Rumours are rife that Jesse and Paige will leaveThe Block 2024 mid-way through filming after the show’s executive producer confirmed that one team won’t make it to the end.
Engaged couple Jesse and Paige have had their differences throughout the first few weeks of the show, and Paige has repeatedly threatened to quit The Block.
Now, Paige has addressed the rumours directly.

It’s been reported that Paige and Jesse quit The Block to save their relationship, however, the engaged couple have now dispelled that rumour toPedestrian.
The WA team said the audience theory they left the show to save their relationship is “not even close to the truth”.
Which… seems to confirm the rumour that it is Paige and Jesse who leave.
Jesse and Paige didn’t go into detail about why they didn’t see the reality TV show through.
“We understand that [the producers’] narrative, shaped by their edits, might suggest otherwise – however the true reason won’t start to unfold until around week three, and even then, it won’t be played out on camera for the audience in true form,” Paige added.

What did Paige say on Instagram about quitting The Block?
Filming for The Block 2024 began in March 2024, and Paige and Jesse both posted photos while on a European vacation in late July, suggesting that they’d already left the show by then.
Paige took to Instagram on August 25 to share a screenshot of a post from a Facebook fan group where a user claimed that the couple left the show so that they could go on holiday.
“The real reason that Jesse/Paige leave is because they wanted to go to Europe and Cyprus for his 30th birthday. The show fell for it,” the post read.
Paige responded: “We were not prepared to give up our Euro Summer.”
That same day Paige did a Q&A session on Instagram and shared a question from a follower who asked if they really left the show “to go to Cyprus”.
Paige answered the question with a photo of herself and her friend holidaying in Europe.
“I would have done anything to go see this one,” she wrote. ” But leave The Block to go on a holiday… Come on.”
What did The Block’s executive producer say about the team that’s leaving?
EP Julian Cress has confirmed that one team will quit The Block before the end of the season, telling TV Tonight that they “didn’t make it through the whole series with all five teams.”
“It was a very difficult decision for them to come to, but there was a very strong reason why they decided to do it and very dramatic and will be unfolding in the coming weeks,” he added.
Yahoo Lifestyle has reported that Blue Team Jesse and Paige will hang up their tool belts early.

Are Sabrina and Steven still together?

Sabrina and Steven were the picture-perfect couple throughout the entire season of Love Is Blind UK. The pair were smitten with each other, and, unsurprisingly, they both said ‘I do’ at the altar.
“You stole my mind, and my heart, and now I give you my hand,” Steve told Maria.
However, at the Love Is Blind Reunion, it was clear from the opening credits that Sabrina and Steven were no longer together.

The married couple were seated on either side of the hosts, and Sabina explained that Steven basically sucked at communicating with her during their long-distance marriage.
“Communication expectations of each other were very different,” Steven clarified.
Sabrina added that she went and saw Steven in Birmingham seven times, and he only went to visit her in Belfast twice.
Verdict: Married but not together. No word on whether they’ll need an official divorce?

Maria and Tom struggled to see eye to eye after they came out of the Love Is Blind UK pods.
During the homestay portion of the experiment, Tom admitted that he’d judged Maria’s job as a makeup artist. Maria also told Tom that she wanted to take on a traditional housewife role, and he wasn’t exactly thrilled.
Tom made the decision first at the altar, and he told Maria that he didn’t want to marry her.
“I love you,” Tom said.
“I just feel like right now isn’t the right time for me. We’ve had some differences in values, and I haven’t had enough time to really understand how those differences would really affect our life day to day.”

Maria and Tom’s segment on the couch was pretty straightforward — they never rekindled their relationship after the vows, and aren’t together now.

Are Jasmine and Bobby still together?

Jasmine and Bobby hit it off in the Love Is Blind UK pods, and their strong connection continued on the outside.
However, Jasmine’s mother spelt problems for the new couple. During Bobby’s first meeting with his mother-in-law-to-be, she called him “uneducated” and said that she doubted he could provide for her daughter financially.
Despite, Jasmine’s mum’s hesitations, the love birds decided they wanted to be together, and went ahead with their marriage.
At the reunion, it was clear as day that Bobby and Jasmine were still together as they cuddled up on the couch.

