Paul Antoine was the very first Married At First Sight (MAFS) 2025 groom to be announced, and we’re unsurprised that he’s a recognisable face.
While ex-The Bachelor contestant Sierah Swepstone was one of the MAFS 2025 brides, she isn’t the only one who’s dipped her toes in a dating reality show before.
Yep, Paul — who was on reality TV just two years ago — is one of MAFS 2025 grooms.
Paul Antoine on Married At First Sight 2025. Image: Nine.
What reality show has Paul Antoine been on before?
Paul starred on The Real Love Boat Australia in 2022. The short-lived show was basically Love Island on a boat.
Paul was one of 21 singles who tried to find love with the help of host Darren McMullen, cruise director Hannah Ferrier, head of entertainment Daniel Doody and captain Paolo Arrigo.
Unfortunately (or fortunately?), Paul’s quest for love was about as successful as the show itself, which has since been axed.
Paul is a fitness coach living in Perth. However, he is originally from France and moved to Australia 11 years ago.
When he was on The Real Love Boat Australia, he was hoping to find someone down-to-earth and was a fan of long chats — so we can only assume that’s what he’s looking for this time around, too.
Who is MAFS’ Paul Antoine?
According to Paul’s Channel 9 bio, he’s a hopeless romantic, who’s gone through the small dating pool in Perth.
He’s had two long-term relationships in the past and is ready to find his forever love. Paul said that person would ideally be a woman with European flair, with a smile that lights up the room.
Who is Paul Antoine matched with on MAFS 2025?
Paul’s MAFS bride is fashion influencer and aspiring actress Carina Mirabile. She’s also no stranger to the silver screen, with an acting career that includes roles in two short films and appearances in several commercials.
When they first got TV hitched, Carina wasn’t exactly over the moon. As luck would have it, the two had already dated before the show but, after a hiking date, Paul ghosted her. So, not exactly the best start.
Despite that little hiccup, it seems like the couple has managed to move on, and their relationship has only gotten stronger since.

When asked about all the MAFS drama unfolding, Carina told us she hasn’t been keeping up because she’s too busy spending time with Paul and the rest of the cast.
“To be fair, my phone is going off, and I’m just enjoying life with Paul and all the rest of the cast that are my friends,” she said.
Life with Paul, you say? Could this be third time lucky for the TV vet? Guess we’ll have to wait and see!
Married At First Sight 2025 airs Sundays at 7pm and Monday – Wednesday at 7:30pm on Channel 9 and 9Now.
If that name doesn’t ring a bell for you, then maybe you’ll remember her as the self-professed “tall, horny bogan” from Jimmy Nicholson‘s season.
Here’s everything to know about Sierah.
An icon. Image: Ten.
Sierah Swepstone is the first ex-Bachelor contestant on MAFS
While there always seems to be reality TV crossovers — like MAFS 2024’s Ben Walters apparently being approached for The Bachelors and Janelle Han choosing MAFS 2023 instead of receiving roses — this will actually be the first time an ex-contestant has appeared on the MAFS social experiment.
And if it was going to be anyone, we’re low-key excited it’s Sierah. Her exit from Jimmy’s 2021 season of The Bachelor was iconic.
Remember when she told all of Australia that she “definitely had chlamydia”? We’re all for a woman of honesty who doesn’t give two shits about the judgement.
Apparently, Sierah was poached by MAFS producers
Bring it on! Image: Ten.
Daily Mail Australia reported that Sierah was poached by MAFS producers. An insider told the publication, “She is a nutter but amazing for television because she just doesn’t care.”
Honestly, it was a shame that she was on Jimmy’s season (because it had one of the worst ratings in television history). However, it’s good she’ll be making her return on a show people actually care to watch.
Sierah will be joining fellow reality TV personality Paul Antoine from The Real Love Boat, who’s already been married off to his ex-fling Carina Mirabile.
Alongside them is a wave of actor hopefuls, including Ryan Donnelly, and former Neighbours actor turned businessman Jeff Gobbels.
We can smell their new followers from here.
Married At First Sight 2025 airs Sundays at 7:30pm and Monday – Wednesday at 7pm on Channel 9 and 9Now.
Rachel Gunn — AKA Raygun — is reportedly in the sights ofI’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! producers following her viral breakdancing routine at the 2024 Paris Olympics.
According to New Idea magazine, the 36-year-old has been deemed “the ideal campmate” by unnamed producers of the hit TV show. On top of that, two of the I’m a CelebrityAustralia 2025 cast clues strongly suggest that the Olympian will be heading to South Africa.
I’m a Celebrity hosts Robert Irwin and Julia Morris. Image: Ten.
In the past, the show has had the likes of Bernard Tomic, Abbie Chatfield, Domenica Calarco, Brendan Fevola, Callum Hole and many more in the campsite.
Is Raygun going to be on I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here?
Although Raygun hasn’t officially been confirmed to join the I’m A Celebrity Australia 2025 cast yet, there is some compelling evidence supporting the idea.
In December 2025, the first cast clue was posted on the I’m a Celebrity Instagram account, revealing that an Olympian was entering the jungle.
“A headline-grabbing Olympian has a ticket to the African wilds. They love freestyle; will the Jungle break them?” the narrator said in the clip.
Then, in mid-January 2025, a second clue was published, which further indicated that Raygun was the celeb in question.
The bonus clue shared three emojis representing the mystery Olympian: a kangaroo, a croissant, and a cap.
Of course, Raygun famously imitated a Kangaroo during her routine at the Paris Olympics, during which she wore a cap. It doesn’t exactly take a rocket scientist to connect the emojis to the controversial breakdancer.
Furthermore, back in August 2024, New Idea magazine reported that the I’m a Celebrity producers were in talks with Raygun about joining the show.
“The public will want to hear her story in the jungle. Love her or loathe her, she has everyone talking,” the source told the publication.
Raygun made a video cameo at the 2024 Logies in August, where she encouraged the industry to whip out some of her moves to celebrate the night.
Raygun surprised the TV industry with an appearance at the Logies. Image: Seven.
“It’s these viral moments and water-cooler conversations that IAC [I’m a Celebrity] will want to capitalise on,” the source said.
How did Raygun become famous?
Raygun has been the topic of the internet since she performed at the Paris 2024 Olympics, busting out the sprinkler and some kangaroo-esque moves that baffled the audience.
In August, Raygun was referenced on The Jimmy Fallon Show and at an Adele concert that same month, truly proving that she got the world talking (and smiling).
While not everyone was supportive of Raygun making it to the Olympics—where she was awarded zero points—it’s likely that people are keen to hear more about her story.
Perhaps we will in the jungle?
I’m a Celebrity Australia… Get Me Out Of Here Australia 2025 will premiere on January 19 on Channel 10 and 10Play.
The White Lotus Season 3 is taking us to a luxurious trip to Thailand, but like previous seasons, not everything will be sunshine and rainbows.
The new trailer for The White Lotus Season 3 has dropped and it is pure and utter chaos. From scenes of boozy nights out, to a body bag getting wheeled out, the new instalment will be nothing short of dramatic.
Ahead of the drop, let’s dive into everything we know so far about The White Lotus Season 3.
White Lotus Season 3 cast, Carrie Coon, Michelle Monaghan, and Leslie Bibb. Image: HBO.
What is The White LotusSeason 3 release date?
The third season of the enthralling series will be available to stream from February 17 on BINGE.
Is there a White Lotus Season 3 trailer?
There is! The first full-length trailer dropped on January 28. Watch it for yourself below.
Who is in The White Lotus cast for Season 3?
We now have the confirmed cast for The White Lotus season 3, featuring Season 1’s Natasha Rothwell, the spa manager who was taken for a ride by Jennifer Coolidge‘s character, Tanya McQuoid.
The cast for season 3 also includes Leslie Bibb, Carrie Coon, Walton Goggins, Sarah Catherine Hook, Jason Isaacs, Lalisa Manobal, Michelle Monaghan, Sam Nivola, Lek Patravadi, Parker Posey, Natasha Rothwell, Patrick Schwarzenegger, Tayme Thapthimthong, and Aimee Lou Wood.
Additional cast includes Nicholas Duvernay, Arnas Fedaravičius, Christian Friedel, Scott Glenn, Dom Hetrakul, Julian Kostov, Charlotte Le Bon, Morgana O’Reilly, and Shalini Peiris.
Walton has gone ahead and done God’s work for White Lotus fans by sharing a bunch of behind-the-scenes photos of the Season 3 cast. The carousels include photos of cast members Michelle, Carrie and Leslie.
In Season 2, fan favourite and the only returning character, Tanya, was seemingly killed off. Will we see her return from the dead, or perhaps a long-lost twin sister will come in to take her place? Fingers crossed for a Coolidge resurrection, but HBO has been keeping mum if she’s returning.
However, with the release of the full trailer and no Tanya in sight, things don’t look promising.
What is The White Lotus Season 3 filmed?
Jason Isaacs, Parker Posey, Patrick Shwarzenegger, Sarah Catherine Hook, and Sam Nivola. Image: HBO.
After vacationing in Maui in Season 1 and Sicily in Season 2, HBO revealed in a statement that Season 3 will take us to the stunning setting of Thailand. Filming locations include Bangkok, Koh Samui and Phuket.
What hotel is The White Lotus filmed at?
The first two seasons were shot at Four Seasons resorts in Hawaii and Italy, and Season 3 followed the trend.
While there are Four Seasons resorts in both Bangkok and Koh Samui, Bloomberg reported in early 2024 that The White Lotus Season 3 would be filmed at the Koh Samui location.
AFAR has also reported that Phuket’s Anantara Mai Khao Phuket Villas will feature in Season 3 scenes.
What can we expect from The White LotusSeason 3?
Lalisa Manobal and Tayme Thapthimthong. Image: HBO
In a press release, we got a vague synopsis for this season, “The social satire is set at an exclusive Thai resort and follows the exploits of various guests and employees over the span of a week.”
If the past two seasons are anything to judge this season off, we know it will be a very dramatic week for the guests.
During an episode of the Unpacking explainer series, White said, “The first season kind of highlighted money, and then the second season is sex.
“I think the third season would be maybe a satirical and funny look at death and Eastern religion – and spirituality. It feels like it could be a rich tapestry to do another round at White Lotus.”
The show has absolutely cleaned up at awards shows in recent years. In total, the series has been nominated for more than 80 awards, winning 38, including two Golden Globes and 10 Emmy awards.
Is there a Season 4?
Yes, there will be a Season 4 of The White Lotus.
The next season has already been confirmed on the show’s Instagram, but they have kept the details very threadbare.
“Good news travels fast. #TheWhiteLotus is excited to welcome you to a new destination,” the Instagram caption read.
The official Aussie Shore cast, trailer and release date have dropped to get us all very, very excited for this undeniably bonkers show.
Callum Hole was the first announced member of the new Aussie Shore cast (so consider us fans of the show already) and now 10 more names have been added to the mix.
Aussie Shore is basically Geordie Shore down under and it will have the one and only Charlotte Crosby at the helm.
Keep reading for everything we know about the Aussie Shore cast so far.
What has Charlotte Crosby said about Aussie Shore?
Charlotte has teased viewers about the wild shenanigans that will happen on Aussie Shore. The former Geordie Shore star called the show the “ultimate Australian party adventure” and gave viewers a sneak peek into what to expect from the series.
Charlotte gave Kyle and Jackie O a taste of what we can expect from the Aussie Shore cast earlier this year and it all sounds very spicy.
Confirming that none of the Aussie Shore cast knew each other before filming began, Charlotte said this new generation “are pushing boundaries” that we didn’t even know existed.
Meet your Aussie Shore cast! Image: Paramount+
The Aussie shore cast include Callum (more on him below), Kyle, Lexie, Tom, Lily, Cooper, Catia, Con, Jaeda, Manaaki and Nardos.
Earlier this year rumours circled that Callum would be returning for Love Island 2024 off the back of his I’m A Celeb success, put perhaps Paramount beat Nine to the punch?
“A huge addition to an already incredible cast! AUSSIE SHORE IS GUNNA BLOW EVERYONES MINDS,” Charlotte wrote on the Callum announcement post.
What’s Charlotte Crosby’s role on Aussie Shore?
Charlotte’s 12-year run on Geordie Shore makes her perfect for the role of House Boss on Aussie Shore.
Earlier this year, Charlotte confirmed to Kyle and Jackie O that she was filming the upcoming show but that the cast were all around a decade younger than her.
Living rooms around the nation were surprised when The Voice Australia 2024 contestant Mol Turner whipped out powerful vocals that no one was prepared for.
On the August 26 episode of The Voice, 17-year-old Mol chose Britney Spears‘ iconic track Toxic — but with one very big death metal twist.
Sporting a shaggy blonde mullet, heavy eye makeup and chained jeans, Mol slowly built up to the chorus with an eerier and edgier take on the early noughties tune.
As she hit the chorus, well, The Voice coach LeAnn Rimes‘ reaction says it all:
The Voice coach Kate Miller-Heidke turned around for Mol, who is from the South Coast in New South Wales, meaning the teenager will now be on the Australian musician’s team.
What is Australia saying about Mol Turner’s audition?
With the show primarily showcasing mainstream genres and producing pop artists, Mol’s performance was surprising in a way that Australian audiences are loving.
While some viewers didn’t love the performance and are entitled to that opinion, the response is overwhelmingly positive.
“So good to finally see someone singing screamo,” someone commented on The Voice Instagram, noting that her “growl” was fire.
“An impressive death metal take on ‘Toxic’ that was so entertaining, she has quite an impressive vocal range — I think she will surprise us with what else she is capable of doing,” someone wrote to The Voice Australia Facebook.
Mol’s take on this song is definitely a welcome change. Even people who don’t neccesarily like death metal or screamo as a genre could still appreciate that she nailed it.
“Couldn’t think of anything more painful than listening to Death Metal but that was a fantastic performance and you can only appreciate the talent behind it,” one person wrote.
“Love it or hate it but that was amazing well done Mol !!!!. I loved every second!” wrote another.
“Not my cup of tea, but the girl has raw power. Glad she has the chance to perform on stage. All talents should be showcased,” an Instagram commenter added.
We can’t wait to see what Mol performs next!
The Voice Australia airs on Sundays at 7pm and Monday – Tuesday at 7:30pm on Channel 9 and 9Now.
It Ends With Us just hit cinemas but there’s one sequel-shaped question on everyone’s lips: will we get a movie adaptation for It Starts With Us — Colleen Hoover‘s follow up novel to It Ends With Us?
Mentions of It Starts With Us have definitely been happening on the red carpets for the It Ends With Us movie but, as of right now, it hasn’t officially been green lit. In fact, it’s looking murkier than ever considering all the supposed beef between leads Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni.
So what is Colleen and the It Ends With Us crew saying about the sequel? Here’s what you missed while trying to dissect the rumoured It Ends With Us drama.
Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni in It Ends With Us. Image: Sony
Does It Ends With Us have a sequel?
Colleen’s It Ends With Us book has a sequel called It Starts With Us.
While It Ends With Us follows the story of Lily Bloom trying to navigate a relationship that becomes abusive, It Starts With Us picks up where the last novel ended and focuses on Lily’s relationship with Atlas. (I’d go into further detail, but I don’t want to invite any spoiler backlash!)
The It Ends With Us book was released in 2016 and It Starts With Us came out in 2022.
It Starts With Us was released in 2022. Image: Simon & Schuster.
Justin, It Ends With Us director and lead actor, optioned the first novel back in 2019 — before It Starts With Us was even published.
Will there be an It Starts With Us movie?
A sequel is an obvious decision based on the huge box office success of It Ends With Us.
While in early August it appeared that no one had secured the rights for the It Starts With Us movie, The Hollywood Reporter is now reporting that Justin and Wayfarer Studios do have the rights for the sequel film.
If there was to be an It Ends With Us sequel off the back of the film’s success, it would be an obvious decision to keep the original cast including Blake as Lily, Justin as Ryle Kincaid, Brandon Sklenaras Atlas Corrigan and Jenny Slate as Alyssa Kincaid.
That being said, there have definitely been sequels that have deviated from the original casting (albeit usually awful).
But even if Justin was no longer in the role of Ryle or as the film director, a sequel involving Blake would mean the pair would still need to work together in some capacity. Because of this, there have been doubts over whether or not the film will go ahead.
What has Justin Baldoni said about an It Ends With Us Sequel?
Justin told Entertainment Tonight that he believes someone else should direct the sequel.
“I think that there are better people for that one,” he said. “I think Blake Lively’s ready to direct, that’s what I think.”
When asked whether or not he’d spoken to Colleen or Blake about a sequel, Justin admitted that he hadn’t.
“I haven’t. I have no idea what that story would be,” Baldoni told TV Insider at a press junket, noting that he’s trying to stay in the present.
“I’m just kind of doing my best to take this all in because it’s been five years to even get us here. So I can’t even fathom another story yet, but I’m so happy that fans love it and that she did it.”
What has Colleen Hover said about an It Starts With Us movie?
Author Colleen has definitely entertained the idea of a movie sequel.
“I think whoever decides to take charge of the next one would do it justice,” she told ET.
“I think they’re all in it for the right reasons, so I think that will be exciting. But it’s a lot of people to get the same schedules together again, so we’ll see.”
In regards to Blake coming on as director, the author said she’d “absolutely” be into that.
Considering It Ends With Us is all anyone’s talking about right now — and considering a lot of people want to see more of Atlas — we think a sequel could definitely be on the cards.
The It Ends With Us drama has been dominating our algorithms for the past fortnight, moving from a rumoured rift between Blake Livelyand Justin Baldoni to an all-out public scrutiny of Blake’s promotional run. Now, costar Brandon Sklenar has addressed the criticism.
Taking to Instagram this week, Brandon released an online statement to discuss for “vilifying the women of this cast” is “counterproductive” to the film’s message.
Why are people criticising Blake Lively?
This month, Blake has been gradually dragged online for interviews, including one where she tells the audience to “wear their florals” for a film about domestic violence.
Old interviews have also been surfacing including one where she is rude to an interviewer and one where she makes a transphobic slur.
In one interview, the interviewer asks how those who personally resonate with It Ends With Us‘ themes can go about discussing it with Blake, to which she jokes about sharing her location or address alongside Brandon, who plays love interest Atlas Corrigan in It Ends With Us.
What did Brandon Sklenar’s statement say?
“I wanted to take a minute and address all this stuff swirling online,” 34-year-old Brandon wrote in an image uploaded to his Instagram account.
“The women of this cast stand for hope, perseverance, and for women choosing a better life for themselves,” he continued.
“Vilifying the women who put so much of their heart and soul into making this film because they believe so strongly in its message seems counterproductive and detracts from what this film is about.”
For weeks, rumours have been circling of creative differences between Blake, who plays lead actress Lily Bloom in It Ends With Us, and Justin, the director and also the lead actor playing the role of Ryle Kincaid.
When he was asked about an It Starts With Us movie — the It Ends With Us sequel — Justin suggested Blake as director.
“What may or may not have happened behind the scenes does not and hopefully should not detract from what our intentions were in making this film,” Brandon said.

