What is the Big Freeze?
For those who might be new to the event, the Big Freeze is an annual pre-match fixture at the Collingwood vs Melbourne King’s Birthday game.
It’s a crowd favourite where nine of Australia’s most iconic sporting legends take a chilly plunge into an ice bath, all to raise funds for FightMND, a foundation dedicated to finding a cure for Motor Neurone Disease.
AFL legend Neale Daniher has been the driving force behind this event, bringing together stars from various sports and media.

The Big Freeze 10 broadcast starts at 2:00 PM AEST. The Collingwood vs Melbourne game will follow, ensuring an action-packed day of footy and fun.
