The Australian Idol 2025 finale is sneaking up on us, and one of the remaining 12 contestants will be crowned the winner in just a matter of weeks.
But which of those 12 contestants will it be? Well, a sneaky pre-season comment by Australian Idol host Ricki-Lee Coulter may have given us some insight into this year’s Idol.
Ricki-Lee told Chattr in an interview that she thinks there are two contestants that viewers should keep an eye on, and those two are still in the running to win!
“There’s a girl. She’s 16 years old, and her name is Iilysh [Retallick],” Ricki-Lee told Chattr at the time.

“I was talking to her before she went into the audition room, and she was as quiet as a mouse, and I was thinking. “This girl is going to go in there, and they’re going to rip her to shreds. They’re not even going to be able to hear her talking because she’s that quiet.”
“And she walks into that audition room and floors everyone. She sang Alanis Morrisette‘s You Oughta Know, and it’s shocking. You just don’t expect it. She’s amazing.”
Ricki-Lee also pointed out another contestant’s extreme talent.
“There’s also a guy named Marshall Hamburger, who’s just incredible. I think he’s definitely one to watch.”
However, there’s a third contestant who is most certainly on fans’ radars. The Australian Idol Instagram page is flooded with comments about Gisella Colletti taking out the win.

Who do fans think will win Australian Idol 2025?
Throughout the 2025 season of Australian Idol, Iilysh has been a fan favourite, with countless comments scattered on her Instagram posts that are already declaring her the winner.
“Next Australian Idol for 2025. Absolutely amazing,” one person wrote. Another commented. “Go, Iilysh, you can win the Australia idol. Rock on.”
However, now that the finals are nearing, a new contestant seems to be dominating Australia’s interest.
Ever since the Top 8 were announced on March 18, the comments on Australian Idol‘s Instagram page have been littered with comments about Gisella.
“Let’s go, Gisella, this year’s winner,” one person commented. Another wrote, “Gisellea is the Winner.”
“Let’s go [Gisella], you rock it, and hopefully, you will be the winner of [Australian Idol] 2025,” a third person wrote.
With a strong backing paired with her strong voice — will Gisella take it all the way?
Australian Idol 2025 airs Sundays at 7pm and Mondays and Tuesdays at 7:30pm on Channel 7 and 7plus.
Married At First Sight (MAFS) 2025 will be introducing a world-first challenge which sounds like it will cause some major drama. It takes place in the Final Test Week, where the MAFS cast will get the choice to meet with a backup partner to see if the grass is greener on the other side.
Chattr has the inside scoop about what happens and it sounds extremely messy. Plus, both Jamie Marinos and Beth Kelly have exclusively told us why they chose to take part.
There’ll be “fights, accusations of cheating and an explosive Dinner Party”, all before Final Vows.
Our source tells us the couples are all separated and given the challenge, letting them choose if they want to meet another match that the experts had lined up for them. Without being able to discuss it with their partners, the participants have to decide if they will go through with the date.
“The experts reveal that there’s more than one match out there, and asked if the contestants wanted to meet another person,” the insider spills.
“A lot of people took it as like, ‘Oh, we can meet someone who’s a potential match for us’, because Final Vows were right around the corner and you needed all the information possible to make sure you’re making the right decision.”
However, some participants considered it cheating, with Carina Mirabile left devastated when her husband Paul Antoine went on the date.
Carina is said to be upset with Paul during Final Test Week. Image: Nine
“Paul took up the challenge and Carina thought it was cheating, so she cried about it. This challenge basically broke up their relationship,” the source explains.
“Carina felt really uncomfortable, and she was saying at the Dinner Party, ‘How could you do this knowing how uncomfortable I was with the Couple Swap, and now you go and take up the challenge?’.”
Who else chooses to take up the MAFS ‘grass is greener’ challenge?
“Weirdly, Adrian and Ryan’s matches were both told to tell them that they were supposed to be the first choice brides on the show, but they couldn’t be there for filming because they were overseas,” the insider reveals.
“This raised suspicion as to whether or not these ‘matches’ were actually actors, or some of them were actors.”
Ryan and Jacqui both choose to meet their alternative matches. Image: Nine
There’s also going to be drama in Jacqui and Ryan’s relationship as well, as Ryan accuses Jacqui of cheating on him — even though he also took the chance to meet his potential match. Make it make sense?!
Chattr also heard that when Jamie took up the challenge, her potential match ghosted her, while strong couple Rhi Disljenkovicand Jeff Gobbels opted not to. Both Beth and Teejay Halkias met their alternative matches.
Beth regrets taking part in MAFS’ Final Test Week challenge
Beth opted to meet her backup match, and after the rocky relationship she’s been having with Teejay, nobody would blame her.
She tells Chattr she knew Teejay would go on his date, and that’s why she decided to go. Plus, she was “really hurt” by his past actions.
“I thought, well, you know what, Teejay doesn’t really seem like he wants me. It’d be stupid for me to sit here and not go and see my other potential match,” she explains.
“To be honest, I instantly regretted it. The whole time I was just thinking about Teejay and I was just thinking about how much better our banter was, how much more comfortable I felt around him than this new guy. My whole mind, the entire day, was on Teejay.”
Teejay and Beth have been struggling lately. Image: Nine
She reveals that going on the date actually made her “feel worse”, because she was faced with the knowledge that she had really strong feelings for Teejay. And as we all know, his feelings aren’t as strong for her.
“I did regret going… I came home feeling even more sad, because it just made me realise that [the] connection I had to Teejay was a lot stronger than I maybe thought [previously],” she explains.
Jamie explains why she took up the ‘grass is greener’ challenge
At this stage, Jamie and Dave Hand‘s relationship is clearly on the rocks. The fact that she opts to meet her alternative match seems to make sense, but Jamie knows there could be some backlash.
“Some people aren’t going to agree with my decision,” Jamie tells Chattr.
“I was dealing with a lot of hurt [and] rejection and kind of losing hope, and I wanted to be able to remind myself why I was partnered with Dave.”
Dave and Jamie are no longer the strongest couple in the experiment. Image: Nine
She reveals that she was wanting to get “clarity and encouragement” from the task, instead of looking to find a new partner.
“I didn’t go in with [the] intention of starting something with someone else. I was very clear in that, that’s not how I operate,” she explains.
Final Test Week and the MAFS Final Vows are going to be wild, folks!

