Holy s**t, MAFS’ Sara just admitted to sleeping with her ex-boyfriend and does his GF know?!

Wednesday night’s Married at First Sight’s Dinner Party was absolutely bonkers, but it was the bombshell Sara Mesa dropped about hooking up her ex that was possibly the wildest.

Sara was nothing short of frazzled after Eden Harper and Jayden Eynaud split the beans that she had secretly met up with her ex on the weekend. The couple forced Sara to tell Tim Calwell, who stormed off after learning the news.

After a quick skull of wine, Sara returned to face the firing line other couples at the Dinner Party table, sans Tim.

Here, Sara told the group that she’d met up with her ex but “didn’t cheat” on Tim.

“He’s dating someone, he’s been dating someone for six years,” she aggressively explained. Note: that ‘lil detail becomes V important later in the game.

Tim reveals Sara slept with her ex a month before the experiment

After a bit of time out, Tim returned to the Dinner Table with (probably) the intention of hanging Sara out to dry over her betrayal.

“She told me how she doesn’t speak to her ex, and she’s been cold to me since day one, treating me like rubbish, she’s just playing me for a fool,” he told the table.

“That guy, they broke up, but she told me she slept with her ex a month before the experiment”. Umm, say WHAT!?

MAFS Lauren at Dinner Party

Even Jade piped up at this one. “She’s obviously okay with cheating, which is why she’s done that to you,” she said.

Tim said there was “no doubt” in his mind that Sara’s still sleeping with her ex.

Sara admits to sleeping with her ex

Thanks to Tim’s baller move of letting the whole table know that Sara had hooked up with her ex just before the experiment, the nutritionist was backed into a corner.

“Can I ask a question, did you have sex with your ex a month before the experiment started,” Stephen straight up asked Sara.

Sara from MAFS thinking

“A month before the experiment,” Sara stuttered in reply before confirming that she did.

Jayden asked if Sara was sleeping with him “even though he has a girlfriend”. She danced around the question before finally admitting that YES, she did bonk her mystery ex while he was in a relationship -one that he was still in at the time of filming. A six-year relo at that.

“I did sleep with my ex while he had a partner,” she said. “This is this guy.”

Then, Sara lashed out at the entire table and screamed at them all for, apparently, cheating on their exes in the past.

“Can I just say guys are questioning my morals and my character, but how many of you at this f**king table have cheated on a partner, raise your f**king hands,” she yelled.

Her level of delulu is actually iconic, can’t wait for the Commitment Ceremony!

“People’s memory is quite fuzzy.”: MAFS’ Tori defends Jack’s “whale” comment

Jack Dunkley dug himself a brand new hole when he called Tristan Black a “whale” at the Married At First Sight Couple’s Retreat, but his ‘wife’ Tori Adams doesn’t believe he deserves the backlash.

While the group were on the getaway, Jack apparently came down to the pool while Tristan, Timothy Smith and Lucinda Light were sunning themselves.

“I had my shirt off [by the pool]… Jack walks in and says ‘Oh, I see the whales are here today,”” Timothy revealed in the episode.

When word got around about Jack’s offensive comment, he was blasted by the group. However, Tori told Bronte & Lakey for Breakfast that all wasn’t as it appeared.

“I wasn’t there when he said it, but from what I’ve heard when that comment was made to the people that were around the pool there was a big barrel of laughter.”

“The people saying that they were there when he said it, weren’t actually there. They weren’t actually at the pool at the time, they were inside.”

“I think people’s memory is quite fuzzy.”

Tori said she had a “giggle” watching the MAFS Couple’s Retreat

While many people in Tori’s shoes would be horrified watching their partner’s awful behaviour back on TV, that wasn’t the case for Tori.

“That retreat was like a chaos,” Tori told the radio hosts. “Watching the episodes now, I giggle ’cause I’m like, they cut out so much stuff for everyone.”

Tori added that she thinks the other contestants loved to pile on to Jack and make him the villain.

“Jack obviously has a big target on his back,” she said. “It was just another opportunity, I guess, to cancel him.”

