potential suitors hoping to find a bae on Farmer Wants a Wife 2025, which will once again be hosted by Sam Armytage.
Fingers crossed the next season has a better success rate!

The fourth episode of Channel 7’s Dream Homedelivered the much-anticipated first room reveals, with judges Lana Taylor, Rosie Morley, and Simon Cohen ready to critique the contestants’ efforts.
After three weeks of intense renovations, it was judgment day for the couples as they unveiled the transformations in Elle’s Watsonia home and Brad and Mel’s Northcote residence.
The fourth episode of Channel 7’s Dream Home delivered the much-anticipated first room reveals. Seven
Brad and Mel’s Heritage-Listed Home
Living Room
Jonny and Hannahtackled the living room, a significant space that had to be constructed from the ground up in the new extension. The judges were instantly impressed.
Simon exclaimed “Wow” upon entering the room, noting the high ceilings, curved fireplace, and large L-shaped couch.
Lana echoed the sentiment, saying, “Without it being the same address, I wouldn’t believe this is the same home.”
The transformation was dramatic – and it set a high bar for the rest of the house.
Jonny and Hannah tackled the living room of Brad and Mel’s heritage-listed home. Seven
Kid’s Bedrooms
The judges then moved to the bedroom of Brad and Mel’s son. Jonny and Hannah created a bed ‘stage’ for the budding musician, complemented by a green built-in wardrobe and desk with an archway feature.
While the design received praise, Lana found the small floating side table reminiscent of an “aeroplane tray table.”
The second kid’s bedroom, designed by Taeler and Ellie, included a controversial “secret door” to the bathroom.
The judges admired the salvaged ceiling rose but felt the room’s neutral tones were too mature for a 16-year-old, with Lana commenting, “I have a 16-year-old, and this feels too mature.”

Main Bathroom
The bathroom, also by Taeler and Ellie, featured a modern design with a double vanity that gave the room a spacious feel.
However, practical concerns arose regarding the bathroom’s shared access and the secret door.
Lana praised the overall design but expressed doubts about its functionality for a family of six.
The bathroom was also by Taeler and Elli. Seven
Kitchen and Dining Room
Jacinta and Jordan’s kitchen was another standout, with green and lilac cabinetry and a large island bench. Despite some criticism for the colour choice, the layout and flow received approval.
The dining room, however, was less successful, with the judges comparing it to a “boardroom” and suggesting it lacked warmth.
Jacinta and Jordan’s kitchen was another standout. Seven
The curved stone feature on the island bench and the invisible cooktop were particular highlights.
Simon praised the luxurious feel, and Rosie commended the detailed workmanship. The hidden butler’s pantry also received accolades for its practicality and storage.
Rhys and Liam’s ultra-modern kitchen stunned the judges. Seven
Living Room and Guest Bedroom
Peter and Lara’s living room and guest bedroom faced mixed reviews.
While the living room’s freestanding fireplace and feature walls impressed initially, the space felt cramped due to losing two meters to the kitchen.
Rosie described the room as a “hot mess” due to the overwhelming design elements. The guest bedroom, despite its beige palette, was considered expensive-looking by Simon, although Lana’s restyling of the bed indicated it could have been taken up a level.
Peter and Lara’s living room and guest bedroom faced mixed reviews. Seven
Bathroom
Brad and Mel’s bathroom, transformed from a dated 70s style, featured modern elements like a fluted bathtub and skylight. However, the judges felt it looked somewhat outdated for a contemporary renovation.
The bathroom was also constructed by Taeler and Ellie. Seven

The house is completely run down, and, prior to Dream Home, the couple and their daughters Amelia, five, and Olivia, two, have had to live in Jacinta’s grandparents one bedroom granny flat in order to save enough money for their renovations.
Jacinta and Jordan are hoping that their fellow home renovators will use wooden floors, crisp white walls and herringbone bathroom tiles in their space.
And, with a background in construction, Jacinta will likely have high expectations.
“I grew up around construction as most of my family are tradies,” she told Women’s Weekly. “I always loved taking part in any renovation project anyone around me had.”

Although Todd only joined the show a short few weeks ago, he’s eliminated Lady after Lady and was left with just Daisy and Grace in the Finale part one.
After meeting the family and friends of both women, Todd told Daisy that she was the one for him, but are they still together now?
Here’s everything we know about the future of Todd and Daisy’s relationship.

There was even talk of a ring!
“He took me to the place where we’re going to get married,” Daisy told Sam.
When Sam asked if the couple were getting married, Todd clarified that he hadn’t “got down on one knee yet but said they’d “had the chat about it”.
Later in the segment, Todd reiterated that he was planning on proposing to Daisy.
“I will have to get my knee dirty,” he said.
The couple have even discussed having kids soon!
“We both want to start a family,” Todd told New Idea in an interview after the Reunion aired.
Daisy added: “There’s definitely kids in the future. We talk about kids all the time. We actually sat down last week and went through names which we did and didn’t like!”
Furthermore, some sleuthy Facebook users have discovered that Daisy has a new job working as a real estate agent near Todd’s farm.
Hennessey Real Estate lists Daisy as a Sales Agent, and the office is located just 30 minutes from Todds Farm in Baan Baa, NSW.