“It’s been disheartening to see the amount of negativity being projected online.”
He called for people to stop spreading hate online and to remind themselves of the core message of the film.
“This movie is a harsh reality check for the men who need to get their shit together and take responsibility for themselves and their actions,” he wrote.

“Ultimately it’s meant to spread love and awareness. It is not meant to once again, make the women the ‘bad guy,’ let’s move beyond that together.”
Home and Away fans are praising the soap for the “powerful” portrayal of grief by actor Ethan Browne (Tane) on the show’s August 19 episode.
In the emotional scene, Tane mourns the loss of Felicity (played by Jaqui Purvis) following her shock death while performing the Haka.
Perri, played by Cantona Stewart, watches on in concern and heartbreak as Tane grieves Felicity.
Home and Away fans have been quick to share their thoughts on the episode, praising the scene along with Ethan’s acting and the inclusion of Maori culture.
Home and Away hair and makeup designer Laura Vazquez wrote, “So powerful, so beautiful. Felt every emotion in this scene,” on an Instagram post sharing the scene.
“Absolutely love that the Maori culture and traditions has been brought into the show. Such a beautiful culture,” another comment read.
“Finishing with the Haka was a perfect ending to the episode. And done with such pure emotion,” said another.
“Couldn’t stop crying watching this,” a commenter added.
Tane and Felicity on Home and Away. Image: Seven.
Felicity collapsed at Cash and Eden’s engagement party during the August 12 episode. Felicity and Tane split late last year after Tane discovered she had been taking birth control pills behind his back.
At the engagement party, Felicity and Tane danced, flirted and instilled hope in viewers at home who have been rooting for their relationship. She then got blurred vision and collapsed before being taken to hospital.
The doctor declared she had suffered a brain aneurysm and she was eventually taken off life support on the August 19 episode.
When Home and Away producerLucy Addario said we’d need tissues for this unexpected death, she wasn’t messing about.
Home and Away airs Monday – Thursday at 7:30pm on Channel 7 and 7Plus.

The Voice 2024 is set to premiere this August with Guy Sebastian, Kate Miller-Heidke, Adam Lambert and LeAnn Rimes leading the charge as coaches for the new season.
Apparently there’s one celebrity coach that got a little overexcited this season though, with fellow The Voice judge Kate labelling them as “trigger happy” with that big red button.
Adam Lambert was “trigger happy” on The Voice 2024
“Adam was super trigger happy,” Kate revealed in an exclusive interview with Chattr, explaining that he chewed up most of his singer positions within the first half of the blind auditions.

“He turned around for for so many people very early on in the filming and then he found himself with one spot left for, like the second half of the blinds,” Kate explained.
“He got a bit overexcited.”
On The Voice, four judges have traditionally gotten to choose 12 singers each. If they turn around for a contestant who chooses to be on their team in return, it means that one of their 12 positions have been filled.
What type of artists did Kate Miller-Heidke press the buzzer for?
Kate explained to Chattr that she turned around for moments that really struck her.
“You’re just listening to hear that one magic moment,” Kate explained to Chattr. “It’s such a cliche, but that magic moment in a song that gives you goosebumps or surprises you in some way.”

“Sometimes it’s really it can be hard to tell because a lot of people are struggling with nerves. It’s a deeply nerve-wracking experience to get up on that stage and you’re just waiting to hear that that kernel of something amazing.”
Kate met Adam and LeAnn for the first time on The Voice 2024
Kate revealed to Chattr that it was her first time meeting both LeAnn and Adam, the latter of which became one of her “favourite” people.
“They were both so lovely,” Kate explained of meeting Adam and LeAnn for the first time on The Voice.
“Leanne shot to superstardom when she was only 12 years old,” Kate recalled.
Image: Supplied.
“She’s lived her entire life as a very famous person, but she’s still an artist to her core. She still takes the art and craft of singing really seriously and she’s so good at what she does.”
“And Adam, he’s lightning in a bottle. He’s just brilliant. He and I were sitting next to each other for the whole season, so we got to hang out and chat a lot.
“He is just one of my favourite people. He’s so funny and irreverent and kooky. He’s brilliant.”
Why did this just become the friendship we never knew we needed? Cute as hell.
The Voice airs on 7 and 7Plus from Monday, August 19.
FBoy Island 2024 has landed and no one’s happier than me to see a big burning dick on the sand to kick off the Season 2 recaps.
burn motherfucker
This season we have three new leading ladies tasked with figuring out if the men vying for their love are FBoys or Nice Guys.
Choose wrong and they’ll be rorted out of the prize money.
this is fine
First we have Nicole, a model who is asking the bare minimum from a man: to be heard and not just seen.
see me hear me love me!
Krystal (who you remember from The Bachelors) is on the hunt for a “mid” — AKA a six of out 10 — because they’re fabulous at licking pussy.
where is the lie
Ally, our final leading lady, has dated “devil dick” — AKA Vernon Lyon from FBoy Island Season 1. She doesn’t even need to say his name.
I was younger then
Our host and saviour Abbie Chatfield is ready to introduce the ladies to the men of FBoy Island, but first they must finish the last leg of the 14-km City2Surf.
see you in 25 hours
First the boys are introduced to Nicole and it is immediately obvious that they have smelt model (and perfect underboob) because they cannot control their dick energy of varying sizes.
arooga
Next up is Krystal. She has placed second in City2Surf at two hours and 12 minutes, only to see a familiar face from the Gold Coast.
omg is that the rando from Sin City
However, the guy she may or may not have rooted at Toolies isn’t the one she’s got her eyes set on. While she’s adamant about a mid who bothers to find the clit, she has instead chosen “the hot one”.
It is I, ‘The Hot One’
No, she literally called him that, in order to clarify that she’s not talking about this guy.
I lick pussy better than The Hot One tho
Ally places third for City2Surf, finishing at two hours and 19 minutes. She also has her eyes on The Hot One.
this should end well
The ladies and the men then head back to their respective villas where it becomes apparent that Frank has been declared as an FBoy by literally everyone.
Why? He was handsy with Krystal and… as for the guys? I think they just reckon he’s a toss.
Meanwhile, The Hot One has decided he likes Nicole the best.
The Hot Ones must stick together
Back at the women’s HQ, Abbie is getting to know the ladies better.
Ally confirms dirty dog Vernon dropped the L-word on her before going on a bender and blocking her.
that second bag will do it
Ally’s revenge? Implying to all of Australia he has a small dick.
that checks out
Krystal opens up about being the child of an FBoy. Her father cheated on her mum while she was pregnant with Krystal and now she feels like she has a responsibility to stop the chain.
We love Krystal and this is a powerful story. FBoys think their behaviour is funny but it actually can be really fucking traumatic. OK?
“My Fboy radar? Unmatched,” Krystal says.
not counting Felix Van Hofe
The bonfire
Once Jerome (the one who wears Crocs) shares that likes “licking ass” and “eating ass” (just like Flume), the FBoy Island crew head to a bonfire.
Cue Love Island montage
Krystal confirms she may have “sucked” off that guy from the Gold Coast but does not confirm if it was on Cavill Ave. Her memory is really failing her for someone who writes FBoy reminders in her notebook.
So far we know that the guy who wore a leather jacket on an island called her the wrong name and the guy who was on The Amazing Race isn’t sure if he wants to give up the single life.
We also know that everyone’s obsessed with Nicole, even though we all know she is going to choose The Hot One.
as per my last email, I would like to be heard
Sadly The Hot One is also The Dense One because he tells a woman wearing a full face of makeup that she’s a “natural beauty”.
lol this is makeup
Nicole reminds him of the makeup she is wearing, while looking at him with the same eyes lined with eyeliner and shaded with glitter.
“Doesn’t look like it,” he responds. Does this man think we came out of the womb looking like Mila Kunis in her Black Swan era?
you’re telling me those diamantes under your eyes aren’t permanent?
Someone open their TikTok and show this man a GRWM.
Thankfully another man named Nick takes over and he knows the word “intrinsic” so please, do not be fooled by his earlier peck pumping.
I brought my thesaurus
Krystal, who was once on The Bachelors, has taken a liking to Paddy, who was once on The Bachelorette.
“Paddy, he isn’t the hottest,” Krystal says and my heart breaks from him watching this back right now.
which means you’ll be fab at going down
Krystal can sense an anaconda in those pants so she gives him a pash with so much tongue it requires a KFC wet clean up towel.
slurp
“I love how you played with my tongue,” he tells her and I may just vomit on my television screen.
da fuq u just say
In other areas of the party, a man with tatoos decides to dry-root Nicole’s foot and Frank is trying to convince Krystal he’s a nice guy because his ex slept with his mate behind his back.
That doesn’t make you a nice guy, it just means you have fucked friends.
nice try
It’s time to choose who the ladies will be taking on their first dates.
Nicole chooses Jack (the man who can both use big words and pop his pecks), Krystal chooses Frank (to try and determine his FBoy status once and for all) and Ally goes for The Hot One (The Christian Who Has Sex Before Marriage AKA The Man Who Thinks Women Were Born With Eyeliner).
you lack common sense but as long as you fuck before nuptials we’re good
The first dates
Ally is wet. She’s dickmatised by The Hot One’s past four-year relationship and ability to talk nicely about his ex.
a man who doesn’t talk shit about his ex? Rare find!!!
Then he slips his tongue in like the good Christian boy he is.
forgive me father for I have sinned
Meanwhile, Krystal is embracing her inner Cavill Ave by sharing a vodka cruiser with Frank after making him run around a sunflower garden naked.
we love preemptive revenge
Nicole and Jack jetski, talk about how much they like each other and then slip their tongues in both on dry land and in the sea.
we are so intrinsic rn bby
We finish off our dates portion of the episode by Ally finding out that The Hot One liked Nicole first and would like to still get to know her considering he’s known Ally a full three minutes.
But she was born with eye glitter!
Ally cries.
The elimination
The girls have taken to their directors chairs for their first FBoy Island elimination.
A bunch of people we hardly know are up for elimination, plus Frank, that foot fucker, The Hot One (!!!) and that Jake dude who you recognise from The Amazing Race. Sadly The Amazing Race dude already left (probably to go on another reality TV show).
enjoy Love Is Blind
Only the foot fucker and Jin leave. Jin is the one who told Nicole she was stunning. Sorry, that didn’t narrow it down, did it?
This is Jin
Jin and his slutty ankles are an Fboy but the dry foot fucker is a Nice Guy!
I’ll never dry root a foot again
One down, many to go. I’ll be writing FBoy Island Season 2 recaps the entire season so I’ll see you here next Monday but until then, you can follow me on Instagram.
FBoy IslandAustralia is coming back for Season Two and finally we’ve got the deets we’ve been waiting for — a trailer, release date and even our leading ladies.
Keep reading for everything we know so far about FBOY Island Season Two, including a familiar face as part of the leading ladies, one hell of a packed trailer, where the show’s filmed and more.
Here’s everything we know about FBoy Island Australia 2024.
Is there an FBoy Island Season Two trailer?
Sure is! And let me tell you, FBoy Island Season Two looks like it will D-E-L-I-V-E-R. Do I spy Abbie Chatfieldtelling someone off? Do I spy a Bachie contestant (more on that below)? Keen!!!
The official trailer follows a few teases we’ve copped this month, including one where Abbie asks why Limbro is open.
(For the uninitiated, Limbro is where naughty FBOYs are sent to repent after they’re eliminated.)
Could Abbie asking “Who left it open?” mean that some of the FBoysfrom Season One are returning in Season Two? Could VernonLyon be back for another round?
The FBoys and Nice Guys for Season Two have just been announced and they include some reality TV alumni! See the FBoy Island men, including one block from Bachelor In Paradise and one from Amazing Race Australia.
will be made up of just yet. There’s a decent taste of what we’re in for thanks to the trailer above, though. I don’t think they’re going to disappoint.
Who are FBoy Island Australia’s leading ladies?
Australia, meet Krystal Thomas, Ally Woodfall and Nicole Mitrov.
From left to right: Ally Woodfall, Krystal Thomas, Nicole Mitrov. Image: BINGE.
Krystal has experience navigating FBoys — you might remember her as a The Bachelors contestant where she dated Felix Van Hofe.
Nicole is a model and Ally is Vernon‘s ex.
Who will host FBOY Island Season Two?
Abbie will return as host of FBoy Island Australia after nailing the job for Season One.
Literally the best host choice for this show. Image: BINGE.
Not only has she been on a reality dating show before as runner-up for Matt Agnew‘s The Bachelor season, but she also knows when to call out people for being shitty.
In Abbie we trust.
What can we expect from FBOY Island Season Two?
Host Abbie explained that while fans can expect drama again this season, the sophomore season will be different from the first.
FBOY Island Season Two’s leading ladies with host Abbie. Image: BINGE.
“This season is as drama-filled but in really different ways,” Chatfield told Daily Telegraph earlier this year.
“The stories along the way are way more complex and I think the three leading women did such an amazing job at supporting each other, really doing detective work and being steadfast.
“They had some hard conversations with each other along the way as well, which I think is what real friendship is all about.”
The official FBOY Island Season Two release date is August 5, 2024. Pencil it in! It will air every Monday for nine weeks.
Which FBOY Island Season One couples are still together?
In Season One, Molly O’Halloran, Ziara Rae and Sophie Blackley attempted to navigate their way through the FBOYs and find true love.
FBOY Island leads and their final picks. Image: BINGE.
Molly and Ziara both snagged “nice guys” in Nick Brownand Izaya Leotarespectively. And they’re still with their chosen picks!
Meanwhile, Sophie chose Joshy Allen, even though he was revealed to be an FBoy. They split up shortly after.
How to watch FBoy Island Australia
FBOY Island Australia streams exclusively on streaming service BINGE from August 5. You can watch everyone episode of Season One now.
Where is FBoy Island Australia filmed?
Sadly (or gladly?) there is no actual FBoy Island on Google Maps. FBoy Island Australia is filmed in a place called Casaurina which is 150km south to south east of Brisbane.
Amazon Prime Video’s The Boys is getting a prequel spinoff called Vought Rising which is great news for fans who were bummed about Season 5 ending.
The Boys spinoff was announced during a panel presentation at San Diego Comic-Con. Supernatural‘s Jensen Ackles (Soldier Boy) and Aya Cash (Stormfront) will feature in the new prequel series.
Here’s everything we know so far about the upcoming The Boys spinoff, Vought Rising.
What is The Boys spinoff Vought Rising about?
Vought Rising is “a twisted murder mystery about the origins of Vought in the 1950s”, according to the official The Boys Instagram page.
“Vought Rising may or may not feature the very first Herogasm, founded in 1952,” the post added about The Boys spinoff.
For the uninitiated, Herogasm is a yearly festival where superheroes engage in a bunch of sexual activity. A selling point for the new spinoff if I ever did hear one!
Vought Rising will also follow “the early exploits of Soldier Boy, and the diabolical manoeuvres of a ‘Supe’ known to fans as Stormfront, who was then going by the name Clara Vought”, according to executive producers Eric Kripke and Paul Grellong‘s statement (shared by news.com.au).
“We cannot wait to blow your minds and trouble your souls with this salacious, grisly saga drenched in blood and Compound V.”
This will be the third The Boys spinoff.
The Boys Season 5 will be the last
During the San Diego Comic-Con panel, it was also revealed that Jensen will play a major role in The Boys Season 5 and that a relationship between Soldier Boy and Homelander will be further explored.
The Boys Season 4 premiered in June 2024 and it was recently confirmed that Season 5 would be its last.
Just before the highly anticipated premiere of Season 4 in June, Eric Kripke (the mastermind behind the show), announced that Season 5 would be the final season.
“SEE YOU FOR OUR FINAL SEASON, MOTHERF***ERS!” the tweet read.
“From the very beginning, I wanted to wrap it out around season five,” Kripke told The Hollywood Reporter.
“And then I would say plans really solidified that we were going to actually do it years ago.
“It might have been because I was trained as a TV writer and there were five acts,” he added.
“It gives you enough time to get to know the characters… It’s about the characters and then you kick off into a climax.”
End of an era! At least now we have The Boys spinoff to look forward to, huh?
Harry Garside has shared a heartfelt message on social media after missing out on the gold medal he was gunning for at the Paris 2024 Olympic Games.
Overnight Australian time, Harry was eliminated in the first round of the men’s 63.5kg class. He won a bronze medal at the Tokyo 2020 Olympic games and had been hoping to score a gold in Paris.
In a post-match interview that personally broke my heart watching at home, Harry apologised to his home country and revealed that times ahead will be tough for him.
Harry Garside’s disappointment over his Paris 2024 Olympics outcome
“It is crazy… two decades dedicated to one dream and it is over just like that,” Harry told Nine.
“Australia is such a sporting nation and I’m so sorry. Honestly, I feel like a failure right now … I don’t even know what to say,” he added.
“Deep down inside I fear for what the next couple of months look like for myself. I’m sure there’ll be some dark times. I’ve just got to prepare for that now.”
Harry’s heartfelt realisation
Harry has taken to social media following his Olympics outcome to share how he’s feeling after some time to process and we’re glad to see him looking a bit more optimistic.
Sharing that he’s been “beating himself up for a couple of hours” over the events before coming to a “realisation”.
“I had this realisation that I wanted a two-decade journey to try and get that gold medal. And yes, I didn’t get that gold medal but I became my own friend in that journey,” Harry reflected.
Harry continued to explain that his self-worth was low at the beginning of the journey and now he feels like he has the relationship with himself to manage his inner-critic.
“Over the last three years, I really worked hard and trying to build my self-worth and trying to grow and evolve and be kind to myself more often. In that, I don’t get success, but I’d rather be my friend and have no success.”
Harry then got emotional as he went on to share his hopes of becoming a dad one day.
“Being a dad and not passing on negative things to my kids is really important to me. So I’m really happy that the two-decade journey wasn’t for nothing,” Harry finished.
Absolutely sensational human that the whole of Australia is cheering on right now, gold medal or not.
You can watch the Paris 2024 Olympics on 9 and 9Now. Harry Garside also appeared on I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! in 2023 which you can watch on 10Play.
According to Herald Sun, Janet died peacefully on Friday with her daughters, Sarah and Eloise, by her side.
Janet also played Reb Keane in Prisoner: Cell Block H, and more recently appeared in Safe Home on SBS and the Logie-nominated Paramount+ drama Fake starring Asher Keddie.
Neighbours costars share tributes for Janet Andrewartha
In the social media post announcing Janet’s passing, Neighbours cast memberJackie Woodburne (who plays Susan Kennedy) remembered Janet as “an extraordinary woman” who she will miss.
“Janet was one of the finest actors of her generation, but more than that, she was an extraordinary woman,” Jackie said in the Neighbours post.
“Passionate, political, curious, delightfully eccentric, generous and fun. To me she was a steadfast friend for over 45 years. I will miss her every day.”
Stefan Dennis (who plays Paul Robinson) commented on the post to echo Jackie’s words.
“So very upset to lose the lovely Janet,” Stefan wrote. “As Jackie said, she truly was an exceptional actress who was a pleasure work with and to be around. We will all miss you dear girl.”
Lyn Scully once married Paul Robinson on the beloved soap. Image: Channel Ten.
Lucinda Cowden (who plays Melanie Pearson), remembered Janet’s impact in her role as Reb Keane in Prisoner: Cell Block H.
“I remember when I first saw her on Prisoner … she lit up the screen, and continued to grace us with her exceptional talent in so many interesting and unique characters,” Lucinda wrote. “Vale Janet.”
Holly Vallance (who played Felicity Scully, the daughter of Lyn) shared her heartbreak on X (formerly known as Twitter).
Deeply sad losing Janet Andrewartha. She was a superb human being who taught me so much from the age of 15. I'll treasure her last trip to the UK forever. Precious memories I'm so grateful for. “Precious memories I’m so grateful for. A beautiful, talented, hilarious & kind woman.
“I’m so glad it was you who played my Mum. You were the real deal. Made us feel safe. And looked after us when we were all so young in the industry. It was an honour to work beside you and call you a friend.”
Carla Bonner (who played Steph Scully, Lyn’s daughter) shared an image of a candle overnight to her Instagram Stories saying, “I will miss you forever.”