Icon Jamie Hyneman is back on his Mythbusting tools as Mythbusters celebrates 20th anniversary

Mythbusters was possibly one of the most iconic TV shows of the early 2000s and now, 20 years after its original premiere, Jamie Hyneman is back.

In case you need a refresher on what this epic series was all about, Jamie — alongside Adam Savage and their team — set out to debunk rumours, urban legends and popular myths using science. For those who would watch it after school or on weekends, it was a TV show filled with explosions, crash dummies, throwing things off great heights and a team of legends who literally just made s**t fun!

Even though he owns M5 Industries (where Mythbusters was set), it turns out that Jamie had zero training when it came to special effects!

Jamie Hyneman, Mythbusters x SEEK

“(I started out) cleaning, and organising a (special effects) shop and acquiring skills by that,” the now 67-year-old told Chattr. “Because if you learn how to take care of a shop and learn the tools, and then you also learn how to use them…I didn’t even know I had an aptitude before!”

Jamie then ended up carrying through what he learned at the shop to something that “was not exactly special effects” but a “transcendent variation on effects on a fictional program to reality and science”! Talk about serendipity!

Jamie Hyneman’s partnership with SEEK

Now, Jamie has teamed up with SEEK, who have put him back on his myth-busting tools — and brought him to Australia for the first time in 10 years — to release some hectic content to get to the bottom of common job-hunting misconceptions.

The two-part online content series is titled Busting Myths: The SEEKRET to Finding Better Job Matches.

Alex Apollonov, SEEK

“In my own career, I’ve seen first-hand that there is no shortcut to success or abstract way of getting where you want to go,” he said about the campaign as a whole. “Whether it’s been as a TV host, a special effects expert or an inventor, the value of applying yourself to the task at hand and using the right tools to get there has always rung true.

“Working with real, tangible things helps people internalise what they may be thinking to find the right path for them.”

Survivor’s Valeria criticises Raymond for making a “mockery” of mental health issues

Fan favourite Valeria Sizova was voted off Australia Survivor 2024 on Tuesday night’s episode after Raymond Chaney put an Advantage into action which saw him cast the only valid vote.

Raymond found an Advantage in a bucket of popcorn he bought at a Survivor auction, which stipulated that if he had unanimous votes placed on him, he would be able to cast the sole valid vote and decide who was leaving.

Raymond faked mental health issues and begged all of his fellow contestants to vote him out, and after a unanimous tribal, he flipped the script on Valeria who was eliminated.

Valeria's reaction when she was voted off Survivor
Valeria’s reaction when she found out she had been voted off Australia Survivor. Ten.

During a post-elimination interview with Chattr, Valeria said that the twist wasn’t fair, and believes that Raymond’s strategy was morally wrong. She referred to her former tribe mate Scott Butler, who self-eliminated straight after Merge when he felt his mental health declining.

“It could be considered as a mockery of what Scotty went through,” she said of Raymond’s big move. “You do this to people and you make them believe in something that is not right.

“This happened because I felt genuinely sorry for the guy. Is it fair? No, but is Survivor a fair game? No.”

Raymond reveals his deception on Australian Survivor. Ten.

Why Valeria didn’t fight harder for a blindside

In the episode, Valeria voiced her desire to use the unanimous vote as an easy way to blindside another player, but ultimately decided against it on behalf of Raymond’s apparent struggle.

“I was battling the thoughts in my head in terms of playing the game hard. This guy was doing such a top job of living a miserable life right in front of us,” she said.

Raymond fakes his downfall on Australian Survivor. Ten.

“With Scotty just going home, I thought maybe that had opened up Raymond’s own feelings towards it’s okay to not feel okay.”

Valeria said that while the Survivor player in her wanted to pull a big move, she didn’t want to do it at the risk of someone else’s mental health.

“I wanted to play my game and I wanted to finally come back with some moves, that will will gain the strength in the game.