Farmer Todd and Daisy’s pairing
Daisy caught Todd’s eye straight away, however, they hit a rough patch after the Farmer’s friends didn’t approve of his front runner.
Daisy came clean about a previous marriage while at lunch with Todd’s friends, and they didn’t take the news warmly.
Almost all of Todd’s mates warned him off Daisy and said that she reminded them of his ex. While Todd was initially upset at the reaction, his connection with the gym owner was too strong to give up on.
Farmer Todd’s final two ladies
After meeting Daisy and Grace’s family and friends, he sat them down individually to reveal his final decision.
Grace arrived first, and Todd told her that while their relationship was a “slow burn”, it was “worth the wait.”

Attention, Block fans! While we’re all gearing up for the premiere of The Block 2024, it looks like the producers are already planning ahead for season 21 in 2025.
And the destination? None other than the charming country town of Daylesford, Victoria!
While The Block 2024 is yet to air, moves are already being made for The Block 2025. Nine
Heading Back to the Country
If you’re getting a sense of déjà vu, you’re not alone. Keen observers might remember the buzz back in 2023 about The Block setting up shop in this charming country town.
According toNew Idea, those rumours are resurfacing, and this time, they’ve got some pretty solid evidence to back them up.
A development application, lodged by The Block’s architectural firm and executive producer, Julian Cress, to Hepburn Shire Council and the Minister for Planning, has shed light on the show’s grand plans.
The application, which was given the green light as of December 2023, outlines a proposal to subdivide a block of land at 1 Raglan Street, Daylesford, into “five carbon-neutral, architecturally designed residential dwellings.”
Sounds like the perfect challenge for our favourite renovators!

Location, location, location
The location couldn’t be more perfect, with a Mitre 10 right across the street for easy access to tools and materials.
According to the plans, each home will have identical floorplans with “5 bedrooms, study, living, covered garage, and quality outdoor areas, including heated swimming pool [and] extensive landscaping.”
The exteriors, however, will feature different styles, from natural timber to metal cladding.

The Block’s Victorian legacy
While The Block has filmed in Sydney locations like Bondi, Vaucluse, and Manly, Victoria has hosted the majority of seasons.
Victorian locations include Hampton East, the Macedon Ranges, Hampton, Brighton, St Kilda, Elsternwick, Port Melbourne, South Yarra, Prahran, Albert Park, South Melbourne, Richmond and more recently Phillip Island.
The Block 2024 will take place on Phillip Island.
What About The Block 2024?
The Block 2024 is set to take place on Phillip Island, a stunning location known for its fairy penguin colony.
Originally, Daylesford was slated for the 2024 season, but due to local pushback, Channel Nine shifted gears.
It’s not yet confirmed if the Daylesford homes will be featured in The Block 2025, but the matching Raglan Street address suggests the original 2024 plans might be back on track.
Wednesday night’s Redemption Challenge saw almost all of the eliminated MasterChef Australia contestants return for a second chance at the title. However, fan favourite Steve was noticeably missing.
Steven’s absence was certainly noticed on social media, with fans questioning where he was.
“Is Steve there?” one person commented, while another added, “Where is Steve!?”.
Stephen. MasterChef.
Unfortunately, the Home Cook had to miss the Redemption Challenge because his mum was sick.
“My mother is in hospital and is very unwell,” he told Yahoo Lifestyle in a statement. “My father passed away during Covid, so I need to support my mother and it would be unfair on my family to return to filming with this in mind.”
Stephen had “mixed feelings” when he found out about the Redemption Challenge.
The loveable cook said that he had “quite a few mixed emotions” when he found out that he had the opportunity to return for the Challenge.
“I’m worried because I think what’s going to happen? And, I’m worried about whether I’ll get through it, and what will I have to do?” He said.
He said that while he was upset to be eliminated, he was also overwhelmed when he was told about the second chance opportunity.
“[In the moment] You’re disappointed because you’re not there, then you’re disappointed because you’ve not with your friends, you are disappointed because you’re not in the competition,” he explained.
“But suddenly you think, ‘That pressure is gone’ and it’s great. And then someone says, ‘You could be coming back next week and it’s like, ‘Oh, my God, the pressures back on!”
Stephen. MasterChef.
Who won the Redemption Challenge?
The Redemption Challenge saw nine of the eliminated contestants compete in a cook off. It was Snez and Sav who were judged to have the best dishes. However, Sav won the challenge and she retentered the MasterChef competition.

