If it wasn’t enough that Married At First Sight’s Ellie Dix and Jono McCullough have a joint TikTok account, they’ve come for Lauren Dunn in a new video.
Jono took to the *cringe* joint TikTok account to tell the world that Lauren was apparently already in a relationship while she was on MAFS.
“Okay, what really happened at the final Dinner Party? I get a lot of questions about this so I thought I’d do a short video answering some of them,” he began.
“There was a massive bit of context that was removed,” he added. “That is, Lauren had a partner outside the experiment. She had someone she was interested in. She was good enough to tell me on the first day of the honeymoon.”

Jono is likely referring to a report that came out while MAFS was airing that Lauren had a secret boyfriend in Bali, she’s since denied the relationship.
Of course, avid MAFS fans will know that Jonathan started chatting to Ellie while he was still ‘married’ to Lauren on the show, and the couple went on to form a relationship post-filming.
In the aforementioned video, Jono stressed that he never had a romantic relationship with Lauren on MAFS, despite admitting to sleeping with her multiple times.
“She said, ‘Hey I have someone outside, I’m not interested in a relationship, let’s just look after each other and have fun,” the MAFS groom continued.
“Now, that changes a lot of things, she said I was cheating on her and clearly that wasn’t happening, she had someone else outside the experiment.”
Jono said the entire cast knew about Lauren’s alleged secret boyfriend
Jono and Ellie debuted their new relationship at the MAFS Reunion Dinner Party, leaving Lauren shocked when the new couple walked in together.
In the episode, Lauren appeared to be devastated about their dalliance, however, Jono said that things weren’t exactly how they seemed.
“At the final Dinner Party, she did cry, she did cry because the table tore shreds through her,” he said in the TikTok video.
“They said how dare you call Jono a cheater when you have a boyfriend the whole time! and she did get upset, she did cry, but guys it wasn’t because of Ellie and I. It just didn’t happen like that.”
Lauren’s response to Jono
Lauren hasn’t yet made a public response about Jono’s video, however, she did take to TikTok with a short clip that could be interpreted as a snapback.
The MAFS bride posted a voice-over video with the caption: “Literally no one: My ex-husband”.
In the voiceover, Lauren said: “I hate with a b***h be like, I don’t really like talking mad about people. I don’t really like to gossip. Girl move, I do.”
