Hayden, who was partnered withLily Cornish, was the first celebrity from group two to be eliminated, and the second from the competition.
During a post-elimination interview with Chattr, the former MasterChef contestant admitted that he was “disappointed” that he didn’t go further.

“We had done so much hard work and there were still some more dances to come. My next dance was my favourite dance,” Hayden said.
“[I’m] definitely disappointed. But obviously stoked with just being in there and having a go and doing our best.
“I would have liked to hang around for one more week to do my Pasodoble.”
The Pasodoble is a fast-paced Spanish military dance, that is regularly used by infantry troops. Hayden revealed that he and Lily were planning on performing it to We Will Rock You by Queen.

The Dancing With The Stars celebrities perfect multiple dances before the show starts
Dancing With The Starsrehearsals are rigorous, and Hayden revealed that the celebs spend weeks learning multiple dances before the show even begins filming.
“We had six [dances] in the bag ready to go,” he said. “So I think, really, maybe we should have just focussed on the [first] ones harder.”
Hayden and Lily rehearsing. Image: Seven.
Hayden said that he and Lily spent long hours rehearsing their dances for weeks on end.
“Gosh, it was full-on. I think we were at it [rehearsing] for like seven weeks or so,” he shared. “And we were doing five days a week, eight hours a day. Just going for it,” he said.
Hayden explained that he needed the dancing boot camp to get ready for the competition.
“You’ve got to have that intensity. Because, for me, I was learning a brand new skill right from the start. So it’s an intense crash course in ballroom dancing.”
Hayden said that learning six different styles of dancing was a big task to take on, and said he struggled at times to remember which steps belonged to which style.
“That happened all the time, although the styles are very, very different, it’s still very similar moves.
“Some styles you have to lead with your heel, others you have to lead with your toe and like if you mix them up, then you’ve completely stuffed. It gets a little bit all over the shop.”
Welp, at least Hayden has some extra dances up his sleeve to pull out the next time he hits a dance floor.

Stefan Dennis (who plays Paul Robinson) commented on the post to echo Jackie’s words.
“So very upset to lose the lovely Janet,” Stefan wrote. “As Jackie said, she truly was an exceptional actress who was a pleasure work with and to be around. We will all miss you dear girl.”

Filming of And Just Like That Season 3 is well underway and on-set photos of the cast attending a funeral have fans in a chokehold.
The pics show Carrie, Charlotte, Harry, Anthony and Miranda dressed in black at a funeral. Noticeably missing from the pap pics is Miranda’s ex-husband Steve, which is…concerning.
“Where. The F*CK. Is Steve. EVERYONE IS IN THAT PICTURE BUT STEVE,” one Reddit user wrote.
With fans racking their brains trying to figure out who the funeral could be for, Steve isn’t the only name in the mix.

MAFS 2025 bride Lauren Hall is a recent ex-girlfriend of 2024 groom Jonathan McCullough. Yup, the reality TV world is small.
Daily Mail Australia reported that Lauren, who’s the CEO of Mayfair Lane Gifts, and Jonathan (Jono) became friends almost a decade ago but reconnected in 2022.
The publication said that the couple dated for three months before splitting on good terms in January 2023, which would have been shortly before Jono auditioned for MAFS. Spicy.
It was reported that casting producers “had knowledge” about Jono and Lauren’s link but asked her to remove any pictures of him from her social media accounts.
“Production were hoping to quietly sweep it under the rug, but word got around that she was appearing on the show and they knew each other,” the source reportedly told Daily Mail.
All the MAFS 2025 cast members with reality TV connections
Lauren is far from the only MAFS 2025participant with a connection to a reality TV star. Many of the leaked MAFS 2025 cast members have reality alum friends, and some have even been on TV before.
On top of that, Jeff Gobbels—who’s been paired up with Rhi Disljenkovic on the upcoming season—reportedly appeared on three episodes of Neighbours in 2017 as police officer Kurt Bridges.
Who is Lauren Hall’s MAFS groom?
Lauren will be walking down the aisle to business owner Eliot Donovan. However, don’t expect a happy ending for the couple.
Leaked reports say that Eliot ditches Lauren shortly after their wedding and quit MAFS altogether. Ouch.
Then again, what’s MAFS without the drama?
Married At First Sight 2025 airs Sundays at 7pm and Monday – Wednesday at 7:30pm on Channel 9 and 9Now.
MAFS 2025 may not have started airing yet but the drama certainly has, with the news that new coupleJeff Gobbels and Rhi Disljenkovic knew each other before the experiment.
Jeff and Rhi walked down the aisle at their televised wedding in late July.
In previous seasons, MAFS participants have had their phone access removed when they entered the experiment. However, Chattr can confirm that Rhi already follows Jeff on Instagram, suggesting that the pair knew each other before going on the show.