Netflix’s new series Sirens will be a star-studded affair, and we’ll have our very own Australian addition to the cast with Milly Alcock playing Simone DeWitt.
Milly has been cast in a leading role as the little sister of Devon Devitt (played by The White LotusSeason 2’s Meghann Fahy). The A-list cast also includes Julianne Moore as Michaela Kell and Kevin Bacon as Peter Kell. Talk about an all-star lineup.
The mini-series is an adaptation of the play Elemeno Pea, which follows Devon, who thinks that her sister Devon has a creepy relationship with her millionaire boss, Michaela.
The series creator Molly Smith Metzler has described Sirens as a “true dark comedy” with a “Greek mythology vibe.”
Here’s everything we know about Netflix’s upcoming series Sirens.
Julianne Moore in Sirens. Image: Netflix.
When will Netflix’s Sirens be released?
The five-episode limited series will air exclusively on Netflix from May 22.
Who’s in the cast?
We already know that Milly, Julianne, Meghann, and Kevin play the lead characters in the series. They’ll be joined by Glenn Howerton as Ethan Corbin III, Felix Solis as Jose, and Bill Camp as Bruce DeWitt.
Other cast members include Josh Segarra, Trevor Salter, Britne Oldford, Lauren Weedman and Jenn Lyon.
Kevin Bacon in Sirens. Image: Netflix.
Is there a trailer for Sirens?
Not yet, but stay tuned as Netflix will drop a trailer closer to the premiere date.
What else has Milly Alcock been in?
While Milly may be the least well-known name among the other three leads in Sirens, who’ve all been nominated for Emmys, that’s not likely to stay that way for long.
Milly shot to fame when she played the young Rhaenyra Targaryen in the HBO fantasy series House of the Dragon from 2022 to 2024.
She’s also been cast to play Kara Zor-El / Supergirl in the DC Universe film Supergirl: Woman of Tomorrow, which will air in 2026. The 24-year-old treated fans to their first glimpse of her as a superhero on Instagram.
According to Beth, it’s unlikely that anybody from the cast will join OnlyFans, and she definitely won’t be joining the adult creator website.
“Not a fucking chance. Absolutely not. No thanks, not for me,” she declares. “I’m not getting my bits out for everyone to see.”
When Chattr mentions past contestant Olivia Frazer made over a million dollars on the platform, Beth says she’s happy for Olivia but money doesn’t make a difference.
“Good for her! I can think of better ways to make a million dollars than get my tits out,” she says, before telling us it’s not really on the radar for the MAFS 2025 contestants.
“I’d be very surprised if any of this cast [signed up for] an OnlyFans account. I doubt it. I can’t think of anybody that would do it, not a chance.”
Beth and Teejay on MAFS. Image: Nine
Will Teejay Halkias join OnlyFans after MAFS?
Teejay echoes Beth’s thoughts on OnlyFans and says he has no plans to join the platform.
“Oh my god, OnlyFans is nothing I would ever consider. I don’t know if anyone would ever consider subscribing to me if I had one to be honest with you, so I don’t think I’m OnlyFans material,” he admits.
“No disrespect to those doing it, but yeah, I don’t know if I’m up to scratch.”
Teejay will be prioritising his family once the show wraps up. Image: Nine
Instead, he’s planning to put “a lot of energy” into a business and spend quality time with his family, including his new baby niece.
“I’m just trying to be as happy and content as possible and care about the people around me. Sounds very cliche, but it’s hard going through this process, so I’m just trying to stay connected to my friends and family. That’s all I’m concerned about at the moment,” he explains.
If we don’t have any new OnlyFans accounts after MAFS wraps up, it will certainly be a surprise!

