A Victorian real estate auctioneer has weighed in on which The Block 2025 house will take out the biggest sale — and his choice may surprise fans.
With just one room reveal left, Britt and Taz and Robby and Mat, are tied for the most wins with four a piece, suggesting that their houses will be hot commodities at the auction. On top of that, The Block judge Marty Fox told Domain that he believes Robby and Mat’s house will sell for the most, adding that he thinks Britt and Taz will be hot on their heels.
However, experienced Victorian-based Sales executive and auctioneer Robert Le, from Marshall White real estate agency, told Chattr that he thinks House One will take out the win on auction day.
“Based on this year’s The Block properties, I feel that Emma and Ben from House One will likely be the winners,” he said.
“The style and design they have incorporated are not only sympathetic to the region in which this home is nestled.”
Robert pointed out that Ben and Emma’s interiors are a perfect balance of contemporary sophistication and country warmth, blending modern finishes with inviting textures that reflect the Daylesford charm.
“Warm internal colour tones with a bold exterior finish provide a lovely contrast of colour, and the northern aspect allows for an abundance of natural light through the entertaining areas. The overall quality of finish is appealing, and it would certainly make a great home away from home.”

The winners of The Block will walk away with a $100,000 cash prize, but every team also gets to keep any profit their property makes above the reserve price— provided it actually sells.
While Robert believes Ben and Emma will walk away as the winners of The Block 2025, he told Chattr that he believes all five houses have a strong chance of selling at auction. He breaks down the best selling points of each of the houses below.
House 2 – Han and Can

“The tranquil Japanese-inspired gardens and minimalistic finish will certainly appeal to buyers who seek a home of a simplistic nature. The consistency of curvature in feature walls provides a stark contrast to the actual footprint of the home and softens the space.”

House 3 – Britt and Taz

“A very well-designed and thoughtful floor plan which allows the ultimate entertaining and/or relaxing lifestyle. Neutral colour tones, combined with the use of natural materials, create a sense of peace and tranquillity. Offering all the creature comforts of the ultimate getaway home.”

House 4 – Sonny and Alicia

“This home exudes country charm while incorporating the modern comforts of today’s home. Warm and inviting, it is a home where a family can gather together and enjoy the space, or otherwise take out the Titanium Caravan and enjoy the rolling hills of Daylesford.”

House 5 – Robby and Mat

“An extremely family-friendly home with all the outdoor entertainment options and facilities suitable for all ages. With the preferred northern aspect to the pool and pickleball court, this home is ideal for year-round enjoyment.”
