Ryan Reynold’s obnoxious, potty-mouthed superhero character has officially entered the Marvel Universe in Deadpool & Wolverine.
The long-awaited crossover opens the door to the possibility of a bunch of new and exciting cameos. And, what better way to kick off the addition of Deadpool to the MCU than with Ryan Reynolds’s buddy Hugh Jackman playing Wolverine?
The first trailer for the raunchy, R-rated superhero film dropped at the 2024 Super Bowl and broke the record for the most-viewed movie trailer within 24 hours with a massive 365 million total views.

Official Synopsis
The only official synopsis that’s been released for Deadpool & Wolverine was on Marvel’s Japanese website.
It translates as: “The f**king irresponsible hero Deadpool will change the history of the MCU with Wolverine?”
Rotten Tomatoes and IMDB also have short synopsis about Deadpool and Wolverine.
“Deadpool’s peaceful existence comes crashing down when the Time Variance Authority recruits him to help safeguard the multiverse,” the Rotten Tomatoes synopsis reads.
“Wolverine is recovering from his injuries when he crosses paths with the loudmouth, Deadpool. They team up to defeat a common enemy,” the IMDB synopsis reads.
Who’s in the cast?
Ryan Reynolds stars as Wade Wilson and Deadpool and Hugh Jackman plays James “Logan” Howlett and Wolverine.
They are joined by Emma Corrin as Cassandra Nova, Morena Baccarin as Vanessa: Wilson’s fiancée, Rob Delaney as Peter, Leslie Uggams as Blind Al, Karan Soni as Dopinder and Matthew Macfadyen as Paradox.