Jeff and Rhi recognised each other at the MAFS altar
An insider attended Jeff and Rhi’s wedding and snapped a video of Rhi walking down the aisle. The clip was shared by Daily Mail Australia and on MAFSGossip Instagram account and showed Jeff recognising his bride as she walked towards him.
“Hi Rhi,” he said to her, before adding: “What the hell?”
According to Daily Mail Australia, MAFS won’t be the first TV show that Jeff’s appeared on. The publication reported he appeared on three episodes of Neighbours in 2017 as police officer Kurt Bridges.
The same title said that he’s also appeared in the TV mini-series The Warriors, the 2018 film Undertow and the 2019 Chinese drama The Whistleblower.
Rhi (left) with her friend Shayna (right). Image: Instagram/@shaynakotzur.
Rhi was the first bride to be leaked for MAFS 2025. She’s a fitness enthusiast from Victoria, who runs a wellness Instagram page called train.in.au with her friend Shayna. She also works as an IT account manager at Seisma Group.
The former MAFS bride shared a carousel of photos in the post, including some sweet pics of their first son Oliver holding the newborn.
“Seeing our Oliver Chase shake with excitement becoming the big brother and meeting Baby Carter ( as he calls him) #BigCub was one of the best moments E V E R,” Jules continued in the caption.
“[Cam] thank you for holding my hand through what felt like a lifetime but magic all at the same time. Family of four now 😍🥺❤️ I love you.”
The meaning behind Carter’s name
In the post, Jules explained the meaning behind Carter’s first and middle name.
Carter holds spiritual significance by embodying leadership, wisdom, responsibility, and creativity, representing service, ideals, and community spirit,” she wrote in the Instagram caption.
“Individuals named Carter are commonly seen as hardworking, loyal, disciplined, and protective, valuing security and nurturing close relationships.”
The new mum added that she and Cam chose the middle name as a nod to a later friend of hers.
“One of Cam’s ( many 😂) middle names, Cam’s Grandfathers name, My father’s middle name and my oldest dear friend @jrcleland who left us too soon..” she wrote.
MAFS stars share their congratulatory messages
Former fellow MAFS stars have flocked to the comments section to share their well wishes.
“Congratulations to you all…. What another handsome addition to the family !!!! Perfection ❤️❤️❤️,” Cyrell Paule, who was on Season 6 of the popular reality show with Cam and Jules.
“Ohhh this is amazing news! Congratulations on the birth of Carter!” wrote MAFS‘ Sarah Roza, who was on Season 5.
Kerry Balbuziente, who recently gave birth to her first child with her MAFS husband Johnny, also shared a congratulatory message.
“Welcome to the world Carter! Congratulations to you all 🩵 Look forward to many cuddles and setting you up with my daughter one day 😉 xxx,” she wrote.
Katy Perry and the AFL Grand Final may be two phrases you never thought you’d read in the same sentence but the day has come. The Teenage Dream singer – who’s recently made headlines over her, er, questionable comeback single – is taking centre stage at the 2024 AFL Grand Final.
In previous years, we’ve had iconic Australian performers such as Delta Goodrem, Wolfmother, Vance Joy and Powderfinger take the stage at the final.
On the other side of the coin, there have also been some international performers in the past, including The Killers andEd Sheeran.
Regardless, Katy’s inclusion in the quintessentially Australian event has raised a few eyebrows since it was announced, and some vocal AFL fans have taken to X (formerly Twitter) to share their thoughts.
Some remarked that Katy’s recent comeback single Woman’s World (which failed in the charts andRolling Stonecalled a “catastrophic flop”) is the reason that she’s agreed to do a gig that’s blatantly different from her normal choices.
“The AFL booking Katy Perry for the grand final after her flop single is so funny to me actually,” one person wrote.
Others have questioned why AFL bought in an international act when Australia already has so many incredible homegrown artists.
There are also the AFL fans who are worried it will be even harder to get a gig to the sporting gig than it already is. However, there are some fans who are stoked about the news.
Check out the best Twitter reactions to the news that Katy Perry is performing at the AFL Grand Final
Oh wow, this will be amazing, especially on the back of her massive new single……oh..um..wait. as always the @AFL has its finger on the pulse. 🤣🤣
And now your making it even harder for people who have supported their clubs for decades to get a seat. why , because a bunch of cashed up pricks will load up on tickets and price then out of the market. Thanks for helping the AFL ruin the game for the locals.
— JollyRogerSeaChanties (@JChanties36409) July 25, 2024
Typical of the AFL. Bypassing local acts and giving them a chance over someone who already had their fair share of the lime light. Well that's modern day corporate Australia in a nutshell. Shaft the locals and give everything to foreigners. Bank account getting low is it ?