“But, It could be someone else’s welfare and well-being that might be hurt by me trying just to play this game. I didn’t push it because I didn’t want to force it into the fact that I might damage someone else’s mental health with my own game plan.”

Has Raymond lost Valeria’s Jury vote?

Raymond’s dishonest play has Valeria questioning if she will be able to vote for him at the final Tribal, should he make it to the end, and says she thinks her tribe mates will be on the same page.

“People felt a little bit of discomfort in terms of being led to feel like they have to do it for the sake of saving someone else’s mental health and struggles.”

“It’s definitely splitting the group into, and if it would be me sitting on the bench and making that decision for someone, I would definitely think about that morality point of view, whether it was the right way of leading us into it,” she added.

Eden’s secret is juicy AF and it involves ANOTHER MAFS cheating scandal with Sara

Strap in, because things are about to get absolutely buck wild on Married At First Sight when Eden Harper reveals her juicy secret.

**WARNING: This article contains potential spoilers for MAFS 2024.**

In Tuesday night’s episode, Eden came clean about a secret that she was keeping for fellow bride Sara Mesa.

“Just before the retreat, someone in the experiment messaged me about clothes,” she explained to her ‘husband’ Jayden Eynaud.

“She said, ‘I want to wear a cool top to dinner tonight,’ and I was like, ‘Sweet!’ I had written to her, ‘Where are you going for dinner?’ When I opened it, she said, ‘I’m seeing my ex-boyfriend.'”

When Eden confirmed that it was Sara she was talking about, Jayden was outraged and said that it was cheating and stressed that her ‘husband’ Tim Calwell needed to know the truth.

Married at First Sight’s Eden. Nine.

What will happen at the Dinner Party?

As we already know, Eden will be revealing that Sara has been secretly meeting up with her ex-boyfriend, despite being ‘married’ to Tim.

“Eden confronts Sara with the bombshell claims during this week’s dinner party because she didn’t think it was right the way she was treating Tim,” a source told Daily Mail Australia.

Married at First Sight’s Eden and Jayden. Nine.

“She gave her an opportunity to be honest… and then Sara tells the group about catching up with her ex.”

The source explained that Sara was heading out on the rendezvous to rekindle her relationship with her ex.

“The texts were undeniable. Sara even asked Eden if she could borrow some of her clothes because she ‘wanted to look hot’ for her ex. It was like she was living a double life,” the source added.

“If Eden didn’t strongly believe that Sara was cheating on Tim she wouldn’t have said anything.”

How did the group react to Eden’s revelation?

Although Eden was terrified to reveal Sara’s cheating secret to the group, Daily Mail Australia’s source said the brides and grooms received it well.

“Eden was very nervous about coming out with the claims,’ the source said. “Eden was worried sick that no one would take her seriously.”

“Everyone was absolutely living for Eden and praised her for confronting Sara with the claims,” she said.

How did Tim react to the cheating claims?

Tim and Sara’s MAFS journey has been a rollercoaster from the start. While they hit it off at their ceremony, things went south on their honeymoon.

Their relationship was rocky during the first few weeks of the experiment, which was only heightened when Sara refused to show Tim her phone in a Confessions Week task.

While they made a breakthrough in recent weeks and have been going well, that’s all about to change when Eden reveals Sara’s secret.

“Shattered doesn’t even cover it,” the insider said of Tim’s reaction. “He was broken when he heard what happened. It’s a mess.”

“I played this real smart”: TJ Zimba reveals genius strategy for success after Australian Idol

Australian Idol 2024 lost its most unique contestant on Tuesday, March 5 when TJ Zimba was eliminated from the competition alongside Tyler Hammill, 21.

While winning is the pinnacle of success for many of the other contestants, 24-year-old TJ was orchestrating a completely different game plan.

“That’s where I feel like I played this real smart, right?,” he told Chattr in an interview the morning after his elimination. “Because I was producing my own tracks for the whole show, I felt like I built myself into all of the tracks. So, when I do release my own music you’re not like ‘Oh, this sounds nothing like when he was on Idol because no matter what song I got, I made it sound like I wrote it.”