“It’s been the best year of my life so far,” Bobby said. “I can’t speak for Jasmine, but judging by her smile she’s feeling the same.”
“Pretty much two days after we got married we were just like, ‘Let’s just do it’. I moved to London and I’ve been there ever since,” he added.
Jasmine said: “Bobby and I have worked so hard to get to the place where we’ve got our dream home and we’re so happy.”
Bobby added that he and Jasmine are “working on” having kids together.

Are Demi and Ollie still together?

Demi and Ollie struggled as soon as they left the Love Is BlindUK pods, and got into a fight during their post-engagement trip when the other cast members questioned Ollie about his connection with cast mate Catherine.
The new couple returned from the holiday and moved into an apartment together in London, and their relationship appeared to be in a much more positive place. Prior to the Love Is Blind wedding Demi and Ollie spent a couple of days apart.
On the day of the wedding, Demi confided that when they were apart, Ollie hadn’t made as much effort with her as she would have hoped.
“I love you, but I do not,” Demi told Ollie at the altar.
“Because I’ve learned to love myself in a whole different light during this journey. And actually, that’s a testament to you, Ollie… I know what I want from a husband, and I don’t think we’re quite there, obviously.
“But it’s not, ‘I do not, I’m going to walk away from you forever.’ It’s ‘I do not, now.’”
Despite what Demi said during her vows, she didn’t pursue a relationship with Ollie outside of the pods.
“For me, in that moment, I was holding on to an ‘I do not for now’, but walking away from it, I was like ‘Ollie’s a good guy but he’s not my guy,'” she said.
Meanwhile, Ollie is dating their co-star Charlotte. Reality stars really love to keep it in the fam.

Nicole found herself in a love triangle between Benaiah and Sam in the Love Is Blind UK pods. She originally chose Sam but changed her mind a few days later and asked for Beniah back.
Benaiah took her up on her offer and popped the question. The couple continued the Love Is Blind journey together with their fellow engaged castmates.
“You accept me for who I am, flaws included,” Benaiah told Nicole, “which shows me you have an unconditional love.”
At the Love Is Blind Reunion, Benaiah and Nicole confirmed that the drama that went through during the experiment didn’t translate to the real world.
“I love her each more every day,” Benaiah told the hosts while confirming that they were still married.

Freddie and Catherine’s relationship was a rollercoaster from the get-go.
In the Love Is Blind UK pods, Catherine was torn between choosing Sam or Freddie but opted for the latter.
During the engagement holiday, Freddie and Catherine hit it off. However, as more and more real-life issues were raised – like Freddie asking for a prenup – their relationship began to fall apart.
“I love you, Cat,” Freddie told his bride.
“But the timing might not be right for us. This isn’t a goodbye. It’s not a rejection of the love that we share.
“Part of me wanted to say yes and embark on this journey with you, but as I look into your eyes, I know I’m faced with the truth we both have to acknowledge.
“There’s still mountains left for us to climb and lessons for us to learn before fully embracing a lifelong commitment.”
At the Love Is Blind UK Reunion, Freddie clarified that he basically first started getting the ick from Catherine during their engagement holiday.
“In Greece, I felt like there were moments when you’d snap at me quite a bit, and I felt like, maybe at times, I couldn’t be myself,” he said to his ex-fiance.
Catherine was much more subdued than the way she acted during the Love Is Blind UK season and agreed with Freddie that they weren’t meant to be.
“I’d actually just like to thank you because, gosh, I am snappy. I do admit that,” she said to Freddie. “But, Freddie taught me a lot, and I’m such a better person.”