Although Kaelan Lockhart hasn’t had a tonne of screentime on Australian Survivor 2025, he’s still managed to steal the hearts of viewers — as well as his fellow castaways.
The Ph.D. student has entire threads dedicated to him on the SurvivorAU subreddit, countless comments about his good looks on Instagram and even has his fellow castaways starry-eyed on X.
Australian Survivor’s Zara told Chattr that Kaelan is “so beloved” among the tribe.
“He is the man who he can’t put a foot wrong. Socially, everybody adores him. He is constantly helping out around camp, getting everybody coconuts,” she said.
Kaelan has been playing a low-key game on Survivor and has quietly formed alliances on the beach without ruffling many feathers so far. The most featured of his alliances is the one formed in an early episode with Zara, Karin, AJ and Myles called The Graduates.
But, The Graduates isn’t the only alliance Kaelan has up his sleeve.

Zara and Kaelan’s secret Survivor alliance
While Kaelan appears to work with AJ very closely on Survivor, Zara told Chattr that he had a two person alliance with her.
“We form a beautiful relationship, where he calls me his Survivor mother, and I call him my Survivor son. So he calls me Mama Z, and I call him baby K, which then everyone takes up as well.
“We had an interesting Alliance, which was [called] Denise and Malcolm, which is a Survivor US reference, with, like, a young, hot, able male and an older, fit female.”
Logan, Kristin, Kaelan and Zara. Image: Ten.
With two back-to-back Challenge Immunities around his neck, Kaelan is likely to pick up attention for being a threat in coming episodes.
However, we’ve seen little of his relationship with Zara, will she step in and save her alliance partner when he becomes a target? We sure hope so, because we need more Kaelan content!

Fans have been suspicious about Teejay Halkias’ intentions for joining the Married At First Sight (MAFS) 2025 cast, considering he was previously on Big Brother. Could he just be looking for another way to shoot to fame?
He hasn’t helped his case either, after revealing he was leading his wife Beth Kelly on and doesn’t know if they will have a future outside of the experiment. Chattr asked the couple for their thoughts on the rumour that Teejay just wanted to become an Aussie celeb, and the pair had slightly different answers.
Teejay dismissed the idea that he went on MAFS for fame, saying that Big Brother was a completely different show.
“I think that during my audition process, if [fame] was my intention, that I would have been weeded out straight away,” he declares. “There’s no reason that just because I was on Big Brother doesn’t mean I don’t deserve the opportunity to find love. I think that there are many other people that have been on shows prior to them going on other shows.”
He adds that he’s from a big family, and all of his siblings have significant others, so he wanted a chance to find one as well.
“I’ve obviously not been great at picking them in the past. So why not put my faith in the experts?” he asks.
Teejay and Beth haven’t been on the best terms lately. Image: Nine
Beth doesn’t know if Teejay was on MAFS for the right reasons
However, Beth says she isn’t sure whether or not Teejay signed up purely for fame.
“It’s hard to say. I don’t know [what] his true intentions were, but I just know that I don’t feel like he treated me the way that he should,” she begins.
“I don’t really know if he did come on for genuine reasons, or if he did come on [for] fame, I’m not sure, but just the way he’s gone about it, I just feel extremely disrespected.”
She adds that it’s possible he wanted to “use” her for a while before expressing a need to “get out.”
“I do feel a bit played and strung along, whether that was for his own fame or not, I don’t know.”
The intruder couple previously seemed quite solid. Image: Nine
She did say that she was in the experiment for love, not fame, and didn’t have a pact with Teejay to stay until the end.
“I was truly there for the right reasons,” she says. “Why would I stay in the hopes of getting a little bit of fame and get my feelings hurt? To me, that is absolutely not worth it. I went in there because I never had a relationship. And I thought, why would I not get some professional help and see how it goes?”
It doesn’t seem like Beth is very pleased with Teejay at the moment, but something must change — as both of them make it to Final Test Week. We’ll have to see what happens on the couch!
Married At First Sight 2025 airs Sundays at 7pm and Monday – Wednesday at 7:30pm on Channel 9 and 9Now.
The latest Married At First Sight (MAFS) 2025 Dinner Party was hard to watch, with Teejay Halkias coming under fire for leading Beth Kelly on. He’d slept with her, then told his friends that he’d end their relationship at Homestays if he had to make a choice.
Beth tells Chattr that she was “blindsided” by Teejay’s actions, which left her “choking back tears”. We’ve all been there, girl!
“I really came in with genuine intentions of leaving with a partner. And so yeah, there were a lot of tears shed,” she says. “I was so blindsided, because the days leading up to Homestays were great. We spent some quality time together, we went on a date, he slept with me again.
“And then, bang, we’re in Brisbane and he’s telling me in front of his friends… that he doesn’t see this progressing or going anywhere. And so to me, I was just so hurt.”
Beth adds that she was “embarrassed” that she’d misread the situation and feels “a bit led on.”
Teejay didn’t have the greatest time at the MAFS Dinner Party. Image: Nine
She believes that Teejay was never really into her, and she missed some red flags along the way, because she liked him so much.
“I do feel a bit stupid… there were a few kind of gut feelings that [meant he] wasn’t into me. But I think sometimes when we’re dating someone we really like, you kind of want to sweep it under the rug and kind of ignore that,” she says.
“Yeah, I just feel like he completely fucked me over.”
Did Teejay call Beth ‘darling’ at the MAFS Dinner Party in a demeaning way?
Beth tells Chattr that it wasn’t uncommon for Teejay to call her “darling”, but the sheer amount of times he did it during the Dinner Party was excessive. While usually he would call her “darling” a couple of times a day, he said it so much during the meal that the cast even made a drinking game out of it.
“I guess looking at it last night, maybe it was a bit patronising. I mean, Jamie picked up on it straight away, and that’s why they did the drinking game, you know,” Beth says.
“The ‘darling’ came out when he was in the hot seat, and it kind of felt like he wanted to call me ‘darling’ to maybe pull me down a little bit and maybe control the situation a little bit.”
Beth wasn’t impressed. Image: Nine
However, Teejay tells Chattr that he uses “darling” and “sweetheart” a lot as part of his everyday vocabulary and it isn’t meant to demean anyone.
“I didn’t realise how many times I actually said it, I know that there’s probably a few more edited in there, but I definitely said it a few times. I thought it was quite funny, the drinking game that everyone made from it, even the experts getting on it as well,” Teejay says.
“I definitely [equate] the word darling with someone that I care about, even sweetheart, like I wouldn’t say that in a patronising way. That’s just a word I use.”
Guess these two will have to agree to disagree!