Continuing, TJ said he felt like that was his “upper hand”.

“I was never thinking about leaving Idol. I was always thinking about, as an artist, how can I use this platform to launch myself?”

Australian Idol’s TJ Zimba responds to Kyle Sandilands

Judges Marcia Hines and Amy Shark commended TJ on his distinctive style and the capability to create a complete masterpiece without relying solely on vocals; however, Kyle Sandilands, beg to differ. And even though he acknowledged he was “great”, he said he was “not superstar, great”.

“I’ll tell you one thing you need to know,” TJ said. “If your dream doesn’t offend anybody, you’re not dreaming big enough. I feel like I tied everything I learned and turned it into positive energy.”

Speaking about negativity in general, he said: “Any negative energy that comes my way, I can turn that into positive matter and use that as fuel. You’re telling me I can’t? I want to show you why I can.”

What’s next for TJ Zimba?

Even though he was eliminated, TJ felt like he was the first Idol in history to be “excited to go out in the world”, admitting that there was more to his “end goal” than just the music.

“My end goal is to build hospitals and build clothing brands and clothe people who can’t afford clothes and help people who can’t afford health care,” he said. “I feel like music is a gateway for me to be able to help people and make people feel something. Make those without voices yell and make those who have been told to be silent to speak up.”

Finally, the Karratha resident hopes that he has “shaken up the industry enough to be ready” to go out there in full force to “change the world”.

“I am the first and only TJ and I’m about to show the world that!”

Could MAFS’ Tori FINALLY be seeing the light about Jack? This body language expert thinks so

For the past few weeks, Married At First Sight 2024 viewers have watched on in disbelief as Tori Adams has repeatedly defended her husband Jack Dunkley and vehemently stood by him.

However, a body language expert believes that Jack’s free reign may be over and that Tori is finally lifting off her rose-coloured glasses and starting to see Jack’s bad behaviour clearly.

Tuesday night’s MAFS episode saw the group confront Jack for referring to Tristan Black and Timothy Smith as “whales” when they were lying by the pool at the Couple’s Retreat.

Jack looking outraged while talking to the MAFS group
Married At First Sight. Nine.

After a heated discussion with the group, Tori took Jack aside for a chat. Combined communications specialist and body language expert Scott Taylor, analysed their discussion and said that Tori is no longer buying what Jack is selling.

“When Tori and Jack sat separately she had a strong response to his words likely due to her self-perception of personal issues,” Scott said, explaining that Jack’s “whales” comment about the MAFS grooms triggered her, which led her to see the light about his behaviour.

Jack is aware that he’s losing Tori’s support

Scott pointed out that Jack’s word choice indicated that he knew Tori wasn’t on board with what he was saying.

“He said ‘You know me’, which is assuming language. Jack’s question to Tori about ‘who picked [his whale comment] was an instant deflection attempt and this time Tori didn’t allow it to slide.”

Tori and Jack in a private conversation on MAFS

“Jack knew he was in a bad spot, so he threw in a manipulative sentence, saying, ‘After this, it’s you I’ll be with, not them,’ and added, ‘I see us getting through to final vows,’ which was another sales pitch.”

“She didn’t believe it and confirmed she couldn’t support it, so he turned to drink and avoided facing her initially. He kept trying to convince Tori, utilising longer-term wording, even when he said, ‘I’ll try to make it up to you every day.'”

“Fight fire with fire”: Michael explains his savage snap at Sara at the MAFS Couples Retreat

Michael Felix and Stephen Stewart very nearly didn’t make it to the Married at First Sight Couples Retreat after a big blowout, but it was Sara Mesa who got the wrath of Michael’s anger in Byron Bay.

Prior to the retreat, Michael and Stephen had a massive fight after Stephen flirted with a hairdresser, and secretly exchanged numbers with him.

When Michael confronted him about the betrayal, Stephen said that he felt more of a spark with the hairdresser, than he had the whole time with his MAFS husband.

MAFS. Nine.