I have nothing against her but what a terrible pick.
Rita Ora won’t be returning as a coach on The Voice Australia 2024, and there’s reportedly a very specific reason why.
Rita was a coach from 2021 until 2023 and a contestant from her team won two of the three seasons. However, earlier this year it was announced that she wouldn’t return for the 2024 season.
However, a production insider told Yahoo Lifestylethat the scheduling conflict wasn’t the only reason.
The 2023 coaches. Image: Seven.
Why isn’t Rita Ora returning to The Voice Australia 2024?
According to Yahoo Lifestyle, the multiplatinum singer didn’t rejoin the popular singing show over pay disputes.
“The decision was made last year and the casting team were looking for quite some time,” the insider told the publication.
“When you have stars returning each year it becomes expensive. You really need to keep increasing their salary to keep them and eventually, they become too expensive.
“The company line was that Jessica [Mauboy], Rita and Jason [Derulo] were all too busy, but I don’t think anyone is too busy to pick up these sorts of pay cheques. It certainly did have a lot to do with keeping the costs down.”

Who are the coaches on the Voice 2024?
Guy Sebastian is the only coach who’ll be returning from the 2023 panel. The three new coaches are LeAnn Rimes, Kate Miller- Heidke and Adam Lambert.
Adam was a judge on the Australian version of The X-Factor in 2016 and has been a judge and mentor on American Idol.

