The Real Housewives of Potomac star Ashley Darby has revealed that a heated confrontation with former co-star Candiace Dillard Bassett never made it to television.
The two women clashed while filming The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip: Roaring 20th in Atlanta, but producers cut their argument from the final edit.
And according to Ashley, things got pretty intense before the pair eventually made peace.

Speaking exclusively to Page Six’s Virtual Reali-Tea on November 2, Ashley opened up about the confrontation viewers missed.
“She and I really got to scrapping,” she revealed, adding that things became “really heated.”
The 38-year-old reality TV star recalled jumping around and clapping during the argument, which brought back unresolved tensions from their time together on RHOP.
“It was just like old times, basically,” she admitted.
The pair have had their share of disagreements over the years, and Candiace’s departure after Season 8 didn’t appear to erase their history.
Both women returned for appearances on Bravo’s 20th-anniversary Ultimate Girls Trip, which brought together familiar faces from across the Real Housewives franchise.
However, Ashley didn’t reveal exactly what triggered their latest disagreement or what the two said during the unaired exchange.

Despite the heated exchange, the two women didn’t stay at odds for long.
Ashley revealed that things eventually calmed down when Candiace showed her photos of her two-year-old son, Jett.
The conversation then shifted away from their disagreement, with Ashley saying they began chatting normally again.
She compared their complicated relationship to that of sisters, acknowledging that affection and lingering tension can exist between them.
Ashley even admitted that she occasionally misses her former co-star.
Their reunion comes amid renewed discussion about Candiace’s departure from RHOP.
In March 2024, Candiace told People that she had decided to step away from the show after six seasons to focus on other opportunities and responsibilities.
However, Andy Cohen raised questions about that explanation during Bravo Fan Fest on October 24, when he appeared reluctant to acknowledge her as a Housewife who had voluntarily left.
However, a former RHOP producer later pushed back on claims that Bravo had fired Candiace.
Ashley said her castmates had frequently faced questions about Candiace’s departure and welcomed someone else addressing the subject.
As for their latest argument, viewers only have Ashley’s account for now, since the confrontation never made the final cut.
