Before they left Summer Bay, Ziggy and Dean were staples at the bay. After a whirlwind pregnancy in 2023, the cute couple welcomed baby Izzy into the world.
The last time we saw one of our fave couples was in March 2023 when they both made the hard decision to say farewell to Summer Bay and head to Queensland so Dean could be closer to his son, Jai.
When will we see Ziggy and Dean on Home and Away?
While scenes are being filmed right now in tropical north Queensland, the date for their return hasn’t been announced yet. But we will find out more in the new year!
But since they moved to Queensland to be closer to Dean’s son, maybe we will see his son?
Both actors are excited to come back to Home and Away.
“It feels so good to be home,” Sophie said.
“I can’t wait for the action, and for fans to see this storyline play out,” Patrick added.
Fans of Ziggy and Dean are elated! One Instagram user wrote, “So excited for them to be back, been hoping for Mackenzie to see her brother on screen again since he left.”
Another said, “Omg please tell me they are also staying for a while . That it’s not a short appearance. I love these two, they have been missed 😍”.
Home and Away airs Monday – Thursday at 7:30pm on Channel 7 and 7Plus.

Australian Survivor contestant Jackie Glazier has filed a lawsuit against the TV show after undergoing an injury during her stint on the 2023 season.
As first reported by the Sunday Herald Sun, Jackie who appeared on the Heroes vs Villains season in 2023 is suing the show’s network Endemol Shine due to a broken collarbone she sustained while filming.
According to Jackie, from her collarbone injury, she developed thoracic outlet syndrome, which has given her pain and restricted movement in her shoulder and arm.
What did Jackie sue for?
Jackie lodged the lawsuit in the Victorian Supreme Court, seeking damages, loss of earnings, both past and future, and medical expenses.
The lawsuit noted that since the injury Jackie has been unable to do her household duties and it has had a “long-term” impact on her health and professional life.
The injury was sustained during one of the Australian Survivor challenges when herself and fellow contestant George Mladenov approached a rolling block and fell face down into a pit of mud.
The lawsuit notes that the pit had only 30 centimetres of water rather than 1.5 metres, which didn’t provide a safe landing for the contestants.
Jackie had to pull out of the competition due to her injured collarbone. She was only paid $25,000 for her appearance and the prize money was $500,000.
At the time of publishing Jackie’s Instagram has no imagery from her time on Australian Survivor, the only mention of the show in her bio.
She has also made no public comment on the lawsuit.
Jackie played a villain during her stint in the 2023 season. Outside of Australian Survivor, Jackie is a professional poker player.

Dessert Masters 2024 has served a delicious dose of star power with returning judge Amaury Guichon.
Amaury judged Dessert Masters 2023 alongside Melissa Leong. Prior to that, he appeared on the season finale of MasterChef Australia 2023, where he put Brent Draper and Rhiannon Anderson through their paces with his now-infamous Pocket Watch.
So, who is the Amaury? Here’s everything you need to know.
Who is Amaury Guichon?
Guichon, 33, is a chocolatier and trailblazer who has grown a massive following for his insane chocolate sculptures.
And it’s not just Instagram where Amaury boasts millions of fans. He has 19.3 million subscribers on his YouTube channel and over 25.7 million followers on TikTok. Whew.
How did Amaury Guichon become famous?
While the pastry chef’s awe-inducing creations clearly speak for his talent, he got his big break on a reality TV show.
The Swiss chef took up an apprenticeship at the Maison Lenôtre in Paris before competing in the French reality cooking series Who will be the next great pastry chef? in 2013.
Amaury placed third in the show and was invited by Jean-Philippe Maury shortly after his appearance to work at the Las Vegas branch of his Patisserie in the Bellagio and Aria.
While working at the prestige establishment, Amaury started posting his creations on social media, which quickly went viral.
The accomplished chef also released an eight-episode reality series School of Chocolate on Netflix in 2021.
According to the official website, he said: “After seventeen years of devoting my life fully to the pastry industry I’ve decided to open my very first pastry school!
“I have spent the last seven years travelling the world learning from different cultures and teaching high-level pastry skills, it was now time to do something great in the place I call home, Las Vegas.”
The Pastry Academy takes students from the classroom to the kitchen, where they will master the technical and practical skills necessary to create world-class pastries, chocolates, danishes, confectionery, breads, and plated desserts. Sign us up!