Australian Survivor’sLoganJohannisen has revealed that she suffers from Topical Steroid Withdrawal after viewers pointed out her “really, really red skin” during the Tribal Council that aired on March 19.
Logan took to Instagram to explain the skin condition she’s been experiencing for the last few years.
“I’ve noticed online there are a few comments about my skin out there and especially at last night’s tribal when I was really sunburnt and I wanted to provide some context,” she began in a video.
Logan told her followers that her Topical Steroid Withdrawal journey makes her “super prone to inflammation” and gives her “really, really red skin”.
Logan and Laura on Survivor. Image: Ten.
What is Australian Survivor Logan’s skin condition?
Logan referenced her followers to a highlight on her Instagram page, where she’s documented her struggle with Topical Steroid Withdrawal since 2022.
In the highlight, Logan explained that she started using steroid cream for her eczema when she was 18, which resulted in her developing a topical steroid addiction that she didn’t realise until 2022, when she was pregnant with her second baby.
“Long story short, I’m five months into topical steroid withdrawal, which is basically my body detoxing from 20-odd years of serious cream usage. It’s a very long, very painful process,” she explained in one of the videos.
Logan shared a number of photos of her skin when Topical Steroid Withdrawal flared up and has told her followers on multiple occasions that the issue is very painful.
“A lot of pain, a lot of discomfort and I can barely move, I can’t really sleep at night,” she said.
Topical Steroid Withdrawal usually last anywhere from few a months to several years.

Did Logan’s skin condition flare up on Survivor?
While Logan’s skin appeared slightly red on her forehead and cheeks during the Tribal Council when Laura was eliminated, she told Chattr that her skin was relatively calm during filming.
“I have a skin condition, so I was allowed to bring in a skin cream in case my skin flared up,” she explained.
“But I was really lucky out there that maybe the tropical climate and the rice and beans diet, my skin didn’t flare at all, so I didn’t really even need to use it.”
In her Instagram story, Logan reassured her followers that she wasn’t in pain from her skin condition while in Samoa.
“I was fine out there. I was provided the necessary medication that I needed. I’m just a bit more sensitive to the sun than other people, and in a water challenge as well. Where you’re underwater, your sunscreen comes off.”
We love the transparency!