“Coming from the world of soaps in the U.S., it’s back to my first love in the entertainment industry. They pitched me an idea for a character, and I was immediately excited to figure out a way to make it happen. Ramsay Street here I come!”
Neighbours Executive Producer, Jason Herbison teased that Chrishell’s guest role would be a spicy one.
“We are thrilled to welcome Chrishell to the cast of Neighbours. We created a character especially for her and we can’t wait for her to bring the storyline alive. Expect intrigue and surprises – and many implications for the residents of Ramsay Street.”
What is Chrishell’s role on Neighbours?
Chrishell will be joining the show as Yasmin Shields, a glamorous and successful businesswoman in pursuit of an exciting work opportunity.
Chrishell on Selling Sunset. Netflix.
Has Chrishell acted before?
Yup! Chrishell shot to worldwide fame on the popular Netflix show Selling Sunset. However, she worked as an actor since she was 24.
Her first gig was in 2005 and she played as Amanda Dillon in the American daytime soap opera, All My Children. From there she went to star in the ABC crime comedy-drama series, Body of Proof.
In 2013, she joined the popular soap opera, Days of Our Lives, for which she received an Emmy nomination for Outstanding Guest Performer in a Drama Series.
The explosive third and final part of the Vanderpump Rules season 11 reunion was a non-stop barrage of shocks, confrontations and meltdowns that will go down in Bravo history.
The cast watched the jaw-dropping finale together for the first time, leading to the rawest, most intense moments of the season.
Brace yourself for all the stunning revelations and epic showdowns from a VPR reunion conclusion for the ages.
Part three of the Vanderpump Rules season 11 reunion was nothing short of explosive. Bravo
The Vanderpump Rules Cast are Shown The Final Five Minutes of the Finale
In one of the most pivotal moments of the reunion, the cast was shown the final five minutes of the season finale, which they hadn’t seen before.
As the footage played, a range of emotions crossed their faces – from shock and disgust to embarrassment and tears. Tom Sandoval cringed as he watched himself coldly declare “I love it. It’s good for me” in response to the explosive ending.
Meanwhile, Ariana Madix looked stunned as she witnessed Lala Kent ranting about how Ariana suddenly thought she was “God” after being cheated on.
The usually stoic Katie Maloney got misty-eyed as nostalgic flashbacks from past seasons played.
But the atmosphere turned tense as Lala went off on her tirade and Sandoval delivered his now-notorious last line…
Watching Scheana and Lalas faces as they watch this ending is poetic justice #PumpRules
Ariana Madix and Tom Sandoval’s Emotional Confrontation
Former flamesAriana and Sandoval finally had an emotional conversation following the pair’s very public breakup after ten years as a result of Sandoval cheating with Ariana’s former friend and former co-star, Rachel Leviss, last season.
In a teary moment, Ariana made it clear Sandoval’s affair cut deep.
“A lot of what was said was really hurtful,” a tearful Ariana told him. “The hurt that I felt, I felt so deeply…You proved me right. All I want is for you to be away from me. I just want you gone.”
Sandoval apologised, saying “You didn’t deserve that and I’m really sorry from the bottom of my heart, Ariana. I regret it every f–king day. I wear it as a badge of shame.”
This is a very often overlooked aspect of Scandoval. He brought that woman into their home. He dressed as the mistress for Halloween and they were all together. Sandoval put his mistress in Ariana's home, life and face. He was twisted for pushing them to be friends#PumpRulespic.twitter.com/Ik04KmkDim
Lala Kent’s Explosive Rant Against Scheana and Ariana
Lala accused Scheana Shay of privately slamming Ariana and refused to back down in a blistering tirade.
“Scheana, you have said that sh-t to me off-camera. Can we be done?”
“I’m happy Ariana has been catapulted into opportunity. However, I will be damned if one person doesn’t step up to the f–king plate!” she exclaimed before threatening to walk off, adding “I don’t want to do this anymore. This is not fun for me.”
“I’m sorry if I hurt you, but I stand by what I said,” Lala added to a crying Ariana. “I was livid that night. Livid!”
Lala was literally about to walk out of the reunion. Yet she can’t get over Ariana walking out during the finale? Make it make sense. #PumpRules#VPRpic.twitter.com/Ylt97fykI4
Lisa Vanderpump Defends Ariana Walking Out of Filming
When discussing Ariana’s refusal to film with Sandoval in the finale, Lisa Vanderpump – to the surprise of viewers – defended the former against criticism from some castmates.
“If Ariana is walking away, at that point no one can tell me she hasn’t shown up,” Lisa asserted. “She has shown up. If I had been in that situation, I wouldn’t have shown up…Sometimes, it is OK to walk away.”
Between Lala’s anger toward Scheana and Ariana, and Scheana feeling “left out” by Ariana, the future of their decade-long friendship – and that of Vanderpump Rules itself – seems uncertain.
When Andy Cohen asked where Lala stands with Katie Maloney and Ariana now, she bluntly replied, “Yeah, I’m okay with that,” leaving us with more questions than answers about what lies next for the beloved reality series.
Could this VPR friendship be over for good? Bravo

Will Steve be returning for the Redemption Challenge?
During an interview with Chattr, Steve said that he had “mixed feelings” about returning for a Redemption Challenge. However, we’ve got our fingers crossed that he’s there and he just wasn’t included in the trailer.
The loveable cook said that he had “quite a few mixed emotions” when he found out that he had the opportunity to return for the Challenge.
“I’m worried because I think what’s going to happen? And, I’m worried about whether I’ll get through it, and what will I have to do?” He said.
