MAFS 2026 Bec Danny Final Vows

Married At First Sight (MAFS) 2026 bride Bec Zacharia has been devoted to husband Danny Hewitt throughout the entire experiment, but she’s started to cotton on to the fact he’s not that into her. One clue was his lack of sex drive, which he touched on during the Grass is Greener challenge.

“Danny’s low sex drive took a huge toll on his relationship with Bec. But whenever she tried to bring it up with him, he would say she was making his sex drive even lower,” a production insider tells Chattr.

However, when Bec dumped Danny after their Grass is Greener fight, the groom’s sex drive magically increased. “The couple started having sex three times a day after that. He realised that Bec was serious about leaving, so he used sex to convince her to stay for Final Vows and show they had a future together.”

This was confirmed during a TikTok Live that Bec appeared on with former MAFS bride Lauren Dunn.

“Leading up to this point actually, the sex was really, it was once a week. And I was like, you’re not into me,” she said. “After this… [we were having sex] on the reg. In the kitchen, in the bedroom.”

How Danny used the word ‘love’ to fool Bec

It wasn’t just sex that Danny used to convince Bec to stay for MAFS Final Vows, but he also used the three little words she had been waiting to hear from him for weeks.

“Danny thought that he would get more notoriety by staying with Bec and dumping her at Final Vows than leaving. He knew he didn’t want to be with her earlier on, but this way he would get more clout,” the source claims.

“Three weeks before Final Vows, Danny took Bec out on a date and talked about having children with her. He also told her he was falling in love with her just five days before Final Vows.”

According to the insider, Bec believed Danny’s lies and didn’t realise he was saying what she wanted to hear, only to dump her at MAFS Final Vows.

The truth all comes out eventually, so as soon as the participants get full control of their social media again, there’s bound to be plenty of IG Lives and Q&As. We can’t wait!

Married At First Sight (MAFS) 2026 airs Sunday – Tuesday on Channel 9 and 9Now.