There’s been another Married At First Sight (MAFS) 2025 switch-up, with Teejay Halkias revealing he wasn’t sure he had a future with Beth Kelly… after he had sex with her. It’s giving red flags, it’s giving fuckboy vibes, and everybody is feeling for the poor bride.
The groom tells Chattr it was a poor decision, and at least he’s being honest! He’d previously said that he needed an emotional connection to pursue sex, so you can see how Beth was led on.
“Watching it back now, I think it was definitely the wrong decision [to have sex with Beth],” Teejay admits. “I definitely don’t think that I should have even put forward the idea.”
He explains that during their confessions letter task, Beth claimed she didn’t need an “emotional connection” to have a “sexual interaction”, so he saw this as a “green light”.
“But, you know, I’m on the experiment to learn. I’m a human. I’m not perfect, and that’s all I can do, is learn from these things,” he adds.
It seemed like a switch had been flipped — similar to how Dave Handsuddenly didn’t have feelings for Jamie Marinos last week — so fans have been wondering what changed.
Beth and Teejay during Homestays. Image: Nine
Teejay says that nothing happened to make him realise he didn’t feel deeply towards Beth, but he just wasn’t on the same wavelength.
“I just wasn’t growing those deeper feelings. I wasn’t sure why, Beth is a fantastic person, absolutely incredible,” he says.
However, he didn’t just fake it for the cameras and chose to be honest with her instead.
“I had three options there. I could have been honest, which I was, or I could have lied, or I could have been diplomatic the entire time. I stayed true to myself and I was honest with how I felt to Beth,” he spills.
“Unfortunately, you know, no one wins in that situation. That was so shit for me. I’d never wanted to hurt Beth or hurt her feelings or anything like that. So having to tell Beth that [I wasn’t sure about our future] was uncomfortable for me.”
Will Teejay and Beth write ‘leave’ at the next MAFS Commitment Ceremony?
The cast is careful to not give away any spoilers, but we already know that Teejay and Beth take part in Final Test Week — so at least one of them is writing ‘stay’!
Beth was blindsided by Teejay’s admission during this meal. Image: Nine
Teejay tells us that he has to consider Beth’s feelings carefully, and whether it’s better to rip the band-aid off now, or continue in the experiment with her.
“It’s definitely a thought of mine to write leave, but there’s also, I am in the experiment to try — so there’s also reason to write stay as well. It’s quite a hard decision for me,” Teejay says.
“Beth’s feelings are at the forefront of my mind and I’ve already evidently hurt Beth’s feelings, and it’s not what I’m here for,” he adds. “I’m just trying to navigate through that as best as possible, and it’s difficult. It’s really difficult.”
Their couch session on Sunday night is going to be fiery and heated! Let’s hope the experts hold Teejay to account and really grill him.
Married At First Sight 2025 airs Sundays at 7pm and Monday – Wednesday at 7:30pm on Channel 9 and 9Now.
Married at First Sight (MAFS)star Domenica Calarco announced she’s expecting her first child in September, writing on Instagram, “Been a little MIA working on my greatest project yet… Baby.” However, fans quickly questioned why her partner, Jarod Bogunovich, wasn’t mentioned in the pregnancy update.
Domenica confirmed shortly after that she and Jarod had broken up, and he has now broken his silence on their co-parenting plans.
What did Jarod Bogunovich say about his pregnancy with Domenica Calarco?
Domenica took to Instagram to share some insight into her pregnancy on March 17 and said she’ll be “welcoming this baby as a solo parent”.
Meanwhile, Jarod remained tight-lipped about his role in the pregnancy until now. The Sydney skater took to Instagram on March 19 to confirm his split with Domenica and said he will play an active role in the baby’s life.
“As most of you already know, Dom and I are officially separated,” he wrote alongside an ultrasound video.
“Moving forward, my main priority is our child and stepping into the role of a father with as much love and support as I can offer. I’m committed to co-parenting and ensuring my child’s well-being is always at the forefront.”

Jarod asked for privacy as he gets ready “for this next journey ahead.”
Domenica Calarco and Jarod Bogunovich’s break up
Both Domenica and Jarod have officially announced that they’re no longer together and will be co-parenting their child.
The couple hard-launched their romance back in September 2024, when Domenica introduced Jarod to the world with a sweet Instagram post captioned “Bit of life #updates,” showing the two looking cosy at a restaurant.
The couple provided regular social media updates about their relationship until earlier this year. They’re still following each other on Instagram, but Jarod hasn’t been seen in a photo on Dom’s Instagram grid since December 2024 or on her TikTok since January 2025, which led to the (now confirmed) speculation that they’d split.
Domenica first hinted at the breakup in a TikTok comment on Sasha Morpeth‘s video on March 14, who shared a clip with the caption, “reconnecting with nature because I had launched a guy, and it was over before the IG story expired.”
Domenica has commented underneath it, saying, “Join the club babes, argh.”

Dom reveals tough pregnancy conditions
Since announcing her baby news, Dom has uploaded some content from earlier in her pregnancy, revealing she had to go to hospital during her first trimester after developing thyroid issues.
Dom elaborated on her thyroid condition in an AMA session on Instagram and said she went to the hospital twice during her first trimester when her thyroiditis flared up so that the baby could be monitored.
“I lost six kilos and feel like a shell of myself right now, so [I’m] trying to put on weight and eat as much as I can while I still don’t really have an appetite.”

When Season 2 of Real Housewives of Sydneywrapped up, fans were left wondering if NicoleO’Neil and Terry Biviano’sfriendship was really over after their on-air feud in Japan.
For context, in Season 2 Episode 9 (Terry-Aki Beef) Terry’s tardiness upset Nicole and major drama and fireworks ensued, spilling into Episode 10.
During an exclusive interview with Chattr, Nicole revealed the fallout with Terry continued in the lead up to the filming of Season 3.

“Terri and I were friends for many years… I didn’t hear from Terry for 12 months after filming, not a word!” said Nicole. “If somebody wants to have such little respect for me, they’re not really a friend anyway”.
When their paths did eventually cross at an event, she reports Terry snubbed her. “I was walking [past] on Derby Day and she turned her head and that was okay. She didn’t want to be my friend anymore.”
“I don’t want to be her friend,” Nicole continued. “If you choose to deal with the situation that way, then you’ve shown me who you are and I’m not interested in a relationship”.
Nicole’s moved on from the Real Housewives drama with Terry
Nicole now says she’s put the drama with Terry behind her.
“If someone is doing something that bothers me I just step away,” she explained. “I’ll confront them but then I move on. There are too many more important people and things in my life.”
Nicole added: “I think once you hit a certain age, you realise that it’s okay that not everyone likes you and and if if you’re happy with yourself and you’ve got a great group of friends around you and your family around… it’s okay. You’re not everyone’s cup of tea and that’s the beauty of this show”.
But behind the scenes, Nicole says she far more “multi-dimensional” than what viewers get to see on The Real Housewives of Sydney.
She keeps busy with her family, work, travel and charity work for Autism Mates. She also recently launched her new wellness brand BonPatch, which she said she’s “been working extensively over the last 12 to 18 months on”.
She says there’s a lot to get excited about for RHOS Season 3
Nicole described Real Housewives of Sydney Season 3, which is currently underway, as a great season with lots to look forward to.
“I think that it’s very colourful… Some great travel… Great outfits [and] it’s very glamorous,” she revealed. “Sydney, again, is definitely the star of the show in this season.”

