Courtney and Sev have made a surprise appearance on The Today Show in the midst of several dramas on The Block and they’re not holding back.
From the bust-up with their landscaper to the discord with the other teams, and of course the wine cellar drama, the ladies get into all the juicy topics.
Tools down and let’s dive into everything they spilled during the interview.
The Block’s Courtney and Sev address feud with other teams
During the interview, Courtney and Sev were asked why there’s so much turmoil with the other teams, especially off the heels of the great wine cellar debate that resulted in an outright war between the teams and calls for disqualification.
“You’ve sparked a bit of tension with Adam and Jolene over the wine cellar, you’ve since made up, but is the relationship okay? Is this all just for the cameras? What’s going on?” one host asked.
“Definitely not just all for the cameras, unfortunately. I wish it was!” Courtney responded.
“Look, we’re all good now, we kissed and made up, we didn’t want to have beef with anyone in the competition, we were just running our own race.”

She went on to reveal that “it wasn’t until someone came up to us that we realised there was drama with the other household”.
Defending the wine cellar decision, Courtney said: “We just want to do the house justice and we just wanted this beautiful piece in and we have absolutely no regrets. It’s literally amazing.”
Sev added that with auction day looming, “we’re all on our toes, it’s pretty tough out there in the market at the moment”.
“There’s a new reserve on show, that makes us all very anxious,” she added.
They address the fight with their landscaper
Courtney and Sev’s blow-up with their landscaper Troy was a hot topic on The Block this week so naturally, the ladies were asked why they kept butting heads.
“I think Troy and I are very similar in personality and when both people are quite stubborn, we’re just not landing where we need to,” Sev responded.
“But we’ve pulled through. We’re just focusing on the end game. It ends up being a bit tense at the start of the week but we find our groove.”
Courtney added: “It was very difficult for all of us.”
