Home and Away is filled with drama, and that’s why we love it. However, there’s one character who may be leaving the show in a terrible way: Eden Fowler (Stephanie Panozzo).

A fan saw the cast and crew filming at the end of March and witnessed Eden collapsing on set before being ushered into an ambulance.

The photos of the scene were shared in a popular Home and Away Facebook group, with an eerie description.

“Filmed 30th March, 2026. Aaron Jeffery (Eden’s dad James) [was] filming, Eden, Cash and Levi. Eden collapses and [is taken] to hospital by ambulance,” they wrote.

“Apparently Eden is very sick and she dies from it (not confirmed). Once there’s enough proof to be able to confirm it I will let you all know.”

The show usually films about five to six months in advance, so this scene should hit Australian screens sometime in August or September.

Stephanie hasn’t been seen filming since, but the actress who plays her mother has been seen filming with Tristan Gorey, who plays Levi and Emily Weir, who plays Mackenzie.

However, a funeral has not been seen being filmed. It’s possible that Eden has a lengthy hospital stay and a full recovery.

Fans react to Eden’s hospital storyline

Home and Away fans hope that Eden doesn’t die, because it would be hard on her husband Cash Newman (Nicholas Cartwright). He’s already had to watch his sister Felicity Newman (Jacqui Purvis) pass away.

“If this is right, Cash will never recover,” one person wrote.

“This will be very, very sad, if it happens,” another added.

“If Eden dies, it would seem that Cash was right. All those he loves always dies, he said that, or something like it at Felicity’s funeral,” a third remarked

“It will be hard on Cash especially after losing Felicity,” another chimed in.

However, seeing as there’s no proof that Eden dies yet, some fans were sceptical.

“Just because she has an illness doesn’t mean she dies. How do you know she’s even leaving the show?” one person pointed out.

“I hope she doesn’t die. There has to be more reasons for an actor to leave the show,” another added.

We’ll just have to wait and see when the storyline eventually makes it to our screens.

Home and Away airs Mondays – Thursdays at 7pm on Channel 7 and 7Plus.