So far, this season the drama between Nicole and Terry has continued, with the two not yet appearing together on the show.
Nicole was notably absent from Terry’s surprise appearance on Episode 3. She was also a no-show at Terry’s healing event with Jackie Gillies (RHOM) in this week’s episode (Episode 4), which was aimed at repairing broken friendships.
But for the fans who love the drama of RHOS, fear not, as Nicole hinted they can expect to see plenty more this season.
“You put eight very strong women in a pressure cooker for a number of months and you’re bound to get explosions,” she teased.

Joining the Aussies are Uzo Aduba as eccentric detective Cordelia Cupp, Giancarlo Esposito as the newly deceased Chief Usher of The White House, Randall Park as FBI agent Edwin Park, and also features a large ensemble cast of Molly Griggs, Susan Kelechi Watson, Isiah Whitlock Jr., Edwina Findley, Jason Lee, Ken Marino, Al Mitchell, Dan Perrault, Bronson Pinchot, Julieth Restrepo, Mel Rodriguez, Mary Wiseman, Eliza Coupe, Jane Curtin, and Al Franken.

The Residence plot
The series is based on Kate Andersen Brower’s book The Residence: Inside the Private World of the White House. As aforementioned, it follows a murder investigation at an Australian State Dinner, where everyone in attendance, including Kylie Minogue, is a suspect.
Set “upstairs, downstairs, and backstairs” of the White House, a murder takes place at the dinner with a whopping 157 suspects at play, all with intertwined personal conflicts.
Detective Cordelia Cupp is an eccentric detective with a distinctive way of doing things. She is tasked with figuring out who killed the Chief Usher of the White House. She’s joined by FBI agent Edwin Park, a very by-the-book and stickler-for-the-rules kind of guy who is forced to put his differences aside to help Cordelia crack the case.

As this season of Married at First Sight Australia 2025 (MAFS) limps towards the finish line of final vows, it’s time to start reflecting on the equally joyous and tiring mess of a show that has taken over our lives the last couple of months.
One character this season has never strayed too far from the drama, and that’s Miss Jacqui Burfoot. From her wedding day, when she was left shivering in the cold before her husband dropped her on her head, to her ill-fated texting scandal with another groom and her rap sheet on all the ways Ryan Donnelly could improve, Jacqui has provided TV moment after TV moment, willingly or not.
There’s no denying Jacqui has entertained us. Image: Nine
MAFS’ Jacqui wins over fans as season draws to a close
While fans were left absolutely confused by Jacqui’s antics early on, many MAFS fans have begun to appreciate her chaos as the season comes to a conclusion.
“Am I the only person who finds Jacqui utterly entertaining?” one person commented on Instagram during the partner-swap week. “She’s bonkers, but a scream … much-needed laughs!”
That, teamed with the latest homestays episode, saw Jacqui win over a new legion of fans as she tearfully proclaimed to the camera that visiting Ryan’s home and seeing how he lived reminded her of “the elderly”. The left-of-centre comment left many fans in stitches, as Jacqui seemed genuinely distressed by the lonely way Ryan lived in his apartment and wasn’t trying to intentionally be funny, but the comedic timing and editing didn’t go unnoticed.
“The visit to Ryan’s house is the greatest piece of Australian television ever – I’ve never laughed so hard,” one person commented on MAFS recap TikTok, with someone else saying, “I’m so sorry they could never make me hate Jacqui.”
“Jacqui’s response was hilarious. She compared him to an old single isolated, lonely man… and she wasn’t wrong,” another person added, with another commenting, “I had actual tears rolling from laughing so hard.”
MAFS’ Jacqui may be confusing, but there’s no denying she’s carried the season
While MAFS fans are still wildly confused by some of Jacqui’s antics, no one is denying that she’s brought her fair share of chaos to the series and therefore spiced up the season dramatically. Even if you aren’t a fan, you can probably appreciate that the last few weeks would’ve become quite lacklustre without Jacqui.
“She is the epitome of ‘am I the drama?'” one MAFS fan said on a TikTok of Jacqui spilling behind-the-scenes tea. “I believe every word she says,” another commented.
And as for Jacqui’s tears during every other episode? Some fans now understand it.
“To be far if I was matched with Ryan I would cry also,” one person stated on TikTok.
And tbh, I do agree.
Married At First Sight 2025 airs Sundays at 7pm and Monday – Wednesday at 7:30pm on Channel 9 and 9Now.
Australian Survivor‘s Laura Darras became the first member of the 2025 Jury, which means she’ll welcome each eliminated castaway—except the finalists—to the Jury Villa.
The Jury Villa is a beautiful Samoan property where the last 11 remaining contestants are sent after they are eliminated. It’s usually packed full of the snacks the castaways missed on the beach, has comfortable beds, and lets the evictees engage in vacation-like activities while the remaining contestants battle it out on the beach.
While the Jury Villa certainly sounds like a dream, the castaways who reside there will have one big job. They attend each of the upcoming Tribal Councils and will ultimately vote to decide the winner of Australian Survivor 2025.
In previous years of Australian Survivor, the first Jury member has set the tone for how the remaining players are received in the finale.
Laura told Chattr during a post-elimination interview that she considers herself the “queen of the Jury” and won’t take that responsibility lightly.

