With Married At First Sight (MAFS) 2026 about to hit our screens, the MAFS 2026 cast is set to deliver drama, emotion, and entertainment. One participant who already stands out is Adelaide bride Alissa Fay.

Alissa is both a social media influencer and a nurse. She has over 268,000 followers on TikTok and works with different brands online. She’s walked red carpets, flown to the other side of the world, and shares slices of her life on TikTok.
The bride is an ambassador for the car brand Southern Chery, and was even flown to Paris for a photoshoot with them. On TikTok, she described it as an “experience” she would “never forget”.

According to Daily Mail, Alisa’s friends say she’s “fiery but lovable” and “someone who doesn’t back down from a challenge”.
The bride is said to love the spotlight (which seems true, considering her social media presence) and will likely be the talk of the town during MAFS 2026.
She recently ended a high-profile relationship, with sources claiming she’s on the show to find love. Time will tell!