Living rooms around the nation were surprised when The Voice Australia 2024 contestant Mol Turner whipped out powerful vocals that no one was prepared for.
On the August 26 episode of The Voice, 17-year-old Mol chose Britney Spears‘ iconic track Toxic — but with one very big death metal twist.
Sporting a shaggy blonde mullet, heavy eye makeup and chained jeans, Mol slowly built up to the chorus with an eerier and edgier take on the early noughties tune.
As she hit the chorus, well, The Voice coach LeAnn Rimes‘ reaction says it all:
The Voice coach Kate Miller-Heidke turned around for Mol, who is from the South Coast in New South Wales, meaning the teenager will now be on the Australian musician’s team.
What is Australia saying about Mol Turner’s audition?
With the show primarily showcasing mainstream genres and producing pop artists, Mol’s performance was surprising in a way that Australian audiences are loving.
While some viewers didn’t love the performance and are entitled to that opinion, the response is overwhelmingly positive.
“So good to finally see someone singing screamo,” someone commented on The Voice Instagram, noting that her “growl” was fire.
“An impressive death metal take on ‘Toxic’ that was so entertaining, she has quite an impressive vocal range — I think she will surprise us with what else she is capable of doing,” someone wrote to The Voice Australia Facebook.
Mol’s take on this song is definitely a welcome change. Even people who don’t neccesarily like death metal or screamo as a genre could still appreciate that she nailed it.
“Couldn’t think of anything more painful than listening to Death Metal but that was a fantastic performance and you can only appreciate the talent behind it,” one person wrote.
“Love it or hate it but that was amazing well done Mol !!!!. I loved every second!” wrote another.
“Not my cup of tea, but the girl has raw power. Glad she has the chance to perform on stage. All talents should be showcased,” an Instagram commenter added.

When is the Love is Blind Reunion released in Australia?
The LIB UK Reunion was released on Netflix on August 26 at 9 pm BST (British Summer Time). That equates to 6pm AEST (Australian Eastern Standard Time) on the same day.
When are Love is Blind UK episodes released in Australia?
The first four episodes of LIB UK will drop at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time (PT) on Wednesday, August 7, 2024. However, because Netflix is available worldwide, the exact time they’ll be released can be confusing.
Those on the east coast of Australia (New South Wales, Queensland, Tasmania, Victoria and ACT) will be able to access the episodes on Netflix from 5pm AEST.
That converts to 4:30pm for those in the Northern Territory and South Australia and 3pm for those in Western Australia.
The rest of the episodes will drop weekly in batches, with the exception of the finale which will be released alone.

What is the It Ends With Us drama?
In case you’ve somehow missed it, the film adaptation of Colleen Hoover‘s bestselling novel It Ends With Us has been nothing short of messy.
What started with a rumoured feud between director and actor Justin Baldoni and the It Ends With Us cast, more specifically evolved into suspected creative differences between him and Blake.

Ed and Chris collaborated on an Instagram Reel explaining the concert cameo.
In the video, Ed shares that Chris emailed him late last year about a documentary he was doing on “cognitive health and the benefits of learning instruments”.
In the caption, Ed wrote that he got Chris to learn the drums ahead of his show but to find out why we’d have to watch the documentary, Limitless With Chris Hemsworth. Talk about effective marketing!

Funnily enough, Ed did not reveal that Chris was the drummer for the concert performance until the end of his Thinking Out Loud performance.

Chris Walker has opened up about his split from ex Carrie Bickmore which was publicly announced in January 2023.
Chris and Carrie were together for 11 years and share two children, Evie and Adelaide. Chris is also stepfather to Ollie, who is Carrie’s son from a previous marriage.
During an interview on the Empowering Leaders podcast with Luke Darcy, which drops on Wednesday, Chris said that he’s struggled with having to spend time away from his kids.
“We built a family together. It’s what I thought our life would be. But life had a different plan,” he explained as per Herald Sun.
“The media part of it wasn’t a big deal for me,” he added.” It’s so far down the list of, you know, saying goodbye to the kids twice a week,” he said.
“I still find that just enormously challenging. I had always assumed I’d be around them a hundred per cent of the time.”

Chris, who’s worked as a producer on The Project, Hard Quiz and The Weekly with Charlie Pickering, said that he’s dealing with the ‘grief’ of the separation.
“I’ve been adjacent to famous people for my entire career, or high profile people, and obviously I lived with one. But it’s different when it’s about you,” he said.
“I’ve got some incredible friends that have helped me through the rougher times in my life. But the thing is, grief can last a long time.
“It’s difficult for the kids, difficult for the families.”