“As soon as I left tribal and I went into the Jury Villa, I sat down and thought, ‘Okay, what does being the queen of the Jury mean, and how am I going to influence all of the people that come after me?'” She said.
“I’m joining a group of very elite players, players that I have loved and respected for a really long time. So being the first member of the Jury was just a dream come true,” she added.
“I absolutely want to have that same amount of power,” Laura said. “I think each person that comes in after me, I’m going to sit down with them, dissect what they value in the game, and see if they have any biases towards any players left in the game.”

What is Laura looking for in an Australian Survivor winner?
Laura told Chattr that when it comes to her vote, she won’t be weighing in previous biases from her time on the show.
“I want to spread the narrative of praising strategic moves, even if it hurts our feelings. I want to vote for the sole survivor who has played the best game, and I want to influence all of the jurors after me to value strategy and a great social game.
“I think it’s my responsibility to make sure that they’re they take themselves and their pride out of it, and now this is about who’s played the best game. I will absolutely be judging who played the best game, no matter how long I played with them, no matter how close I was in the game.
“If they can show me that they have played a big, loud strategic game, that’s who I’m going to vote for, no matter how close I was with them in the game.”

Who does Laura think has what it takes to win Australian Survivor 2025?
Despite the fact that AJ played a heavy hand in Laura’s elimination, she told Chattr that she could still recognise how well he was playing Survivor.
Before they became household names and propelled to stardom by being beamed into our living rooms four nights a week, the Married at First Sight Australia 2025 (MAFS) cast were just normal people who have also gone through cute, awkward, or not-overly-trendy growing up moments.
From Carina Mirable’s blonde moment, to Jamie Marinos’Nine News interview, andTeejay Halkias’ emo-looking model photo shoot, we’ve compiled some of the most iconic 2025 MAFS cast transformations all in one place for you.
Enjoy!
Carina Mirable
From blonde to a badass brunette. Image: Nine
Carina is undoubtedly this season’s resident fashion queen, admitting to spending up to $15,000 on hair and makeup during filming. While we’ve seen some experimental hairstyles on the show with long ponytails and wet hair looks, a flashback photo from the premiere episode showed Carina sporting a very different look for her 21st birthday, rocking some curled blonde locks.
Rhi Disljenkovic

It’s no secret Rhi is passionate about health and fitness, and it looks like she’s even dabbled in a little bit of body-building/fitness modelling in the past!
Jamie Marinos

A screenshot of Jamie was shared to a MAFS fanpage, showing the breakout star of the season being interviewed by Nine about a robbery that took place in a store she managed. Fans likened the old snap of her to Australian TV personality Carrie Bickmore.
Awhina Rutene
Awhina rocks both brunette and blonde. Image: Instagram/Nine
While we know Awhina would look great brunette or blonde, thanks to her twin sister Cleo rocking the dark locks, a throwback photo on Instagram shows the twins with matching lighter brown hair with a copper tinge. We love it!
Jacqui Burfoot
Jacqui’s had the model look down pat for years. Image: Instagram/Nine
Miss New Zealand herselfJacqui wasn’t lying when she talked about her past modelling experience. If you dive deep enough into her Instagram, you’ll find the snaps. As well as many cute pics of her holding flowers, definitely not bought by Ryan.
Teejay Halkias
Teejay pulls off brooding well. Image: Instagram/Nine
Teejay looking like he could be the lead singer of a modern metalcore band wasn’t on my Bingo card, but while we’re used to a smiley Teejay on screen, there’s no denying the model really does pull off dark and mysterious well.
Eliot Donovan
Eliot’s put the fake tan down and it’s for the best. Image: Nine
Eliot once dabbled in a bit of topless waiting and there’s no denying he’s got the rig for it, but we’re glad he’s laid off the Bondi Sands now.
Dave Hand

There was once a Dave without all the tats! While the MAFS groom hasn’t changed heaps over time, his neck piece came on a little bit later in life.

Temptation Island is undoubtedly one of the most shocking reality shows around, and with the news that it would be given the Netflix treatment, fans in Australia were gearing up to watch four new relationships potentially implode.
However, as the premiere date for Temptation Island approached and passed — and online chatter about this year’s couples ramped up, Aussie viewers were still left with a “we don’t have Temptation Island” message on their Netflix.
So, is Temptation Island 2025 ever coming to Australian Netflix — or any other platform?

