Australian Survivor is back on our screens for 2026, and this year will feature a mix of returning contestants and first-time players. Among this year’s newcomers is model Lyndl Kean, who has been in a relationship with former Bachelor Matt Agnew since June 2025.
Lyndl is also determined to show there’s far more to her than meets the eye. Read on to find out everything you need to know about Survivor’s Lyndl Kean.
Lyndl is currently dating a former Bachelor
Lyndl is currently loved-up with former Bachelor star Matt Agnew. The couple went public with their romance last June on Instagram, when Matt posted a carousel of loved-up photos of the two, captioned, “We have fun.”
He has also shown his support for Lyndl’s Survivor journey, commenting “can’t wait” on her official Instagram announcement.
Who is Lyndl Kean and what does she do?
Lyndl is a 35-year-old model from Sydney. She’s driven, outgoing, and admits she is a self-described bougie bogan, as she says she can be found doing a photo shoot in the morning, then, in the afternoon, she loves to go for a hike with a beer.
According to her Channel 10 bio, she has an impressive modelling portfolio of global campaigns and magazines to her name, and says that just because she’s a pretty face doesn’t mean that she doesn’t have personality, brains or ambition.
Taking a look at Lyndl’s Instagram, boasting over 90,000 followers, she is no stranger to the spotlight. She’s been a part of iconic events like Miami Swim Week and has even been named as one of Australia’s Top 50 Fashion Influencers by Feeds Spot. She’s also worked with a number of Australia’s most iconic brands, including Baddest Bod, Showpo, White Fox Boutique, and Elliatt.
Out here to prove that she’s more than just a model, Lyndl is out for the title, and redemption to showcase everything that she brings to the table, and to show that she’s more than just her looks.
What is Lyndl’s game plan?
Lyndl says one of her biggest strengths is building rapport quickly, where strangers become friends by the end of a workday, so her social game will naturally be unmatched. She also admits that whilst she doesn’t have the physical strength as other contestants, she has the mental strength to win.
She’s also a keen poker player with an alter ego named Swindle, and once, she beat Mel Gibson in a game! If this is anything to go by, her game plan is to bring her game face and charm her contestants by feeding their egos and throwing out little compliments here and there. She wants people to think they can talk to her openly, and hopefully, it’ll work with her, not against her.
Australian Survivor airs Monday – Wednesday at 7:30pm on Channel 10 and 10Play.