Our thoughts go out to everyone affected by Janet’s passing.
“It’s very recent and very unexpected. I’m super happy. It’s really lovely.”
This is huge news for Home and Away fans as the rumours of the pair’s romance first started swirling in May after photos of Ada and James kissing emerged.
It was following the April announcement of Ada’s split from Adam Rigby. Ada and Adam were together for eight years.
James, 48, finalised his divorce from former Home And Away star Sarah Roberts in March. The pair were together for five years.
Were Ada and James together while shooting their wedding scene?
Ada and James play husband and wife on Home and Away as their characters Leah Patterson and Justin Morgan. In fact, the pair filmed wedding scenes for the soap last year and the episode itself aired in April.
Prior to Ada’s confirmation of their relationship, The Sunday Telegraph reported that she was spotted kissing James at a Seven Network Christmas party last year.
That being said, Ada shut down any rumours that she was involved with James during shooting.
“There weren’t genuine feelings then,” Ada explained.
The couple’s characters got married earlier this year. Image: Seven.
“It was shot last year. But I think whenever you’re watching any TV couple, you’re always wondering if they really do have feelings.
“We’ve always respected each other. We’ve known each other since [1998 soap opera] Breakers. Jimmy is an amazing actor,” she added.
“I’ve loved working with him for five years and I think our scenes are great. I always like going to work — we push ourselves, and push each other, in a really good way.”
As someone who’s watched Ada’s character, Leah, lose Vinnie (Ryan Kwanten) all those years ago, I’m happy for her. And for Ada too!
Remember when Jayden Eynaud told Eden Harperduring Married At First Sight’s confessions week that he slept with his ex’s best friend while she watched? It was truly shocking television in every sense of the word.
The shock quickly turned to confusion when a woman claiming to be Jayden’s ex-girlfriend told PEDESTRIAN.TV that his confession was a lie, though. Why — WHY — would you lie about something like… that?
It’s something that still baffles Jayden’s TV bride Eden, who admitted to Chattr that she found out it was a lie “during MAFS airing” like everyone else.
That’s a lot of months to be kept in the dark. Keep reading to see what Eden had to say about Jayden’s confession lie.
Jayden told Eden he slept with his ex’s best friend after finding out she cheated on him. Image: Nine.
How did Eden feel when Jayden told her that confession?
Even though it seemed like Jayden’s confession was quickly forgotten about by viewers, Eden revealed that the whole thing really changed things for the relationship.
“When I first experienced the confession letter in real life, I had only known Jayden a few weeks,” Eden told Chattr.
“It was hard at the time as I really liked him. Prior to finding out I trusted him 100 per cent and but that trust was completely shattered,” she continued.
“It made me question and overthink everything he ever said from that day on.
“So as much as I did make the choice to forgive him, the trust was subconsciously broken and I wouldn’t have been the best version of myself in the relationship from then on.”
How did Eden feel watching Australia’s reaction to Jayden’s confession?
Eden says that having to watch the confession on television was difficult, especially because of how much their relationship had grown outside the experiment in that time.
“Reliving the story all over again when it aired was really hard for me as by that point I’d been with the guy for seven-to-eight months and was completely in love.
“It was tough seeing everyone’s opinions and they way people spoke about him online.”
Eden was upset when she found out Jayden’s MAFS confession. Image: Nine.
How did Eden find out Jayden’s confession was a lie?
While Australia found out about the lie within 24 hours of the episode airing, Eden thought it was true for months — up until Jayden himself admitted it was false.
“The day after it aired, his ex-girlfriend had come out and claimed the story was false,” Eden recalled.
“After that, he did admit to me that it didn’t happen.
“It made me really angry to be honest — angry at him for putting me through that and putting his ex through that and for sharing it on national television.
“It honestly made me so angry that if I wanted to be with him, I really had to choose to forgive him for it and never bring it up again, which is the choice I made.”
Eden and Jayden announced their breakup in April 2024. Image: Nine.
She’s a stronger woman than me! Jayden and Eden announced their break up just after MAFS 2024 stopped airing.
As for why Jayden would make up a story that doesn’t necessarily make him look great of national (and later international) television, Eden hinted she’d probably never know.
“It baffles me to this day why anyone would make that up,” she explained to Chattr.
“I couldn’t get a straight answer from him as to why, just lots of different reasons and blaming other people which didn’t make any sense.”
House of the Dragon has once again shocked its viewers with confronting footage and this time it’s kept it in the family with an incest scene. Yes, you read that right.
Although it’s a storyline we’ve seen before in the Game of Thrones universe and George R.R Martin‘s work in general, viewers of the hit show have some thoughts about the latest House of the Dragon incest scene where a character imagined having sex with his mother.
— edgar allan’s hoe 🐦⬛🔮 (@NightOwlNikk) July 15, 2024
While it’s almost expected from the same show that shocked viewers with a confronting blowjob scene earlier this month, I can understand the confused reaction from the general public when it comes to the House of the Dragon incest scene in question.
Whether you’re a regular viewer of House of the Dragon or not, one thing’s for sure: this scene is so uncomfortable to watch (which you can do below at your own risk):
I just watch finished watching house of the dragon episode 5 and this scene of Daemon having sexs with his mother is so cringe, disgusting and absolutely unnecessary. These shows are taking this incest thing to another level like what was even the aim?? 🤮🤬 pic.twitter.com/fnGxk8U1Ft
What happens in the incest scene with Daemon’s mother?
The footage shows Daemon Targaryen (Matt Smith) having a very sensual dream about his mother, Alyssa Targaryen (Emeline Lambert).
“Daemon, you were always the strong one. The finest swordsman. The fearless dragon rider,” Alyssa tells her son as he… goes down on her.
Keep your head where I can see it! Image: House of the Dragon.
At one point, she says, “If only you’d been born first, my favourite son.”
This was the first appearance viewers have seen of Daemon’s mother as she passed away during childbirth complications.
For the uninitiated, Daemon is also married to his own niece Rhaenyra Targaryen (Emma D’Arcy). In this House of the Dragon episode, the visions he has of his mother are sent by witch Alys Rivers (Gayle Rankin) to wig him out.
One person questioned the point of the scene including Daemon’s mother, labelling it as “so cringe, disgusting and absolutely unnecessary” on X, formerly known as Twitter.
Shannen Doherty has sadly died after a long battle with cancer. She was just 53 years old.
Shannen was well known for her roles in Charmed, Beverly Hills, 90210, Heathers, Mallrats and more.
Shannen’s publicist confirmed the tragic news to PEOPLE overnight.

Shannen Doherty’s publicist confirmed the news
“It is with a heavy heart that I confirm the passing of actress Shannen Doherty,” Shannen’s longtime publicist, Leslie Sloane, confirmed in an exclusive statement to PEOPLE.
“On Saturday, July 13, she lost her battle with cancer after many years of fighting the disease.
“The devoted daughter, sister, aunt and friend was surrounded by her loved ones as well as her dog, Bowie.
“The family asks for their privacy at this time so they can grieve in peace,” the statement continued.
Costars mourn Shannen Doherty’s death
Shannen’s costars and friends have been taking to social media to grieve following the news of her death.
Rose McGowan, who starred in Charmed following Shannen’s departure from the hit show, remembered her friend as a “soft-hearted badass” with the “heart of a lion”.
Jennie Garth starred in Beverly Hills, 90210 with Shannen, both in the original version of the series and the 90210 reboot which started airing in 2008.
“I am still processing my tremendous grief over the loss of my long-time friend Shannen, the woman I have often described as one of the strongest people I have ever known,” Jennie wrote alongside photos of the pair from their early Beverly Hills, 90210 days.
Shenae Grimes-Beech, who played Annie Wilson in the 90210 reboot alongside Shannen, shared her tribute on Instagram Reels.
“To the icon, the legend, the take-no-sh!t WARRIOR of a woman, Shannen Doherty… thank you for inspiring me in more ways than I can bring myself to put into words right now,” Shenae wrote alongside a video she posted to Instagram.
“You paved the way and it was an absolute privilege and honour to follow in your footsteps.”
Watch her full video and read what she had to say about Shannen’s inspiration in the post below.
Tori Spelling wrote “I don’t have outward words yet… but we KNEW and that’s what matters” to her Instagram Stories alongside a selfie of her and Shannen.

Shannen Doherty cause of death
Shannen was diagnosed with breast cancer almost a decade ago. She confirmed the news in August 2015 when she was aged 44.
“Yes, I have breast cancer, and I am currently undergoing treatment,” the actress said in a statement to PEOPLE at the time.
Two years later Shannen went into remission but announced in 2020 that the cancer had returned as Stage 4. It was made public in court documents that her cancer was terminal, as reported by TODAY.
Shannen underwent brain surgery in 2023 following the cancer metastasising to her bones and brain.
Shannen had been open and honest about her condition in her ‘Let’s Be Clear’ podcast, sharing that earlier treatment protocols were no longer working.
Our thoughts are with Shannen’s family and friends during this incredibly difficult time.
The Married At First Sight 2024 drama is still in full force with Sara Mesa and Lauren Dunn calling out MAFS groom Tim Calwell for his latest Instagram Reel.
But now the rest of the MAFS cast have gotten involved, as they do, and the word ‘drama’ just doesn’t cut it.
Keep reading to catch up on everything from start to finish.
What did Tim post on Instagram?
Tim shared a video to his 111,000 Instagram followers which featured Tim doing activities with his new girlfriend, Barbara Griebeler, attending a few appointments and showing a car with a sign reading, “WARNING! 100% BITCH”.
“This car reminds me of someone,” Tim’s voiceover said.
Sara, who was fake-married to Tim during the experiment, took to Instagram Stories to express her frustration.
What Sara said about Tim’s reel
“If my partner put a video of us doing cute things together on the internet for the world to see and then subliminally took a dig at his ex-girlfriend, I would be livid. Livid,” Sara said in her Instagram Stories.
Sara took to Instagram Stories to air her thoughts about Tim’s reel. Image: @saramessy
“I hope that she’s still okay that you mentioned me in there, regardless of whether it’s calling me ‘100% Bitch’. Don’t you think that it’s time to move on and give her that respect as well?” Sara asked.
Sara also suggested that there was a side of Tim not shown on MAFS Season 11.
“That reel that you made including me is giving insecure and that is the man that you showed to me the whole time on the show. And I really wish that people could have seen that side.”
What Lauren had to say about Tim’s reel
Sara’s MAFS bestie, Lauren, also entered the chat in her own Q&A on Instagram Stories.
Lauren entered the chat to call Tim out for using the word “Bitch”. Source: @lauren_funn_
“Do these men not get it? We just don’t call women bitches in 2024,” Lauren said.
“The men in our season, they just weren’t it. They just don’t understand society and what’s acceptable and what’s not acceptable,” she continued.
“Just a lack of intelligence and I can’t argue with stupid people.”
Lauren also noted that she was sent the video because she doesn’t follow Tim.
What Tim had to say about his reel
Speaking to Yahoo Lifestyle!, Tim said that he didn’t mention anyone specifically.
“I didn’t actually mention anyone at all! It seems like everyone is projecting their own thoughts onto my reel,” he told Yahoo Lifestyle!
“I like talking about my life experiences, regardless of if that chapter in my life is closed. MAFS is certainly a unique experience and I’ll likely keep sharing mine.”
What the MAFS cast are saying about the post
When the account @sodramaticpodcast_ posted Sara’s Instagram Story on their own page, fellow MAFS 2024 cast member Eden Harper entered the chat.
The video moment the cast are talking about. Image: @timcalwell
“So Sara can call Cass [Allen] a c****, Lauren call Jono [McCullough] a snake, dog, c*** (to name a few),” Eden wrote in the comments section.
“But that’s funny and lighthearted… It’s only unacceptable and wrong when Tim does it? The double standards are laughable.”
MAFS intruder Michael Felix added, “Louder for the people in the back” and Jono wrote, “Double standard queens.”
When asked by Chattr what her thoughts are about Sara and Lauren calling out Tim’s behaviour, she made it clear that what Tim said was “inappropriate”.
“I don’t think there was any malicious intent from Tim, but it’s definitely important for him to understand that using that kind of language is inappropriate and can be really damaging,” Eden told Chattr.
“However, I also believe that Lauren and Sara need to take some accountability for the name calling, insults, and bullying behaviour that they constantly demonstrate themselves.”
What do Lauren and Sara think about their cast’s comments?
In response to the “double standards” claims of her cast mates, Sara argued that “two wrongs don’t make a right”.
“Just because I did wrong doesn’t mean that Tim gets a hall pass for alluding to calling me a bitch,” Sara told Chattr.
“I apologised to Cassandra,” Sara added, in response to calling her the C word.
“That is the only time I use vulgar language to someone. And I would never do that publicly on the internet for the world to see.”
Lauren responded to the comments from her MAFS cast mates in a follow-up video on Instagram.
“I was the queen of the insult. I understand that. The purpose of what we’re talking about is men with a platform perpetuating language that is violent to women.”
MAFS continue to deliver lessons in what’s acceptable even without them all on our screens, no John Aiken required.
As with many celebrities you see and hear about, Will Ferrell is not actually the Stepbrothers actor’s real name.
In fact, Ferrell rarely gets addressed by his real name and would get “so embarrassed” if it was ever brought up.
In celebration of Anchorman‘s 20th anniversary, Ferrel joined his costar Christina Applegate and Jamie-Lynn Sigler (Big Sky) on their MeSsy podcast, where he discussed his legal name.
“It wasn’t my choice,” Will said on his legal name. Image: FOX Searchlight
What is Will Ferrell’s real name?
Ferrell’s legal name is John William Ferrell.
Discussing his youth with Applegate, Ferrell mentioned that he was able to make friends easily thanks to “being funny”.
However, he mentioned that the start of every school year could be quite embarrassing for him thanks to his real name rearing its head.
“This is a minor thing in terms of — it’s not really even trauma — but I remember feeling so embarrassed because my real name is John, John William Ferrell, so first day of school, I’d be John,” Ferrel recalled on the podcast.
“The teacher would be like ‘John Ferrell?’ and it was so embarrassing to me to have to say ‘Here, but I go by Will, I don’t go by John.’ “
Does Ferrell ever use his real first name?
Ferrell noted it took a while for his teachers to remember that he actually went by Will and not John, which was “excruciating”.
He also explained that kids at school would ask about his name after hearing him correct the teachers.
“I don’t know why that was so embarrassing to me to have to explain ‘I’m actually Will’,” he said.
“My parents named [me] John but they called me Will. I grew up as Will, but on a rule sheet, my legal name is John Ferrell.”
Ferrell told Applegate that he doesn’t like his legal name because it wasn’t his “choice”.
To be fair, I know a few people who’ve gone by their middle name their whole lives.
If you’re keen to love some lamp after reading this, you can watch Anchorman on Stan.
If you think that Cam from Modern Family — Eric Stonestreet — is likely the loveliest person in the world, podcast host Taylor Strecker‘s firsthand opinion of the actor is here to shake things up.
During an episode of Amazon Live’s In Bed With Paige DeSorbo (if you don’t listen to her Giggly Squad podcast with Hannah Berner, you should), Strecker did not hold back on her experience with the Modern Family star.
Well, this should be interesting! Image: Modern Family
“Who’s the worst guest you’ve ever had on your podcast?” DeSorbo asked Strecker, who is the host of the Taste of Taylor podcast.
Unfazed, Strecker dropped Stonestreet’s name like the hot tea it is.
“He’s [Cameron Tucker] from Modern Family, and he’s like the chubby, jolly, sweet, funny one,” Strecker clarified when DeSorbo didn’t recognise the name.
“Could he be anything but… nasty!”
Strecker explained she quickly learned he was on her podcast to promote none other than Pepto-Bismol.
For the uninitiated, Pepto-Bismol is an anti-diarrhoea medication that’s a staple in American households but not available in Australia.
“So we’re chatting away, and I’m being my adorable self, and then he hits me with, ‘So when are we gonna talk about Pepto-Bismol?’”
Trying to roll with it, Strecker joked, “I have hemorrhoids. I’m the queen of diarrhea. I love Pepto-Bismol! We can talk about whatever you want.”
That was when she explained that things got a little sassy, if you will.
“And he said to me — and I quote — ‘Somebody didn’t do their homework.,” Strecker recalled.
As someone who interviews people in media regularly, that’s a pretty rough thing to hear.
“I said, ‘I’m sorry. Am I getting paid by Pepto-Bismol? No. So that’s your job to figure out, not mine.”
You know when people are relaying a story and it’s unclear if they actually said that thing or just thought it in response? I really hope she said that to him for the popcorn value alone.
It’s understood that the podcast appearance was likely around the time of his 2011 partnership with Pepto-Bismol for a Feeding America campaign.
I’d love to know the thoughts of whoever was the Pepto-Bismol publicist at the time. You know what they say? There are 17 sides to every story.
Esteemed US comedian Chelsea Handler told The Project host Sam Taunton exactly how she felt about the Margot Robbie pregnancy joke he made and it wasn’t pretty.
Rumours quickly spread yesterday that Robbie and her partner, Tom Ackerley, were expecting their first child after paparazzi shots of the actress sporting an exposed stomach surfaced.
As Australia’s golden girl, it’s no surprise that Robbie’s reported pregnancy with Ackerley was a topic of conversation on the entertainment news program, The Project.
What was the Margot Robbie pregnancy joke?
“I’ve seen the Barbie movie by the way,” Taunton said. “It’s going to have to be a C-section.”
The joke didn’t immediately land with his cohosts, who started asking what he meant.
Later in The Project episode, which aired Monday, June 8, Handler joined the desk to promote her upcoming comedy tour titled ‘Little Big Bitch’.
“Before you get started, I want to touch on your Barbie joke,” Handler told Taunton.
“How can you even make a joke like that when you know a comedian is coming on the show? That’s humiliating for both of us,” she roasted him.
“It was a really bad joke. I felt so bad for you.”
Obviously aware of the cringe-worthy joke, Taunton told Handler that he was hoping it would never be brought up again.
“I had to,” Handler replied.
Sarah Harris and Tunny looked visibly uncomfortable as the exchange was happening, but also like they were low-key loving it. Who doesn’t love a good roast of their mate?
While it was definitely a case of two comedians joking with one another, it’s got to hurt to be schooled by someone so iconic on national television!
Handler’s tour kicks off in Melbourne Tuesday, July 9, and will also stop in Brisbane and Sydney. Buy tickets here.
If you’re looking for a chance at love with your very own farmer than we have some good news for you — Farmer Wants A Wife 2025 is taking applications. Right now! Keep reading for how to apply.

