Will there be Casa Amor?
Executive producer Mike Spencer told The Sun that there won’t be a Casa Amor on All Stars Season 2 because the series is running for five weeks rather than the usual eight.
“We aren’t doing Casa Amor this time, but there may be another big twist at the halfway mark. I think we have got to be reactive,” Mike teased.
“Casa Amor, as we know and love it, doesn’t really work for a five-week run because you need time to bed in, get to know each other, see if they are for you, and if you want to switch it up,” he continued.

‘Tis Married at First Sight (MAFS) 2025 season, and you know what that means? Yep, cat fights aplenty, wacky one-liners galore and —possibly—some lasting connections formed.
With so many of the MAFS 2025 cast already being influencers and reality TV alums before entering the experiment, we can only expect this season to be an absolute doozy.
From the release date to the impending drama, here’s everything we know about MAFS 2025.
Will it be second time lucky for Lauren Hall? Photo: Nine
As for Lauren, she’s been partnered with professional golfer Clint Rice, while Eliot is set to wed Veronica Cloherty. Read all about it here.
Was Jacqui really Miss New Zealand?
MAFS fans quickly learned Jacqui Burfootis a woman of many achievements: she’s a double degree holder (law and finance), a model, a certified yoga teacher, and won the title of Miss New Zealand in 2012. Or did she?
MAFS’ Jacqui Burfoot did wear a Miss New Zealand sash, but was she actually Miss New Zealand? Photo: Instagram
In many dedicated MAFS Facebook groups, people started to question whether Jacqui was indeed Miss New Zealand, with search results coming up short. In fact, if you type in Miss New Zealand 2012, a whole different person comes up and Jacqui’s name is nowhere to be seen.
As it turns out Jacqui did bear a Miss New Zealand sash, but for a competition called Miss Yacht International, which she appeared to compete in in 2013. While she represented New Zealand, Jacqui didn’t place in the competition, with Miss Kyrgyzstan placing first, Miss China placing second, and Miss Macedonia placing third.
MAFS fans unearth Tim’s pop-punk band
While controversial groomTim Gromie has now deleted all his social media, it’s hard to hide from the eagle-eyed MAFS fans who often turn into detectives during the seasons. Fans have since unearthed Tim’s band on Instagram, with the 38-year-old seen playing the drums for the band called The Last Dance.
One video shows them doing a cover of hit Paramore song Misery Business and, look, it’s… rough. Should a band of men enthusiastically be singing the line “Once a whore you’re nothing more”? Probably not.
When is the Married At First Sight 2025 release date?
MAFS 2025 will premiere on January 27 at 7:30pm on Channel Nine and 9Now.
Has any drama leaked?
It’s not MAFS without the drama.
New reports from The Daily Mail suggest there will be a “mass exodus” during the season, with six people reportedly leaving the show in two weeks.
According to the publication, several participants walked off the set, with producers scrambling to fix the issue.
“Some members feel relieved to see certain couples go, while others view the departures as an insult to the experiment,” the publication reported.

Who’s in the MAFS 2025 cast?
In recent years, some of the MAFS cast members have had a considerable following before going on the show, and this year is no different. In fact, it arguably has the most amount of recognisable names the show has ever seen.

The cast clues for I’m a Celebrity 2025 have been piling up in the lead-up to the premiere, but it seems Channel 10 has made a small slip-up, confirming one star for the jungle: Aussie TV presenter Nicky Buckley.
Who is Nicky Buckley?
Nicky is one of Australia’s most familiar faces in media. She began her career in modelling before moving to the small screen, where she became co-host of Channel 10’s Perfect Match.
Over the decades, she’s graced Aussie screens as the host of shows like Sale of the Century and a competitor on Dancing With The Stars.
Now, it looks like the 59-year-old is gearing up for a whole new challenge, to take on the wilds of South Africa on I’m A Celebrity 2025!

