Episode 16

After some heartfelt chats, Farmer Jack made the tough call to send Monique home, leaving Olivia, Sarah, and Hayley as his final three.
The Farmers and their ladies then swapped farm life for the city, heading to the final Farmer Wants a Wife Black-Tie Dinner.
Tensions ran high at Jack’s table. Sarah didn’t hold back, telling Olivia and Hayley, “I think I do have a stronger connection [with Jack] because we’ve had more of a romantic and physical bond.” She admitted she’d be upset if Jack kissed anyone else.
Jack replied, “Everyone probably just needs to focus on their connection with me, not what’s going on around them.”
Things escalated when Sarah challenged Olivia about her stance on having children, asking if she was just telling Jack what he wanted to hear. Olivia admitted she doesn’t want kids right now but said she’s open to it with the right person: “I don’t want to be defined just as a mother,” she said.
Jack was reassured by her answer and later invited Olivia outside, where they shared their first kiss. Out of Farmer Jack’s remaining three Ladies, Sarah was now the only person who hadn’t kissed him. Unsurprisingly, Farmer Jack broke the news shortly after that he was eliminating her.
Meanwhile, Farmer Corey put Keeley and Chloe on the spot, asking why they thought they were the better match. Keeley said she balances out his outgoing nature, while Chloe backed herself as strong, adaptable, and ready for farm life: “I think I’d be a better match.”
With just two ladies left for both Farmers, final decisions are looming. Eeek!
Episode 15

It’s all happily-ever-afters for Farmer Thomas and Clarette and heartbroken farewells for Rachael and Jess.
Farmer Thomas took aside both Rachael and Jess and ultimately told them both that his heart was with someone else. Both Rachael and Jess took the news well, wished them both well, and left the farm. Rachael joked, “I bloody better get an invite to that wedding.”
Shortly after, which completely set the tone for their emotional connection, Farmer Thomas left Clarette a note on her bed saying to meet him at sunset for an “important conversation.”
As Clarette approached Farmer Thomas, he started to reflect on their journey together. “We’ve had our ups and downs, but we’ve managed to get through them strong… I can be myself around you, and you laugh at my bad jokes,” Farmer Thomas told her.
“You’d make the most beautiful wife and mother. Clarette, I love you,” he continued.
Clarette replied with tears in her eyes, “I love you too. We’re in love, it’s official!”
Meanwhile, Farmer Corey and Farmer Jack went on their 24-hour solo dates with Keeley and Olivia, and both dates hit major hurdles for their relationships.
Farmer Corey offended Keeley when he suggested that she wasn’t ready to move to the farm. Then, when Keeley revealed that she wouldn’t be able to move to the farm for at least six months, it left some serious questions in Corey’s head.
Farmer Jack and Olivia’s date was picturesque, with a helicopter ride to a remote cabin in Tasmania, which made sparks fly between the two until the conversation turned to kids.
Olivia told Farmer Jack that she wasn’t 100 percent on having kids and that she hasn’t thought a lot about being a mother, maybe as much as some other women. Jack admitted that wasn’t what he wanted to hear.
It was then time for a farm farewell dinner, and it was Farmer Corey’s turn first. Feeling nervous about the elimination, Jadee wanted to make sure Farmer Corey knew exactly how she felt, so she pulled him aside and told him that he was someone she would love to experience life with.
Unfortunately, Farmer Corey didn’t feel the same way, so she was sent home packing.
Episode 14