After spending years as a cooking show judge, Darren Purchese is transitioning to a contestant on Dessert Masters 2024.
Darren joined The Great Australian Bake Off as a judge in 2024 and has been a regular guest chef and judge on MasterChef Australia for over a decade.
However, on Dessert Masters 2024, Darren will join the contestants on the other side of the bench, something he told us was an “eye-opener.”
Darren Purchese on MasterChef. Image: Ten.
“I believe I’ve set more pressure tests than any other chef on MasterChef Australia. So, being on the other side was a bit of an eye-opener,” he said in an exclusive interview with Chattr.
“I think next time I make it back in the MasterChef kitchen setting a pressure test, I might be a little bit more gentle because I now know what it feels like when you’re standing on the other side of the bench,” he laughed.
The acclaimed pastry chef added that it was “daunting” being judged on his dessert creations.
“You put your heart and soul into a dish, and you want to make sure that everyone loves it, and in that moment before they say whether they like it or not, you’ve got all of these feelings. So, it certainly was an eye-opener for me,” he said.
Darren Purchese on how stressful the Dessert Masters kitchen is
With impressive gigs under his belt, like being the pastry chef at Bennelong Restaurant and presenting Masterclasses at the Melbourne Food and Wine Festival, one might think a stint as a contestant on Dessert Masters would be a breeze for Darren.
“I was stressed,” Darren said, adding that “You’re going to see worry and stress [on my face].”
He added that he was blown away by the creations produced in the Dessert Masters 2024 kitchen.
“You’re going to see happiness. You’re going to see me thinking on my feet —as well as the other chefs—and you’re going to see absolutely amazing desserts. You’re going to see things that you’ve never seen before.
“I’ve been around pastry kitchen for 30 years, and I was seeing things that I haven’t seen before. So I’m pretty sure the audience is going to be inspired to see 10 of the best pastry chefs in Australia create absolutely magic.”
The excitement is real!
Dessert Masters 2024 airs on October 14 at 7:30pm on Channel 10 and 10Play.
On social media, Jarod revealed his new dedication to Domenica through a very cute tattoo.
Posting on Domenica’s TikTok, Jarod got a champagne bottle with the name ‘Dom’ on it, naturally making the connection to the French champagne brand Dom Perignon. The tattoo doesn’t seem that big, but the gesture is huge!
While the TikTok doesn’t publicly announce the fresh ink, especially with the caption “@FUNDAY Natural Sweets always a packet in the Prada 😎”, you have to wait until a few seconds in to eyeball Jarod’s sweet line tattoo.
But a few days ago, Domenica posted a very loved up caption swooning over her new boyfriend saying she has her very own JB (Justin Bieber) and is “one less lonely girl”.
On Instagram, she spoke highly of him, saying, ” This man right here came and visited me in hospital every week, brought me snacks, held pads for me 🥊 so I could keep up my fitness.”
Jarod is Bondi-based, a skateboarder known to his mates as “Boggo”.