Chris Walker on being a dad
Chris and Carrie have stayed tight-lipped about their parenting arrangements since their split, but Chris told the podcast host that he’s proud of his role as a father.
“It’s the one thing in life that I’m happy to be super confident borderline hubristic about,” he said. “I’m a really good dad.”
“I would never say I’m a gun producer. But when it comes to being a dad, I was born for it.
“I love it and I wanna be around them all the time. I find that really difficult.”

The Voice Australia is in Season 13 and local musician Guy is the only returning coach from previous years of the hit singing reality show. He started as a judge back in 2019.

According to Woman’s Day, Guy signed a contract of $750,000 for the 2019 season when he joined the show. Now, five years later, Guy’s The Voice salary is understood to be worth $1 million.
So how does Guy’s The Voice salary compare to new coaches LeAnn, Adam and Kate?
How much are The Voice Australia coaches LeAnn, Adam and Kate getting paid?
As reported by Yahoo! Lifestyle, international The Voice coaches LeAnn and Adam are believed to be on a salary of between $750,000-$1.2 million for the 2024 season.
While this is a broad pay window and seems on par with Guy’s contract, it’s also rumoured to be “considerably less” than Jason Derulo and Rita Ora who were The Voice Australia coaches in 2023.
In July 2024, rumours circled as to why Rita didn’t return for The Voice 2024 and yep, you guessed it — it reportedly had to do with pay disputes.

‘Caught In The Crowd’ singer Kate, who is a first-timer coach on this show, is believed to be getting paid “upwards of $500,000”.
On The Voice Australia, the four coaches choose contestants for each of their teams and compete for the title at the end.
A TV insider told Yahoo! that talent fees can be the biggest factor in a show’s budget.
“Talent fees are the biggest expense on a show like this and bringing in stars who are widely known, but not necessarily relevant right now is a good way to cut costs,” the insider told the publication.

“After we left and got back to Sydney we tried to give it a go, but life was really hectic so we had a bit of a break,” Georgia told Nine Entertainment.

“It was more my decision but [Chloe] could accept that and she respects my decision.”
Reid insinuated that the split was mutual, but Chloe didn’t share the same sentiment.
“Reid and myself didn’t really speak about anything, we just walked away,” she said.
“We probably had different motives why we went on the show. I joined the military so I focused on that, and he’s focus was his modelling and acting,” she added.

Mentions of It Starts With Us have definitely been happening on the red carpets for the It Ends With Us movie but, as of right now, it hasn’t officially been green lit. In fact, it’s looking murkier than ever considering all the supposed beef between leads Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni.

Does It Ends With Us have a sequel?
Colleen’s It Ends With Us book has a sequel called It Starts With Us.
While It Ends With Us follows the story of Lily Bloom trying to navigate a relationship that becomes abusive, It Starts With Us picks up where the last novel ended and focuses on Lily’s relationship with Atlas. (I’d go into further detail, but I don’t want to invite any spoiler backlash!)