It looked as though the grooms were donezo, and would be leaving the experiment. But, they popped up at the Couples Retreat with Micahel revealing to him that Stephen begged him to give their relationship another go.

When the group was discussing the men’s fight, Sara tried to put her two cents in and Michael promptly shut her down.

Why did Michael snap at Sara?

Although it was Stephen who wronged Michael, Sara got snapped at when she tried to share her opinion on the situation.

In an interview with HIT’s Bronte & Lakey for Breakfast, Michael explained that he was frustrated with Sara because she consistently put herself in the middle of things.

“She’s obviously involved in a lot of drama and a lot of mess,” he said. “That was a chance for me to hear from my friends and other people that I do like and that support me in that session.

“But, she sat right next to me and It just triggered me and I was like, ‘I’m done with this, you never give anybody else an opportunity to speak, get away from me.'”

“I will always fight fire with fire if I need to.”

Michael added that there were a handful of cast members who seemed to be chasing screen time.

Jaden Laing is the hilarious physical threat from Campbelltown who’s proven to be a fan favourite.

While his jovial and relaxed personality has his castmates enjoying their time with him, Jaden’s ability to go far in the game shouldn’t be underestimated.

With his huge muscles and massive frame, he is debatably the strongest player to ever compete on Australian Survivor. In fact, the strong man has pulled trucks, cars and boats at weights over a whopping 16 tonnes.

Jaden is an Instagram influencer

Prior to appearing on Australian Survivor, Jaden boasted over 250,000 followers and has since shot up to 280,000.

According to For Creators, Influencers with 250,000 followers can expect to make about $6000 on a single Insta post.

Over on TikTok, the strongman has over 500,000 followers and over 25 million likes.

As well as working in the social media space, Jaden is a coach for See Change Nutrition and an athlete for EHP Labs.

Jaden was approached to go on WWE

In February, Jaden shared his excitement about being approached to be part of the world-famous WWE league.

“GOT OFFERED TO TRY OUT FOR THE WWE 😂🇺🇸,” he wrote on Instagram.

“Social media has opened up so many opportunities in my life but this has to be one of the craziest ones.”

“I literally grew up watching WWE religiously with the hopes and dreams of one day becoming a WWE wrestler.”

Jaden shared a screenshot of a message from a WWE recruiter, along with an old video of him performing a WWE move on his mate.

“The last video is one of the first social media videos I’d ever made when the app “vine” was popular,” he explained. “This is proof that honestly, anything is possible in life. So grateful for what god is doing in my life. I’m so blessed 🙏🏽 #wwe.”

The message from the recruiter

Jaden shared a screenshot of the message the WWE recruiter sent him on Instagram.

“Hey Jaden, I hope this finds you well! This is Brad Fernandez from the Talent ID and Recruitment Division here at the WWE,” it began.

The recruiter asked Jaden to attend auditions in Perth between Tuesday, February 20th and Thursday February 22nd.

“I’d never disrespect the future mother of my kids”: MAFS’ Ridge slams claims he cheated on Jade

Married at First Sight’s Ridge Barredo has lashed out at claims that he cheated on Jade Pywell after filming wrapped.

The 27-year-old took to a private Facebook group to call out an article published by So Dramatic! that reported that he cheated on her before the couple’s recent trip to Bali.

“I’ve never cheated on Jade. We’ve had our ups and downs like in any relationship, but I’d never disrespect the future mother of my kids like that,” he wrote in the Facebook group.

Ridge continued, “Maybe you guys should check your facts before believing every bit of rubbish that’s posted on the internet.”

When were Jade and Ridge in Bali?

Jade and Ridge headed to Bali together on a couple’s holiday in January after MAFS finished filming. Yahoo Lifestyle Australia published photos from Jade and Ridge’s private Instagram accounts.

“Married life takes first international holiday,” he wrote on a photo of him making out with Jade on a busy dance floor.

You can see those pics here.

Signs Ride and Jade are still together

Welp, one of the biggest signs is legit Ridge’s Facebook post above, note how he calls Jade “the future mother of my kids”!

