MAFS 2026 Bec Danny still together in real life

Married At First Sight (MAFS) has been teasing Bec Zacharia and Danny Hewitt’s wedding for weeks now, with the socialite tearfully declaring she “doesn’t want to be with anyone that gets arrested”.

Bec is looking for a serious match, as she’s already broken one engagement prior to MAFS. Her groom Danny is a “reformed” player, looking for somebody to finally settle down with. A sense of humour is also important to both the bride and groom, so it looks like the experts have matched them well.

However, will their relationship actually work and thrive in the experiment? Seeing as MAFS 2026 was filmed last year, Bec and Danny already know the answer to this question. But for all the MAFS fans who love a cheeky spoiler, we’ve put together everything we know about whether Bec and Danny are still together in real life.

Are MAFS’ Bec and Danny still together in real life?

It’s hard to say, but there’s one big clue on social media. Bec is currently following Danny, and he follows her back. This could either mean the two are still very much in love, or perhaps they’re just keeping up appearances while the show is on.

Another clue could be the moment Bec and Danny were spotted by Daily Mail before entering the first Dinner Party. From strangers watching, you wouldn’t know they had only recently met as they looked very much in love.

The pair embraced in a tight hug, before walking into the building holding hands.

What else do we know about Bec and Danny?

Bec wants to be matched with a man who has a beard, tattoos and is tall. High on her list? Good banter and a loving nature. She like to show her love by cooking great meals, and says she’s loving and affectionate.

Meanwhile, Danny (who happens to be covered in tattoos) is looking for a “ride or die” partner with a good sense of humour. He describes himself as a “soft and cuddly teddy bear”, with a bit of a cheeky exterior.

Married at First Sight (MAFS) 2026 airs Monday – Thursday at 7:30pm this week on Channel 9 and 9Now.
