The Traitors Australia 2026 has made its grand return to Aussie screens and already one woman is stealing the show — and every scene she’s in.
The iconic The Bachelor star, Keira Maguire, is proving to be as chaotic as ever. First gaining notoriety on the reality dating show for getting involved in girl drama where she called her enemies ‘peasants’, Keira is bringing that same ‘made for TV’ personality to The Traitors Australia, and we are loving every second of it.
Keira has already found herself embroiled in drama with both Love Island’s Rachel Evren and Aussie Shore’s Manaaki Hoepo, but could a love story be blossoming in the manor at the same time?
In an interview with Chattr, Keira spilled that she had previously slid into the DMs of one of her fellow Faithfuls: Australian Survivor’s resident ‘Zen Hen’ hunk, Henry Nicholson.
In a chat with both Keira and Henry, they spoke about how they first met. “I knew who he was. I slid into his DMs after Survivor. This is going back like [years],” Keira told Chattr. In the playful interview, Keira heckled Henry, adding “You saw my DM!”
Henry said he replied to Keira’s message. “I think it was just [for] coffee,” Henry interjected.
Keira admitted she was a fan of Henry’s after watching him on Australian Survivor. “This is like way back when, but I kind of forgot. But then I was like, I actually really [liked him], I didn’t really watch a lot of Survivor, but I watched Henry and I was very impressed.”
Henry admitted they ‘connected’ over both being on reality TV at the same time. “I think we had similar shows on at a similar time and both on Network 10, so it was nice to connect.”
Keira first appeared on The Bachelor Australia in 2016, competing on season four for Richie Strahan’s heart. She went on to appear on Bachelor in Paradise in 2018 and 2020. Henry made his Australian Survivor debut in 2017 before returning for Australian Survivor: All Stars in 2020.
Keira Maguire’s dating history after The Bachelor
Keira Maguire first entered the public dating scene on The Bachelor Australia in 2016, where she competed for Richie Strahan’s heart but was eventually eliminated — after giving viewers reality TV gold, no less.
Keira’s most public relationship was with Sophie Monk’s The Bachelorette runner-up Jarrod Woodgate, who she met while filming Bachelor in Paradise’s first season in late 2017. They left the show together and continued dating on and off. The couple split in August 2018 after approximately nine months together, briefly reconciled around New Year’s 2019 and split permanently in June 2019.
Keira was then linked to Angie Kent’s former Bachelorette contestant Alex McKay after matching on Bachelor in Paradise in late 2019. However, their relationship didn’t last beyond the reality show.
Keira began dating Love Island Australia star and Tammy Hembrow’s ex, Matt Zukowski, around March 2020. They publicly confirmed their relationship in July 2020, shortly after Keira’s BIP exit aired, but split in early 2021.
Since then, Keira’s romances have remained largely private.