Another (pretty permanent!) sign is a tattoo the MAFS groom got.

In February, Jade posted an absolutely MASSIVE spoiler on her private Instagram account. In her stories, she shared a close-up photo of a man lying on the bed with a tattoo that reads “Jade”.

Upon close inspection, the other tattoos on the man’s back match Ridge’s! Which means that the couple are almost definitely still together.

PLUS, Daily Mail Australia spotted the couple out and about looking very much together at Bondi Beach recently.

Watch Married at First Sight Sundays at 7.00pm and Monday – Wednesday at 7.30pm on Nine and 9Now.

Australian Idol’s Amy Reeves shares a heartwarming connection with icon Marcia Hines

Broome’s Amy Reeves has continued to blow the judges away on Australian Idol; however, unbeknownst to Marcia Hines, they shared a very special bond.

During the auditions, Amy secured a Golden Ticket for her performance of Aretha Franklin’s (You Make Me Feel Like) A Natural Woman where the 25-year-old revealed that she had fulfilled a childhood dream of performing for the iconic Idol alum.

It turns out that when Amy was a child, she met Marcia while attending a Hair reunion with her late father, who worked as a crew member on the musical.

According to the young musician, singing made her feel closer to her father, admitting she was “addicted” to it.

“He championed me,” she said. “Sadly, he passed away when I was 15. I know he’s always with me. I can feel his presence when I am singing.”

Amy Shark said the young singer’s audition was “incredible”, while Kyle Sandilands tipped the Western Australian’s future success in the competition.

“That is the best audition I’ve seen of that song. I will be shocked to the core if you are not in the Top Five.”

Now that she’s made it to the final rounds of the competition, the Skincare Boutique Worker said she was “excited about the prospect of connecting with fans, learning from mentors, and creating lasting memories that will shape my musical path for years to come.”

“I want to set an example for other kids who grew up in rural areas, especially the Kimberley,” she said. “I want them to look at me and see themselves. If I can have a positive influence like that, I would be happy and very proud.”

Australian Idol continues at 7.00pm on Sundays and Mondays and Tuesdays at 7.30 pm on Channel 7 and 7plus.

“It was one of the loneliest moments of my life”: Survivor’s Aileen reflects on the Jury Villa

Aileen Chong is officially the first member of the Australian Survivor 2024 Jury, and the strategic mastermind revealed just how isolating the Jury Villa was.

The final eleventh castaways are sent to Jury Villa straight after their elimination, where they live a life of luxury and attend each of the remaining Tribal Councils as viewers. At the finale, they’ll vote for who they think deserves to win, and the contestant with the most votes will be crowned Sole Survivor.

While going to the Jury Villa means contestants get unlimited food, soft beds and showers, during a post-elimination interview with Chattr, Aileen revealed the negative impacts of the move.

“I’m not gonna lie, it was actually quite lonely,” she said. “You’re suddenly removed from being in a camp with over, like 12 people [contestants] and cameras and crew. It actually felt like it was one of the loneliest moments I felt in my life.”

Aileen said that while in the outside world, she loves taking time to herself, the isolation in the villa made her question her gameplay.

“It feels very different when you’re on an isolated island, and you have just been voted out. You’re in your thoughts, thinking about all the could have, should have, would have.”

The perks of the Jury Villa

While Aileen admitted to feeling lonely in the jury villa, she added that she couldn’t complain about the perks. Especially after coming in after 33 days in the jungle.

“Going to Jury Villa and seeing that banquet of a feast for myself with a beautiful sight to see,” she laughed. “I was wondering how I was going to be able to stuff everything in my mouth.”

“Then you go to the beautiful room where the luxurious king-sized bed and all the snacks are, that I missed from home. And all I could think about was, how much food can I stuff in my face?”

Aileen will try and influence other Jury member’s votes

Staying true to her reputation on Survivor, Aileen said she will be watching the game closely and voting for who she thinks has played the best game.