Justin, It Ends With Us director and lead actor, optioned the first novel back in 2019 — before It Starts With Us was even published.
Will there be an It Starts With Us movie?
A sequel is an obvious decision based on the huge box office success of It Ends With Us.
While in early August it appeared that no one had secured the rights for the It Starts With Us movie, The Hollywood Reporter is now reporting that Justin and Wayfarer Studios do have the rights for the sequel film.
If there was to be an It Ends With Us sequel off the back of the film’s success, it would be an obvious decision to keep the original cast including Blake as Lily, Justin as Ryle Kincaid, Brandon Sklenaras Atlas Corrigan and Jenny Slate as Alyssa Kincaid.
That being said, there have definitely been sequels that have deviated from the original casting (albeit usually awful).
But even if Justin was no longer in the role of Ryle or as the film director, a sequel involving Blake would mean the pair would still need to work together in some capacity. Because of this, there have been doubts over whether or not the film will go ahead.
What has Justin Baldoni said about an It Ends With Us Sequel?
Justin told Entertainment Tonight that he believes someone else should direct the sequel.
“I think that there are better people for that one,” he said. “I think Blake Lively’s ready to direct, that’s what I think.”
When asked whether or not he’d spoken to Colleen or Blake about a sequel, Justin admitted that he hadn’t.
“I haven’t. I have no idea what that story would be,” Baldoni told TV Insider at a press junket, noting that he’s trying to stay in the present.
“I’m just kind of doing my best to take this all in because it’s been five years to even get us here. So I can’t even fathom another story yet, but I’m so happy that fans love it and that she did it.”
What has Colleen Hover said about an It Starts With Us movie?
Author Colleen has definitely entertained the idea of a movie sequel.
“I think whoever decides to take charge of the next one would do it justice,” she told ET.
“I think they’re all in it for the right reasons, so I think that will be exciting. But it’s a lot of people to get the same schedules together again, so we’ll see.”
In regards to Blake coming on as director, the author said she’d “absolutely” be into that.
Considering It Ends With Us is all anyone’s talking about right now — and considering a lot of people want to see more of Atlas — we think a sequel could definitely be on the cards.
An Australian actress will be joining the ranks of the Bridgerton Season 4 cast as Benedict’s love interest.
The streaming service simultaneously renewed the hit series for a third and fourth season back in 2021.
Bridgerton Season 3‘s final episodes dropped on Netflix in June to rave reviews, so it’s understandable that fans are clamouring for any details they can get on the next chapter.

Move over Penelope Feathertington because there’s a new leading lady in town, and she’s Australian.
Season 4 of the popular Netflix show will be based around the events of Julia Quinn’s third Bridgerton novel, An Offer From a Gentleman – and that focuses on Benedict’s (Luke Thompson) love story with Sophie Beckett.
According to Variety, Sophie will be played by Australian actress Yerin Ha. She has starred in Stan-original miniseries Bad Behaviour, and Dune: Prophecy. She also appeared in Stephen Spielberg’s Halo series.
“They’ve told us we’re back for season 4, which is super lovely,” Coughlan confirmed to The Wrap.
“It’ll be exciting. [We’ll] pop back and have some fun for sure.”
Masali Baduza has also joined the show as Lord Kilmartin’s cousin Michaela Stirling.
As for the rest of the Bridgerton clan, we can expect Claudia Jessie (Elosie), Ruth Gemmell (Violet), Hannah Dodd (Francesca), Florence Hunt (Hyacinth) and Will Tilston (Gregory) back for Season 4.
At this stage, it’s unclear whether Jonathan Bailey and Simone Ashley will reappear as Anthony and Kate.

When will Bridgerton Season Four be released?
Unfortunately, Bridgerton die-hards will have to get their Regency fix by rewatching existing seasons for the time being.
Yep, showrunner Jess Brownell told The Hollywood Reporter that production is a lengthy process, so we may not see Season 4 for another two years.
Say what?!
“We are working to try and put the seasons out more quickly, but they do take eight months to film, then they have to be edited, then they have to be dubbed into every language,” she explained.
“And the writing takes a very long time as well, so we’re kind of on a two-year pace. We’re trying to speed up but somewhere in that range.”
Which Bridgertonsibling will feature in Season Four?
While Brownell didn’t let slip which of the Bridgerton siblings will be at the forefront of the upcoming season, fans think Season 3 lead Newton spilled the tea in a recent interview.
In May, Newton spoke to L’Beaute Homme about his character’s brother Benedict, who is played byThompson.

Serena and Kordell were crowned the winners of Love Island USA Season 6. The lovebirds had a rocky journey on the show after Kordell hooked up with DaiaMcGhee at Casa Amor.
However, upon returning to the main villa he fought for Serena and she eventually took him back.
Kordell shared an Instagram story on August 7th announcing that he had officially asked Serena to be his girlfriend and that she’d accepted.
Verdict: Yes, Kordell and Serena are still together.