Clarette and Farmer Thomas have had chemistry from the beginning, but as the finale draws closer, it’s really hard to tell if they will make it to the end. After choosing Clarette for the one-on-one date, Thomas takes Clarette to the West Coast of the Eyre peninsula. On this date, you can’t deny that they have a connection with Thomas saying that “I’m fairly certain that I’ve found the person for me” to the producers.
Later, Thomas takes Clarette to see his uncle (who is like a second father). In a hilarious faux pas, Thomas’ uncle accidentally calls Clarette, ‘Claire’. Clarette laughs about it, but knowing that only two episodes ago Clarette called Thomas a “f***ing prick” for texting previous contestant Claire, this would have to sting a bit.
Meanwhile, Farmer Jack and Farmer Corey introduce the girls to their family and it’s a tricky one as the quieter girls have to step up and showcase their personalities. One of the quieter girls is Keeley, who finds it harder to stand out among the other louder girls vying for Corey’s attention.
While the girls are introduced to Corey’s family in a big group, they also get to have one-on-one time with them too. While talking with Corey’s mum and family friend, Chloe throws Keeley under the bus by describing her as “jealous” and telling them it’s difficult to be in the house with her energy.
Despite this, Corey’s family still chooses Keeley for the 24-hour date because of how sweet and genuine she comes across.
At Jack’s family farm in Tassie, the big question they want to know is whether one of the girls would be willing to move for him. There are a few red flags, as most don’t look likely to make the big move to Tasmania. In the end, the family chooses Olivia, as they think she deserves a chance to get to know Jack more and her values align.
Then, after speaking further with his uncle, Farmer Thomas decides he wants to continue pursuing Clarette. Next episode, it looks like he’ll be making a final decision about whether he will choose her or one of the other girls left.
Episode 13

After Farmer Thomas went missing last episode, the ladies were still in the dark about his whereabouts. In the morning, they discuss him leaving, with Rachel saying she was feeling “defeated” and that the girls weren’t quite sure “where [they] stand”.
With all the tension still hanging in the air, the country ball was a welcome change for the girls. It was also a great chance for the girls to meet new Farmer Jack’s girls. Thomas also returns.
While at the country ball, there was a special guest appearance from none other than Farmer Jarrad and his new beau Chloe. While up on stage in front of the other farmers and girls, he says that he’s so happy to have found love. He then serenades Chloe with an original song that impresses everyone.
However, while love was in the air, there was still drama to be had. After Thomas reappeared, Jess wanted to pull him in for a chat to express her uncertainty after finding out about the Claire text messages. In the end, she chose to leave the farm in a shock exit.
Meanwhile, Chloe steals Farmer Corey for a private chat as she feels she hasn’t had enough time with him. She then cheekily pulls him away for a kiss. This ultimately leads to Corey choosing Chloe for the next date.
After Clarette called Thomas a “f**king prick” in the last episode, he needs to go into damage control to regain her trust. Thomas tells Clarette that he’s sorry and he’s now deleted Claire’s number, and they end up making up. He then chooses her for the next one-on-one date.
Episode 12:

This episode was a spicy one! With Farmer Jack forging such a strong connection with Sarah, his other Ladies started to get a bit jealous when arriving to his farm. Has he already found ~the one~?
Then, Annie started to make waves on Farmer Corey’s farm after telling the other Ladies she had woken up the night before to find Keeley missing from her bed. She wasn’t on the couch or anywhere else, and she had waited two hours to see if Keeley would come back. Annie hints that Keeley was with Corey in his bed, which is scandalous. During an explosive dinner, Annie confronted Keeley about where she slept last night. Keeley and Corey both denied the allegations, but Annie told Chattr she doesn’t completely buy their story.
“It’s hard to say [if they were lying], I saw what I saw, and they have their version of events, so I guess it’s kind of my word against theirs, but yeah, it’s hard to say. I don’t know what they were doing either, it was just the situation didn’t sit right with me,” Annie said.
In the end, Annie left the dinner table crying and told Corey she didn’t want to stay on the farm any longer because he had stronger connections with the other Ladies.
Over on Farmer Thomas’ farm, their dinner was interrupted when Thomas received a text from Claire, upsetting both Rachael and Clarette. After Thomas showed Clarette all of his message history with Claire, she called him a “f**king prick” and stormed off, causing Thomas to drive off and leave the farm. Yikes.
Episode 11:

We have a new Farmer in the mix! Farmer Jack met new Ladies Olivia, Monique, Chelsea, Rebecca, Eva, Samantha and Sarah, before deciding on the five Ladies to take back to the farm. In a twist, Jack told host Natalie Gruzlewiski he didn’t want to follow the rules. Instead, he only chose four Ladies to take back with him: Hayley, Olivia, Monique and Sarah. Farmer Jack decided to invite Sarah back to the farm for the first 24-hour date, where they got cosy and shared a few kisses over sushi.
Meanwhile, Farmer Corey had a private date with front-runner Keeley, when she revealed a “red flag”. She’s not sure about moving to his farm straight away if she wins, which disappointed Corey.
“That does concern me a little bit about the timeframe when she’s coming back here… this does scare me that this potentially could drag out, this may be a potential red flag from Keeley,” Corey told producers.
While Farmer Thomas had a date with Rachael, it was Clarette who proved her connection with the Farmer is still the strongest. Once he came back to the farm, the pair snuck away outside for some cuddles and kisses. Considering the promo for tomorrow night shows a massive blow-up between Clarette and Thomas, who knows what’s going to happen next?
Episode 10:

Episode 10 saw the girls meeting the friends of Farmer Corey and Thomas, while things got serious with Farmer Tom making the tough choice between the lovely Georgie and Eliza and visiting their respective hometowns.
Corey’s friends didn’t hold back when asking the girls if there was any tension between them (a subtle nod to Chloe’s intruder shake up). However, the girls maintained their composure and didn’t resort to any slagging off. In the end, it was Keeley who was selected to go on the date with Corey.
Meanwhile, Thomas introduced his mates to his final four. His friends were impressed by the girls and how down to earth they were. Their only concern was that Thomas was going for attraction for Clarette over getting to know some of the quieter ladies.
Finally, Tom made the difficult decision to choose Georgie over Eliza, professing his love to her in the process.
“I’m excited to take the next step in this and I’ve fallen really hard and fast for you, Georgie, I’m totally in love with you,” he said.
Leaving the farm heartbroken, Eliza didn’t hide her disappointment.
“I’m a bit heartbroken, it’s hard to hear,” she said. “I came in today feeling hopeful and [I’m] disappointed and yeah.”
Episode 9:

Episode 9 kicked off with intruder Chloe drumming up drama on Farmer Corey’s farm. After the group were asked to reveal what their “love languages” were, Chloe was annoyed when Jadee’s answers matched up perfectly with what Corey likes, and called her a cheater. Yikes.
Next, the Farmers were given an intimacy test where they were blindfolded, and given two minutes with each of their Ladies to explore their chemistry… in front of one another. Clarette and Farmer Thomas were pretty cosy, and Rachael was weirded out by the task.
“I don’t like watching, it feels wrong. It’s very strange watching other women be intimate with Farmer Thomas,” she said.
During a MAFS-style Honesty Box challenge, the claws came out when Thomas put his foot in his mouth. When describing Clarette’s worst quality, he said it was her “jealousy”. It didn’t help that he used qualities such as “too nice” and “too quiet” for the other Ladies, making Clarette’s look even worse. He’s going to have some explaining to do!
Finally, we saw two shock exits, after Farmer Tom’s intruder Emily voluntarily left the farm. She didn’t think she had a strong enough connection with the Farmer, and could see he was really close with the other Ladies. Tom then eliminated Mady, saying she deserved “to find happiness”. Looks like our spoiler about who he chooses in the end is likely true!
Episode 8:

There were tears, intruders making their moves, and a surprise elimination in episode 8, with Corey saying goodbye to Chelsea in a bid to get to know some of his intruder Ladies better.
Meanwhile, the girls continued to experience farm life, with Clarette unhappy she missed out on a ride on Thomas’ tractor (not a euphemism… maybe not even a tractor? I’m not a farm girl). She later awkwardly confronted him at dinner about the fact that they spent no solo time together, while he continued to look like he accidentally walked on the show’s set and had no idea what he was doing there.
And Farmer Tom dropped that he’s very hopeful his future wife is on the farm, but it definitely wasn’t Intruder Tijan, who he bid farewell to.
Finally, Thomas sent no one home, saying he was scared he’d make the “wrong decision” and is learning to not put “all his eggs in one basket.”
Episode 7:

Tension reached an all-time high with Farmer Thomas and Clarette, after Clarette found out Thomas had secretly met up with Claire to get “closure”.
Meanwhile, the competition heated up once again with the arrival of the intruders, much to the dismay of the original Ladies.
Farmer Tom had an awkward moment when Emma came in guns blazing to ignite their relationship again, only for Tom to send her home and welcome some of his intruders to the Farm.
Thomas picked some flowers and grovelled back to Clarette, begging her forgiveness as he got on one knee to offer an apology. A sign of the future, perhaps?
Meanwhile, Corey is just thriving surrounded by all of his blonde beauties. Go figure!
Episode 6:

Episode six was a BIG one for FWAW fans, with Jarrad deciding that dating multiple women wasn’t for him and choosing Chloe as his hopeful forever love, telling her they go together like “cold beer and country music”.
Elsewhere, tensions rose when Farmer Thomas returned home late from a romantic massage and bath date with Ellen, Farmer Tom learned the eye colour of Emma (and then they shared a kiss), and sparks started to fly between Farmer Corey and Jadee after they finally got some one-on-one time together.
Episode 5:

Hearts continued to get broken across the various farms, as the Farmers started getting serious about who they could picture their future with.
Farmer Thomas was still reeling from Claire’s shock departure, something Clarette, well, kind of thought he should “get over” during their oysters and champagne date. People may be starting to hate on Clarette, but the girl has a point: he went on one date, and is mourning a woman who left him, while still having numerous other women standing there, competing to win his attention. Pay attention, Thomas!
While Thomas and Tom both decided to send no one home, Corey said a sad goodbye to Hunter who was a woman who was definitely there on the show at some point, while Jarrad rocked his Farm by deciding he wasn’t going to be an asshole who leads women on, and sent both Lucy and Bri home.
While Jarrad’s connections seem to be more of a slow burn, he now only has two women to choose from and it looks like he actually might make that decision in the next episode… so watch this space!
Episode 4:

The crew headed on a group outing to an event called the Bullarama (yes, it’s a real thing) but it wasn’t all good country fun, with Farmer Thomas having his poor lil heart shattered when Claire decided their connection wasn’t strong enough and yeeted out.
Meanwhile, Farmer Corey got a couple of cheeky pashes in, kissing Chelsea and Keeley, and the Farmers had to decide who they were taking on their next solo date, with Tom choosing Georgie, Corey choosing Chelsea, Jarrad choosing Ash, and Thomas choosing Clarette (who also managed to steal a kiss from him before Claire left).
Episode 3:

Farmer Tom was forced to say farewell (kinda) when two of his women, Emmie and Bridget, decided farm life wasn’t for them and disappeared without saying goodbye. This kept his remaining three Ladies safe from the double date elimination, which is probably for the best, otherwise Tom would have nearly no Ladies left by the end of week two.
The rest of the Farmers had double dates with a catch: one of the Ladies who was invited, wouldn’t be returning back to the farm, leaving Farmer Corey with an awkward and emotional tennis date as Rosie decided farm life wasn’t for her.
Meanwhile, Farmer Thomas said goodbye to Nat after firmly friend-zoning her and Farmer Jarrad said toodleloo to Maneesha, while she said goodbye to her dream life of settling down on a farm.
Episode 2:

Not to be outdone, Tom and Corey also had to say goodbye to three ladies in episode two after the speed-dating round, after Thomas and Jarrad bid farewell to three Ladies the night before.
Things were then stepped up a notch with the introduction of the 24-hour dates.
It took only two episodes for Jarrad to whip out his guitar (not a euphemism) as he performed a song for Chloe on their date.
Meanwhile, Thomas chose Claire for his 24-hour date, with him touting it as the “best date” he’s ever had, with his name-partner Farmer Tom feeling like there could be “love blossoming” with Eliza after they shared a kiss on their 24-hour date.
Corey also snuck in a kiss with his Keeley on his date, with Keeley saying she felt “smitten”, so basically this whole episode was a love-fest all around!
Episode 1:

It’s all kicked off, as we follow Farmer Thomas, Farmer Jarrad, Farmer Tom, and Farmer Corey on their quest to find love! The first week saw each Farmer go on speed-dating rounds in order to choose the five lucky ladies who would go back and live on their farm.
Drama nearly erupted in an awkward moment where it appeared Jarrad and Brianna could be more than friends – they could be cousins! Thankfully, that wasn’t the case, and they quickly resolved that family mystery.
The end of episode one saw Thomas and Jarrad say goodbye to three ladies each, as they got serious about who to take back to their farms.
Farmer Wants a Wife airs on Monday and Tuesday nights at 7:30pm on Channel 7 and 7Plus.