I’m a Celebrity’s accidental reveal
As the I’m A Celebrity 2025 premiere approaches, hosts Julia Morris and Robert Irwin have been dropping a host of clues about the incoming cast.
One recent teaser video hinted: “She’s a TV host who’s no stranger to the fame game, but can she take out the jungle jackpot?”
Even without the ring, the emoji clues accompanying the video on Instagram alone screamed Nicky: a TV, rain cloud, and dancing woman.
“It’s Nicky Buckley. TV – Famous Faces on Sale. Rain Cloud – She was a weather presenter. Salsa Dancer – She was on Dancing With The Stars,” one savvy commenter deduced.
Still, the unintentional ring reveal was the icing on the cake.
See you in the jungle, Nicky!
I’m a Celebrity Australia… Get Me Out Of Here Australia 2025 will premiere on January 19 on Channel 10 and 10Play.
It’s a proud moment for Australians, as Gossip Girl’s Leighton Meester is starring in our very own home-grown Stan Original series Good Cop/Bad Cop. And the latest trailer shows that her husband—and 00’s heart throb—Adam Brody is making a cameo in the series, too.
The series follows Leighton’s character Blair Waldorf Lou Hickman and her brother Henry Hickman (Luke Cook), a sister-and-brother detective team in a small Pacific Northwest police force.
Here’s everything we know about the eight-part comedy drama series so far.

Is there a Good Cop/Bad Cop trailer?
There is! Watch it in all of its glory below.
What is the series about?
As mentioned, the two main characters, Henry and Lou, are detectives in a very colourful neighbourhood. They happen to work for their father, Big Hank, with whom they have a complicated relationship.
There isn’t much information about the series just yet, but a press release describes it as a “fun and funny drama full of clever storytelling and irresistible characters”.
Will Adam Brody be in the Good Cop/Bad Cop?
Yes! The first trailer featured a surprise cameo from Leighton’s husband Adam Brody. Adam famously portrayed the lovable Seth Cohen in The OC, which first aired in 2003.

He popped back up as hot Rabbi Noah in the Netflix smash Nobody Wants This, which was nominated for a Golden Globe. Leighton and Adam attended the event together and have fans swooning over their adorable relationship.
The new series is slated for release on February 20, 2025, on Stan.
Who’s in the Good Cop/Bad Cop cast?
Aside from Leighton and Luke, there are some other big names in the comedy. Clancy Brown (The Penguin) will play Big Hank, Scott Lee will play Joe Bradley, and Devon Terrell will be Shane Carson.
The cast also includes Devon Terrell, Blazey Best, Scott Lee, William McKenna, Shamita Siva and Grace Chow.