Kendall and Nicole Jacky’s relationship thrived inside the villa at the beginning. However, Kendall told Nicole that he loved her on their final date and she didn’t stay it back.
Things turned from bad to worse after they left the villa. An explicit video of Kendall was leaked online and he told that Nicole that the video was from years ago. However, at the reunion, he admitted that it was actually taken a day before he entered the villa.
Nicole flamed him for lying to her, but she and Kendall agreed that they were still together and wanted to work on their relationship.
Fast forward to a couple of days after the reunion aired on August 19, and Nicole and Kendall announced that they’ve broken up.
“I have decided to end things with Nicole,” Kendall wrote. “It reached a point where it was not healthy for us to continue the relationship”
Meanwhile, Nicole went into a bit more detail.
“On August 18, Kendall and I agreed our relationship was worth working on, and we were making plans for me to visit him in Dallas soon. However, today, on August 20, he called and ended things,” she wrote.
Verdict: No, Nicole and Kendall are not together.

Leah started her Love Island journey in a couple with Rob which imploded quite quickly. Towards the end of the season, she struck up a relationship with bombshell Miguel, and the couple quickly became fan favourites.
Leah and Miguel were crowned runners-up of the season, and they made their relationship official shortly after filming wrapped.
Verdict: Yes, Miguel and Leah are still together.
JaNa and Kenny

JaNa linked up with KennyRodriguez just days before he headed over to Casa Amor, where he stayed for a few days with the other boys and a whole bunch of single (thirsty) girls.
Right before heading back to the main villa Kenny kissed CatherineMarshall and decided to bring her back, which left JaNa devastated.
However, Kenny told JaNa she was the one for him and she eventually took him back. Jana has been to Dallas to visit Kenny and has met his mum.
Verdict: Yes, Kenny and JaNa are still together.
Kaylor and Aaron

Hoo boy, the relationship between Kaylor and Aaron was possibly the biggest rollercoaster that Love Island USA has ever seen.
The pair started off strong, but Aaron strayed with DaniellaOrtiz-Rivera in Casa Amor, which left Kaylor in hysterical tears (multiple times) and spurned the creation of the catchphrase, “Fawk Aaaron”.
Although Aaron returned from Casa Amor alone with the intention of getting back with Kaylor, he repeatedly lied to her about what he did while he was away.
To make things worse, Aaron’s Love Island bestie Rob brought Danielaback to the main villa (on the bizarre advice of Aaron, may I add).
Aaron and Kaylor left the villa together, however, they broke up shortly after. At the reunion, Aaron told Kaylor that he put his hands down Daniela’s pants, and she made her feelings about the situation known.
“Why do you keep fucking lying to me?” she screamed at him. “And quit love-bombing me. I cannot believe I wasted my entire fucking summer on you, Aaron. … I never want to speak to you ever again.”
Verdict: No, Kaylor and Aaron are not still together… clearly.
Jesse and Paige quickly emerged as the villains of The Block 2024 and now Ricky and Haydn have revealed what it was like filming with them.
The engaged couple have been shown fighting numerous times this season with Paige repeatedly threatening to leave the show.
However, The Block’s Ricky and Haydn revealed that they got along well with the Perth couple.

“I think it’s pretty obvious that Jesse and Paige had their dramas and I think Australia’s going to see that and they’re going to take it how they like, but they’re such great people,” Ricky told Yahoo Lifestyle Australia.
“I really had a great time with them and I thought they were great people,” Ricky added.
“We were a couple of houses down the block and I think Haydn might’ve seen more than I did, but I was a bit oblivious to [their dramas].
“I was just trying to design rooms and trying to keep everyone in check and I suppose you can be on the same block and be metres away but not know exactly what’s going on.”

Ricky thinks the backlash Jesse and Paige are getting on social media is undeserved
During this week’s episodes, Paige threw shade at The Block’ssponsors who provide furniture for the contestants’ houses.
“Without sounding like an arsehole, everything that’s available on Block Bucks I don’t like. I would rather sleep on rocks than put a linen quilt on my bed.
“Everything is rattan. The judges want something Instagrammable but that’s so five years ago and cringy to me,” Paige said.
Social media users haven’t taken too kindly to Paige’s outbursts, with one tweeting, “On behalf of everyone: Bye Paige! Let’s not stay in touch.”
However, Ricky doesn’t think that the couple deserve the online vitriol they are receiving and said it was upsetting that his costars were struggling.
“I enjoyed The Block as much as I could and I had such a great time doing it, but it does make me sad that there are people that maybe didn’t have that same experience.”
We’ve got a feeling that The Block sponsors won’t quite be as diplomatic as Ricky.