Farmer Want A Wife 2025: How to apply
Farmer Wants A Wife applications have officially opened via the show’s official website.
“Many Aussie farmers have found love through Farmer Wants a Wife Australia,” reads the application page via casting company MyCastingNet.

What does the Farmer Wants A Wife Application involve?
Farmer Wants A Wife applications require three photographs, including a headshot, a full-length shot and a photo where you’re holding the day’s date. I guess that last one helps rule out catfishing?

MasterChef Australia 2024 has been a j-o-u-r-n-e-y, and now that we’re finally at the tail end of the season, we can confirm when the finale will air.
Throughout the season we’ve had impressive celebrity appearances, like Jamie Oliver and Curtis Stone, as well as some seriously drool-worthy dishes.
While this season’s been nothing short of spectacular, like all good things, it must come to an end.
When is the MasterChef Australia 2024 finale on?
With just five contestants remaining, next week will see the competition enter Finals Week.
As per usual, the remaining Home Cooks will be whittled down until just three two are left to battle it out in the season’s final episode.
Channel 10 has confirmed to Chattr that this season’s MasterChef Australia finale will air on Tuesday, 16 July.
Who’s still in the competition?
At the time of writing, five contestants are still in the running for the MasterChef Australia 2024 finale.
Nat, Mimi, Josh ‘Pezza’ Perry, Harry and Sav will all take part in Finals Week in the hope of taking out the competition.
What is the MasterChef Australia 2024 prize?
The last standing contestant will, of course, receive bragging rights, as well as a whopping $250,000 cash prize. They’ll also (probably) gain a blue tick on Instagram. Winning!
What will happen during the MasterChef Australia Finals Week?
The episode that airs on Sunday July 7, will see one of the remaining five contestants eliminated. They will face off with some of the world’s most extreme ingredients and must select one ingredient to tame.
On Monday, the top four will tackle their final mystery box of the season. Under each mystery box is a golden ticket, and the winner of the challenge will be the first home cook to secure their place in the MasterChef Australia semi-final.
In the final challenge of the week on Tuesday, fish king Josh Niland will set a three-hour pressure test that will push everyone to their limits. Which seafood aficionado Harry will probably be excited about (if he makes it past Sunday’s elim ep).
The MasterChef Australia 2024 Finale will air on Tuesday, 16 July on Channel 10 and 10Play at 7:30pm.

Jessica Gunning wowed audiences around the world with her groundbreaking portrayal of Martha in the Netflix sensation Baby Reindeer.
However, news has just surfaced that there was another name in the mix for the role and I’m not sure how to feel about it.
According to a report by Variety, a source has claimed that agents for creator Richard Gadd (who also wrote and starred in Baby Reindeer as himself) “pushed aggressively” for Melissa McCarthy to play the leading role of Martha.
While McCarthy is known for her comedic roles such as her ones in Bridesmaids, The Heat and more, she has also shown her depth and more serious side in other roles such as Can You Ever Forgive Me? in 2018.
“A knowledgeable source says McCarthy met Gadd about the role but ultimately wasn’t interested,” the Variety report said.
“Those familiar with the production say Gadd micromanaged casting and fired his CAA agents after they and Netflix pushed aggressively for Melissa McCarthy to be cast as Martha.”
I don’t doubt that McCarthy would’ve been phenomenal in the role of Martha just like she nails every other character she’s portrayed, but Gunning’s casting was so perfect it’s hard to imagine the shoes being filled by anyone else.
Honestly, the way she brought so many layers to such a complex character was incredible.
About Baby Reindeer
Baby Reindeer has been met with high acclaim since the seven-episode series premiered on Netflix in April 2024.
Fiona Harvey (the woman claiming to be the real-life Martha) has since accused Gadd of lying in a tell-all interview with Piers Morgan.
Harvey has filed a $255 million lawsuit against Netflix, suing for defamation, negligence, intentional infliction of emotional distress and more.
You can stream every episode of Baby Reindeer on Netflix (if you haven’t already).
You know what they say: oral sex sells. OK, maybe that’s not quite it, but the gobby scene in the latest episode of House of the Dragon sure is getting people talking about the hit show.
The Game of Thrones spinoff has shocked viewers of Season 2, Episode 3 thanks to a massive penis (or schlong, wang, meat slapper for the more fun among you) alongside a spot of confronting blowjob activity.
It happened around halfway through the episode, which I know not from watching (it’s on my list) but because of how wild the internet’s going over it.
So how does a bit of head happen mid-episode, you ask? Well, King Aegon II Targaryen (Tom Glynn-Carney) treated his soldiers to a cheeky night out at a brothel — as you do — following many drinks.
When they rock up to said brothel, King Aegon opens a set of curtains to reveal a bunch of people getting jiggy with it.
The first curtain? A rather large penis. In a mouth. In front of all of our salads.
In case you were wondering: it’s been widely reported that the penis in question was a prosthetic one.
More explicit sex acts were revealed as he continued pulling back curtains, but nothing quite slapped viewers in the face like that first scenario.
The Game of Thrones universe is not a stranger to nudity and sex scenes. In the same episode, there is a full-frontal nude scene of Prince Aemond Targaryen (played by Ewan Mitchell).
Regardless, nothing prepared The House of the Dragon community for what they saw in Season 2, Episode 3.
“Was not expecting an explicit blowjob then Aemond full frontal in the span of 2 minutes,” a Redditor wrote.
If you want to see what went down for yourself (no judgement), then you can stream The House of Dragon on BINGE.
There’s some strong intel that Home and Away‘s golden girl — none other than OG Kate Ritchie — could be returning to Summer Bay. And you know what? I think it’s what the show needs.
Kate Richie played Sally Fletcher on the Australian soap from 1988 until 2008 and her character absolutely went through it throughout her 20-year stint.
Her storylines included (but were not limited to) a dead husband, a long-lost brother and an imaginary friend. What a trooper!
Sally was an icon in Summer Bay and our television screens alike. There’s no doubt about it. And in my humble opinion, Home and Away has lost the plot in the years since she left the show.
That’s why I’m absolutely rooting for all these rumours about her returning to be true. But will it be enough, or is the show too far gone?
Will Kate Richie return to Home and Away?
Last year, Richie told her radio co-hosts on the Ryan ‘Fitzy’ Fitzgerald and Michael “Wippa” Wipfli that she’d definitely be back for a final episode of the show — not unlike Kylie Minogue returning from the final episode of Neighbours (or what we thought was the final episode).
“If Ray Meagher (Alf Stewart) asked me to come back, to change the sheets in the Caravan Park, I’d be there,” Richie told her cohosts in 2023.
“I know you’re going back to the bay,” Wippa pushed. “I’ve seen your emails as I sit next to you in the office.”
“No you don’t, you have bad eyes,” Richie laughed back.
Wippa went on to say that he wanted to get “Home & Away fans warmed up” by “rolling out a couple of scenes here at Nova”. As he delved further into his plans, Kate asked:
“What is the point of this? Why are you trying to make me look silly, and you’re actually trying to blow an exclusive.”
The rumours of Ritchie’s Home and Away return come after Meagher told TV Tonight that the longtime soap has lost its way.
When Ritchie started on the show, Home and Away was about a seaside community with the Fletcher family taking in foster children.
In recent times, however, the show became more focused on harder-hitting storylines, like crime, since the infamous “River Boys” (Lincoln Younes, Steve Peacocke and Dan Ewing) of 2011.
“I mean, that was just a great period. But was it Summer Bay? Hmmm …. in my humble opinion, not to that extent.”
But can any one person actually save Summer Bay?
While it seems like a return from Richie could help to get Home and Away bring back some lost viewers, there’d need to be more than just her reprised character to save the soap.
We’ve seen the return of other Home and Away OGs before like Roo Stewart (Georgie Parker) and Marilyn Chambers (Emily Symons), however, the show’s storylines and character mix were still different to its heyday.
Take Summer Bay High, for example. Not having the high school (we haven’t seen it since 2019) gaping hole in the current Home and Away format.
When a photo of ex-Summer Bay High students Casey Braxton (Younes), Sasha Bezmel (Demi Harman), Spencer Harrington (Andrew Morley) and Maddy Osborne (Kassandra Clementi) was posted to a popular Facebook group, fans were quick to get nostalgic.
“I wish they would use the school scenes again,” one fan wrote.
“I loved that it USED [to] encompass most age groups, if I am entirely honest I no longer get sad if I miss a[n] episode or two, or seven,” wrote another.
“Bring back those days. The present storylines are ridiculous.”
Perhaps if Sally comes back and resumes her role as a teacher, and they bring back a whole bunch of teenagers that Australia’s youth can relate to, then Home and Away might be in with a fighting chance?
If they could bring back Kim Hyde (Chris Hemsworth) while they’re at it, that’d be great.
Last night, fan favourite Lachlan “Lochy” Whittle‘s time in the MasterChef kitchen came to a devastating end after he lost the time auction elimination challenge to fellow contestant (and bestie), Harry Butterfield.
“I’m just really proud of the food that I was able to put up,” Whittle reflects, speaking with Chattr.
“To not have the apparatus of what I’m so used to and what I’m actually really good at, to be able to get as deep in the competition as I did. I am extremely proud of that moment.”
Whittle describes the solace he finds in cooking and the release it gives him; something he looks forward to after work, even on the “bad days.”
“[You] just put on an album and cook something delicious and just groove to some music, and everything’s going to be all right again,” he says.
Whittle’s story has touched the hearts of many a MasterChef viewer after the heartbreaking reveal that his mother, Jan, passed away from Huntington’s Disease just days before filming.
The news came out during the Mum Cook challenge episode, along with another poignant revelation: that Whittle has since discovered he has inherited the degenerative brain condition.
Despite not having a conventional upbringing, he recalls, one where disease was an uncannily familiar character, but “always a difficult thing,” Whittle thanks his mum for giving him the power in that cook “to be able to push through, and realise that no matter what there is, I can overcome obstacles and keep pushing forward.”
He remembers that challenging day on the Masterchef floor, “the crew and the other contestants and even the judges knew what I was going through, and the support that I had on that day was phenomenal.”
Thinking about some of his favourite moments from the show, Whittle is grateful for the close friendship he struck up with kitchen mate, Harry Butterfield.
“It means the world to be able to be able to come into the competition and be able to click with somebody like Harry from day one,” he says.
“To have that kind of support system, that we would do so much together on our mornings to help get into the zone. Going into the kitchen and cooking every day, and then being able to come back and debrief with each other, cook for each other, and just talk about food and support each other’s ideas… it just made it so, so great.”
The ultimate Masterchef ‘bromance’ – can we please make ‘Hochy’ a thing?
He also fondly calls to mind “a really cool moment” that happened with esteemed Vietnamese-Australian chef and restaurateur, Luke Nguyen. It was particularly significant to him, given it was Nguyen who first made Whittle “fall in love” with Vietnamese cuisine.
“I actually travelled to Vietnam because of falling in love with him and his show and how he talks about food,” says Whitall.
“In my first cook in that elimination, I tried to really ‘MasterChef’ something on a traditional Vietnamese dish, and just didn’t pull it off.”
Despite the dish, short rib Bo La Lot, being what he estimates to be around 15 minutes away from what he envisioned, Whittle describes “the little message that Luke wrote to me in my Luke Nguyen Vietnam cookbook, which was absolutely beautiful, that made me feel so good about where my head was at.”
Lochy in the kitchen with Luke Nguyen – Instagram @lochycooks
“Don’t be surprised if you see that coming up in one of my restaurants, because I thought that was a fabulous idea,” wrote Nguyen.
The chef also gave a cheeky “Ps.” that he would be nabbing the wing bean and green mango pickle recipe Whittle used in his subsequent ghee-seared kingfish cook.
“I pride myself on Vietnamese cooking, and I tried to do a lot in that cook to really impress him. I may have bitten off more than I could chew, especially for a dish I hadn’t tested or done before,” Whittle admits.
“But to have that message after not being eliminated come down right in front of me really made me feel special about that.”