What else do we know about the series?
Set your standards high for Good Cop/Bad Cop because the series has a bit of a dream team behind it.
The executive producer is Jeff Watchell, who was also an EP and writer on the iconic sitcom Will and Grace and Workaholics.
Meanwhile, Good Cop/Bad Cop’s writer John Quaintance worked on Suits, Dawson’s Creek and Psych, among other projects.
During an interview with Chattr, the relationship specialist said that he feels it’s his “responsibility” to point out questionable behaviour in the relationships we see on the controversial show.
“Over the last three seasons, I’ve become more direct,” John said ahead of the 2024 season. “You’re in a privileged position where you can give them really hard-hitting feedback in a short amount of time, in the hope that it lands and it changes.”
“You really have a responsibility as an expert to call out bad behaviour and make them accountable.”
MAFS’ John Aiken at a Commitment Ceremony. Nine.
So, it appears to go without saying that John will be giving the MAFS 2025 cast some hard truths.
John Aiken says many of the MAFS participants haven’t been called out before
John believes that a lot of the participants haven’t experienced being told that they’re doing things wrong before, and he thinks that his honest assessments of their relationship help them.
“I’m of the opinion now that a lot of the time, they [the participants have] never heard anything like that. They’ve grown up in families, around friendships, who are basically saying yes, so I’m one of the first people that say no, and I find that very exciting.”
According to Daily Mail Australia, MAFS 2025 bride Jamie Marinos is the “Queen of drama”, so we can’t wait to see how she takes John’s blunt advice.
John Aiken finds the opportunity to give the participants honest feedback exciting
As one of the three MAFS 2025 experts, alongside Mel Schilling and Alessandra Rampolla, John feels honoured to be able to give the participants honest—and sometimes brutal—feedback.
MAFS experts Mel Schilling and Alessandra Rampolla and John Aiken. Nine.
“In a lot of reality shows, the judges are put on a pedestal, whereas in this experiment, when I go at them, they’re likely to come right back, and that’s very compelling.”
John listed MAFS Season 10 groom Harrison Boon as one of the participants who fired back when he was given advice. Harrison was infamous for creating drama amongst the other MAFS participants and ended up having a fiery showdown with his TV wife, Bronte Schofield.
Reflecting on his time as a TV relationship expert, John said that his feedback doesn’t always “land” with the brides and grooms.
“Sometimes it does, and sometimes it doesn’t, but you really have a responsibility as an expert to call out bad behaviour and make them accountable.”
“It goes to that whole idea that we’re talking about the unpredictable, unscripted nature of it. We’re sitting there as experts going, ‘What are we going to hear tonight, and how are we going to respond?’. So it’s fantastic to be part of it.”
Married At First Sight 2025 airs on January 27 on Channel 9 and 9Now.
But no need to worry about Hannah, the blonde babe from Melbourne hasn’t been single for long! In fact, she’s just gone ahead and hard launched her new boyfriend on Insta.
Here’s everything we know about the new love of Hannah’s life!
What we know about Hannah Steinfeld’s new boyfriend
The new man in Hannah’s life appears to be Jesse Friday, a 26-year-old who also seems to be from Victoria.
Jesse’s Instagram lists him as a “comedian,” but we’re not sure if he’s just clowning around. More likely, he’s a tradie, having been tagged getting down and dirty for Melbourne’s South Side Plumbing. Well, it would explain the hot bod.
He also appears to be super into snowboarding and definitely has a love for the party scene.
Hannah dropped a post on her Insta showing off a series of cosy pics with her new boyfriend, accompanied by a cheeky caption: “Someone sent me something online… Do we still think he’s gay? #reddit.”
The post references a few Reddit threads from a while back where fans speculated that her new mystery man might actually be gay. Looks like this should finally lay those rumours to rest!
Jesse even dropped a cute comment on Hannah’s post: “There’s no one I’d rather do life with, spooky pookie,” he wrote, complete with a heart emoji.
Or was it a very cheeky nod to Taylor’s trademark Love Island pet name? Just saying.
Hannah Steinfeld’s Love Island journey
We all remember Hannah making it to the semi-finals of Love Island 2024, where she was coupled up with Taylor.
After leaving the villa, the pair seemed set on continuing things outside. Sadly, that relationship never made it far past the post-villa phase. Both confirmed they briefly dated in real life, but it wasn’t meant to be.
Taylor spoke to 9Now about the split, revealing the two “had a conversation because there was some information that came to light that we needed to speak about.”
He added, “We started to get to know each other without the cameras and see each other’s lives and lifestyles, and there was something that didn’t sit with me morally.”
Hannah and Taylor on Love Island Australia 2024. Image: Instagram
Meanwhile, Hannah kept things a little more private, only confirming that while the romance didn’t last, the two remain close friends.
“Taylor and I are not together. I’ll just confirm that Tay and I are still really close friends and that we’re as close as we were in the villa, just not romantically,” she shared.
Well, here’s to Hannah’s new romantic chapter with boyfriend Jesse. To the happy couple, and life after Love (Island)!

Selling the City is Netflix’s latest Selling Sunset-esque reality show. Now that we’ve finished binging all eight episodes, we naturally went to Instagram to find out the behind-the-scenes gossip.
Fans may already be familiar with one of the faces among the cast list. Steve Gold—who works for Selling the City’s real estate brokerage Douglas Elliman—joined Million Dollar Listing New York in 2017.
Much like Selling Sunset, the rest of the cast is made up of glamourous realtors who dress head to toe in designer threads while hustling million-dollar deals. Of course, a considerable amount of drama is woven between the condo sales.
If you’re hooked on Selling The City, and want to have a peep at the cast lives outside of the show, read on to find out their handles.
Eleonora is the boss-lady on Selling The City, and she closed a record-breaking $75 million deal in 2024. The 37-year-old has been at Douglas Elliman since 2009 and is in charge of four staff members; Abigail, Gisselle, Jordyn and Taylor.
The Million Dollar Listing star has regularly been listed among America’s top realtors and has career sales exceeding $3b in residential luxury properties.
During her Selling The City introduction, Jordyn made it clear that she regularly rubs shoulders with celebrities in New York. Before moving to the city, she lived in Southern California.
Prior to getting into real estate, Justin was a commercial model. He holds the title of luxury new development sales specialist and has sold over $500 million at Douglas Elliman.
Taylor has sold over $500 million at Douglas Elliman. Throughout the first season of Selling The City, Taylor and her husband, Peter Scavo, faced relationship issues. However, Taylor has since told US Magazine that they are still together, and are trying for a baby.
The official Neighbours Instagram account shared the new development on January 5.
“Exciting news… Aussie musician (and Chrishell’s partner) G Flip is heading to Ramsay Street for a cameo! Keep your eyes peeled over the coming weeks,” the caption reads.
G Flip has carved out a career as one of Australia’s top musicians. This won’t be the non-binary performer’s first time on screen. They have appeared on The L Word: GenerationQ and Selling Sunset.
When will G Flip join Neighbours?
A date for G Flip’s cameo hasn’t been announced just yet, but we’ll update you as soon as it drops.
What will G Flip’s role on Neighbours be?
There aren’t currently any additional details about the non-binary musician’s role on Neighbours. However, we have an inkling that they’ll be shooting scenes with Selling Sunset‘s Chrishell.

