If you a sucker for a spicy dating reality TV show, then you’re in luck, because Stranded on Honeymoon Island Australia checks all the boxes — and some.

The new show follows 12 Aussie singles who’ve been unlucky in love and decided to trust a bunch of experts to match them up with their forever partner. The couples have a brief meeting with their potential matches, before being paired off and married… on a deserted island.

After their nuptials, they’re dropped off at a remote beach where they’ll have to swim to shore in their wedding attire, and spend three weeks together.

Of course, like any good reality TV show, not all of the couples will live in harmonious bliss. Read on to find out more about the Stranded on Honeymoon Island Australia cast, and who they’re matched with.

Mike (38) works as a TV host and describes himself as outgoing and charismatic. He has traditional views on male and female roles within a relationship and admits that his high standards often hold him back when meeting someone new.

“My biggest flaw when it comes to relationships is early commitment – not being able to give 110% straight away. That doesn’t mean in reference to cheating or anything like that, it’s just being distant. I need to be able to succumb to someone special faster, and I’m working on it,” he said.