After the finale aired, Krystal revealed that she and Paddy had split. She told Pedestrian that the couple “gave it a go,” but “Logistics-wise, it just couldn’t work.”
Not long after the relatively amicable statement, Krystal did another interview with the publication that was a little more frosty.
“He completely blindsided me during the show. The nice guy act he put on for me and the viewers is not what was true after the cameras stopped rolling,” she said.
“I think if anyone were to ask whether FBoys can be reformed, I’d say definitely not,” she continued. “Paddy is a clear example of that.”
Now, Paddy has told his side of the story and elaborated on why he and Krystal broke up.
Paddy and Krystal. Image: Binge.
What did Paddy say about his break-up with Krystal?
While Krystal’s statements about the split hint that she may not be on great terms with Paddy, they were rather ambiguous in regards to why the couple actually broke up.
However, Paddy has given a little more insight.
“People will say anything to make themselves look blameless but also get a reaction out of everyone around them,” Paddy told Pedestrian.
“After the show, Krystal went back to her normal routine. Things didn’t go as smoothly for me, as I returned to some personal family things going down that needed my full attention, it was a tough time,” he explained.
“As well as the family situation, I had another surgery on my face and honestly couldn’t give her the attention she wanted.”
Paddy and Krystal at the finale. Image: Binge.
Paddy said that he and Krystal attempted to have a long-distance relationship.
“We spoke a lot on the phone, and she demanded my attention, but my family came first. She didn’t seem to believe what I was doing. Nothing I did seemed to please her,” he said.
“I struggled to juggle everything that was going on, and it started to get a bit much for me, but I completely take that on the chin and something I really need to work on.
“We just kept getting into little arguments, and the spark soon faded,” he continued.
“I didn’t want to mess with her emotions or feelings, and honestly, we barely knew each other.”
My Kitchen Rules (MKR) 2024’s Instant Restaurant rounds usually involve the judges popping into the contestant’s kitchens to give some much-needed advice. However, that wasn’t the case for Viviana and Simone.
It’s common for MKR judges to offer crucial advice to contestants. For example, during Maddie and Janey’s Instant Restaurant, Colin Fassnidge told them to focus on flavour over presentation, noting that their entree fell short because they prioritised plating.
Simone and Viviana’s first Instant Restaurant placed them second on the MKR Leadboard, and their next dining event earned them a score of 104, the highest in the show’s history. During an exclusive interview with Chattr, Simone revealed that Manu Fieldel and Colin didn’t help them.
“To be honest, they never came much to us, as compared to the other teams,” he said.
Manu joking around with Simone and Viviana at their Instant Restaurant. Image: Seven.
Why didn’t Colin and Manu help Simone and Viviana?
Considering that Simone and Viviana received a record-breaking score of 104 out of 110 in round two of the Instant Restaurants, it’s pretty clear that they weren’t in much need of advice.
However, their first attempt scored them only 74, which could suggest that guidance from the seasoned chefs might have been valuable.
Simone explained to Chattr that Manu and Colin did come into the kitchen while they were preparing their Instant Restaurant meals, but he felt that the judges were confident in his and Viviana’s abilities.
“They knew that we knew what we were doing, and they were not actually giving us input. They would just come in briefly to say hi, give us a hug, and give us some emotional support when we were stressed, no more than that,” he said.
“They never came in and questioned what we were doing or double-checking what we were doing,” he added.

Simone and Viviana on what Manu and Colin are like in person
Colin and Manu have been working side by side on MKR since Season 4, which aired in 2013. Colin originally started as a guest judge but joined Manu for the Instant Restaurant segments in 2020.
The Instant Restaurants sees the MKR Judges sit down for dinner with the contestants when each team prepares a three-course meal.
Simone and Viviana gushed about spending time with Colin and Manu at the table, with Viviana saying that they were “amazing”.
“We’re obsessed with them,” she told Chattr. “Because they’re European, they have a very similar mentality to us.
“When we were talking to them at the dinner table, it felt like we were back home a little bit because they probably understood us better than the other people at the table. That beautiful, nostalgic feeling of talking to someone from Europe was just fantastic.”
Simone added that he enjoyed seeing the dynamic between the esteemed chefs.
“They are genuine and two very good friends; you can tell that they have a very good relationship with each other.”
Aww! We love a wholesome reality show.
Watch MKR on Mondays and Tuesdays at 7.30 pm on 7 and 7plus.
Love Island Australia 2024 is coming, and we can’t wait to meet the sexy singles who will hopefully find love in the villa this year.
We’ve already been blessed with the first trailer. On an unassuming Thursday, Channel 9 casually uploaded the first Love Island Australia 2024 trailer to Instagram, giving us a good old peek at the majority of the cast.
As we already knew, it also confirmed that Sophie Monk would be returning as the host. In the trailer, she made it known that viewers can expect a massive twist in the upcoming season.
Here’s everything we know about Love Island Australia 2024.