She added that if she hears of fellow Jury members who intend to vote for their friends, she’ll try to make them reassess their approach.

“I wouldn’t just persuade them to vote for one person that I would, I would encourage them to keep an open mind and view things in different perspectives and analyze the game based on multiple factors, not just, “I had a close bond with them and we were friends”.

“For me, that was really challenging”: MAFS’ Ben and Ellie pinpoint the biggest reason they didn’t work out

The marriage between Ben Walters and Ellie Dix has been doomed for weeks, and the couple finally left the experiment during Sunday night’s MAFS Commitment Ceremony.

While it was blindingly obvious that the pair were having some serious issues, they’ve pinpointed the main reason that they didn’t work out.

Ben and Ellie put their breakup down to a lack of healthy communication.

“For me, it was a lack of communication. Co-creating a journey together of two couples requires good and open communication and it felt like it was just one-sided. For me, that was really challenging,” Ben told Nine Entertainment.

“We did have some amazing times together and I don’t want to discount that… but Ben and I have different communication styles,” Ellie added.

Ellie and Ben on MAFS

Ellie says Ben was “trying to control the narrative”

During their time on the show, Ellie repeatedly questioned whether Ben had joined MAFS intending to get famous. And, Ellie doubled down on her claims.

“Ben was putting on this front in front of the cameras, so it was really hard to be myself with Ben. I was always worried about what I was saying and then he was always trying to control the narrative,” she said. “So, I wrote leave in week four and then Ben wrote stay, which was a little bit awkward.”

As per the rules of the experiment, the couple remained on the show for one more week to see if they could work on their differences. However, Ben didn’t exactly make the most of his remaining time with Ellie.

“Ben literally ran away from Skye Suites, and we actually only spent 24 hours together in that week,” she said.”

“One of [those hours] was a really big argument. It was probably my loneliest week on Married At First Sight, and I was just ready to go home.”

That argument happened when Ben read out a list to Ellie of things that he didn’t like about her.

“He didn’t like that I applied makeup, because he’s used to dating girls that don’t wear a lot. He didn’t like the fact that I was 32 and he’s 39, he reckons there’s a generation gap.

“He didn’t like the fact that I was from the Gold Coast,” she continued. “He didn’t like that I was sensitive or emotional.”

Watch Married at First Sight Sundays at 7.00pm and Monday – Thursday at 7.30pm on Nine and 9Now.

Brother of actor and Fox League’s Matt Nable dies on the day of Vegas double-header

On the same day as the NRL’s much-anticipated Vegas event, actor and Fox League’s Matt Nable experienced a personal loss with the death of his younger brother, Aaron.

Confirming the news, Matt’s colleague Matty Johns announced the passing on air during coverage of the double-header on Sunday, March 3.

The 46-year-old was diagnosed with Motor Neurone Disease in July 2022 and at the time, a GoFundMe was set up by Matt and his siblings.

The GoFundMe set up for Aaaron Nable. GoFundMe.

At the time of publication, it has raised $103,680 with the “hope to provide awareness around the disease and support those suffering and their families while raising money for research to find a cure.”

There’s no cure for MND and the average life expectancy for what Aaron was diagnosed with, Bulbar onset MND, gave him only six months to three years to live.

In an interview with The Sydney Morning Herald in May 2023, Matt — who played for the Manly-Warringah Sea Eagles and South Sydney Rabbitohs before becoming an actor — revealed how close he was with his three brothers and sister, Damien, Rebecca, Adam and Aaron. So, watching his brother’s illness had been difficult.

“This disease, what it does is just the hardest thing to watch,” he told the outlet.

After the initial diagnosis in 2022, and in a coincidental turn of events given the day of his death, the four brothers and their friends booked a trip to Las Vegas for what Matt called “a once-in-a-lifetime trip”.

Aaron was a former national amateur boxing champion who trained under Johnny Lewis and sparred with Kostya Tszyu.

He leaves behind three children aged 11, five and three and his wife, Aline and the fund has also been used to “raise money for his family to ensure their financial stability through education and well-being.”