The email that Larry Emdur sent his staff after his 2024 Logies win has leaked, and if you didn’t think he could get any more legendary, you might want to reevaluate.
Larry took out the Gold Logie at the 2024 Awards ceremony. The TV host was so convinced that he wouldn’t win that he promised to get a tattoo with his fellow nominees’ initials on his bum if he did.
Larry stayed true to his promise and was inked up during The Morning Show episode that aired the morning after the Logies.
The TV personality addressed his new tatt in an email sent out to the staff after his win was secured.
“Hi everyone, Larry here. My arse is OK, thanks for asking in the lift, in the foyer, in the car park, in the studio, in the coffee shop,” he began the email shared by News.com.au.
“I know this Logie belongs to you all, it’s been a huge team effort and I know, willingly or unwillingly, most of you were roped into the Logies campaign,” it continued.
Larry told the staff that he’d paid for a food truck called Happy As Larry Pizza Truck to cater lunch for up to 150 employees.
“I can only think of one way to thank you all, all at once. PIZZA!!!!! Please leave your lunch at home, I’ve organised a pizza truck.

Larry’s Logies Tattoo
Prior to the 2024 Logies, Larry toldNews.com.au that if he were to win the gold trophy, he’d get inked up on live TV.
“I’m so confident I won’t win, I’ll happily get all the nominees’ name initials tattooed on my a*** on the show on Monday [if I do win]” he said.
The tattoo featured the Logies trophy with the initials of the fellow nominees he beat; Tony Armstrong, Andy Lee, Sonia Kruger, Robert Irwin, Julia Morris, and Asher Keddie.
Married At First Sight (MAFS) bride Lucinda Light has teamed up with British TV personality Vicky Pattison for a new dating show called The Honesty Box.
Lucinda took to social media this week to announce the news, saying the the upcoming show will “test whether honesty really is the best policy when it comes to finding true love”.
Fans have been eagerly awaiting Lucinda’s next career move and this show seems like the perfect fit for her. Here’s everything we know about The Honesty Box.
According to the official release from Channel 4, The Honesty Box is a reality dating experiment (fancy that) which “will test if honesty is the secret to finding true and everlasting love” over nine episodes.
The show will see a batch of singles come together to a paradise location called Truetopia, knowing they will be tested on their journey to find true love. There is £100,000 prize money on the line — but it’s only available to those who are 100% honest about their true feelings.
What will that entail? Well, the singles will face The Honesty Box daily, an AI software that asks questions about their feelings and can detect deception.
What is Lucinda Light’s role on The Honesty Box?
Lucinda teased that she “cant wait” to reveal her role on The Honesty Box. Channel 4 has shed some light (sorry), explaining that Lucinda will be “encouraging each of the daters to discover their inner truth” alongside host Vicky.

Eliminated Fugitives Tayla and Jayde have revealed that they applied to be on Hunted Australia 2024 to disprove a stereotype that has followed them all of their lives.
In episode four, Hunter Vikki ridiculed the blonde best friends for looking like “the same person”.
“I think that they’re probably going to rely on strangers because they love themselves,” Vikki told her fellow Hunters in the episode.
Speaking to Chattr, Tayla said that she and Jayde have spent their lives being pigeonholed because of their appearance.
“Battling with stereotypes is something we’ve been used to for years,” Tayla said. “People are always very quick to judge us on our looks”.
Jayde agreed and added that she finds herself being judged by strangers due to her career as an influencer.
“I feel like being a female in general you have so much pressure to portray an image that’s acceptable to the public.
“Especially with myself being in the social media industry for a long time, a lot of people judge me without knowing me.
“But that’s just reality and all we can do is treat everyone with kindness, enjoy life, laugh and smile along the way and ignore the haters behind the phone/screen.”

