The Block house prices

The season may have only just kicked off, but the eye-watering house prices for The Block 2025 have been listed on Domain, and it’s time for us all to enter the Powerball.

Now that Adrian Portelli has stepped down from buying all The Block houses in one fell swoop, a new Aussie moneybags will have to step up to try their hand, with all listings for this season sitting above the $3,000,000 mark.

Domain is currently hosting all the listings, giving potential buyers and fans a closer look at the beautifully renovated homes.

Early favourites Emma and Ben are experienced renovators, so it’s no surprise their Block efforts will see their four-bedroom, three-bathroom place land between the $3,000,000 to $3,300,000 mark.

House Two: Han and Can

Described as a “sculptural expression of form, finesse, and feeling”, Han and Can’s contemporary home boasts four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and four car spots and is listed for $3,000,000 at the lower scale and may sell for up to $3,300,000 or more.

With a strong focus on wellness, Taz and Britt’s house is described as a place that “embodies architectural sophistication and serene country charm.” Like House One and House Two, Taz and Britt’s lot is expected to hit the $3,000,000 to $3,300,000 price range.

House Four: Sonny and Alicia

Season risk-takers Sonny and Alicia love a pop of colour in the bedrooms, and have the only house that features external brick, setting them apart from the other Block houses. Will that boost their lot higher when it comes to bidding? So far, their place is also listed at the $3,000,000 to $3,300,000 price range.

House five: Robby and Mat

They may not be the most experienced renovators this season, but what they lack in experience, Robby and Mat make up for in enthusiasm (and wine cellars). Their corner block with great viewpoints could also snag the duo anywhere between $3,000,000 to $3,300,000.

The Block 2025 airs on Sundays at 7:30pm and Monday – Wednesday at 7pm on Channel 9 and 9Now.
