Feeling murdery? The Traitors Australia 2026 is back for its third season, returning after a three-year hiatus with a reality TV-heavy cast and a brand-spankin’ new host.
This time, former Big Brother host Gretel Killeen has taken over from actor Rodger Corser, overseeing 22 famous faces as they attempt to uncover the Traitors hiding among the Faithfuls.
The cast includes familiar faces like The Bachelor’s Keira Maguire, Big Brother’s Tully Smyth, Australian Idol‘s Ian “Dicko” Dickson and Cosima De Vito, Real Housewives favourite Gamble Breaux, Survivor’s Henry Nicholson and Married At First Sight sweetie, Cam Merchant.
This season’s original Traitors were crowned as The Bachelor’s Alex Nation, Survivor’s Kirby Bentley and MasterChef’s Alvin Quah, who have been secretly plotting murders while attempting to convince the group they are Faithful. Fun!
So far, the game could be summed up in one word: savage. In particular, Cam’s journey ended before he even entered the mansion, as Shane Gould was forced to eliminate either herself or another contestant and chose Cam. Days later, he was offered a second chance when the cast discovered him tied to a pole during a challenge. Bringing Cam back would have added $10,000 to the prize pot, but the group sensationally voted to leave him behind, sending the MAFS favourite home for a second time.
ICYMI: this game is brutal. But who is the winner? Only time will tell, but read below for some cheeky theories from banished and murdered contestants.
Who is the winner of The Traitors Australia 2026?
The winner will either be one or more Traitors, or the remaining Faithfuls, which means that if Alex, Alvin, Kirby or any other potential Traitors get banished by the finale, any of the remaining Faithfuls could win.
As it stands, their identity is still tightly under wraps.
However, Kween Kong spilled to New Idea that she believes Kirby will win the reality show. “Kirby’s the biggest competition, and I definitely feel like Kirby’s got what it takes,” she said. “I watched both her seasons, and she was the one that I was really looking forward to playing with when I saw that she was there.”
Another eliminee, Shane Gould, was impressed with Kirby, as well. “I was totally convinced by Kirby’s loyalty and her gentleness and her going along with things and making friends with people,” Shane told New Idea.
“I just totally got her totally wrong! After I left and found out that she was a Traitor, I thought, ‘Oh okay, she’s good’.”
Traitors fans will have to stay tuned to find who are the last celebrities standing.
The third season of The Traitors Australia airs on Tuesdays and Wednesdays at 7:30pm on Network 10 and 10Play.