If Harry Jowsey‘s actions on the latest season of Netflix’s Perfect Match didn’t shock you then the serious coin he can make on Instagram sure will.
The 27-year-old Australian reality TV star — who shot to fame on Netflix’s Too Hot Too Handle debut season in 2020 — has an impressive 4.4 million followers on Instagram alone.
Jowsey shot to fame in 2020 on the debut season of Netflix’s Too Hot To Handle. (Image: @harryjowsey.)
That’s a lot of potential influence and reach, something that is reflected in his estimated earnings on the platform.
As reported by PEDESTRIAN.TV, talent agency Hunter Talent has shared that Jowsey could charge just over $20,000 per post on the platform. Meanwhile, all a selfie costs me is my dignity.
Hear me out but I reckon I could also make $20K a post if I looked like this. And went on reality TV. Four times. (Image: @harryjowsey.)
In addition to his Instagram followers, Jowsey also has a podcast and YouTube channel to further attract brands into working with him.
He is also consistently re-entering the spotlight, following his reality TV debut in the midst of a global lockdown with stints on Dancing With The Stars, The Amazing Race Australia: Celebrity Edition and most recently the second season of Perfect Match.
Considering the cheeky possum knows how to cause a stir on screen, it’s safe to assume that each stint brings some increased engagement to Jowsey’s platforms.
In the latest season of Perfect Match, Jowsey was caught lying to his match on the show about kissing another contestant.
Is the pope catholic? (Image: Netflix.)
In the past, he was televised proposing to Francesca Farago following their rollercoaster romance on Too Hot To Handle.
The bloke does some questionable shit but boy does he know how to make good television. And with an estimated $20,000 price tag, I’m assuming he can do the same thing for Instagram ads.
There are a lot of things I’m still forgiving Grey’s Anatomy creator Shonda Rhimes for (like that musical episode — why?) but the departure of Mark Sloan (Eric Dane) from the Seattle Grace roster is pretty high on that list.
Today Dane — the man who played McStreamy before he rudely McLeft us — has helped us inch closer to closure by clarifying why he was savagely booted from the wildly successful television drama.
Not mad, just disappointed. (Image: Grey’s Anatomy.)
(Side note: I’m going to assume if you’re here you know what happened to Dane’s character in Grey’s Anatomy Season 9 but, on the off chance you don’t, I should let you know that this article will include spoilers.)
In a new podcast episode of Dax Shepard‘s Armchair Expert, Dane opened up about his struggles with drugs and alcohol, however, clarified that it wasn’t the reason he left Grey’s Anatomy.
In fact, he basically says he didn’t leave at all — at least not on his own accord.
“I didn’t leave so much as I think I was let go,” Dane explained.
“I was struggling. They didn’t let me go because of that, although it definitely didn’t help”.
The 51-year-old went on to say that he was let go after his six-year stint on the medical drama due to his pay-check.
“I was starting to become – as most of these actors who have spent significant time on the show – you start to become very expensive for the network,” Dane told Shepard.
“And the network knows that the show is going to do what it’s going to do irrespective of who they keep on it – as long as they have their [Meredith] Grey they were fine.”
Mark Sloan left our television screens in 2012, returning once as a special guest in 2021. (Image: Grey’s Anatomy.)
To refresh your memory, Dane was killed off following a fatal plane accident.
It was extra hard pill to swallow considering we had lost Lexie Grey (Chyler Leigh) — another main character and McSteamy’s longtime love interest — just a few episodes prior.
It’s still one of the most talked about storylines of the show’s 20-season strong run on air.
Me every time I watch the Season 8 finale. (Image: Grey’s Anatomy.)
The deaths of the pair were so impactful that Seattle Grace Mercy West Hospital was renamed the Grey Sloan Memorial Hospital in tribute.
Dane joined Grey’s Anatomy in Season Two which aired back in 2006.
“I wasn’t the same guy they had hired. So I had understood when I was let go,” Dane explained on the podcast.
“And Shonda was really great,” Dane clarified of the mastermind behind the show.
“She protected us fiercely. She protected us publicly. She protected us privately…,” he continued.
“But I was probably fired. It wasn’t ceremoniously like, ‘You’re fired,’ it was just like, ‘You’re not coming back.’”
They say reasons can provide understanding and closure, but I’m not sure these ones are going to help me sleep any better at night. Especially when my dreams involve an alternate universe where Mark and Lexie have several babies.
But at least Dane can get decent shut-eye knowing that the show peaked while he was on it?

Former MAFS stars Brett and Angel Renall and Benjamin Blackwell shared the news of Andrew’s death to Instagram, as reported by NZ Herald.
“It’s with the heaviest hearts we’ve come together to acknowledge the passing of Andrew Jury,” the statement read.
“We had the absolute pleasure of filming and participating in a show which leaves us intricately linked for a lifetime.”

Andrew’s time on MAFS NZ
Andrew appeared in MAFS NZ Season 1 back in 2017 when he was aged 26. He was matched with bride Vicky Gleeson-Stokes but the pair were not able to make the relationship work beyond the reality TV show.
A year after his time on MAFS, Andrew publicly questioned the show’s ethics, saying he and his match, Vicky, were complete opposites.

Andrew also made accusations about the filming conditions while on the show, as reported by NZ Herald.
Warner Bros Discovery — the company that brings MAFS NZ to screens — has said that they take their duty of care “extremely seriously”.
“Warner Bros Discovery (WBD) expresses our deepest condolences to the family and friends of Andrew Jury,” a WBD spokesperson told NZ Herald.
“WBD takes duty of care extremely seriously and has protocols in place regarding the wellbeing of cast and crew.
“All MAFS NZ contributors have access to mental health professionals throughout the process, including pre-screening, during production and after broadcast.”
Tributes flow from MAFS cast-mates
Andrew was described by his fellow MAFS cast-mates as “the life of the party”.

Farmer Jarrad entered Farmer Wants A Wife (FWAW) 2026 as one of the season’s most eligible bachelors, with rugged good looks, a wealth of experience in marriage and parenthood, and an established almond farm in South Australia.
Jarrad’s quest for love throughout the season was marked by lots of commentary from fans, who watched on as he narrowed down his dating pool without any blindingly obvious frontrunners, unlike some of his other farmer castmates. All of it brought us to the 2026 Farmer Wants A Wife finale, where Jarrad finally made his choice between his two remaining ladies, Yvonne and Brodie.

The tense Final Choice Ceremony wrapped up his whirlwind reality TV journey with Jarrad choosing Brodie, which naturally has everyone wondering: are Farmer Jarrad and Brodie still together? A source has spilled the beans, so read on to find out.
Are Farmer Jarrad and Brodie still together since filming Farmer Wants A Wife?
Spoiler alert! If you don’t want to know the fate of Brodie and Jarrad’s relationship before the reunion airs, stop reading now.
An insider has confirmed Farmer Jarrad and Brodie’s relationship status in an exclusive interview with Chattr, and it’s not good news for fans who shipped the couple.
“Nearly all of the Farmers have split up with their final picks since filming wrapped; the only couple that are still together to this day are Maya and Farmer Zac,” the source told Chattr, meaning that Jarrad and Brodie’s relationship is done.
All the hints that Brodie and Jarrad split up after Farmer Wants a Wife
Prior to our source confirming Farmer Jarrad and Brodie’s split, there were some clues that the couple hadn’t made it in the real world.
Firstly, there was the long-running fan prediction that Farmer Jarrad would leave the 2026 season single. That rumour was given some weight when, in an interview with Chattr, Jarrad’s comments hinted at a possibly unhappy ending, admitting he was “terrified” of the season airing and scoffing at the idea of getting engaged.
It certainly didn’t sound like a happily ever after, and while the theory of Jarrad leaving the show single was proven false with Brodie’s win on FWAW, there’s still a chance he was single by the time the Reunion rolled around — which we’ll have to keep an eye out for.
Only further confusing things was the rumour earlier in the season that Farmer Jarrad was actually pursuing a romance not with Brodie, but with Kyiah, who was eliminated from his farm way back in episode one. “Jarrad and Kyiah are talking again, and there’s definitely a connection there,” a source told New Idea. “There’s a lot of unfinished business.”

Despite all the clues suggesting he’s either single or with another contestant, Farmer Jarrad does still follow Brodie on Instagram, suggesting they are at least on good terms regardless of their split.
What happened when Farmer Jarrad made his final choice?
All throughout the finale, Yvonne seemingly had a gut feeling about the outcome of Farmer Jarrad’s Final Choice Ceremony, which was unfortunately proven true when he relayed the news of his choice towards the end of the episode.
After a hometown visit that didn’t quite go as planned, Yvonne let out her vulnerabilities at the Ceremony, saying her family’s feedback had solidified her feeling that she wasn’t the right match for Farmer Jarrad. Shockingly removing herself from the running before even hearing of the final choice, Yvonne told Jarrad, “I’m sorry, you are not my Farmer.”
In a confessional, Yvonne said the eleventh-hour decision to self-eliminate was “tough,” but that she was “proud of myself” — leaving Jarrad “blindsided”.

All of it made way for Farmer Jarrad’s only choice, Brodie, who was moved to tears when she learned she’d won Jarrad’s heart. “I want you to know that you are enough,” Jarrad told Brodie. “I choose you, and I’m falling in love with you.” Jarrad even gifted Brodie a ring, and the pair shared a kiss before sharing their excitement about their future together.
“I know that I’ve fallen for you,” Brodie said in an emotional moment. “I look forward to what our future will look like.”

In case you missed it, the Duchess of Sussex is set to feature as a guest judge on an upcoming episode of the cooking show, but her much-discussed appearance has been dogged by headlines and rumours ever since it was announced by Channel 10.
One such rumour erupted in April, when the network first announced Meghan’s MasterChef guest slot via a social media teaser. In that clip, judge Poh Ling Yeow welcomed Meghan to the MasterChef kitchen with an introduction that referred to her as “royalty”.
“We’ve had MasterChef royalty in the kitchen before, but nothing like this,” Poh said in the clip. “All the way from California, please welcome to MasterChef Australia, the Duchess of Sussex, Meghan Markle!”

Soon after the promo teaser was published, an anonymous source claimed to news.com.au that Meghan and her team were “very frustrated” over the use of the word “royalty”.
Why, you ask? Well, the Duchess has apparently tried to avoid fuelling debate over her royal status ever since she and Prince Harry revoked their Royal Highness titles and stepped back from royal duties in 2020.
The unnamed source claimed Meghan and her team “specifically” told MasterChef Australia not to refer to her as “royalty”, adding that the Duchess was unaware she’d been introduced as such because she wasn’t in earshot of Poh’s spiel.
“They were outside the doors when it was filmed, so didn’t know what had been said,” the insider claimed.
Production source refutes Meghan Markle MasterChef rumours
Despite those claims otherwise, a production source close to MasterChef Australia has now denied that any such “frustrations” took place, instead claiming that Poh’s introduction was scripted and cleared ahead of time by Meghan’s team.
“I know for a fact that the producers and the marketing team would have worked hard to make sure everything that was said on camera was aligned with what Meghan’s publicity team would have said,” a production source exclusively told Chattr.
“Obviously, it’s reality [TV], but there’s so much of it that’s scripted. Poh’s line about ‘never having royalty like this before’ was scripted, and she would have had to say that a few times as well. It’s not like she said it candidly,” they added.
The source went on to reiterate that despite rumours of Meghan objecting to her introduction, the reality is that everything was approved on both Meghan and MasterChef‘s end.
“If they had that line scripted and Meghan’s team didn’t agree with it, they would have told them to take it out. The scripted line would have been checked over. At the end of the day, that script would’ve been checked by Megan’s publicity team,” they claimed.
The source went on to refute the broader rumours of tensions and frustrations on the set, saying Meghan’s vibe, and that of the entire MasterChef team, was quite the opposite.
“Everyone was genuinely starstruck and excited that she was there; no matter their stance on the monarchy — she was a big deal.”
Meghan Markle slams MasterChef Australia reports
The production source’s claims add to a recent statement by an insider close to Meghan, who similarly told PEOPLE — a very reputable outlet for celebrity reporting — that the reports are “false”.
“Meghan and the MasterChef judges had a great time on set together,” the insider said. “They immediately had such a great rapport and had a really fun time working with the contestants and crew as well.”
Far from what the rumour mill has been spinning, the insider went on to stress that Meghan “left the set that day with such a positive experience,” adding in a final message that “any reporting otherwise is false.”

Those comments were also corroborated by the MasterChef production source, who likewise denied any tensions and told Chattr that Meghan “was friendly and she was professional on TV.”
Poh Ling Yeow apparently ‘upset’ over her Meghan Markle MasterChef mix-up
Though we’ve since learned that no mix-up took place during Meghan’s MasterChef episode, New Idea recently published insiders’ claims that Poh was upset by the supposed gaffe.
“It wasn’t about Meghan personally,” the insider told New Idea. “Poh felt she had been unintentionally drawn into a royal protocol issue she never intended to be part of.”
Poh was apparently “willing to reach out immediately” to Meghan’s team to apologise for the moment, but “was advised to leave it for production to handle,” according to New Idea.
All the rumours led to the MasterChef production source’s most recent denial Chattr, which might be the last word we hear until Meghan’s episode airs later this week.
Meghan filmed the guest judge appearance in MasterChef Australia’s Melbourne kitchen in April, during her and Prince Harry’s broader Australian visit, which also included philanthropic pit stops in Sydney and Canberra.
We’ll have to wait and see how it all unfolds in the final edit, with Meghan’s MasterChef Australia episode hitting screens this Sunday on Channel 10.
But based on the production source’s claims, I imagine there won’t be the fireworks that the rumour mill was anticipating.
MasterChef Australia airs Sunday 7pm and Monday and Tuesday at 7.30pm on Channel 10 and 10Play.
Passionate about horses and wildlife rescue, Dylan was seeking an outgoing partner who could support his rodeo dreams while building a future with him.
Dylan’s strongest early spark was with Ally, whose playful chocolate taste test earned her Dylan’s first 24-hour date. Their chemistry grew as she met his grandparents, opened up about marriage and children, and nabbed Dylan’s first kiss of the season.
However, this connection hit a roadbump when Ally walked off the farm after learning Dylan had kissed intruder Keeley, leaving him rattled. She returned to the black-tie dinner, saying time apart had clarified her feelings, and Dylan welcomed her back with open arms… and a controversial kiss.
Meanwhile, Dylan’s quieter connection with Scarlett only deepened in Ally’s absence. Scarlett’s future goals and ambitions seemed aligned with Dylan, who previously admitted his feelings for Scarlett had become equal to those he once held for Ally.
This brings us to Sunday night’s finale, as Dylan met both Scarlett and Ally’s families before he made his decision over who had won his heart. Out of all the Farmers’ finalists, this was the closest race of the season, begging the question: who did Dylan pick as his winner and did they actually go the distance?
Insider reveals whether Dylan and Ally are still together since filming Farmer Wants A Wife
Spoiler alert! If you don’t want to know the fate of Ally and Dylan’s relationship before the reunion airs, stop reading now.
An insider close to the couple has spilled that they split up shortly after they left the show.
“Dylan dumped Ally,” the source said. “It happened right after they finished filming. Dylan said that he ‘called it’ but he didn’t go into any further detail about why he broke up with her.”
The source went on to spill even more tea, saying that Dylan isn’t the only Farmer who’s split with his final choice.
“Nearly all of the Farmers have split up with their final picks since filming wrapped, the only couple that are still together to this day are Maya and Farmer Zac,” they told Chattr.
So, FWAW fans will have to wait until the reunion to find out exactly why Dylan and Ally split, but it sounds like something big went down!
That said, there were hints from both of them during interviews that suggested they had split.
In an interview with Chattr, Ally spoke about her relationship with Dylan in both the past and present tense. “I really believed that Dylan was someone who would truly matter in my life,” she said. “I just adored Dylan. I feel like no matter what happens, we will make it work.”
In the chat, Ally wanted to reinforce how much she respected Dylan as a person while hinting at some troubled waters ahead… which felt a little like she was trying to appeal to Dylan himself. “I feel like I speak often in my interviews about how good a person Dylan is,” Ally told Chattr. “No matter the result of what happens, what you guys are about to see, just know that I still uphold that high respect for Dylan and do genuinely still believe that he is a gorgeous human being, and anyone who is with him is very lucky.”
Ally is sending mixed messages. Image: Seven.
Meanwhile, Dylan hasn’t been quite so nice about Ally in all his interviews. Dylan told Chattr he thought Ally acted “immature” when she left his farm.
“The other girls, as much as it probably did hurt them when I would go and kiss someone, they understood what was going on… she put herself first, which is good, but I think it could have all been solved over a talk,” he said.
Dylan was quick to talk up his runner-up, Scarlett, in another interview with Chattr. “A lot has been cut that I think really fleshed out Scarlett. I don’t know if they’re trying to make her look a certain way or something, but there’s a lot to Scarlett that the viewers haven’t seen,” Dylan told Chattr.
“She’s one of the most gorgeous people, like inside and out, she’s willing to do anything for anyone, and she’s a lot smarter than I think the way she’s coming across.”
Scarlett was Dylan’s runner-up on Farmer Wants A Wife 2026. Image: Seven.
Chattr asked Ally if she had noticed Dylan hadn’t been overly positive about her in interviews, and Ally agreed. “Yes, I have noticed that,” she said, adding “It’s impossible for me to umm… I always… I think you’ll just have to wait and see.”
Ally went on to suggest that something went wrong between herself and Dylan — potentially, after leaving the show as a couple. “I think it’s always important to speak positively of someone, no matter what happens,” she said.
This speculation is supported by what was shown in a teaser for the FWAW reunion. In the clip, it’s heavily hinted that Dylan and Ally have probably not gone the distance. “It’s not what I wanted,” Dylan is heard saying while seated on the opposite end of the reunion couch to Ally. Say it isn’t so!
What happened when Farmer Dylan made his final choice?
After introducing Dylan to her family, Ally and Dylan had a steamy hot tub session where the chocolate shop worker admitted her ‘strong’ feelings for the farmer. “I’m going to stick by you. If I’m dead honest, I am falling in love with you,” she said, as she wiped a tear from her cheek.
Ally wasn’t impressed that Dylan didn’t say anything back other than “thank you” (lol awks), but he made his feelings known away from Ally’s earshot. “She’s finally given me what I’ve been chasing,” Dylan said in a confessional.
But first, Dylan had to tell his other finalist, Scarlett, that their lifestyles clashed and his heart belonged to another. “I’m really sorry, Scarlett, but it’s not us,” Dylan told the polo player. “I have to lead with my heart.” Scarlett took the news beyond gracefully, telling him she understood his decision, even encouraging Dylan to “Keep your head up, you’ve got this.” What an absolute gem.
Dylan then admitted his true feelings for Ally. “I have to follow how I feel and I love you,” he said, as Ally hilariously asked “Me?” Dylan quickly added “I love you a lot,” as the two embraced for a kiss. “You’re not allowed to run now, though,” he joked.
It was a hilariously awkward fairytale ending. Ally admitted that Dylan’s made her think she was ‘doomed’ from his (rather grim) speech, but he announced they’d ‘fallen in love’ with each other in a final confessional together. Cute!
The Farmer Wants A Wife reunion special is expected to air on Seven and 7Plus soon.
Annabel Lloyd formed a close friendship with Casper Kenworthy on MasterChef Australia, and she has revealed how her nursing background helped her come to his aid when his cystic fibrosis flared up during the show.
Casper was diagnosed with the genetic condition later in life, and he is on medication to manage his symptoms. During a post-elimination interview with Chattr, Annabel revealed that her friendship with Casper deepened after discovering they shared a connection to cystic fibrosis through her work as a nurse.
“I work in heart and lung transplant, and lung transplantation, which is like end treatment options for people with cystic fibrosis, so I have so many beautiful patients that have cystic fibrosis, and so when I found out that Casper had it, I was like, ‘Oh my God, this is incredible! I had a really good understanding of sort of the symptoms he does have. He’s really lucky in that he has quite a mild form of it, but it still affects him,” she said.
Annabel reflected on a behind-the-scenes moment when her nurse connections came in handy to help Casper.
“There was one time when he’d run out of his medication, and we were down in Melbourne, and so we were trying to source this really rare sort of CF medication from all over Melbourne,” she explained.
“Obviously, in my head I had my contacts, and I was like, I know the lung transplant unit in Melbourne; I know they’ll have it. So let’s give them a call, and they did! So, that was cool.”
Annabel said her bond with Casper had grown so strong that when it became clear either she or Casper would be eliminated during Poh’s Pressure Test, she hoped he would be the one to stay.
“When I was standing next to Casper, and it was him and I, I was like, ‘Oh my God! I don’t want Casper to go home. I really don’t want him to.’ I don’t want to go home either, but I really don’t want Casper to go home,” she laughed.