When does Love Island Australia 2024 air?
Love Island Australia 2024 is coming to our screens from October 28. The show will premiere at 6.00pm AEDT on 9Now and will air Monday through Thursday.
Who’s in the cast?
Channel 9 has onfirmed the OG Islanders, the first two Bombshells, and a new twist called the Love Island Gods, which are returnee contestants. You can find out all about the Love Island Australia 2024 cast here.
The trailer starts with Sophie telling the camera, “You can’t choose who you fall in love with… well, I can.” She then teases that she’s in a “love lab”.
After that, she announces that the twist has “never been done anywhere in the world” before telling the contestants to “prepare to check into Hotel Amor.”
The term Amor shouldn’t go unnoticed by avid Love Island fans. Throughout some Australian seasons — and most international seasons — of Love Island, the male and female Islanders have been split up for Casa Amor.
Love Island Australia 2021 cast at Casa Amor. Image: Nine.
Casa Amor is a separate villa where one of the groups goes partway through the season and meets a bunch of singles of the opposite sex. The same happens for the group who stay back in the original villa.
Casa Amor is said to be the ‘ultimate test’ to see if the Islanders will be loyal to the previous connections they’ve formed.
With Love Island Australia season just around the corner, we tracked down as many 2024 cast TikTok accounts as possible for a pre-season snoop.
The Love Island Australia 2024 cast hasn’t technically been announced yet. However, the upcoming Islanders have been doing a pretty good job of making themselves known on the gram.
On top of that, Channel 9 dropped a trailer for the new season, and the majority of the cast are prancing around in boardies and bikinis in said clip.
ICYMI, we’ve already compiled some of the Love Island 2024 cast’s Instagram accounts. These days, the Gen Zers are uploading all the good stuff to TikTok, so we’ve also collated their profiles there.
Warning: some accounts (*cough* Krissy Bertone *cough) are so addictive you might need to clear out your whole afternoon.
Krissy already had a massive following on TikTok pre-Love Island. At the time of writing, she has over 370,000 followers, and in her videos, she’s previously shared that she posts for the girls—not to impress guys.
Mia is another established TikTok user. She currently has 215k followers and regularly posts pictures of her gorgeous outfits while she gallivants all over the world.
With all the drama going down on The Block 2024, it can be easy to forget that there are houses to renovate and budgets to stick to.
Each of the five teams started with a budget of $250,000 to renovate their entire house. On top of that, there are money, prizes and furniture vouchers to win along the way when the teams win challenges, and room reveals.
While contestants are given their entire budget amount at the start of the season, there are reccomended budgets that The Block cast members should stick to in order to have enough money to complete their houses.
The Block budgets. Image: Nine.
Unsurprisingly, over the years, it’s been extremely rare for teams to stay under their budget guide, with the majority assuming that they’ll be able to make back the extra money when they win a room reveal.
However, the teams that overspend and don’t win the budget back are left in a bit of a pickle by the season’s pointy end.
The Block 2023’sKyle and Leslie were a prime example of this. The parents of two overspent throughout the season and were left with barely any money to finish their front yard.
However, they hatched a plan to sell the gnome they’d won during a challenge (which automatically gives the team playing it a bonus point at room reveals) to Steph and Gian for $5,000 and some Block bucks (gift vouchers).
With this season of The Block over halfway through, we’ve taken a peek at how the contestants are going budget-wise. Spoiler alert: some teams are seriously in the red.
How much have the contestants spent on The Block 2024?

The 2024 season of The Voice Australia is well underway now, with a group of epic performers making their way through the competition. One such contender is Annie Jones, who is turning heads (and judge’s chairs) with her powerful vocals on this season of The Voice.
We’ve pulled together some background information on the performer for fans looking to get to know her a little better. Let’s dive in, shall we?
Who is The Voice Australia’s Annie Jones?

