Wes Anderson has enlisted the ultimate list of A-List celebs for his new film Asteroid City and when we tell you this cast it’s HUGE, we mean it!

The film takes place in a fictional American desert town circa 1955, with the most glamorous of costumes and stars.

The film is one of two Anderson films currently in the works, alongside his much-anticipated second Roald Dahl adaptation, The Wonderful Story of Henry Sugar.

What is Asteroid City about?

The itinerary of a Junior Stargazer/Space Cadet convention (organised to bring together students and parents from across the country for fellowship and scholarly competition) is spectacularly disrupted by world-changing events.

Who is in the cast?

The celebs starring in Anderson’s film include Aussies Margot Robbie and Jake Ryan plus Jason Schwartzman, Scarlett Johansson, Tom Hanks, Jeffrey Wright, Tilda Swinton, Bryan Cranston, Edward Norton, Adrien Brody, Liev Schreiber, Hope Davis, Stephen Park, Rupert Friend, Maya Hawke, Steve Carell, Matt Dillon, Hong Chau, Willem Dafoe, Tony Revolori and Jeff Goldblum.

When will the film be released?

Asteroid City will be released in cinemas around Australia on June 22, 2023.
