Hubbl is going to make all your streaming dreams come true — so, here’s everything you need to know

We can watch The Kardashians and MAFS without switching apps?

With so many different streaming platforms available these days, it can be confusing to know what show is on which app, which is exactly where Foxtel’s Hubbl comes in.

It effectively combines multiple streaming giants into one platform, which means you can watch Netflix’s Drive to Survive and Apple TV’s Ted Lasso, without so much as changing apps.

“Hubbl is designed to fuse the best local and global content, including premium entertainment and sports, video on demand and live channels into a single experience,” said Patrick Delany, CEO of Hubbl.

What streaming platforms will be available on Hubbl?

Netflix, Disney+, Prime Video, video-sharing platform YouTube, Apple TV+ and Paramount+ have all signed on to be part of Hubbl.  Local streaming apps Kayo Sports, Stan, BINGE, Optus Sport and Flash will also be available.

Stan, Optus Sport and Paramount+ will join the Hubbl platform soon after launch.

On top of that, users will be able to access free-to-air platforms ABC iview and ABC Kids, SBS On Demand, 7plus, 9Now and 10 Play.

Foxtel have also released a LifeStyle channel which can be accessed through Hubbl.

How do you use Hubbl?

There will be two variations of the super handy Hubble. One of them is a small black box that will plug into compatible TVs.

The more advanced option is the Hubble Glass, which is a TV based on the Hubbl operating system. It will come with a built-in sound bar that only requires an internet connection and a power cord, no other wires.

When does Hubbl come out?

We don’t have an exact release date yet, however, Foxtel is expected to launch the new innovation in the coming months, so stay tuned!