Jayde and Tayla wanted to prove themselves on Hunted
Jayde told Chattr that the girls applied for Hunted 2024 in the hope of proving the aforementioned stereotypes wrong.
“We decided to go on Hunted to step out of our comfort zones, do something we have never done before,” she explained.
“To challenge ourselves in areas we haven’t and to prove to Australia we’re not all glitz and glam. When we put our minds to something like this we can do it.”
The girls were the third team captured, lasting longer than both Bobby and Tanisha and Joanna and Lee.
“I am so proud of the both of us with how far we did get, we didn’t expect to make it that far… We are both so happy,” Tayla said.

Netflix’s Boy Swallows Universeis the coming-of-age story that loosely follows Trent Dalton’s upbringing and experiences in the 1980s.
Though the series was released in January, it’s recently been thrust back into the spotlight after winning five awards at the 2024 Logies.
As some may already know, Trent is the author behind the book of the same name that the series was based on.
As it goes with many based-on-a-true-story series, fans are wondering just how much of the story is about his real life.
So, Chattr sat down with Trent to find exactly that out. Turns out the story is “50/50” fact and fiction.

“It’s from my real life,” he said before adding that the main character, Eli (Felix Cameron) “does a lot of what I would have [done if I could]. It was all wishful thinking. All the fiction was wishful thinking.”
Trent Dalton’s mum did go to jail
One of the main storylines in Boy Swallows Universe centres around Eli’s mum Frances Bell (PhoebeTonkin) being locked up.
“My mum did time for two years in the late 80s,” he said, adding that a lot of that time was spent “just missing her.”
Trent stressed that there were many parallels between the series and his real life, in regard to his mum’s time in jail.
“It’s a story about a kid who wants to bust into a women’s prison on Christmas Day to save his mum’s life,” he said. “You know, my mum loved Christmas and she shouldn’t have been spending Christmas inside a prison.”

His struggles with his father were portrayed in the series
When Trent’s mother was in jail, he desperately wanted to see her but was often stopped by his father.
“There were times when our old man wasn’t taking us up [to see our mum],” he said. “And for good reason. It was just a s–tty time.”
“But It was a good move from dad,” he added: “He had all sorts of other anxieties and stuff that didn’t get him out of the house much…We saw her a couple of times. But you don’t want to see your mum like that.”
The acclaimed author said that this was accurately portrayed in the series.
“Simon Baker [who played his father Robert Bell], who made my 16-year-old daughter weep for her dead grandfather and made her understand who that guy really was.”

A Channel 7 publicist has confirmed that Felicity’s foster dad, Gary (Peter Phelps), will be back in the bay for the sombre event.
“Gary does pop in and out every now and then. He does make a cameo return for the upcoming funeral,” the production source told Chattr.
Fans can catch their first glimpse at Gary’s return in the production photos that have been released ahead of Felictiy’s funeral airing.

How did Felicity die on Home and Away?
Felicity collapsed at Cash (Nicholas Cartwright) and Eden’s (Stephanie Panozzo) engagement party during the August 12 episode. She was rushed to hospital where doctors found that she’d suffered a brain aneurysm.
After an emotional week of episodes, Felicity was eventually taken off life support during the August 19 episode.
Since Felicity’s passing, the bay has been rocked by grief. Her brother, Cash, has been planning her funeral and has stated that he wants only family members to attend.
“I don’t think Cash has quite processed everything, and a big funeral would just be too much,” Nicholas told TV Week of his character’s decision.
“I don’t think Cash will ever really move on from this,” he added.
“Flick meant everything to him.”

Fans react to Gary’s Home and Away return for Felicity’s funeral
Although it sounds as though Gary will only make a short appearance for Felciity’s funeral, fans are excited to see him back in the bay.
Some took to a Home and AwayFacebook fan group to celebrate the return of the popular character.
“I’m so excited to see Peter Phelps is back again to play Gary. Been a fan since Sons and Daughters and Stingers too. Love his work,” one person wrote.
“I’m glad Gary is back, even though it’s a sad reason,” another added.
“I hope Gary stays in Home and Away,” a third user penned.
Plus, with Cash’s recent engagement, we have a feeling Gary will be making another return soon for the wedding.