He’s a 6.6 ft tall gym lover who owns his own caulking business (which involves applying silicon to construction sites) and racked up followers on TikTok after posting videos of him completing house renovations.
Dave’s TV bride is Jamie Marinos who’s a a Digital Account Manager for a Melbourne-based marketing firm.
According to Daily Mail Australia, a MAFS production source has described Jamie as “the life of the party” and keeps everyone, from cast to crew, buzzing.
Jamie graduated from the University of South Australia in 2017 with a Bachelor in Marketing and Communications.
She’s also got a serious social media following, with over 362,000 likes on her now-private TikTok account.
But heads up! According to Daily Mail, Jamie is reportedly familiar with one of the upcoming season’s rumoured MAFS intruders, groom Teejay Halkias. How will Dave take the revelation?
Chrishell Stause and G Flip have renewed their wedding vows in Australia by throwing a western-themed bash.
The couple held the vow renewal in Melbourne on the same day as Chrishell’s 43rd birthday and shared some adorable photos from the ceremony on Instagram.
“Call it an Aussie wedding, a vow renewal, a bday party… I will refer to it as the BEST NIGHT EVER,” Chrishell captioned the post.
“We laughed. We cried. We danced. We rode the bull💀 SO incredibly grateful for my Aussie family. Never doing life without you [G Flip],” she added.
Prior to sharing photos of the ceremony, Chrishell took to Instagram to give her followers a sneak peek at their special night.
The Selling Sunsetstar posted a carousel of photos including one of her in a white dress, and another pic of her riding a mechanical bull.
“Thank you for all the bday wishes!! Soooo sweet! 🥹 I’m sorry if I haven’t responded. Last night was the 21st in Australia and we had a TIME,” she wrote.
G Flip shared a sweet video compilation on Instagram to wish their wife a happy birthday.
“Happy birthday to my favourite person in the universe 🫶🏼 I adore you with all my heart. You make everyday better & I love doing life with you darling,” They captioned the clip.
The couple’s romantic relationship developed when Chrishell helped G Flip search for a new home in LA. Chrishell eventually went public about their love during the Selling Sunset Season 5 Reunion.
“I recently have been spending a lot of time with someone that’s very important to me. Their name is G Flip,” she said.
“They’re nonbinary, so they go by they/them, and they are an extremely talented musician.”
With vow renewals this adorable, we’re hoping the couple will make it an annual event.
Morena Farina is looking for love on MAFS 2025, and the bride-to-be may remind fans ofLucinda Light.
Like the popular MAFS 2024bride, Morena is a wedding MC (who also works as a DJ) and she looks to be bursting with the same kind of vivacious energy that Lucinda is loved for.
Morena is in her mid-40s — the oldest bride to appear in this year’s season.

Daily Mail Australia spoke to friends of Morena’s, who described her as a “cool mum, trustworthy and “one of the most genuine people you’ll ever meet”.
“We really hope that she finds someone who is caring, fun, and in order for MAFS to work they need to match her energy,” the pal added.

According to an event page where Morena previously performed, she “loves what she does and has an infectious intensity when she performs.”
The bio continued: “She believes it’s not about choosing songs, it’s about creating moods.
“It takes one song to bring back thousands of good memories!”
Morena has locked down all of her social media profiles as filming has already started. However, you can watch one of her promotional work videos below.
Who is Morena matched with on MAFS?
Morena’s TV hubbie is NSW’s very own Tony Mojanovski, the oldest groom of the MAFS 2025 cast.
Tony, 53, is a council worker hailing from the Wollongong suburb of Port Kembla. Back in 2022, he made it into the news as a local hero after attempting to save a teenage fisherman swept off the infamous Honeycomb Rocks.
Described by those close to him as a “humble guy,” according to Daily Mail Australia, Tony seems like the perfect match.
But it turns out there’s trouble brewing behind the scenes! The news outlet reports that Tony is still technically married to his ex-partner — a revelation that allegedly “blindsided” bride Morena, who was said to be “instantly smitten” with him.
The Simpsons may have predicted Kamala Harris as the next US president after an eerie old episode has been uncovered.
Fans have taken to social media to highlight the moment from the 2000 episode, which appears to draw parallels to the current political situation with Kamala Harris, who has been endorsed by Joe Biden to become the next US president after he decided to step down.
The episode, which is titled Bart to the Future, was credited with correctly predicting Donald Trump’s presidency, and has fans believing that it may have predicted that – like Lisa – Kamala will become the first female American president.
After Kamala announced her intention to “earn and win” the nomination, The Simpsons’ writer and showrunner Al Jean posted a side-by-side photo of Lisa when she became the president, and Kamala when she was first sworn in as the first female vice president of the United States.
Both Kamala and Lisa are wearing a bright purple jacket, a pearl necklace, and matching pearl earrings.
Fans have taken to X (formerly called Twitter), to share their shock about the uncanny similarities in The Simpsons episode.
“The 17th episode of the 11th season of The Simpsons shows Lisa Simpson as the first female President of the United States, dressed similarly to Kamala Harris at Joe Biden’s inauguration,” one person began in a post.
“This episode, which aired in 2000, strongly suggests that real estate mogul Donald Trump became president and left behind a budget crisis for Lisa to handle,” they concluded.
One of those scenarios includes an episode released in 1993 called $pringfield. The ep shows the Springfield equivalent of magicians Siegfried & Roy being attacked by a white Bengal tiger during one of their shows. In 2003 Roy Horn was attacked by a white Bengal tiger during a Siegfried & Roy show.
Another example is a 1995 episode that sees Lisa speak to her mum Marge via a video call through her phone. Of course, that was well before FaceTime or Skype was around.
Whether Lisa’s purple outfit is an indicator as to whether Kamala will become the next American president? Well, we’ll just have to wait until November to find out.
There’s some seriously big names competing on Dancing With The Stars 2024, which has naturally led fans to wonder how much they’re getting paid for their time.
This year’sDancing With The Stars cast features an array of reality TV stars, sports heroes and actors, who’ve all taken a chunk of time away from their normal line of work to rehearse and compete on the popular show.
But, a Woman’s Day article has reported that all of the celebs aren’t paid a blanket fee, and there are a few names who are getting paid a whole lot more than their fellow co-stars.

