The season two release date for Hunted Australia 2023 has been released, and its *checks notes* just around the corner. Yippee!
The second instalment of the popular cat-and-mouse-style reality show will be beaming into our living rooms from July 17, when the first episode drops.
If the trailers are anything to go by, the upcoming season looks as though the Hunters will have a serious challenge on their hands with the new contestants. Among them are an IT specialist, champion boxer, and ex-military personnel.
Who are the contestants in Hunted Australia season two?
None of the season one contestants are returning for season two, because, obviously, we’ll be blessed with a brand-spanking new batch of Fugitives. While not all of them have been revealed yet, we’ve been introduced to some of the 18 already.
Who are the Hunters in Hunted season two?
As for the Hunters, many of the season one OG’s will be returning. They’ll be joined by the new addition of Senior Principal analyst Leigha Fraser.
Amongst the returning experts are:

How do contestants win the show?
Nine pairs of Fugitives are released in Victoria and they must evade capture from the Hunters, who are made up of some of the world’s best investigators formerly of the Australian Federal Police, Australian Defence Force and British Intelligence, alongside skilled cyber analysts and intel experts.
If the contestants are able to avoid being caught for 21 days, they’ll make it to the extraction point and win the game, as well as a share of the $100,000 prize money.
