Ah, the ol’ good edit, bad edit topic. It comes up on almost every season of almost every reality show, and when it comes to The Block 2026, the edit appears to be mostly fair, with one exception.
Speaking exclusively to Chattr, Lisa and Rosco admitted that they have gotten a decent edit this season so far.
“Everybody’s edit is quite accurate at this point, like there are inconsistencies here and there, where there’s missing context, but overall, the edits are reflective of people’s personalities,” Lisa added.
“The girls come across how they are. They’re go-getters. They’re up and at it. They are a little bit smug. Tayla and Rick, as you see, they’re hilarious. Tayla’s here for the laughs, she loves her dad more than anything — that’s why she’s here.”
As for Wyatt and Chantel, she bluntly said their priority is “going to the gym”, which is accurately portrayed on the show.
Which The Block 2026 star has gotten a bad edit this season?
Lisa went on to select the co-star who she feels has copped the most unfair edit, naming Jolene as the target.
“Like Jolene, I think her and Adam are very likable,” she began.
“At times, she comes across as a bit sultry, which she is. But there’s also a lot of times where she’s like the most beautiful soul on the planet. Maybe they could show that a little bit more.”
It’s not the first time we’ve had this conversation and I’m certain it will not be the last tine, either!