Annie is a 16-year-old singer from Melbourne. She is currently competing in The Voice Australia 2024 as a part of Team Adam.
This is not Annie’s first reality TV run, either. The young performer made it into the quarter-finals of America’s Got Talent Season 15.
She’s quite active on social media, with a heap of content on YouTube and TikTok, in particular.
What performances has Annie given so far?
In the Blind Auditions, Annie performed Holding Out for a Hero by Bonnie Tyler for the judges. Her rendition of the song saw Guy Sebastian, Adam Lambert and Kate Heidke all turn their chairs for the singer.

In a battle against Aaron Hayward, Annie then performed Bishop Briggs‘ soulful track, River.

Cut to the Knockout Round, and we got another two incredible performances from Annie. The 16-year-old first sang alongside Chloe Kay and Lana Sayah, giving a rendition of River Deep Mountain High by Ike and Tina Turner. Annie then competed against Arthur Hull and Siena Fodera where she sang MammaKnows Bestby Jessie J.

After her most recent performances, Annie was pushed forward into the Semi-Finals of The Voice Australia 2024. While she may be young, she’s certainly one to keep an eye on in the competition.

Although only a small fraction of Netflix’sLove is Blind couples make it to the altar, fans have questioned whether the weddings are real and legally binding.
The reality show—which has spawned multiple seasons and eight international adaptions—follows a group of singles who date sight unseen.
While on these dates, the contestants are in pods, which are basically rooms that allow them to talk to their date without being able to see their potential companion. If the contestants form a strong connection, they will get engaged and can date each other in person outside of the pods.
At the end of the experiment, those contestants will attend their own weddings and decide whether they want to marry their partner… at the altar.

Are the Love Is Blind weddings legally binding?
Most people know that some reality TV weddings aren’t legally binding (we’re looking at you, MAFS!), so it’s not surprising that the question has been raised about Love Is Blind.
“If they choose to get married, yes, it’s a legally binding marriage,” producer Chris Coelen told Bustle.

A journalist who recently shared an incredibly tense interview with Anne Hathaway from 2012 has followed up on the incident, explaining that the actress has since apologised.
Here is the latest on the situation, if you need catching up.
Anne Hathaway’s tense interview goes viral

This whole saga began back in 2012 with journalist Kjersti Flaa interviewing the cast of Les Misérables.
Kjersti shared a clip from the junket, featuring her failed attempt to joke around with Anne. In the now-viral video, Kjersti mentions to Anne that she would like to do the first question in a singing voice.
“I was going to ask you to do the first question in singing. Can I sing it to you and you sing can sing back the answer?” She laughed.
Anne replied, “Well, I won’t be doing that. But you’re more than welcome to sing.”
From there, it appears the rest of the interview went down the toilet.
Kjersti asked Anne, “Do you feel that love was more passionate back then?” Followed by, “Do you remember your first crush?”
Anne responded to both with a simple “no”. She didn’t offer any further context on her answers.
For comparison’s sake, Kjersti went on the share clips of her attempts at the singing-question-bit with Anne’s Les Misérables co-stars.
In almost every case – including the likes of Russell Crowe, Amanda Seyfried and Hugh Jackman – they obliged and sang back to the journalist. Even if they didn’t sing, like in the case of Samantha Barks, they responded with a kind giggle.
The whole thing resulted in a wave of criticism for Anne, with folks commenting in droves on TikTok.
One fan wrote, “Why is everyone so rude to this interviewer” – seemingly referring to another uncomfortable celebrity interaction for Kjersti, in whichBlake Lively appeared to reject the journalist’s congratulations on “her little bump”.
Another shared, “Oh no! I kinda liked Anne Hathaway. That spoiled it.”
Admittedly, however, there were many who questioned the cause of Anne’s response.
“It’s so strange, usually Anne Hathaway is so sweet, why was she so angry?” One fan shared.
Others questioned whether the line of questioning was at fault.
Kjersti shares an update from Anne
In the hours since Anne’s interview went public, there has been an update from Kjersti.
The journalist shared that Anne’s publicist had been in touch, forwarding a “long” email from Anne herself in which she explained the background to her behaviour during the 2012 interview and apologised for the incident.
“It was so touching to me. Just talking about it makes me teary-eyed because I was just so grateful that she did that,” Kjersti said in a follow-up video.
While she didn’t share what was in the email, Kjersti said it was a “very personal note” and that Anne went on to invite the journalist to interview her for her upcoming movie in May.
The power of an apology, hey? Guess we’ll have to wait and see if Kjersti receives the same from Blake.
My Kitchen Rules (MKR) 2024’s Lawrence and Hannah swanned into the competition with a lot of passion — both for cooking and for each other.
From the start, Hannah and Lawrence have made it very clear just how in love they are and that they want to get married soon.
The couple is excited to share their love of cooking together with the rest of Australia. However, it’s not Hannah’s first time on reality TV. The 30-year-old was a contestant on Big Brother 2020. She came in 10th place and lasted 27 days in the house.

