The Traitors Australia 2026 finale was a showdown between Keira Maguire, Kirby Bentley, Krissy Marsh and Rhys Nicholson, with Kirby outsmarting everyone and taking out the grand prize.
The finale featured a tense final Round Table, where Rhys was eliminated, before an even more nail-biting showdown at the fire pit saw Kirby crowned the winner of The Traitors Australia 2026 and walk away with the $206,000 prize.
Read on to find out everything that happened in The Traitors Australia 2026 grand finale.

What happened during The Traitors Australia 2026 finale?
The final four gathered together for their final Traitors breakfast, where they took a walk down memory lane and had a few kind words to say about some of the banished and murdered Faithfuls.
During the meal, Rhys made it clear that they weren’t happy about the way Kirby had hung them out to dry at the Round Table the previous night and hinted to viewers that they were coming for her. Afterwards, Rhys and Kirby went outside for a one-on-one chat, and Rhys made their animosity pretty clear.
For their final challenge, the remaining contestants took a very awkward car ride to an abandoned warehouse, where host Gretel Kileen informed them there were four rooms, each with its own mission inside. The more rooms the cast could complete, the more money they’d add to the final prize pot.
Each contestant had to recount the order in which their former castmates were banished and murdered, while dealing with whatever their room had served up. For Keira, that meant being covered in pigeons and bird seeds, while Kirby scored a room full of cute kittens climbing all over her.
In the end, all four succeeded in the challenge, and they added $36,000 to the prize, bringing the total amount to $200,600.

After the challenge, Kirby, Krissy, Keira and Rhys headed back to the Manor to scramble before the Round Table that night. Both Rhys and Keira tried to plant seeds in Keira’s head about Krissy being a Traitor, however, she didn’t really seem to be buying what they were selling.
What happened at The Traitors final Round Table?
Both Rhys and Krissy made it clear that they had their sights set on one another at the final Round Table. Kirby jumped on the bandwagon with Rhys, accusing Krissy of being “too certain” about who the Traitor was. Keira, on the other hand, sided with Krissy and pointed out that Rhys’ lack of accusations at the Round Table made them look suspicious.
Gretel interrupted the group’s conversation before it appeared that they’d reached any sort of decision. However, Krissy, Keira and Kirby all came to the same conclusion that it was Rhys who was the Traitor, and they were voted out unanimously.
Keira, Krissy and Kirby headed to the outdoor fire pit where they were required to decide whether they wanted to finish the game with the three of them or banish someone else. But if they decided to end the game and a Traitor still remained, they’d take the total prize money.
Krissy voted to end the game with Keira and Kirby, but Kirby voted to banish again.
“I know I’m a Faithful and I’ve always had question marks about Krissy, and that’s literally the only reason,” she told Gretel of her decision.
Keira also chose to banish, and the pair voted out Krissy, leaving just one Faithful, Keira, and one Traitor, Kirby, in the game. Under the rules, if a Traitor makes it to the end undetected, they take the prize, meaning Kirby was officially crowned the winner of The Traitors Australia 2026.
“I came into this game to play for my family, and it is an incredibly hard game to play, and I have loved getting to know you and everyone else and I mean that genuinely, that being said, I have always been a Traitor,” she told Keira.
