Even though Married at First Sight (MAFS) 2026’s Alissa and David’s break-up only just aired on national TV, it looks like the bride didn’t stay single for long, as she’s appeared to hard launch her new boyfriend.
According to New Idea, the reality bride has been seen getting close to Ninja Warrior star Nathan Ryles, 32, and the pair has allegedly been hanging out multiple times since filming wrapped. And by the sounds of it… this isn’t just a casual vibe.
Insiders are claiming Alissa is “completely smitten,” with whispers she’s even been calling Nathan her “soulmate” — which, naturally, has raised a few eyebrows given how fresh everything is post-MAFS.
“She’s besotted with him,” a source revealed. “She’s even calling him her soulmate. It’s the worst-kept secret in Adelaide.” While some people have asked whether this has been the end goal all along for a higher profile and bigger opportunities. “It’s raised eyebrows,” a source told the publication.
Alissa hard launches new relationship
After weeks of swirling rumours, it appears Alissa and Nathan have now hard-launched their relationship after appearing together in a collaborative post on New Idea’s social media. In the post, the two are seen sharing a kiss during what appears to be a romantic beach walk, posted shortly after Final Vows aired.
Safe to say… this is no longer just rumour territory.

Before Alissa ever “married” David, rumours were already circulating in her hometown of Adelaide that she was still involved with her ex, Will Giles, according to New Idea. And once she entered the experiment, those whispers followed her in.
“It wasn’t something the cast made up,” a source told the publication. “A lot of it was already circulating back home.”
“People were receiving DMs about her before filming had even properly begun. There were questions about previous relationships and whether everything had truly been left behind,” a source said. “Some people even believed they’d find their way back to each other.”
However, those close to Alissa insist she was single when she entered the experiment, but was open to rekindling things with Will if MAFS didn’t work out.

MAFS Funny podcast host Joshua Fox has also weighed in, claiming Alissa has moved on with her rumoured Ninja Warrior star boyfriend, Nathan Ryles.
According to Josh, a source told him that shortly after leaving the experiment, Alissa began dating Nathan, who has appeared on Ninja Warrior multiple times.
While he admitted he doesn’t have concrete proof, Josh pointed to one detail that raised eyebrows. “In November, when MAFS stopped filming, Alissa started liking this guy’s posts on Instagram, and noticeably, his shirtless ones,” he said.