“It’s no secret I want to marry Hannah. If we won, we’d put the money towards a wedding and buying a house together. $100,000 is a lot of money and could really kickstart our lives together,” Lawrence said.
“Let’s make it official!” Hannah added.

What have they cooked so far?
At Hannah and Lawrence’s Instant Restaurant Missing Piece, they received a score of 68/110 in round one, which placed them fourth on the MKR leaderboard.
At that event, they made Croquettes de fromage with Ginger Brussels sprouts, jamon, and Jalapeno Aioli for the starter, and for the main, they served Lamb Rump with Crispy Onion Rings, Carrot puree, and Carrot-Top Salsa.
Hannah and Lawrence’s dessert of Baked Apples with Brandy Caramel and Cinnamon Ice cream wasn’t received well by the judges or the contestants.
Their second Instant Restaurant airs on October 8, and we can’t wait to see what they whip up!

The Block 2024’sKylie and Brad took home their second win during the Living and Dining Room week.
While the married couple was certainly delighted about topping the leaderboard and getting two perfect 10s from The Block judges, some viewers weren’t quite as happy about their win.
Fans of the show took to Twitter to criticise Marty Foxand Shaynna Blaze for giving Kylie and Brad a ten for their room. Some pointed out that the couple’s rug was the wrong size.
Marty even went as far as to say that it was his favourite room on The Block so far.
On top of the bragging rights that come with receiving an impressive 29.5 out of 30 for the week, Kylie and Brad also pocketed a whopping $30,000 to use on their build.
Here’s what some Twitter users have to say about Kylie and Brad’s win.

The best reactions to Kylie and Brad’s The Block win
Reckon the viewers were closer than the judges with the living/dining areas. The boys won easily but only 4th from judges Couldn't believe that Marty thought K & Bs room was the best on the block and gave it a 10 along with Shaynna. I thought it was cold.#Theblock
Whilst I was finally glad to see Grinch has used some colour, I didn’t love it. That painted ply – I can’t get past it. Cheap and nasty. #theblockpic.twitter.com/BbRcxJiEYK
Maddy and Charlotte’s reaction to Kylie and Brad’s win
Fans of The Block will know that sisters Maddy and Charlotte took home the win in the previous week. The women scored 27.5 out of 30 for their neutral-coloured bathroom.
“I love the girl’s direction, and I’m really glad that they found their own personality because this is the first space that is truly theirs,” Shaynna said of the ensuite.
“It’s subtle and simple and sophisticated – (it’s) beautiful,” Darren added.
The win marked the sisters’ first this season, and Kylie and Brad weren’t happy about the judge’s choice. The married couple notably didn’t clap when the sisters won, nor did they congratulate them.

