Single mum-of-three Coco Beeby was crowned the winner of Big Brother Australia 2025, walking away with a whopping $135,000 after winning over viewers.

The 30-year-old quickly became a fan favourite thanks to her unfiltered honesty, laidback sense of humour and willingness to wear her heart on her sleeve.

Throughout her time in the house, Coco formed close friendships with fellow contestants Allana, Connor and Emily, while her unexpected romance with Bruce Dunne became one of the season’s biggest storylines.

Coco ultimately beat runner-up Emily to claim the title, reuniting with her three children in an emotional moment during the Big Brother grand finale.

But what did Coco do with the life-changing prize money? In an exclusive interview with Chattr, Coco revealed she left her job and became more financially independent to support her kids.

“Obviously, I’m a single mum of three kids. It’s really helped me with my children, like financially. Our financial stability now is so much better than what it was before,” she said.

Coco went on to admit she did gift her son something special with the prize money. “We’ve always been like a no-tech family, but I actually splurged out and got my son an Xbox. He doesn’t play it that often though,” she joked.

“I’m like, it was like 700 bucks or something! We did that, and we’ve been on little holidays together and things like camping, of course, but nothing too outrageous.”

What happened to Coco Beeby after she won Big Brother?

Since winning Big Brother and taking home a cool $135k, Coco is exploring new pursuits — including charity and TV work.

“I’ve just been doing a little bit of charity work and things like that. I’m about to run a 50k next month for Hagar, which is a modern-day slavery charity. They fight human trafficking and support all those sorts of things over in Cambodia and the Philippines,” she said.

“Then I don’t know, who knows next year? Hopefully, maybe another TV show or something like that. We’ll see.” Stay tuned!

Between surfing and spending time with her kids, Coco is now embracing a more relaxed change of pace. “I was working full-time before I went on the show, five days a week in childcare, and then coming home to kids. It was a lot,” she said.

“I think just having this time out for me this year has been just like so therapeutic.”
