The dishes that have been coming out of Dessert Masters 2023 are of an insanely high calibre. Not only are they extremely technical, but their presentation is also *chefs kiss*.

Naturally, we thought it would be cool to test our inner chef and try our hand at recreating them at home. Fortunately, 10Play has published a bunch of recipes from some of the stand-out Dessert Masters 2023 dishes, and we’ve shortlisted them even further.