Has Annabel followed her dream of becoming a nurse-chef?
In the final moments of Annabel’s elimination episode, which aired on July 22, she revealed that she planned to let her work know that she wanted to cut down her hours a bit, so she could balance a cooking career with nursing, calling her dream role a “nurse-chef”.
Annabel told Chattr that she’d luckily told her boss about reducing her shifts, “literally last week”.
“I don’t know how she would feel if she just had to learn on national TV I wanted to drop my hours,” she laughed. “We had a conversation; my workplace has been so supportive, and you know, dug really deep, and so I’m extremely committed to staying with them. But yes, I will be reducing my hours so that I can really give cooking the time and attention that it needs in order to be able to give this post-MasterChef career a red hot crack.”
While nursing and cooking might not seem like an obvious pairing, Annabel explained how she could see her two passions merging together.
“I would love to combine both and do cooking events and pop-ups raising money, and to then be able to go and do international aid trips and healthcare aid trips and stuff like that. That would be such a cool way to sort of combine the two, and then continue to do my like transplant job part time.”
MasterChef Australia airs on Channel 10 and 10Play on Sunday – Monday on Channel 10 and 10Play.

Married At First Sight (MAFS) star Stella Mickunaite has revealed she had plans to elope with her on-screen husband Filip Gregov this month, as their broken engagement continues to play out in the press and on social media.
The former golden couple, who appeared on the 2026 season of the dating show, confirmed their split earlier this week, just eight months after they got engaged in the MAFS finale.
A bunch of social media statements and updates have followed, with the most recent being the news that Stella was ready to elope with Filip and had plans for a ceremony slated for this weekend.
“I was planning to offer for us to elope. I had plans in place for July 25,” Stella told the Daily Mail.

Stella went on to reveal that she had consulted a bridal jeweller, “Simon Curwood, and the events manager at the venue where we got married last year.” The planning even went as far as landing a magazine deal to cover the elopement, Stella revealed.
Elsewhere in her statement, Stella called hogwash on reports she and Filip were not aligned on their future, saying claims otherwise are “absolute bullocks and so far beyond the truth.”
Stella’s statement confirms previous rumours around her and Filip’s imminent nuptials, with reporter Ali Daher saying in a recent TikTok Live video with MAFS contestant Awhina Rutene that the pair were “planning to elope.”
“They were going to get married this month, actually,” Ali told Awhina in the clip.
While Stella said she had plans for an elopement in place, competing sources refuted that version of events, claiming she and Filip had disagreed over their living arrangements before planning a ceremony and ending their engagement.
“Stella had no plans to move to Melbourne. It wasn’t even an option,’ a told the Daily Mail. “That was a major reason Filip wanted out. He could not see how the relationship was going to work when they were not on the same page about where they would build their life.”
MAFS’ Stella and Filip trade social media statements after their split
The elopement news follows a flurry of updates about the fallout of Stella and Filip’s split, which was confirmed earlier this month.
At the time, reports claimed it was Stella who initiated the break-up, but the MAFS bride quickly refuted those rumours on social media — saying it was Filip who broke the engagement and that he delivered the news over the phone.
Filip and Stella got engaged at Final Vows. Image: Nine.
“I never imagined I’d be writing something like this, but I feel it’s important to share my truth,” Stella wrote on Instagram. “Filip ended our relationship. While he had clearly been processing that decision for some time, I genuinely believed we were working towards the same future. I was completely blindsided.”
After a few days of radio silence, Filip shared his own statement on Instagram — albeit a rather brief one.
“I initially chose not to comment publicly because I didn’t want to contribute to online negativity. All I will say is, I’m not going to debate our relationship on social media. I respect what we shared, wish Stella the best, and I’m moving forward with peace and gratitude,” he posted.

Stella commented on Filip’s post to ask their fans to stop ‘making assumptions’ about their split. “Guys, this really needs to stop,” she wrote.
“Whatever assumptions are being made online, the reality is that this is someone I genuinely believed I was going to spend my life with. Seeing so much hate directed at another human being is heartbreaking.
“Our relationship ending doesn’t make either of us villains. We were two people trying to navigate something incredibly difficult, and call me delulu but breakups do hurt on either sides,” she continued.
“I don’t think I’m the only one hurting here, so seeing this is actually making me sick. Yes, it came as a blindsided decision, but at the end of the day, YOU DON’T have to choose sides!!!!! Please just choose kindness. Neither of us deserves abuse.”

MAFS’ Stella reflects on her relationship with Filip after their split
In an Instagram Story, Stella reflected on the relationship, sharing an image of herself wearing a dress and long hair extensions that she had intended to be an anniversary present for Filip.
“This was supposed to be an anniversary surprise. Instead, it became a love letter to myself,” she wrote. “It’s funny how the things we plan for someone else sometimes become exactly what we need. A reminder that my life didn’t stop because a chapter ended,” she continued.
“Healing rarely happens all at once. It happens in tiny decisions. A fresh set of hair. A new outfit. A walk. A smile that returns before you’re ready for it. One day, you’ll realise the light never actually left. You just had to find your way back to it.”
Image: Instagram.
MAFS’ Stella denies claims she was never moving to Melbourne
In Stella’s longer statement, she again refuted reports that wasn’t planning to relocate. “I had made the decision to move to Melbourne. I own a business that I’ve spent years building, so it wasn’t as simple as packing a suitcase. I needed a few months to wrap things up, end leases and put everything in place before relocating,” she said.
“As our relationship grew, I believed moving to Melbourne made the most sense for us. It offered more family support, better work opportunities for Filip and a more affordable place for us to build a life together.”
Stella added that her desire to have kids soon played a part in the move — but she was ‘blindsided’ when Filip ended their engagement over the phone. “Starting a family has been something I’ve hoped for for a long time. I genuinely thought we were making those decisions together. Instead, I received a phone call ending our relationship,” she wrote.
Married at First Sight’s Stella says Filip ended their engagement. Image: Instagram.
“I am heartbroken, deeply saddened and, if I’m honest, incredibly embarrassed that something I believed in so wholeheartedly didn’t work out the way I had hoped. While I respect that everyone has the right to choose what’s best for them, I also feel it’s important that the facts are clear.”
Given that Stella disclosed that Filip ended their eight-month engagement via a phone call, the MAFS groom has been met with immense backlash online.
Stella’s statement follows the Ukrainian influencer sharing a much more cryptic Instagram post with her followers. “It would be easy to tell this story by deciding who was right and who was wrong. To point fingers. To protect my ego. To pretend I was perfect. But no,” her post began.
“I’m not here for that. Far from it. I made mistakes. I have regrets.”
She went on to say that her short-lived engagement to Filip had taught her many lessons about relationships and herself. “Life has a beautiful way of teaching us. Sometimes gently. And sometimes, when we miss the gentle lessons… Life delivers one that’s heartbreakingly loud. This one was loud. Boy, was it loud,” she wrote.
“This relationship quietly revealed something I couldn’t see before. Sometimes, sitting quietly beside that ambition… was fear.”
In a further comment, Stella shared some choice words about the MAFS relationship. “I’d rather be remembered for my honesty than admired for a version of myself that simply is fake,” she wrote.
“I’d rather be seen as deeply human… than perfectly curated. Maybe that’s what being human really is. Not getting every chapter right. Not avoiding heartbreak. Not always knowing how to love perfectly.”
She ended the comment, reflecting that “If this chapter has taught me anything, it’s this: The person I become because of this pain matters far more than the pain itself.”
It appears that both Filip and Stella have removed some of their most recent photos together from Instagram. However, he is still tagged in some old posts, suggesting that he hasn’t been blocked. That said, Stella doesn’t appear to be tagged in Filip’s posts, which could mean that he has blocked his ex-fiancée.
Why did MAFS’ Stella and Filip split?
A source originally told the Daily Mail their breakup was partly due to their finances. “Stella has always been very ambitious and wanted someone who could provide the lifestyle she was looking for,” the insider claimed.
“She wanted a partner who could really support her financially, and she didn’t feel Filip was in that position.”
Apparently, they’ve largely been living separate lives for the past few months. “With Filip based in Melbourne for work and Stella spending more time with friends in Sydney, they were living quite separate lives,” the source added.
In conflicting reports, Daily Mail’s source claimed that Stella initiated the split. “Filip is absolutely heartbroken,” the insider said.
“He genuinely thought they had a future together, but he’s trying to keep himself busy by throwing himself into work and spending as much time as possible with his family in Melbourne.”

Today show host Sarah Abo has given birth to a baby boy after departing the morning news show early for maternity leave.
Sarah shared the exciting news on Instagram and also revealed her son’s adorable name.
“Hi there, you can call me Sonny,” the post began. “What a week with our little man. He came into the world a little early but that gave us a little longer to marvel at you, our beautiful boy.”
“We love you so infinitely darling,” Sarah continued. “And to the incredible doctors and midwives who made hospital home for two weeks – thank you for taking such good care of us, you are all angels and we are forever grateful.”
Sarah was originally meant to start her maternity leave in August 2026, however, on July 15 she announced she’d be leaving early because of health complications related to her pregnancy. By the sounds of it, Sarah gave birth to little Sonny just days after starting her leave.
Sarah makes surprise appearance on Today with Sonny
Sonny may only be a week old, but he’s already in the limelight! Sarah surprised viewers with a visit with her new son during Friday morning’s episode.
“We’re going well. This little man is about a week old,” she told the Today hosts. “He came into the world a week early, our gorgeous boy, but I guess that gave us a week more to love you.”
She shared that Sonny looked just like his dad Cyrus Moran. “We’ve been calling him CJ the whole time,” she said.
Sarah explained that they decided to wait a week to announce the birth publicly because they’ve “been in our own little bubble the past week, which has been such a treat.”
Friends and fans congratulate Sarah Abo on the birth of her son
Sarah’s Instagram announcement was immediately flooded with well-wishes from friends and fans, who were thrilled by the happy news.
“He doesn’t know it yet, but Sonny has hit the jackpot with his mum and dad. Motherhood looks beautiful on you, Sarah. That gorgeous bubba is worth the wait. Sending you and Cyrus all the love. I also promise to be available to answer any 3am feeding time frustration texts (IYKYK)! So happy for you all,” Sarah’s colleague Jayne Azzopardi commented.
“Awww beautiful Sonny!!! Sending you so much love x,” Influencer Nadia Bartel wrote.
Richard Wilkins also joined in the celebrations: “Wonderful… just wonderful! Hearty congratulations and buckets of love,” he wrote.
Both women copped significant backlash during their time on MasterChef, with fans picking on everything from their dishes to their facial expressions and mannerisms. On X, viewers even referred to Annabel as “New Laura” and another comment wrote that “Annabel gives off a Laura vibe.”
Some fans have gone as far as to say that Annabel only made the top five because she was a woman. “If it’s Annabel vs anyone for the bottom two, she’ll go through because there’s no way they’ll let four males in the top four,” a X user posted.
Well… they did. Annabel was eliminated on Wednesday night, leaving Casper, Vinnie, Aaron and Petro to duke it out in the finals.
In an interview with WHO from earlier in the season, Laura showed solidarity with Annabel. “Fans love to pick on the last woman standing, unfortunately… society online still has an issue with confident and successful women,” she said. “I saw this across all of my seasons, and it’s just so sad and says more about the online community commenting these things than anything else.”
In response to Annabel being struck by the same favouritism claims she copped herself, the MasterChef winner wanted to put those allegations to bed. “If she’s a good cook, the judges love that,” Laura said. “It’s not favouritism, it’s celebrating skill and passion!”
In an interview with Chattr, Annabel revealed she had read what Laura said about her. “I actually read the thing that Laura was saying, and it was really nice because I’ve definitely read some [negative] stuff — I’d be lying if I said it didn’t affect me at times,” Annabel reflected.
“I have always been someone who values the opinion of people that I know and love and care about. You can be the juiciest peach in the box, and there’s going to be people that don’t like peaches. The types of people that don’t like the peaches are the ones that never tried a peach before.”
Annabel copped nasty trolling on MasterChef Australia 2026. Image: Ten.
Annabel admits that going into MasterChef, she didn’t quite fathom how the commentary might skew negative, but emphasised how much she respected Laura as a chef.
“I was a bit naive to it. I definitely knew that… Laura copped it. But she’s a force to be reckoned with,” Annabel told Chattr.
“She is an extremely impressive cook and individual, and like a mum, and she’s doing this awesome career. I’m like, why are people hating her? She’s fantastic.”
Like Laura, Annabel wanted to make it clear there was no favouritism in the MasterChef kitchen.
“Guys, there’s literally no favouritism. I promise you — there is none. They just show such small amount. We film for ages and ages, and there’s such a small amount that makes the cut. So it’s people forming a big opinion off such a small part of it.”
But ultimately, Annabel is focusing on all the positive people around her. “There are people with nasty opinions, but it’s the people around me whose opinions really, really matter to me,” Annabel said. “There has been so much support, and that’s what I’m focusing on. The negativity is such a small amount of it.”
What Laura Sharrad has said about MasterChef Australia’s trolls
Laura Sharrad’s long-awaited MasterChef Australia victory in 2025 was slightly overshadowed by cruel online commentary. After finishing runner-up in both 2014 and 2020, Laura returned for Back to Win and defeated Callum Hann in the finale, but some viewers continued to accuse her of favouritism and criticised her for *checks notes* cooking too much pasta and Italian food.
Laura Sharrad was mercilessly trolled in 2025. Image: Ten.
The trolling had followed Laura since her 2020 season, when her friendship with the late judge Jock Zonfrillo became a subject of fan speculation.
Laura’s fellow contestant, Jamie Fleming, previously defended her in an interview with Chattr, calling her a “powerhouse”. He said Laura could appear to be “coasting” only because she operated at such a high level. “She understands the competition. She’s a fantastic cook,” he said.
In response to the mean comments she received, Laura told Perth Now that the trolling had affected her. “I thought I was a fun person to watch on TV,” she said. “I feel a little vilified … people who know me know that I have not one bad bone in my body.”
MasterChef Australia airs Sunday to Wednesday on Channel 10 and 10Play.
Andy Allen was missing from last night’s episode of MasterChef Australia 2026 because his pregnant wife Alex Allen was giving birth to their son, Jude Jackson Allen.
“I’ve got some great news, Andy won’t be joining us today, because his wife Alex is having their first baby,” Jean-Christophe Novelli informed the contestants during the episode.
But while Andy may have been missing last night, the season is filmed way in advance, so their son actually arrived back on April 13, 2026.
Shortly after the birth, Jean-Christophe shared his excitement for Andy and Alex on their new bundle of joy.
“From where I am, I see they are clearly going to both be doting parents. It is always great news when there is a newborn baby. Especially when it is your first one!” he told Chattr.
“I am a very proud dad and this is the only thing that makes me tick in life, to be part of a family. Watching them both create an amazing recipe reminds me of my position 40 years ago with my very first child, my beautiful daughter Christina, who I am extremely proud of!”
Annabel shares an update on how ‘dad life’ is going for Andy
Although Andy was busy with his new family the night of Annabel’s elimination, she told Chattr she’s spoken to him since leaving MasterChef, and said that he loves being a dad.
“He’s reached out, he’s killing it,” she said. “He’s doing dad life, and then he’s balancing so many things in his job. He just opened up that sandwich shop in Sydney, and he’s the guy that can do it all. He really can.
“So I think he’s going awesome [with his new son]. His baby is so, so cute!”
Annabel is, of course, referring to the Florence sandwich shop All’Antico Vinaio. His involvement started two years ago when he posted photos of the sandwiches there, and he was approached to become a business partner with Jonny Stewart and Ali Mattar of Fladgate Hospitality Group, bringing the brand to Australia. The Australian branch opened in Sydney on Pitt Street last week.
MasterChef Australia airs Sunday – Wednesday on Channel 10 and 10Play.
As Farmer Wants A Wife (FWAW) is about to call it a day for 2026 with only the reunion on the horizon, the crew of Farmers and their Ladies will have to go back to their everyday lives.
But some of them have walked away with an Instagram following that could mean big bucks with sponsored content and endorsement deals in their futures. Of course, this isn’t international juggernaut Married at First Sight (MAFS), which often helps contestants kickstart a sizeable Instagram influencer career with a huge boost in followers.
The majority of the FWAW women and men at the helm only have modest followings on Instagram. In fact, a lot of the women’s follower counts range from just 1,000 to around 4,000 people — but there are a few noteworthy exceptions.
Who has the most Instagram followers from Farmer Wants A Wife 2026?
The most popular FWAW winners on Instagram are Maya on 6k and Ally with over 8k followers, and the least followed winner is Poppy on 1.2 thousand followers. Sorry, Pops.
But there is one runner-up with even bigger numbers: living icon, Scarlett. Analysing the numbers with Social Blade, Scarlett has over 9k followers, gaining an extra thousand in the past month when she made the FWAW finale (and stole the show).
Out of all the Farmers, the only one to gain a considerable following from the season is Farmer Dylan, sitting pretty with over 12k followers. This comes as a stark contrast to the other men cast that season, with Zac (6k), Alex (4k), Jarrad (3k) and Jason (2.4k) trailing behind him on Instagram.
Unsurprisingly, series villain Miranda has outperformed them all with over 22k followers. She started off with a decent following, rising from 10k at the start of the season, with Social Blade confirming she’s gained 8.4k new fans in the past month alone. Not too shabby!
But one woman has Miranda beat by a sizeable margin. Farmer Dylan’s former love interest Lily is — by far — the most-followed person from Farmer Wants A Wife 2026 on 126k followers.
According to Social Blade data, Lily has gained a mammoth 96k followers in the past 30 days. However, Chattr spoke to Lily and she claims these numbers have nothing to do with FWAW.
In fact, Lily is a wildlife vet tech and conservationist content creator — and some of her incredible rescue reels have gone viral, sending her follower count skyrocketing.
Farmer Wants A Wife’s Lily reveals the secret to her Instagram success
Lily told Chattr that she got loads of followers as FWAW was airing, but not for the reason you’d expect. “I was at 28k just a week before the show aired, and sitting about 35k after I left the show,” she said.
She claims that when her episodes were airing, this wasn’t getting her any extra Instagram success.
“I actually lost followers while the show was airing. My audience has always followed me for wildlife conservation, animal rescues and behind-the-scenes veterinary work, so some people weren’t interested in the reality TV side of things. The vast majority of my growth has come from sharing wildlife rescues, my birds nesting and raising babies, and educational content about Australian wildlife.”
However, after Lily left Dylan’s farm and she got her Instagram back from Seven, this is when her numbers started to skyrocket. “As soon as I got my account back, I managed to gain it back up again pretty quickly,” she shared.
Thanks to some viral rescue videos, Lily’s numbers just keep on climbing. “I can’t really speak for why people choose to follow me, but I’d like to think it’s because they connected with my genuine passion for wildlife. Everything I share online comes from a place of wanting to educate people and help them appreciate Australia’s incredible native animals,” she said.
“If my platform can inspire even a handful of people to appreciate wildlife, make more environmentally conscious choices, or stop to help an injured animal, then that’s a success. I want my social media to be more than entertainment—I want it to create a genuine positive impact for conservation. Which is why I left [FWAW], but unfortunately my exit speech got almost completely cut and the only bit that was included was ‘the oceans are dying’ which sounds a bit strange with no context!”
Lily already had a massive online following before joining FWAW, confirming to Chattr that she was actually scouted to do the reality dating show. “I was approached and asked to apply,” she shared.
“I was having a bit of a ‘say yes’ year, so I decided to take the opportunity and see where it led.”
Midway through MasterChef Australia2026, rumours of a secret romance between two contestants began swirling after Annabel Lloyd appeared to hint that one had blossomed behind the scenes.
During the episode that aired on June 29, which featured former contestants Declan and Sarah with their newborn twins, Annabel made the comment in a producer-led interview.
“This is wild that they both were on Back to Win and met and fell in love and have twins. Like that is the cutest thing; that’s the most beautiful story I’ve ever heard in my life. Is there anyone in our comp that could be future Sarah and Declan? I’m not allowed to say,” she said in an interview at the time.
After weeks of speculation, with some fans pairing her with Vinnie due to the fact they wore similar necklaces, and then others assuming it was Alyona and Petro after their hug lingered when she was eliminated, Annabel has come clean about the mysterious romance in an interview with Chattr.
“People who don’t know me — which is obviously a lot of the people who are watching this — [don’t know] I am like very jokey, cheeky person, and it’s just like a lot of banter, and so I may have just like accidentally just put my foot in it and just sort of been cheeky more towards Declan and Sarah, and then that’s been like taken with and run,” she told Chattr.
Annabel sadly confirmed that there’s no romance this season, and said the cast are all just close friends.
“But seeing the like online commentary about the supposed romance has been absolutely hilarious. It’s such a laugh. We’ve got a big group chat, and we’re like, ‘Oh my god!’ Firstly, I’m linked with Petro, then I’m linked with Vinny, and then no, it’s Casper… It’s just like hilarious rereading all of the [commentary]. But no, there’s no Declan and Sarah. I’m really sorry.”