How much are the Dancing With The Stars celebrities paid?
According to a source who spoke to the publication, Julie Goodwin is one of the highest paid celebs out of this season’s cast and received a “six-figure sign-up fee”.
Lisa McCune and Samantha Jade also received a solid salary and were reportedly paid “a $100,000 plus sign-on fee.
“There are two to three who earn a mid-range fee like $50-60,000,” the insider added.
“Then the bulk of the cast usually earn between $20,000 and $40,000 depending on their profiles.”

Are the celebrities paid by episode?
Apparently not, the insider told the lifestyle publication that the celebrities work out the sum they’ll be receiving before they sign up for the show.
“The sign-on fee is like a salary, ultimately it doesn’t matter when they are eliminated or in this case are forced to sit out, they take that money home regardless,” they explained.

How much have past Dancing With The Stars contestants been paid?
TheDancing With Starscontentsant’s salary appears to have changed dramatically since 2023. According to Woman’s Day, last year’s contestants were all paid the same amount.
“The cast all rehearsed and trained as if they were going to the finale. They all put in the same amount of time, so they were all paid for five weeks of their time,” a source told the publication.
“It was a one-price-fits-all of just under $50,000 each.”

Big Brother 2006’s Dave Graham is keen to return to TV as the first gay farmer on Farmer Wants A Wife.
Earlier this month, sources told Yahoo! Lifestyle that Farmer Wants A Wife producers had to scrap plans for a gay farmer due to the “lack of interest from the queer community during the application process”.
Farmer Dave is well known for coming out on national television during his Big Brother Australia season and being open about the mental health struggles of life on the farm as a gay man.
He even returned to television for the Big Brother All Stars season in 2022 where Australia fell in love with him for being a top bloke all over again.