Is Temptation Island Season 6 available to watch in Australia?
Temptation Island Season 6 dropped on Netflix all over the world on March 12 — even in New Zealand.
Season 6 is the first to be commissioned by Netflix. Seasons 1 – 3 were broadcast on Fox before the show moved to USA Network for Seasons 4 and 5. All five seasons of Temptation Island are available to stream on 7plus.
With that in mind, fans of the show may be assuming that Temptation Island Season 6 will premiere on Channel 7, too. But that isn’t the case.
A spokesperson for Channel 7 confirmed to Chattr that the network doesn’t have the rights to Temptation Island Season 6.
Interestingly, it doesn’t sound as though Netlifx will be dropping Temptation Island Season 6 at a later date, either, with a spokesperson for the streaming giant telling Chattr that there’s “no news on whether it will have a Netflix release in Australia.”
So it’s bad news for Australian Temptation Island fans because, as of now, there’s no way to legally watch the spicy dating show down under. Boo!

What is Temptation Island about?
The premise of Temptation Island involves four already established couples who want to ‘test’ their relationship. The couples are split up by gender, and the males and females live in a house with a group of single contestants of the opposite sex.
They will have the opportunity to try and find new connections with the singles and will intermittently be able to see video updates of what their partners have been up to at the other villa.
At the end of the experiment, both sides of the couple will decide whether they want to leave the island with their original partner, with someone new, or single.
Dave took Jamie to meet his dad, who missed their wedding due to undertaking chemotherapy and it was on that visit that Dave received some good news, with his dad telling him that two of his tumours had significantly shrunk, and one had gone completely.
MAFS fans left in tears over sweet home stays moment with Dave and Jamie
With Jamie also getting the tick of approval from Dave’s family, the much-needed heartwarming moment left MAFS fans feeling emotional.
“What a relief!!! That is amazing news!! He would have been all over the place worrying about his dad,” one person commented on the official MAFS Instagram page.
“This kind of connection / real stories / real people wanting to find love is what this should be about, not people after social media likes,” another said.
Others were relieved to see Jamie and Dave looking strong again.
“I think Jamie and Dave are a good match – their relationship issues finally showed and hopefully they can get out of their own ways to be together,” one person said.
“It’s nice to see this side of him again. Open and honest. There’s a different light to both of them in these clips, I’m so hopeful for them,” another commented.
“Full on sobbing last night,” someone agreed with her.
MAFS fans point out editing fail in emotional episode
While the scene was obviously emotional, many fans couldn’t help but notice an editing mishap in the episode, with Dave going from clean-shaven when meeting Jamie’s sister in the Monday night episode, to having a full beard again by Tuesday’s episode.
“How did his beard grow so fast? [He had a] beard when he went to the cafe with Jamie’s sister, no beard next day when they moved back in together, then beard again next day in this scene,” one person said.
Dave was clean shaven when moving in with Jamie, then magically grew a beard by the time he was introducing her to his dad. Image: Nine
“Beard grew quick in a few days,” another joked.
“In reality they met with Dave’s dad before meeting with Jamie’s sister, but the show edited it the other way around,” another pointed out.
Married At First Sight 2025 airs Sundays at 7pm and Monday – Wednesday at 7:30pm on Channel 9 and 9Now.
Payton Ellicott is looking to find love as one of the leads in Season 3 of Love Triangle.
However, what you might know is the dating show isn’t Payton’s first stint on the reality silver screen.
In fact, you might recognise her as a contestant from Season 1 of Million Dollar Island that aired on Channel 7 in 2023.
Who is Love Triangle’s Payton Ellicott?
Payton is a 25-year-old concreter and owner of the fashion brand Pack Your Pony, which draws inspiration from Australian flora, fauna, landmarks, and infrastructure.
Currently living in Coffs Harbour, she’s loud, funny, and unapologetically herself. She’s sharp with a big personality, and believes she’ll win anyone over if they give her a chance.
According to Stan, after moving back home to Coffs to save money while growing her business, she’s found dating in a small town a bit of a struggle. Now Payton is hoping Love Triangle will introduce her to someone who finally gets her vibe.
How did she fare on Million Dollar Island?
Based on a Dutch format by John de Mol, Million Dollar Island was like Survivor times 100, with 100 contestants competing for a million dollars.
Sounds promising, right? Unfortunately, the Australian version was cancelled after one season, and no one actually won a million dollars.
Payton Ellicott on Million Dollar Island. Image: Instagram
At the time, Payton was listed as a retail manager, still living in Queensland. While she didn’t make it to the end of the game, she still gained quite a bit of attention for her sharp wit and vibrant personality.
In an Instagram post, she reflected on a tough block challenge that led to her exit but said she was “grateful for my experience here. I’ll always remember it. I’m also grateful for the friends I’ve made.”
Plus her stint set the stage for round two in the spotlight.
Created by the same team behind the smash hit, MAFS,Love Triangle follows five singles who are set up with two online dating matches. Similar to Love Is Blind, the show is meant to foster a connection first before the singles set eyes on each other.
After a period of online talking, they choose one match to move in with to see if they can make the romantic connection work IRL. However, the relationship will be challenged when the other match is brought into the living situation.
Is there a Love Triangle trailer?
There sure is! Watch Payton cracking up the Love Triangle cast and bringing the laughs already, making it clear: “if I get sent an eggplant. I’m done.”