Fans reactions to G Flip’s new role
Australian fans have taken to the comments section of the announcement post to share their excitement.
“I remember when Yasmine and Holly were having a conversation about getting a local music act, I thought G Flip would be perfect. Excited!!!” one person wrote.
“Love this!! I had a feeling they would get G at some point,” another penned.
However, some British fans aren’t familiar with who the Aussie musician actually is.
“For the UK fans who?” One person wrote.
“Is that the Olympic break dancer?” another social media user commented.

Unlike many of the 2025 participants, Jake hasn’t been on reality TV before, and we get the impression that he’s actually looking for a lasting connection— rather than a blue tick on Instagram.
Here’s everything we know about MAFS 2025’s Jake.
Does Married At First Sight’s Jake Luik have social media?
In recent years, MAFS participants have reaped the benefit of accumulating a massive following on social media after appearing on the show. For example, MAFS 2024‘s Lucinda Lighthad just over 4000 followers on the platform but now sits at a whopping 641,000.
Lucinda Light’s huge social media following. Image: Instagram.
Growth like this allows participants to pursue careers in social media post-show, which is presumably a draw card for future contestants.
However, it appears that Jake didn’t apply for the show in hopes of a spon-con deal, as his Instagram lacks an array of gym selfies and self-appreciating captions. However, with MAFS cast you never really know!

What’s Jake’s job?
Jake works as a well-being coordinator for year 10 at Southern River College, which is in the suburb Gosnells, Western Australia.

Mother-daughter duoJaney Willox and Maddie Devereux, who rose to fame as “Gatecrashers” on the competitive cooking show My Kitchen Rules (MKR) 2024, have announced their latest venture to bring their culinary talents from the small screen into the real world.
The Victorian pair have announced their new catering business, The Kitchen Queens, set to serve Melbourne and the Mornington Peninsula.
Their time on MKR may have seen them ruffle feathers, but it also proved that the ladies sure can cook. Now, they’re taking their passion for food beyond the screen and into homes, workplaces, and events.
Janey and Maddie launch The Kitchen Queens
The duo’s new venture, The Kitchen Queens, is a catering service offering midweek meals, grazing tables, and event catering, all with a focus on “curating wholesome luxury, one bespoke bite at a time.”
While the full website will launch in early 2025, the business is already active on Instagram, where Janey and Maddie shared their plans with fans.
“We are bringing to you our new business,” Maddie said in an Instagram post. “We are here for all of your family meals, your catering requirements, and of course, your dinner parties.”
“If you don’t feel like cooking during the week, we have got you covered.”
“We have an extensive menu of family favourite recipes that are super healthy and delicious that we promise you and your loved ones will love.”
The Kitchen Queens also offers a menu of crowd-pleasing finger foods and appetisers for special occasions.
Janey added, “The Kitchen Queens have got you sorted when it comes to your next dinner party.”
“Three courses or two courses, it will be an experience that your guests will love.”

As MKR “Gatecrashers,” Janey and Maddie joined the competition in the second round of Instant Restaurants.
While they placed second in the Ultimate Instant Round, they were ultimately eliminated in the 2024 season’s first semi-final during a cook-off against fellow duo, mum and son pairing, Caz and Fergus James.
And while the girls may have rubbed some shoulders with their blunt feedback, it was hard to ignore their talent.

Was Jonathan LaPaglia on TV before Australian Survivor?
Landing the coveted role of Survivor host was from far from Jonathan’s first TV job.
“I started taking acting classes at night in Sydney for a couple of years, then I got this crazy notion I should study it full-time,” Jonathan told TNT in 2011.
“I quit my job and moved to New York and I got my first professional gig on a TV show and it has been rolling since then.”
The 55-year-old started as an actor at 29 years old in 1996. His first TV gig was as Tommy McNamara in the American crime drama New York Undercover Season 3.
After that, Jonathan went on the star in a slew of TV shows, including NCIS, Law & Order and The Sopranos.