Annabel quashes the ‘chilli necklace’ romance theory between her and Vinnie
One of the strongest theories in the MasterChef 2026 relationship-gate was that the romance was between Annabel and Vinnie because of matching chilli necklaces that eagle-eyed viewers had spotted.
“Since the beginning I thought Annabel and Vinnie had something going on, especially since they were both wearing a little red chilli pepper on a chain,” one person wrote on Facebook.
However, Annabel has completely quashed the theory, revealing that her and Vinnie’s charms are different.
“When it was like, it’s Annabel and Vinnie, he wears a chilli, they both have chillis around their necks, I was like damnit mine’s not even a chilli, but I was like wow, you guys are really good at this [sleuthing],” she laughed.

While there might not be a MasterChef romance this year, Annabel said she was surprised by the strong bonds the cast formed over the season.
“I have heard reports that we are the closest cast they’ve ever had,” she said. “I feel so lucky that I get to be a part of this.”
MasterChef Australia airs Sunday – Wednesday on Channel 10 and 10Play.
With Vinnie safe in the gantry, Aaron, Annabel, Casper and Petro had to compete for their place in the top four in a pressure test set by judge Poh Ling Yeow. They had to replicate three Malaysian dishes passed down through generations of Poh’s family: rainbow coloured Kuih Laipis, crimped Curry Puffs made with spiral dough and Kuih Koci, glutinous rice and coconut balls wrapped up in banana leaves.
Despite Annabel nailing her last pressure test, she made obvious mistakes when she only got her Kuih Koci in the steamer with five minutes to go. The judges are impressed with her curry puffs, but the dough on her Kuih Koci is very undercooked while her Kuih Lapis layers are also underdone — which ended her journey on MasterChef.
Annabel’s departure marks a history-making moment for the cooking show: this is series’ first-ever all-male top four.
The lack of women heading into the finals did not go unnoticed on X. “Annabel was the last woman left in the competition, meaning the Season 18 winner will be a male,” wrote one viewer on X.
In a tweet posted earlier in the month, one fan even claimed that men were being given preferential treatment this season.
They are trying so hard this year to have a male winner and they don't even try to hide after that elimination. #masterchefau
Over on Reddit, fans have also commented on the all-male line-up of cooks. “Is this the first all-male final 4 ever? It must be?” wrote one viewer.
“They want a boy to win,” wrote one commenter on Facebook.
The all-male finale comes as Annabel has had to endure sexist comments all season from people attacking everything from her cooking skills compared to the men to her quirky facial expressions. “She’s not as good as the boys, BUT I bet she makes it to the final,” read one nasty comment online.
Laura Sharrad is familiar with being trolled online for simply being herself, telling WHO that women are often targeted over men by MasterChef fans.
“Fans love to pick on the last woman standing, unfortunately,” Sharrad said. “It’s always been the case, for no reason other than society online still has an issue with confident and successful women over a male.” Amen!
Annabel addresses being the last woman standing on MasterChef Australia
In an interview with Chattr, Annabel reflected on the moment she realised she was the last woman still in the MasterChef kitchen. “I was like looking around, being like, ‘Wait, what?’ But I was very, very proud to represent all the really talented chicks in the comp,” she said.
“I probably felt a little bit more pressure. I was like, ‘Oh God, I’m not just doing it for me anymore.’ I want to stay as long as possible and I’m gonna fly the girl flag.”
Annabel wanted to shout out all the amazing women who made it to the MasterChef kitchen this season. “The girls in this [year] were fiercely good cooks and awesome chicks. I was actually genuinely so surprised [they left].”
With the added ‘pressure’ Annabel was feeling, she was sad to be eliminated as the last woman standing. “I’ve had such an outpouring of support from people being like, ‘We were rooting for you, doing it for the girls,’ and I absolutely love that, but God damn it, I hate that I didn’t do it. That’s probably been the hardest pill to swallow, but I’m also really proud.”
That said, the remaining fellas have Annabel’s full support. “I would be happy if any [won between] Aaron, Petro, Caspar or Vinny. I’m like guys, you’re all legends and you’re all awesome cooks.”
MasterChef Australia airs Sunday 7pm and Monday and Tuesday at 7.30pm on Channel 10 and 10Play.
Though the pair seemed to form a strong bond at the start of the season, things turned sour towards the tail end when Ally stormed out and temporarily quit FWAW after Farmer Dylan kissing Keeley on a date. Farmer Dylan chased after her, which didn’t sit right with Scarlett, who’d formed a strong connection with him.
Then, things got worse for Scarlett and Ally’s friendship with Ally returned for the Black Tie dinner and made out with Farmer Dylan in front of her and Keeley.
So, now that over six months have passed since the season was filmed, have Scarlett and Ally made amends? Read on to find out everything we know.
Farmer Wants A Wife’s Scarlett and Ally on whether they’re still friends
Ally and Scarlett became fast friends from the moment they were selected to go to Farmer Dylan’s farm, and despite competing as Dylan’s two clear frontrunners, they remained close.
And, it seems that the pair haven’t let the Black Tie dinner feud get in the way of their friendship, with both women telling Chattr that they’re as close as ever.
“Scarlett and I are best friends. We’re practically joined at the hip,” Ally said. “She’s an amazing human being.”
“With the situation with the girls, we weren’t just contestants competing for the same person. We’ve lived together, supported each other, and built genuine friendships. And looking back, I can understand how seeing what unfolded that night for Keeley and Scarlett would have been hurtful and difficult, and I feel sad knowing that. I can’t change what happened, but I can learn from it.”
Scarlett and Ally have remained close friends after Farmer Wants A Wife 2026. Image: Seven.
“Ally is one of my bestest friends,” Scarlett told Chattr, adding that she speaks to her and Dylan “every day”.
“I was literally talking to them just before,” she said, adding: “Dylan is one of the most beautiful people I have ever met. I have no hard feelings towards him. He is one of my best friend still. He and Ally have helped me through my most recent breakup.”
What happened at the Black Tie dinner fall-out on FWAW?
Ally explained that she had returned ‘in a place of clarity’, having realised her feelings for Dylan remained strong. Dylan was visibly shaken to see Ally return and despite initial hesitations in welcoming her back, the pair shared a passionate pash… but awkwardly, the kiss was in full view of several contestants.
This included one of Dylan’s finalists Keeley, who then informed his frontrunner, Scarlett, what had happened. When Scarlett learned about the kiss, she confronted both Dylan and Ally, making it clear she felt their behaviour had been ‘disrespectful’ to her and Keeley.
What followed was a tense exchange as Scarlett told Ally she did not believe it was fair for her to return after walking away, particularly so late in the process. Scarlett saved her harshest scolding for Dylan (it was iconic!), but this moment no doubt affected her friendship with Ally.
Chattr spoke to Ally about the controversial kiss and she maintains that she had no clue the other contestants were watching. “In that moment, I wasn’t thinking about the cameras or anyone watching. I had my back turned to where everyone was, but all I could think about was the fact that I followed my heart, and he was standing there and choosing me too,” Ally said.
“It was a moment of relief and vulnerability and happiness all at once. The kiss wasn’t about making a statement — it was genuinely an expression of how we both felt.”
That said, Ally can see how some would consider the kiss hypocritical, as she literally left the show after Dylan kissed intruder Keeley… and not in front of her face.
“I completely understand how people would see that as hypocritical. I wish that the kiss had been in private. I don’t regret the kiss, but I regret the fact that it happened in front of others and that it was hurtful to others,” she said.
Ally doesn’t regret the kiss but does regret the timing of it. “You can follow your heart and still be considerate of other people around you. I don’t expect to get everything right, and I certainly didn’t get anything right in that moment,” she admitted.
“We did get swept up in the moment. We forgot about the cameras. We forgot about the fact that people could actually see, and I definitely think that with this show it’s a good opportunity to reflect on yourself and your behaviour, and admit to your mistakes… I don’t feel the need to defend myself because I can see my faults.”
Farmer Wants A Wife (FWAW) airs Sundays at 7pm and Mondays at 7:30pm on Channel 7 and 7Plus.
Five new teams are ready to renovate on The Block 2026, and this year they’ll be working on high-end homes in the leafy seaside suburb of Mount Eliza on the Mornington Peninsula, Victoria.
Among the cast is a father and daughter duo, best friends and three couples. In a new twist, all of the teams will be living in the same house, one that was renovated by last year’s contestants, Emma and Ben.
The teams will pick from houses spread over two separate precincts, known as Uptown and Downtown. Houses one, two and three will sit in the elevated Uptown precinct, with sweeping views across Port Phillip Bay towards the Melbourne skyline. The lower Downtown precinct will contain houses four and five, with House five occupying the season’s largest block at 1435sq m and receiving an additional 50sq m of internal space. As always, the houses have been designed by Award-winning architect Julian Brenchley.
Host Scott Cam said that the views of the ocean will be a major drawcard for buyers this year.
“I came here when it was just a green paddock with the road in the middle,” he said. “The view caught me straight away, and its elevation along with the views of the city is fantastic.
“It is the first time in our history The Block has had water views.”
Read on to find out more about the teams that will be tackling The Block 2026 in Mount Eliza.
Adam and Jolene

Adam and Jolene are a married couple from Roxby Downs, South Australia who work as cattle station managers. They met ten years ago and have five adult children between them from their previous marriages.
The pair love the outdoors and are excited for the new experiences The Block throws their way. They’d applied for The Block once before they were cast on the 2026 season.
“We are huge fans. I have wanted to do this show for years. We watch every episode. It is great to talk about something other than work,” Jolene said.
Chantel and Wyatt
Chantelle and Wyatt. Image: Nine.
Bubbly and confident couple Chantel and Wyatt are from the Gold Coast, and fellow Blockheads Lisa and Rosco have already let it slip in an interview with Chattr that the pair could be this season’s villains.
“I don’t know if there’s a villain,” Rosco began, before Lisa interrupted, saying, “Chantel and Wyatt.” However, Rosco was quick to clarify that they’re “not villains.”
Chantel has three children from a previous partner, and the Blockheads met two years ago at the gym. It’s been Chantel’s lifelong dream to go on The Block. “But I haven’t had a good partner to go on the show with until now,” she said.
Lisa and Rosco

Married couple Lisa, a paramedic, and Rosco, a FIFO worker, have been together for nine years and share a two-year-old son called Lando.
The couple have a bit of experience in renovation, having completed their own home over three years. They took it from a shell to installing cabinetry and fixtures throughout, a kitchen, bathrooms, doing the landscaping, and adding cladding.
They also demolished an old 1950s house on a big block and subdivided it into two street front lots, which included the retaining walls, filling, compacting, and underground power, plus submitting all the plans and obtaining the building approvals.
So, the couple may be one to watch this year!
Rick and Tayla
Rick and Tayla. Image: Nine.
Rick and Tayla are a father daughter team from Altona Victoria. Tayla works as a personal trainer, but it’s her dad who’s the secret weapon on the team, as he’s a builder.
Tayla has a twin sister, and Rick’s actually applied to be on The Block before with her, but wasn’t cast until he applied with Tayla.
“It is a dream I have wanted for so long. I have watched every episode; I just love it,” he said of officially being on The Block 2026
Tayla has a six-year-old son, Hendrix, who she co-parents with her former husband.
“I am doing this for him, for our future so I know it is all going to be worth it,” she said.
Courtney and Sev
Courtney and Sev. Image: Nine.
Brisbane-based Courtney and Sev have been best friends who admit that they are inseparable.
“Our friendship just works. It’s chaos and calm in one package. We’re total opposites in some ways but somehow always on the same wavelength,” Sev said.
The Block won’t be the first time the friends are living together either. Sev’s husband Nev had a medical episode when they were living in a country town, and Courtney opened her Brisbane house to the couple, which they all shared for about sixteen months.
Like many of the other couples, Courtney and Sev are huge fans of the show.
“I’m the biggest fan. I have watched the last 11 seasons and in my spare time I stream much older seasons,” Sev said.
Courtney agreed: “We want it so badly and have been dreaming about it for years.”
The Block 2026 premieres on August 2 at 7pm on Channel 9 and 9Now.

