In a chaotic Friday afternoon development, Abiola Oreyomi has left the Big Brother Australia 2025 house.
Her absence was first noticed by a fan, who took to a Facebook group to point out that one of the beds had been removed.
“A housemate has left, count the beds, and it’s very easy to see who’s left,” they wrote, adding that Emily had been “in the room counting the beds”.
Shortly after it appeared that Abiola had left the Big Brother house, the livestream quickly changed to focus on a fish tank, with no audio.
Just under an hour later, the live stream was turned back on, but not for long. It rebooted, showing Emily and Alanna sitting by the pool talking about a missing beanbag, and when Emily made a comment about Abiola’s departure, she was quickly muted.
“Because Abs is gone, because Abs loved her Clark Rubber beanbag and now Abs is gone,” she said before the audio was turned off again.

One fan stated that Abiola had been missing from the live stream for a while.
“Haven’t seen her on the live stream. Unless she’s disguised as a fish or washing machine,” they wrote, with another noting that Alanna was also muted when she mentioned her.
“Lana started talking about Abiola, and they muted. She’s definitely gone,” the person wrote.
While some fans are concerned for Abiola over her sudden departure, others said that if she chose to leave on her own accord, it would be frustrating for the nominated contestants.
Abiola was originally nominated alongside Holly, Vinnie, Bruce, and Connor, but Alanna had the Head of Housemates power, which allowed her to save one person from Nomination and took her down.
“I hope it was for good reason, otherwise others got put up for nomination for nothing,” one wrote.
