Apparently, Jade and Ridge split up right after the MAFS Reunion

Say it isn't so!

The Married At First Sight reunion dedicated a solid amount of screen time to the couples who made it to Final Vows, except for Jade Pywell and Ridge Barredo.

Along with Eden Harper and Jayden Eynaud, Jade and Ridge were one of the strongest couples to come out of this year’s experiment. So, why didn’t viewers get to see their couch session with the experts?

Well, it turns out that Jade and Ridge actually had a massive falling out the night before the episode was filmed, and went on to break up in the weeks after filming the reunion.

“Producers knew they were in the middle of a fight but it made no sense to bring that onto the show, so they were told to smile and fake it for the sake of giving viewers a happy ending,” an insider told Yahoo Lifestyle Australia.

However, Jade and Ridge have since gotten back together since their temporary split, and are still loved up.

Jack had explosive scenes edited out of the reunion

It wasn’t just Ridge and Jade who missed out on screen time at the reunion, viewers were also perplexed that Jack Dunkley and Tori Adams didn’t feature as much as usual.

Apparently, Jack had an explosive scene at the Reunion where he accused Lauren of having a secret Bali boyfriend, but it was edited out.

“When Lauren was raging at Jono and Ellie, Jack started accusing Lauren of cheating throughout the experiment by having a secret boyfriend in Bali,” a source told the same publication.

“Lauren denied this, Jack had no evidence to back these claims up and producers cut the whole thing from the edit as it’d make no sense to viewers. Even as the cast sat down with the experts the day after, Jack was still talking about this and trying to ruin Lauren’s reputation.”