However, Maddy and Charlotte were good sports and clapped when host Scott Cam revealed that Kylie and Brad had won. Some The Block fans didn’t think that the girls should have been so gracious about the couple’s score.
“The girls graciously clapped for Kylie and Brad who acted like immature sore losers the previous week,” one person wrote.
“I would not have clapped Kylie if I had been the girls they are so kind,” another penned.
Eesh.
The Block airs on Sundays at 7pm and Mon – Wednesday at 7:30pm on Channel 9 and 9Now.
The women eliminated 18 FBoy IslandAustralia men, leaving each lead with a choice between two at the finale.
While that may seem simple in theory, the final episode was anything but. Some of the shenanigans that went down included a returning contestant who begged for a place back in the competition and a shock walkout.
If Nicole, Ally, and Krystal chose a nice guy at the Fboy Island Australia finale, they’d split the $50,000 with their pick. However, if their final choice ended up being an FBoy, then he’d have control of the prize money.
Read on to find out which FBoy Island Australia 2024 couples are still together.
Are FBoy Island Australia’s Nicole and Jack still together?
Nicole and Jack. Image: Binge.
Throughout FBoy Island Australia Season 2, it was evident to viewers that JackJohnston was a front-runner for Nicole.
So, it came as little surprise when the leading lady picked Jack during the finale, meaning that NathanGiastis was sent home. Earlier in the season, Nathan had admitted to Nicole that he was gay, and she’d kept him around as a spy.
Six months have passed since filming of Fboy Island wrapped, and the happy couple is still going strong. In a video shared to FBoy Island‘s Instagram, the pair gushed about one another and their happy relationship.
Jack shared that meeting Nicole is his “proudest achievement” and that he’s really grateful to have met her.
Nicole added, “The amount of love and respect that I have for this man that I met on a show is wild. And it honestly leaves me speechless every single day.”
Ally and Joe Blanch were undoubtedly the most controversial couple on FBoy Island Australia 2024. After Ally made it clear that she was interested in Joe, he announced that he wanted to test the waters with Nicole. However, she wasn’t interested.
Joe’s actions later raised more eyebrows when it was revealed that he followed Andrew Tate on Instagram. When Ally asked Joe if he was a fan of the self-proclaimed “misogynistic” social media personality, he said that he did “understand” some of his content.
Although the red flags were flying high, Ally ended up choosing Joe as her final pick at the FBoy Island Australia 2024 finale.
Ally and Joe shared a six-month update to Instagram recently, in which they confirmed that, yes they are very much still an item.
“We’ve spent like maybe a day apart in six months,” Ally shared with fans of the show.
Joe did touch on the Andrew Tate controversy in this video, sharing that he regretted “not knowing the full story”. He went on to say he does not follow Tate any longer nor does he agree with his views.
When it comes to the experience of being on the show as a whole, Joe shared it “was so, so worth it”.
Despite that, the couple did have a few words for fans at home. Ally told the public, “If you’ve got an opinion, just keep it to yourself. You don’t know us. Nothing was forced. It was really natural between us”.
“You don’t have to hate so much on two people that just wanted to be with each other,” Joe added.
Are FBoy Island’s Krystal and Paddy still together?
Krystal and Paddy. Image: Binge.
Despite the leading lady calling Paddy Colliaran “old man” in one of the early episodes of FBoy Island Australia 2024, Krystal fell hard and fast for him.
Krystal’s final two were Paddy and fan-favourite Doug Roocke, and during the finale, Krystal picked the former The Bachelor contestant.
Unfortunately for Krystal, she didn’t find lasting love, and she and Paddy split shortly after filming of FBoy Island wrapped.
“Sorry to burst your bubble, but unfortunately, Paddy and I are not together,” she told Pedestrian.
“We did give it a go post-show. Obviously I’m in the Gold Coast and he was in Adelaide at the time so long distance made things slightly difficult. Logistics-wise, it just couldn’t work.
“I think if both parties don’t put in 100 per cent effort, then it’s never going to work. But look, there’s no bad blood there. I wish him all the best. And who knows, you might even see him on MAFS or more reality shows.”
Verdict: No, Krystal and Paddy aren’t still together.
