We’ve been blessed with a sneak peek of the new Stan Original Series C*A*U*G*H*T and it’s pretty much impossible to deny that this series will be a lol and a half.

The sneak peek clip shows very stereotypical Australian and American government officials, debating about Aussie soldiers who’ve been held hostage on a small island called Behati-Prinsloo.

While the American representatives are determined to get to the bottom of the hostage situation, the Australian Prime Minister is more worried about Ian Thorpe’s latest swimming race.

What’s the show about?

In “CAUGH*T,” the Australian Minister of Defence sends a ‘secret file’ to the Princess of Behati-Prinsloo, a small island nation. Four Australian soldiers are then deployed on a covert mission to retrieve the file in the war-torn country.

However, they are mistaken for Americans by freedom fighters and become captured. A hostage video they create becomes viral, catapulting them to celebrity status on social media.

Surprisingly, they come to realize that being caught may actually be a fortunate turn of events. Their story is about to be etched in search history.

Who’s in C*A*U*G*H*T?

Kick Gurry, Lincoln Younes, Erik Thomson, Ben O’Toole, Alexander England, Fayssal Bazzi, Mel Jarnson and Dorian Nkono and Susan Sarandon all star in the new TV series.

The cast also includes Travis Fimmel and Tuppence Middleton as well as Sean Penn, Matthew Fox, Bryan Brown, Rebecca Breeds and Bella Heathcote.
