Ridge Barredo and Jade Pywell were undoubtedly this year’s biggest Married At First Sight success story, and the adorable couple have a massive life update involving Jade’s daughter Victoria.

On the show, Ridge made it clear that he was willing to be a step-dad to Jade’s eight-year-old daughter and move to the Gold Coast.

With an imminent move on the cards, Ridge and Jade have taken another big step – their first family holiday together.

Both Ridge and Jade took to their respective Instagram accounts to share a sneak peek at their family getaway.

Ridge shared a photo of himself, Jade and Victoria posing by the hotel pool, and captioned it: First fam holiday ✅.”

Meanwhile, Jade also shared two snaps from the holiday, but neither featured her daughter. However, it’s obvious that one of the photos it taken at the same pool as Ridge’s pic.

Although Ridge is still in the process of moving his life from Sydney to the Gold Coast to be with Jade, he’s spent a lot of time in Queensland.

During his time there, he’s clearly built a strong bond with Victoria.

In late April, Jade shared a sweet video of Ridge and Victoria spending time at the beach with her dogs. “Name a better Friday night.. I’ll wait❤️ my heart is so full,” she captioned the clip.

When the show was airing, Jade told the Relationship Experts that she’d introduced Ridge to her daughter.

“I never thought I’d be able to love someone’s child like my own. But meeting Vee, that’s changed. I love Vee. I see her as my own even though I know she’s not, which is a shock to me. I never thought I’d get to that stage,” Ridge said in an interview with New Idea.