There may be a new batch of contestants arriving, but fans of home renovation reality TV show The Block should already be familiar with the 2026 judges. This year, Marty Fox, Shaynna Blaze and Darren Palmer are back to judge the Blockheads as they renovate their houses, assessing each room week by week and shaping results that can carry through to auction.
There has already been some controversy surrounding The Block Australia judging, with contestant Chantel Green slamming the scoring at a media event in July. “The feedback from the judges is very subjective,” Chantel told hosts Shelley Craft and Scott Cam. “If you have the three judges that we have now, you could take them out, put three new judges [in] and you’ll get a different opinion.”
The judges play an important role on The Block, assessing the rooms on a weekly basis, giving professional critiques and awarding scores. By awarding teams extra money or bonuses to be spent during their renovation, the cast who win the most room reveals have a head start on auction night. More bells and whistles mean more buyers, and attracting the right buyer is often what decides who wins. Together, the judges bring a mix of interior design expertise and high-end real estate knowledge.
Below, we’ve rounded up everything you need to know about The Block judges, from their backgrounds and roles on the show to the impact of their scoring and the debate around their calls. In 2026, that means judging new builds from scratch aimed at high-end buyers, with the panel looking each week at layout, style, quality of finish, adherence to the brief, and the balance between practical function and aesthetic appeal.
The Block judge Marty Fox

Marty is a real estate expert on The Block judges panel. He started working as a real estate agent at 21 and has been in the industry ever since. He co-founded Whitefox Real Estate, in 2017, which helped reshape the luxury property market.
During its early years, Marty’s agency was associated with over a whopping $1 billion in luxury properties. In 2023, he took the Whitefox brand to New Zealand, further broadening his real estate empire. On the show, his key point is market value, buyer appeal and real estate strategy, with a clear eye for what will attract the right buyer.
Marty was a CEO of the Year finalist and was included on the AFR Young Rich List in 2025. In addition to his real estate and television personality profile, he also partners with brands like Hugo Boss, Range Rover and BMW.
Away from the boardroom, Marty is very much the family man. He is based in Melbourne with his wife Charlotte and their three children, Freddy, Olive and Bonnie. The couple has also been actively involved in property flipping, having successfully flipped 12 properties over the past decade and a half.
The Block judge Shaynna Blaze
Shaynna Blaze. Image: Instagram
Shaynna joined The Block in 2012 for her 17th series, alongside John McGrath and Neale Whitaker.
She’s an award-winning interior designer who has transformed interiors in residential homes and commercial spaces for more than 20 years.
On top of that, she does product design, which includes a line of furniture, artworks, lighting and candles. Shaynna has her own YouTube TV channel and has written two books: Design Your Home and Design with Colour and Style. She brings that interior design expertise to the judging panel.
The media personality has also dipped her toe into the music world. In 2024, she revealed a love for music which she stepped away from while pursuing her TV and interior design career.
When announcing her new single Warrior, she told fans it was about following her dreams. “I have never lost my passion for performing in front of a microphone. It quite simply gives me joy,” she wrote on her website.
Reports have also placed the pay for Shaynna Blaze and Darren Palmer at about $60,000 to $100,000 per season.
The Block judge Darren Palmer
Darren Palmer. Image: Instagram
Darren Palmer joined The Block in 2013 alongside Shaynna and Neale after appearing as one of the former contestants on the interior design home renovation show homeMADE in 2009 before becoming a full-time Block judge.
He was a guest judge in Season 4 and Season 5 before stepping up to the full-time role, and that background helps him understand what the season’s contestants are experiencing as each team tackles the competition. The judge has over 212,000 followers on Instagram, and has written multiple books, including Easy Luxury, HomeSpace, Dive In and A Design Journey.
Darren married his husband Olivier Duvillard in 2011 in Cape Town, South Africa. The couple share a son named Hugo.
What happened to judge Neale Whitaker?
Neale Whitaker left his role as a judge on The Block after the 2023 season. Neale confirmed that he had to focus on his partner David, who was faced with some serious health issues.
However, Neale still makes the odd appearance on The Block. During last year’s season, the former judge returned for the Hepburn Bathhouse & Spa Challenge. During the episode, Neale judged the spaces and awarded Sonny and Alicia with the biggest prize in The Block’s history: a $260,000 Titanium caravan.
The Block 2026 premieres on August 2 on Channel 9 and 9Now.
Since then, both Bec Zacharia and Gia Fleur have weighed in on the split publicly, giving us more clues about what really happened between the previously engaged couple.
Bec revealed on The Ella Era that she spoke to Stella yesterday morning for over an hour about their broken engagement. While Bec was unwilling to share too many personal details, the MAFS bride admitted it was a “very sad day”.
“Everyone’s pretty devastated. They were our mum and dad… we looked up to them, and they were engaged,” Bec told Ella Ding. “I love Fil, he and I speak on the phone, we catch up maybe every four weeks or so and we have a good chat, we encourage each other, but Stella is my priority, she’s my girl, always will be, and I think that she deserves the world.”
Bec added that it was a “very sad day” for their MAFS season, knowing that Stella and Filip’s relationship was over. “You lose hope. Gia’s f**king pregnant and Stella’s single. What the f**k is going on in the axis of the universe right now?” she exclaimed.
The MAFS star also said there will be more answers to come, but urged fans to respect Stella and Filip’s privacy at the moment.
“It’s really fresh. And people need time to process and work [it] out, [the] what, and how, and why, before they talk,” Bec noted. “I think you will get answers eventually, but all I will say is to respect their privacy just as we’re doing with Rhi and Jeff, and just as we do with other couples.”

MAFS’ Gia speaks about Stella and Filip’s shock split
During an interview on Fifi, Fev & Nick, Gia said that while she isn’t friends with Stella, she did have a little bit of gossip.
“I did hear a while ago that they weren’t doing well, so it’s not a huge shock, but yeah, I wish her nothing but the best. She’s a gorgeous girl, she’ll find someone else,” Gia spilled.
“I did hear that he moved back to Melbourne ’cause they were living in Sydney, and I think he was going back to Melbourne, and it was too much or something like that, and finances. The usual things people fight about, I think, just got the better of them, unfortunately.”
While Gia is currently overjoyed with her own baby news and romance, she did slam MAFS for failing to create long-lasting couples. “The track record for MAFS right now isn’t great, is it? The last two couples are done,” she noted.
With all of these clues coming out about Stella and Filip’s split, surely there will be more to come.

Love Island UK fan favourite Ellie Chadwick has revealed why the “horrible” makeup she wore in the villa never seemed to match her skin tone.
All season long, viewers have been questioning Ellie’s foundation choices on social media, with some pointing out that it looked “grey” because of the wrong undertone, and another posting on Reddit that she was “giving 2008 with the cakey makeup.”
Now, none other than former Islander Tyrique Hyde asked Ellie about her foundation faux-pas on his podcast, Kick, and she explained why her makeup looked off on the show.
“It’s like you’re trying to match yourself, [and you’re] getting tan all the time, and you’re going through different skin colours when you’re tanning. My chest goes a lot redder than the rest of me. My face is really naturally pale compared to the rest of my body, so that’s [why my shade didn’t match],” she said.
Ty pointed out that as the season went on, Ellie’s makeup seemed to match better, and she explained that was because her tan had finally reached the same level as her foundation, adding that she was also “changing the products” she was using.
Ellie’s Love Island partner Finley Maddock appeared alongside her on the podcast, and added that “makeup in the sun doesn’t go very well.”
Ellie and Finley have said ‘I love you’ since leaving Love Island UK
Finley copped plenty of backlash from fans after deciding to explore a connection with bombshell Elicia on Love Island, despite spending weeks in a solid couple with Ellie.
The decision ultimately landed him in the bottom three male Islanders in a public vote, and he was sent home. Although Ellie wasn’t in the bottom, she decided to leave the villa with Finley of her own accord.
During their interview on Kick, Ellie and Finley revealed they’d already told each other “I love you” since leaving the show.
After Finley casually remarked that he was “in love”, Ty asked him if that was the first time he said that, and he said yes. Ellie also confirmed that he’d said it to her, telling Ty that he was “the first person they’d told.”
“We’ve not told anyone apart from you, Tyrique. ” You’ve got the exclusive!” she said.
“I’m not surprised at all, and I’m genuinely so happy for Gia and her family. I know having a bigger family was always something she wanted, so it’s wonderful to see that dream come true,” Rebecca tells Chattr.
While Gia didn’t tell Rebecca before the news was announced, the MAFS bride was overjoyed for her friend. “I couldn’t be happier for them. Wishing them all so much love and happiness for this next chapter. You’ve got to love love,” she adds.
Rebecca also admits she doesn’t see Gia often these days, even though they were quite close during filming, but she believes the MAFS ‘villain’ is a wonderful mother.
“I genuinely think Gia is a beautiful mum. You can see how much she adores [her daughter] Willa, and I know this new baby will be surrounded by so much love,” Rebecca gushes. “I really hope Alan gets down on one knee — it would be such a beautiful next chapter for them.”
During an appearance on Ella Ding’s The Ella Era, Bec Zacharia also said she wasn’t taken aback by Gia’s pregnancy news.
“We hate each other, yep, whatever, but I always have known that she’s always wanted more children. And I have known from when she met him that he was gonna be the father of her next child, for sure,” Bec declared.
“I genuinely am really happy for them and you know, I wish her pregnancy to be healthy and full-term and that baby to be loved, and for that to be her happily ever after, because we all deserve that, right?”
Bec said that Gia has finally gotten her fairytale, and that everybody deserves it, enemy or not. “I’m really happy for her. So, more power to them, and happiness and health all the way for Gia and Al.”

The Traitors Australia is returning in 2026 for a third season after several years away from Australian screens, but the revived series will look a little different.
However, Gretel Killeen is replacing Rodger Corser as host and the production has moved away from its original New South Wales home. The Traitors Australia has gone international!
The new location provides a suitably spooky and isolated backdrop needed for secret meetings, dramatic banishments and the ongoing battle between the Faithful and the Traitors.
Where was The Traitors Australia filmed?
Season three of The Traitors Australia was filmed at Castle Claremont, near Timaru on New Zealand’s South Island. The property is literally located at 222 Mount Horrible Road (not kidding!), which can be found approximately 15 minutes from central Timaru.
The Neo-Gothic mansion sits within around 11 hectares of stunning landscaped grounds. The sprawling home contains 10 bedrooms, five bathrooms, a formal dining room, a library and billiard room, reception areas and a chapel, giving producers plenty of atmospheric spaces for the show’s challenges and confrontations.

The historic homestead has a twisted history, too. It was originally constructed for prominent Canterbury pastoralist George Hampton Rhodes and his family during the late 1880s, but it was later owned by the Catholic Church and used as a Marist Brothers novitiate before eventually becoming a boutique accommodation and events venue.
The Traitors Australia contestant from Real Housewives of Sydney, Krissy Marsh, boasted about the historical filming location. “My first impression when I arrived at the manor was just how grand it was,” she told Home Beautiful. “It felt like a place that had witnessed generations of stories before we ever stepped through its doors.”
Castle Claremont has also been used by The Traitors New Zealand, allowing the Australian and New Zealand productions to share a location, props and similar challenges.
When was The Traitors Australia filmed?
Season three was reportedly filmed way back in September and October of 2025, almost a year before its scheduled Australian premiere in August 2026.
The celebrity cast was revealed shortly after filming finished, although Network 10 has not publicly confirmed exactly when production began and ended.
The relatively short filming period is consistent with The Traitors format, which typically places contestants inside an intense, tightly controlled game stretched over just a few chaotic weeks.
Where were the previous seasons of The Traitors Australia filmed?
The first two seasons were filmed at The Robertson Hotel in Robertson, which is in the Southern Highlands of New South Wales. The hotel itself confirmed that both the 2022 and 2023 seasons used its grand interiors and surrounding grounds for filming.
Built in 1924, the heritage property has 55 rooms and suites, along with restaurants, function spaces, lounges and sprawling gardens.
Its old-world design helped establish the dark murder-mystery atmosphere of the original series. However, for the 2026 revival, production shifted across the Tasman to Castle Claremont, giving season three a brand new look and feel. Bring on the murder, we say!
The third season of Traitors Australia premieres on Network 10 and 10Play on August 4, 2026.
He was eliminated just shy of the top five during a sauce challenge set by judge Jean-Christophe Novelli. But at just 20 years old, Luke has plenty of time to refine his craft, and he’s already told Chattr he’d jump at the chance to return for a future Back to Win season.
“I would love to have a chance to redeem myself. I mean, it’s still pretty raw in terms of Back to Win,” he said. “I’d love to come back and not just come on and have some fun. I’d love to prove that I could do something really special.”
Luke admitted that he thinks his age was a disadvantage on MasterChefAustralia 2026, and thinks returning with a little more experience under his belt would make a world of difference.
“It’s funny because when I got there, I was like, man, I am so excited, but pretty quickly, I was like, damn, I wish I’d had like another five or 10 years [experience], because often when a challenge was getting announced, I could only think of one or maybe two dish ideas.
“But I was thinking, if I had another five to ten years of experience, I would just have 10 or 20 dish ideas for each challenge — it would have been awesome.”

What Luke would do differently if he returned for a Back to Win season
There have been two Back to Win seasons in the history of MasterChef Australia, and both featured memorable contestants from the franchise who didn’t win — a category that Luke clearly falls under. He told Chattr that he grew as a cook during his time on the show and said he’d love to bring those lessons into a future season.
“I definitely reckon the biggest thing I would change is the way I handle challenges. On a white apron day, it was only the top dish that was rewarded and my mindset was always, what’s the point of going for any other dish than the top dish? And as great as that was as an idea in theory, in practice it actually meant you began to lose a bit of momentum,” he explained.
“If I had a chance go in the competition again, I would definitely try to be a lot more consistent in that. I wouldn’t always worry about: is this a dish that’s going to be a top dish and are the judges going to love it?” he explained.
“I’m just going to cook dishes that I love and are creative and things that I’m really proud of, and then you know what? Actually, I’m okay with that. I’m happy to go to bed at night, knowing that I was in love with my dish.
“But I wouldn’t try as hard to cook dishes that the judges love, and I hope it’ll creep in. I would probably just kind of spin it a bit more for myself.”
Although the most recent Back to Win season only aired last year, we’re going to need another one ASAP, because Luke deserves another shot at the MasterChef trophy.
MasterChef Australia 2026 airs Sunday — Wednesday on Channel 10 and 10Play.
The 24-year-old apple farmer from Forest Range in South Australia’s Adelaide Hills entered FWAW hoping to meet someone who could embrace country life and become part of his tight-knit rural community.
After the speed dates, Zac invited Grace, Miranda, Mieke, Maya and Jessica back to his farm. Grace quickly emerged as a frontrunner after sharing the first 24-hour date and a kiss with him, while Zac’s sweet connection with Maya continued to deepen. Meanwhile, Mieke became a dark horse, although she grew frustrated that she had to wait until the season’s end for some one-on-one time.
But Zac’s journey was not without drama. On the farm, tensions flared between Miranda and the other women, particularly Maya, who spoke to Zac’s twin sister Isobel about the conflict. After hearing Isobel’s concerns and reflecting on the awkies atmosphere, Zac ultimately sent Miranda home.
As the finale approached, Zac had strong feelings for Grace, Maya and Mieke. However, he farewelled Grace at the black-tie dinner, leaving Mieke and Maya as the final two women competing for his heart.
All season, there have been conflicting reports suggesting that none of the Farmers stayed with their winners. But has Zac defied these rumours? Read on for everything we know.
What happened when Farmer Zac made his final choice?
Farmer Zac’s journey on Farmer Wants A Wife ended with him choosing Maya over Mieke.
He described his bond with Mieke as an immediate “spark”, but his relationship with Maya developed gradually, strengthening slowly through vulnerable conversations.
Before revealing his winner, Zac broke the news to Mieke. He acknowledged their chemistry but admitted he could not see their relationship working in the longterm. The emotional decision left Zac in tears, with Mieke comforting him despite being rejected. She later said she was “definitely a little bit heartbroken” but remained hopeful she would find the right person.
Zac then met Maya and explained that the possibility of losing her had clarified his feelings. “When you expressed your feelings about potentially leaving and going home, it was in that moment that I truly realised how close I was to losing you,” he said.

Zac told her he was “absolutely falling” for her and he could “wholeheartedly see a future” together.
Maya said she was “over the moon,” to finally be the last woman standing. “I’m definitely falling in love with him. He is the guy I’ve been looking for.” To mark his commitment to Maya, Zac then invited her to his sister’s wedding. Cuties!
Are Farmer Zac and Maya still together since filming Farmer Wants A Wife?
Viewers will not know for certain whether Farmer Zac and Maya are still together until the Farmer Wants A Wife 2026 reunion airs on Sunday, August 2.
But the good news is that in the reunion trailer, Maya and Zac do seem together. “Wedding bells on the horizon?” host Natalie Gruzlewski asks the twosome, as Maya turns to Zac to say “I might let you answer that.”
Add to this, social media clues suggest their relationship may have continued after filming.
The strongest hint emerged after Zac chose Maya in the finale. On the night, Zac’s twin sister Isobel reportedly uploaded a photograph of herself with Maya and captioned it: “Chose a good one.” The image was deleted soon afterwards, potentially because it revealed too much before the reunion. Oopsie.
The post does not officially confirm their relationship status, but it proves Maya remained close to Zac’s family after the cameras stopped rolling.

Chattr previously reported that Maya follows several members of Zac’s family on Instagram. She follows multiple accounts sharing the Kuiper surname and she is the only woman from Zac’s farm to follow his relatives. Zac’s sisters, Isobel and Lara Kuiper, also follow Maya back, suggesting she has stayed connected with the family beyond the show.
Maya was seen liking Zac’s Instagram posts before the season began airing. Although neither has posted a couple update, the deleted photo and mutual family follows have convinced many fans that Zac and Maya are still together.
Of course, fans will have to tune into the reunion on Sunday, August 2 to find out for sure.