Farmer Dave wants to find love on Farmer Wants A Wife
When we asked Dave if he was single and would be keen to go on Farmer Wants A Wife, he responded with a passionate, “Yes and yes.”
“It is hard [for farmers to meet people],” Dave explained to Chattr.
“It’s even harder for people like me in my boat [gay farmers], because there are fewer of us, but we’re there. We definitely exist. We’ve always existed.”
Dave also suggested that Farmer Wants A Wife has a real opportunity to represent gay farmers in an authentic way considering the show’s wholesome nature.
“That’s the beauty of this incredible show, is that it is real,” Dave told Chattr.
“It would be a great opportunity. We now have equal rights to marry us, it would just be a natural, normal part of the show’s flight.”
“Australia’s come a long way since 2006 when I was part of a real change in looking at ourselves and understanding who we are, and that’s the beauty of reality TV, ” Dave added.
“It has always been a mirror as to who we are, and it’s got to be realistic, not tokenistic.”
“The great thing about Farmer Wants A Wife is they haven’t gone deep down the Married at First Sight dive into over-the-top drama and cyclonic contestants.
“[Farmer Wants A Wife] is still such a great, wholesome show, and it still has all the values that it started out with.”
Why hasn’t the show cast a gay farmer yet?
Host Samantha Armytage told TV Tonight last year that she is often asked about having a gay farmer on the show.
“I get asked every year, ‘Why isn’t there a gay farmer on there?’ Good question,” she told TV Tonight.
“If you know any, and they want to be on TV, let us know, we would love that!”
Well, Samantha, consider this article us letting you know!
Dave’s message for Farmer Wants A Wife producers
It’s been over a year since Dave’s last relationship and now he feels ready to find his forever partner.
“I’m at that point in my mid-40s where I’m serious about getting a real future plan and doing that with a lifelong partner,” Dave said.
If he had a message for the producers?
“I’m a farmer looking for a husband. I know the title does suggest you only supply wives, but it’s 2024. Help a bloke out.”
While six (straight) farmers have already been chosen for the Farmer Wants A Wife 2025, there’s no denying that a last-minute addition in the shape of Farmer Dave would be perfect for the program.
Something tells me that applications would be through the roof.
“It’s very recent and very unexpected. I’m super happy. It’s really lovely.”
This is huge news for Home and Away fans as the rumours of the pair’s romance first started swirling in May after photos of Ada and James kissing emerged.
It was following the April announcement of Ada’s split from Adam Rigby. Ada and Adam were together for eight years.
James, 48, finalised his divorce from former Home And Away star Sarah Roberts in March. The pair were together for five years.
Were Ada and James together while shooting their wedding scene?
Ada and James play husband and wife on Home and Away as their characters Leah Patterson and Justin Morgan. In fact, the pair filmed wedding scenes for the soap last year and the episode itself aired in April.
Prior to Ada’s confirmation of their relationship, The Sunday Telegraph reported that she was spotted kissing James at a Seven Network Christmas party last year.
That being said, Ada shut down any rumours that she was involved with James during shooting.
“There weren’t genuine feelings then,” Ada explained.

“It was shot last year. But I think whenever you’re watching any TV couple, you’re always wondering if they really do have feelings.
“We’ve always respected each other. We’ve known each other since [1998 soap opera] Breakers. Jimmy is an amazing actor,” she added.
“I’ve loved working with him for five years and I think our scenes are great. I always like going to work — we push ourselves, and push each other, in a really good way.”
As someone who’s watched Ada’s character, Leah, lose Vinnie (Ryan Kwanten) all those years ago, I’m happy for her. And for Ada too!

In a bizarre twist of events, Tom Sandoval has backtracked on his lawsuit against his ex-girlfriend Ariana Madix, claiming his attorney didn’t tell him he was “suing” her.
On July 18, news hit the headlines that Tom was suing Ariana for accessing explicit videos of his ex-mistress andVanderpump Rules co-starRacquel Levisson his phone without prior “authorisation.”
Tom deleted his Instagram after the announcement was made, but he’s now claiming that his lawyer made the move without properly briefing him.
Read on to find out more about the s**t show between Ariana and her ex.
What happened between Ariana and Tom?
For those who (somehow) missed it, Tom and Ariana were in a nine-year relationship when she found a video on his phone in March 2023 that uncovered his affair with Racquel. The whole thing played out on Vanderpump Rules and was dubbed Scandoval.
Racquel later launched an ongoing lawsuit against both Ariana and Tom for revenge porn, eavesdropping and invasion of privacy. Now Tom has started his own legal battle and he’s coming for Ariana.