Australian Survivor 2025: Brain v Brawn II will air on 10Play and Channel 10.
One pair that grabbed viewer’s attention early on was this season’s “quirky couple” Ashleigh Ackerman and Jake Luik.
So, are these two still together after tying the TV knot on MAFS? Here’s what we know.
Jake and Ashleigh’s pairing
Ashleigh is a Gold Coast creative with a business mind. She owns and operates the Ashleigh Lee Dance Company with her mother and sister.
Per the company’s Instagram, it focuses on building confidence and having fun through dance, and it’s been a family affair since it opened in 2012.
According to The Daily Mail, friends of Ashleigh describe her as “a lovely girl” who’s just come out of a messy breakup.
Meanwhile, MAFS TV groom Jake is a well-being coordinator for Southern River College, an independent public high school in Gosnells, Western Australia, where he works with Year 10 students.
He’s clearly a caring guy – but will his heart be enough to win over Ashleigh?
Are the couple still together?
After a strong start, Jake and Ashleigh’s relationship hit a significant roadblock. Image: Nine
Unfortunately, love did not bloom for Ashleigh and Jake. The couple did have a very solid start to their relationship, though. Jake was open to building a love that would last, Ashleigh was ready to settle down, and both participants spoke passionately about wanting children in the near future. Their personalities also seemed to align, with their partnership full of banter and laughter from the moment they met at the altar.
However, their fun-loving connection began to break down after the couple moved in together. Ashleigh felt Jake lacked emotional maturity and that his jokey nature was sometimes reflective of that. Everything then took a disastrous turn during a highly controversial Photo Ranking task. When Jake made derogatory comments about other MAFS 2025 brides, plus a racist statement related to MAFS bride Awhina Rutene, Ashleigh began to question whether they were a good fit.
With Ashleigh turning to fellow MAFS bride Sierah Swepstone to discuss Jake’s comments, which Jake saw as a betrayal, and the comments then being revealed to everyone at the first Commitment Ceremony, it seemed their relationship had reached a point of no return. Jake wrote “Leave”, but interestingly, Ashleigh wrote “Stay” – with this locking the couple in for another week, viewers had hope that the damage could be reversed.
That hope turned out to be unfounded, with Jake making the surprise decision to walk away from his marriage to Ashleigh the following day. After a very awkward conversation in which Jake told Ashleigh he could no longer trust her, the groom left their apartment and hopped on a plane back to Perth. With Jake gone, Ashleigh was left with no choice but to also exit the experiment.
Married At First Sight Season 12 will premiere on January 27 on Channel 9 and 9Now.

1. A publication confirmed that Callum Hole will be on All Stars
In November, Daily Mail Australia reported that Callum would be a Love Island All Stars cast member.
The publication said that Callum was “currently the first and only cast member confirmed to appear on the series.”
2. Callum has made it clear that he’s single
Although Callum’s been on multiple dating shows, he recently confirmed that he is, in fact, very single.
“Pretty much everything gives me the ick; that’s why I’m still single,” Callum said in an interview with Chattr in November.
Back in September, the Love Island star seemingly suggested that she was in a relationship with fitness influencer ShawneeSchein after posting a (now deleted) photo cuddled up with her in an Instagram carousel.

However, Shawnee recently took to Instagram to reveal the details of a recent breakup.

3. Callum said he’s interested in appearing on more reality TV shows
During an interview with Chattr, Callum explained that he’s traded in his job as a pool boy to become a full-time reality star and said that following on from Aussie Shore, he’s open to doing more reality TV.
“It’s just become a career for me now; one always kind of just leads into the other,” he said.
“And, to be honest with you, I have so much fun doing it. It never feels like work, so I just keep rolling with it.”

4. Callum hints at joining All Stars in an interview
When Callum was asked by Chattr in November about whether he’d be interested in joining All Stars, he danced around the question.
Callum said he’d be keen for All Stars “if everything fits into the schedule.”
“I got a very busy year,” he added. “I have locked in seven shows next year now, so if I do have the time, and the opportunity pops up, then, potentially.”
We’ll take that as a yes!
Love Island All Stars Season 2 will air from January 6 on ITV.
