Sophie Monk has been in the spotlight for what feels like forever, so it makes sense that she’s racked up enough $$ to purchase some stunning properties.
One of those is a stunning five-bedroom, three-bathroom Helensvale home, which is the suburb where the Love Island Australia host attended primary school, and it’s just been snapped up.
Sophie listed the house for $1.75m, however, the sale price hasn’t been disclosed. She purchased it for $1.1m in 2016 after returning from a decade-long stint in Los Angeles.
Of course, we know you’re all here for real estate porn, so scroll on for photos of Sophie’s gorge (ex) love nest!

Before Sophie purchased the mansion in 2021, it was rented out for $1200 a week. It has direct ocean access with a boat ramp, jetty and storage areas, as well as a pool and outdoor entertaining areas.
Inside, the home features a renovated kitchen, an outdoor alfresco area, a spacious swimming pool, and the huge master bedroom has triple wardrobes, an ensuite, and balcony access.