Why was Tom Sandoval suing Ariana Madix?
Ariana famously learned about her ex’s affair when he dropped his phone at his band’s gig, and she had a gut feeling to look inside. Once she opened up Tom’s phone, Ariana found a sexually explicit recording of Racquel.
“I found a screen recording of them on FaceTime. It was literally from the night before. That’s when I called Raquel and started making her tell me [when everything started],” Ariana recounted on an episode of Vanderpump Rules.
Court documents lodged by Tom’s team and obtained by US Weekly on Tuesday, July 16, claim that Ariana “obtained access” to his phone without his “authorisation or permission”.
The filing alleges that Ariana “made copies” of the video and distributed it to Racquel “and third parties” against his authority.

Is Tom Sandoval still suing Ariana Madix?
Nope – Tom has retracted his new lawsuit just days after it was originally announced.
“Late Tuesday afternoon, my attorney, Matt Geragos, whose advice I trusted, called me about the Cross-Complaint in the lawsuit against myself and Ariana,” Tom began in a statement.
“He assured me that the action was customary and strictly preventative in these types of lawsuits and urged me to agree to it.
“The words “New Lawsuit” or “Suing” were not articulated to me. I should’ve done more of my due diligence on the matter,” he continued.
The Vanderpump Rules star told his followers that he had fired his attorney, who is coincidently the brother of Racquel’s attorney, which is… a bit suss?
“Upon realizing what this action actually means, I have removed Matt Geragos from my legal team. In no way am I suing Ariana. The action against Ariana brought on my behalf is being removed.
“I hold no ill will or vindictiveness toward Ariana. Now, by removing both the Cross- Complaint and the attorney who recommended it, I hope to get through this case quickly, so that Ariana and I can both finally MOVE ON with our lives.”
What did Ariana Madix say about the original lawsuit launched by Tom?
Ariana hasn’t personally addressed the new lawsuit, however, her attorney Jordan Susman shared a scathing statement with Us Weekly.
“It is abhorrent that Tom Sandoval continues to torment Ms. Madix,” he began.
“From engaging in an illicit affair that shattered her home and stability, to months of emotional warfare and now this attempt to further shirk personal responsibility for the effects his actions have had on her and her emotional wellbeing.
“Tom Sandoval knows full well what sort of privileges he and Ms. Madix shared in regard to their personal communication devices.”
Her attorney made a pointed reference to a New York Timesarticle about Tom that detailed his affair with Racquel.
“If he or his mistress had their way, it would be illegal for someone to discover their spouse or significant other was having an affair,” the statement continued.
Tom and Ariana before the affair. Image: Hayu,
“For Mr. Sandoval to go from begging Ms. Madix for forgiveness to blaming her for his wrongdoing speaks for itself.
“Even months after the New York Times branded Mr. Sandoval ‘the most hated man in America,’ he has clearly learned nothing and believes it necessary to continue torturing Ms. Madix in a vain effort to rehabilitate his image.
“Ms. Madix is confident that a jury will see through this latest ploy and dismiss his frivolous claims.”
What did Tom say about lawsuit?
Tom’s (former) attorney Matthew Geragos also shared a statement with UsWeekly and explained his reasoning behind the (now defunct) lawsuit.
“While Tom Sandoval accepts responsibility for his affair, he strongly denies the allegations of the lawsuit filed by Rachel Leviss against him and Ms. Madix,” the statement read, referring to the aforementioned lawsuit Racquel [legal name Rachel Leviss] lodged for revenge porn, eavesdropping and invasion of privacy.
“In order to ensure a fair and just determination of responsibility among all parties involved, we filed a cross-complaint on behalf of Mr. Sandoval.

“This customary legal action was crucial to ensure that liability, if any, is fairly distributed based on the actual level of involvement and fault of each party.
“We aim to resolve this legal dispute with upmost respect towards all parties involved.”
