Scott McCristal has recently hinted at finding love after Married at First Sight (MAFS), and now he’s gone ahead and hard launched his new girlfriend, Brienna Stockdale.
The former MAFS groom took to Instagram to share a series of adorable couple snaps, captioning the post, “Found you” with a love heart.
Gold coast based Brienna is a fitness-influencer who boasts over 148,000 followers on Instagram, as well as a registered nurse who works as a cosmetic injector.
Scott let slip he was seeing someone special on the final episode of MAFS: After the Dinner Party. “It’s too early to speak but there’s someone in the picture, yeah,” he told hosts Laura Byrne and Brittany Hockley, adding that it was someone he already knew.
In an interview with Daily Mail published on May 2, Scott revealed that he and Brienna had only made their relationship official last week, and met when she “did [his] Botox”.
“I don’t want to hide it anymore,” Scott told the publication about his decision to hard launch their relationship.
“I want to be able to show my girlfriend, because I’m proud of her and I’m proud of the relationship I have.”
Scott’s MAFS co-stars react to his new relationship
Shortly after Scott shared the post hard launching his relationship with Brienna, his MAFS co-stars took to the comments section to share congratulatory messages.
“My two favourites. Guess I gotta hide in the toilet alone now,” David Momoh wrote. Danny Hewitt commented: “Soo happy for you mate you deserve the world.”
“Hard launch !!!! Here for it!” MAFS Stella Mickunaite penned on the pic, and her fiance Filip Gregov wrote “Yeowwwwwwwww”.
Paige Royale, Scott’s long-time bestie who appeared in the friends and family episode of MAFS, shared some inside insight into Scott and Brienna’s relationship.
“I have never seen you so happy… i am so so happy for you both,” she wrote, to which Scott responded: “Love ya sis appreciate you.”
Scott’s MAFS ex Gia Fleur’s new boyfriend
Scott and Gia Fleur‘s tumultuous relationship was one of the most dominating storylines on MAFS 2026, with multiple breakups and a tearful Dinner Party showdown.
But, while it was clear that both Scott and Gia has strong feelings for each other during the experiment, they’ve both found love since splitting in the final moments of the season.
In early April, Gia revealed she was dating former Love Triangle contestant Alan Wallace in an Instagram post with the caption: “No revenge. I got the love story of my dreams.”
Later that month she took to Instagram to shared a bunch of cute happy snaps of the couple, revealing that they’d been dating since mid-January.
Considering the amount of drama that went down between Scott and Gia on MAFS, it’s probably for the best that they’ve both found love with other people!
